This one goes back about twenty five years. I was
building a railroad tie border around a parking lot with
my brother and we both got brand new boots. His
were still toe and mine were not. He took his
sledgehammer and hit me in the toe. Found his sled

(00:30):
drummer down on my toe.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
Wow, so.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Nice guy, right. I started jumping around like I was
in pain and made him believe that he broke my toe.
He didn't break my toe at all, and I walked
around with a limb for about three weeks. It was
a fake limp. Here it is twenty five years later,

(00:56):
and I still have not told him that he didn't
actually break my toe.

Speaker 4 (01:02):
Yay, actually break That's what he deserves for thinking he
can take a.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
Sledge at all. Uh, you didn't hit it that hard,
but I made him think he did.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
Is he still making up for it all these years later?

Oh? Yeah, he tells a story every time he has
a couple of beers. But how he broke my toe?
And I just let it go and I giggle.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
Beer, you should have kept going.

Take it to the grave.

See thanks you. Hey, what's up this the jubill shows

I do?

Speaker 1 (01:41):
Sweet? What is it?

So I'm the reason that my friend's wedding was delayed
and they were fine for it.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
They were fine.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
Oh yikes, yeah, because it was like pushing back like
almost an hour.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
Oh really, you do?

Speaker 3 (01:56):
Okay, So I wasn't in the wedding, but I was
taking a shot or two with the best man, and
like we got to talking because like we've been friends
for a while and he's super cute, and we kind
of just snuck to the back and kept hanging out
and stuff, and all of a sudden we realized, oh crap,
we are late, and he ran back inside and claimed

food poisoning or whatever. But we didn't realize people were
looking for him, like that whole time we were just
you know, out back, taking shots, hanging out all the things.
That's so nice that they actually delayed the wedding because
of the best man.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
I feel like I would have been like, just keep
this train moving.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
No, I know, I just kind of like snuck back
in and sat in the back, you know, none the wiser.
But yeah, like it was fine. Like six thousand dollars
I think is what they were fined.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
Whoa what so late?

Speaker 1 (02:47):
Wow?

Speaker 4 (02:48):
Wedding venues. I mean they gouge people. Yeah, fifty dollars.
That's nuts. So you cost them six grand on their
wedding day.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
It wasn't just me, but I was played apart. Cheers forever.
But yeah, she doesn't know and hopefully it stays that way.
But it was it was worth it. He's super hot,
super hot.
