I went in the other day. Stephanie gave me my
teeth cleaning, and she's so awesome. And then when I
leave your office, I don't want to eat. I want
my mouth to stay perfect. It takes a while.

It's clean teeth and a diet plan, it really is.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
It's just so funny. Your teth feels so good. She
puts the you know, the stuff on there, and then
I get that little minty coat at the end, and
it's like, I just want this taste to last forever,
and it just feels so good, and so I wait
as long as I can. I always thinking, could I
just eat soup for the rest of my life? But
I guess that would color him too anyway.

Right, probably? Yeah, you gotta enjoy life, right.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
You really do? Okay, So you are offering a great
gift to the community. By the way, I love your
folks at Saint man Use Dental Care. There's just your
environment in there is so friendly. Everybody's so nice, and
it just seems like a happy environment, that seems like
it's a good place to work.

Yes, we love our team. We've got a great group there.
A lot of us have been working together for a
really long time, and so we hope our patients can
feel that we all like being together and we love
having them there. So I'm glad you like coming in.

It's just a nice, happy environment. So Saturday is free
dentistry Day from eight am until noon. Tell me more.
What does all this mean?
Speaker 2 (01:34):
Yeah, so we typically do this once a year and
we just want to give back to the community that
supports our practice and offer free dental services to patients
who are in need. So we will be offering patients
can come in, they can get their teeth clean by Stephanie,
you're hygienists, We're one of our other wonderful hygienists. Or
(01:59):
they can get a filly and if thoughts what they need,
or they can get a two fold if we have
a patient and pain or who has something like that
going on. So we just want to give back to
the Saint Matthew's and Louisville community and try to do
this once a year in the fall.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
Yeah, well, will give them a website or phone number
whatever here in a minute or two. But some people
are reluctant to go to the dentist. They get a
little squirrely about this, like I don't like it, and
I want to attest to the fact that I think
the service at your place has has been so good.
I never ever feel overwhelmed. I know some people feel
(02:34):
like it's not you know this is this is not
a good feel for me. But this would be a
time for them to try and get something done, because really,
this is about your ongoing health if you don't take
care of your mouth, right, doctor.
Speaker 2 (02:48):
Brown, Absolutely so. There is all kinds of research that
points to how our oral health contributes to our overall health,
and more and more research being done on that, and
we're finding out how much it impacts things like heart health,
things like diabetes and other disease processors that are impacted

by our oral health. So taking care of your mouth
is more important now and we know that well.
Speaker 1 (03:17):
There are a lot of dentists across America, dental care
offices across America who participate in this free dentistry Day,
and for us, it is this Saturday, eight until noon
at Saint Matthew's Dental Care, So how would someone arrange
an appointment?
Speaker 2 (03:34):
So the great thing is we are offering this first come,
first surf. So, like you mentioned, we are starting to
see patients at eight am every now and then we'll
have patients showing up a little bit before that wanting
to be the first to arrive, and that's fine, but
we just won't start treating patients until eight o'clock. And

we have a team myself, my partner, doctor bet Bailey,
will be there. We have a couple other doctors hurting
us and hygien us and so we will be able
to see as many patients as we possibly can and
that for our time period. So you're welcome to just
show up. Our practice is at two one nine Breckenridge

Lane there in Saint Matthew's and you can also call
the office for more information if you have questions or concerns,
and you can call us at five oh two eight
ninety seven three four two four Okay.

And what do people need to bring? Just an ID
or how does it work?
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Yeah, just bring yourself. If you have an ID, that's
a good thing to bring. If you have a list
of medicines, we would definitely want you to bring that
with you, and certainly for anyone under eighteen, just bring
you know a guardian or adult with you.

And this is one percent free. Absolutely all patients get
a free cleaning, filling or extraction. I see that listed
on here and collectively across America two million dollars of
dentistry donated. That's just so good that your colleagues across
America are doing this. Fantastic, Jennifer.

Yeah, we're really excited to continue to participate this and
just love a chance to give back.
