Yeah, it doesn't seem like it should be that based
on the ingredients in that fast food at several places,
you're like, come on, dude, you know right, And then
if you want to try and eat healthy, that costs
even more money. Organic food and things like that are
so expensive.

Sure, grocery stores.

Trying to convince my wife to get one of those
things I've seen on Instagram where you grow the food
in your kitchen, like you've got a head of lettuce
coming out of something in the middle of your kitchen.

My sister has one of those and they love it.

Yeah, tell her to tell my wife because she's not
into it.

of vegetables in our kitchen.

But was there a Hades river as well? Because Roman
and Greek mythology was slightly different than each other, And
I wonder, look up what is Hell in Roman and
Greek mythology? Hades on both and it's the river sticks

Yeah, because Roman and Greek mythology were different but also similar.

and they're really interesting. They concentrate on certain books and stuff,
and I was asking if he remembers reading, like, you know,
nineteen eighty four, does he remember reading The Indian, the
Cupboard and all these different books that I read through
school and stuff like that. Some he had some still
Stand the Test of Time, Clockwork Orange, things like that, uh,
and then other books I haven't heard of, you know,

make a cartoon. Oh, I have so many of those. Yeah,
And I made little stick figures and I would have
them doing bad stuff. You know, it was bad, it

So I love Bath and Bodyworks candles, and I know
a lot of people get so excited about their sales
and all of that, but there's one candle that they
will not be restocking. Based off of everybody's reviews of
the candle, Stinky Candle, I don't understand why they thought
it was a good idea to begin with.

What was the fragrance to begin with?

Speaker 3 (06:50):
I think I saw this on socials Pizza and ran
yeah pizza and yes, people were hating it. They said
it was the most foul thing they have ever smelled
in their entire life. Someone said, I smelled the pizza
one by accident, like full sniff, and I actually saw
my life flashed before my eyes. So Bath and Bodyworks
is listening, They're like, okay, we are not gonna restock

I mean, they couldn't have expected it to smell good
exactly if.

They were doing like a perfect pairings type of launch.
But I think another one like had to do with pickles.
But this one people were just, yeah, so.

I used to love candles. I'd love candles incense. But
I mean, if you spend any time talking to a
well certified respiratory therapist, I'll warn your gut burning candles.

Yeah, candles are bad for you.

Yeah, I mean, my girlfriend, I just ignore that advice.
But we hear all the time from people marshals and
stock up on candles.

Really bad that I'm burning in your house because no
matter what they are, if there's soy wax or other
stuff giving off fine particulate matter within your home, that
can be problems respiratory wise.

So what should we use, like the diffusers and things like,
we have any suggestions, y.

Scented oils maybe or something like that. You know, confusers
are great.

Speaker 3 (08:10):
They say, what about the oil warmers? Can we do that?

I would guess I don't really know. I don't have
the answer. No, I still burn them too. My wife
burns them, and.

You know, I fine, Okay, you know we also live
in one of the smoggiest cities in the world.

the post office doing this now that let's say the

like ninety three cents, they're not gonna give you those
three pennies round down a round up.

I just saw my first sign at a restaurant the
other night that said, we don't have pennies.

We're gonna round up or down to the nearest five cents, right,
So whatever it is closest, they'll round up a round down.

So if it's ninety four cents, they round down. If
it's ninety six cents, they round up, and you pay
a dollar. Huh Yeah, unless you happen to have the pennies.
I guess, Yeah, so I happen to have a large
container of pennies and our head water bottle full of pennies.

a serve and one third of adults born in January
are canceling their own birthdays. Why because they feel like
people aren't going to attend. Everybody's kind of like celebrationed
out with Christmas and the holidays, so they just don't
want to even acknowledge their birthday. You know, disrespect.

We spend all this money during the holidays. You spend
all this money on gifts, and you're going out to
eat all the time. And then it's New Year's and
all of a sudden, like you want a bunch of
stuff for your birthday.

about celebrating Christmas, so I was ahead of you.

You got me another calendar from a dentist office. Went

my wife has anything planned. She will my kids out
of town next week and the week after just they're
in and out just for two quick college visits, to
do some campus tours. But I don't think there's anything

What a four to three? My family, It's Valentine in
the morning. Let's you first sip before we do our
new music Friday. I was thinking about twenty twenty six,
was thinking about the year in front of us and
how so many of us start to make resolutions, have
plans for the year and stuff like that.

We go, oh, we're gonna do this year. We're gonna
get that done this year.

Speaker 6 (17:59):
Maybe make a list of things we want to do
and things we want to touch upon our lives and
our families and ourselves and how we want to remake ourselves,
to remold ourself. And it comes to us in the
form of this is it. I'm gonna do it this year.
I'm really gonna get it done. But I want to
encourage people to realize that that's a process. So many

people give up on a resolution, So many people give
up on ideas because they just don't feel like it's
happening fast enough. And January fades, and so does this
great thought you had for the year in front of you.
Because it's hard when it doesn't come fast enough. But
when you look at how an artist, when you look

at how the David was carved and how much time
that took, and you look at the Sistine Chapel and
those beautiful, vibrant colors and images and how they come
alive when you look at the great works of art
throughout time, when you simply stand in front of Daygad's Dancer,
when you see the beauty of that moment, Know that

that moment, that commissioned moment, many of those artists were
commissioned back in the day, give it a sum of
money to create this masterpiece. When you look at that
commissioned moment, it didn't happen overnight. It didn't happen overnight
for so many these beautiful chapels around the world, beautiful churches,
beautiful cathedrals, many of those thought of in the mind

of this human being who never lived to see the
completion of that project. So that being said, whatever you're
going after, whatever moment of beauty in your eyes that
you are hoping for, it will happen. But be aware
that sometimes things do take time, and don't give up.
Baby steps towards where you're going are going in the

right direction, and that's one of the most important things.

Wildlife Rescue Group was able to get the bear out

try and relocate him or somewhere probably like that. I
thought it was so cute. I love that bear under
that house. People reminded me of the text line who
have had bears under their house before? It is not funny,
it is not good, it's dangerous, and it's smelly too.

think in high school, and they just wanted to make
