Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's the Valentine in the Morning replay. Welcome to the
breakfast table of Valentine in the Morning.
Speaker 2 (00:05):
I laughed heartily.
Speaker 1 (00:06):
Oh my God, help us respectful to say I love you.
The full show podcast starts right now.
Speaker 3 (00:12):
Previously on Valentine in the Morning.
Speaker 1 (00:14):
How are you, Karen good?
Speaker 4 (00:16):
How are you?
Speaker 1 (00:16):
We're doing all right? What's gotten so expensive?
Speaker 4 (00:19):
The dollar menu at a fastood restaurant?
Speaker 1 (00:22):
And it's not a dollar anymore, is that what you're saying.
Speaker 4 (00:25):
Yeah, they've changed the name to it, so it's like
a value meal.
Speaker 5 (00:29):
Not that's a.
Speaker 6 (00:30):
Value menu, right, even I think at the dollar store,
I think there are things that cost more than a dollar.
Speaker 1 (00:36):
Yeah, right, unbelievable.
Speaker 4 (00:39):
We are a party of five in my husband going
to fast food is at least sixty five.
Speaker 5 (00:45):
It's crazy.
Speaker 6 (00:46):
Yeah, it doesn't seem like it should be that based
on the ingredients in that fast food at several places,
you're like, come on, dude, you know right, And then
if you want to try and eat healthy, that costs
even more money. Organic food and things like that are
so expensive.
Speaker 3 (00:59):
Sure, grocery stores.
Speaker 6 (01:01):
Trying to convince my wife to get one of those
things I've seen on Instagram where you grow the food
in your kitchen, like you've got a head of lettuce
coming out of something in the middle of your kitchen.
Speaker 3 (01:10):
My sister has one of those and they love it.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
Yeah, tell her to tell my wife because she's not
into it.
Speaker 6 (01:14):
Oh okay, I'm not gonna have a big flag pole
of vegetables in our kitchen.
Speaker 3 (01:20):
But they'll go and grab some lettuce and we'll make
a salad for the family.
Speaker 1 (01:23):
I think it's great.
Speaker 4 (01:24):
Yeah, that's great maintainance. That's my issue to.
Speaker 1 (01:28):
No, that thing does mostly bit on its own.
Speaker 6 (01:31):
But it also you have to buy the little pods
from them, and they probably cost like a thousand dollars.
Speaker 1 (01:36):
Well, thanks for calling it, Karen.
Speaker 4 (01:37):
Big Mountain Tine.
Speaker 5 (01:38):
Good morning everybody morning.
Speaker 6 (01:40):
Starting Monday, we're doing one thousand bucks thirteen times a day,
so that may.
Speaker 1 (01:44):
Help out with some of that fast food cost.
Speaker 5 (01:45):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (01:46):
Today's show show starts now on a four to three.
My Fami, it is Valentine in the morning.
Speaker 6 (01:59):
Happy Happy Friday, baby, Thank god.
Speaker 1 (02:06):
What a week oss. Guys of Blue Red River.
Speaker 6 (02:12):
Is that the lyrics red red Red Rivers? Oh my god,
it's a blood rivers. Don't cross that river you guys
up to speed in your Greek and Roman mythology.
Speaker 3 (02:26):
No, I know Hades Town, but that's about it Hadestown.
Speaker 1 (02:30):
So what was the deal like Hades as Hell? Right?
Speaker 6 (02:35):
Is there is there a difference between I don't know
this mist asking. I should know because I'm pretty learned.
The river sticks is what you cross to get into Hades.
But was there a Hades river as well? Because Roman
and Greek mythology was slightly different than each other, And
I wonder, look up what is Hell in Roman and
Greek mythology? Hades on both and it's the river sticks
(02:55):
for both and you had to pay the ferry man.
Speaker 3 (02:58):
Okay, so in in to play Hades Town, it's more
like it's thought of as a train and there's railroad
tracks and that's what you're taking to get to help.
Speaker 6 (03:06):
Yeah, but that's the interpretation. That's not real Greek and
Roman mythology. The real thing was you like rode on
a boat with the guy and he took it across
the river.
Speaker 4 (03:16):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (03:17):
Maybe Hercules the Hades, the villain, he has all the
souls in the.
Speaker 1 (03:21):
River, right, bright what you got?
Speaker 2 (03:22):
Okay? There are five rivers, the river Styx, the river
echern the kyokutis.
Speaker 1 (03:29):
What mythology is that based on Greek mythology? Okay, do
you want some Roman rivers ys?
Speaker 6 (03:36):
Yeah, because Roman and Greek mythology were different but also similar.
Speaker 1 (03:41):
Okay, let's see the same thing. Really, yes, same same rivers.
How about that? You guys have a favorite god? Yeah,
dude got a thunder man? Look at you? Was thor
a real god? Or dem? I? God can't tell you.
(04:01):
He's Odin's son, and I know he was sent to Earth.
Speaker 7 (04:04):
Okay, that's just in the Marvel movies, though I don't
know the actual mythod.
Speaker 1 (04:07):
Do you remember studying mythology and stuff school?
Speaker 7 (04:10):
We read the Odyssey senior year that I think that's
as far as we went, though.
Speaker 3 (04:15):
Yeah, I didn't do much.
Speaker 6 (04:17):
I was asking Colin because you had some English classes now,
and they're really interesting. They concentrate on certain books and stuff,
and I was asking if he remembers reading, like, you know,
nineteen eighty four, does he remember reading The Indian, the
Cupboard and all these different books that I read through
school and stuff like that. Some he had some still
Stand the Test of Time, Clockwork Orange, things like that, uh,
and then other books I haven't heard of, you know,
(04:37):
and he's reading those.
Speaker 1 (04:39):
It's fascinating.
Speaker 3 (04:40):
Yeah, I remember Fahrenheit four fifty one. Yeah, animal Farm, Yeah,
animal Farms. Right to Kill a Mockingbird?
Speaker 1 (04:46):
Of course?
Speaker 3 (04:47):
Right ton of money? Christ Do I love that book?
Speaker 8 (04:49):
Right?
Speaker 1 (04:50):
Yeah, I'm sure I've got some of those books.
Speaker 6 (04:53):
I could go back and look at them, because the
main thing that I had in those books in the
notes were the stick figure stuff down the bottom that
you flip through instead of actually reading the book. A
lot of times I was making little stick figures to
make a cartoon. Oh, I have so many of those. Yeah,
And I made little stick figures and I would have
them doing bad stuff. You know, it was bad, it
(05:16):
really was. Well, welcome to you, Friday, John. You're ready
for the show.
Speaker 1 (05:19):
Ready for the show, my man?
Speaker 3 (05:21):
Jill Ready? Man?
Speaker 1 (05:23):
All right, man Ry, I'm not ready? Why not ready?
You're the producer.
Speaker 6 (05:29):
I stalled talking about Greek gods and I didn't have
the answers to it. I gave you access to the
Internet and you still didn't have the answers. All right,
what are you guys doing? Reach out right now? It's Friday,
It's five o'clock hour, it's free for all three one
oh four three three one oh four to three.
Speaker 1 (05:45):
One four three, my fs, my family, Edith Valance out
in the morning. It's funny, how what's wrong? Okay?
Speaker 2 (05:53):
No, I thought Jill had something to say here, and
I was trying to signal her.
Speaker 3 (05:57):
I felt yeah, I knew, I felt it.
Speaker 1 (06:01):
I was ready saw it or felt it.
Speaker 3 (06:04):
No, it just felt it. I didn't see him.
Speaker 1 (06:06):
Oh, okay, anyway, what I was gonna say. It's funny
how nobody's noticed my haircut? Oh my god, it's beautiful.
Twenty five minutes, so much shorter, and none of you
have noticed air? Can I just say why? It's because
you are so thin?
Speaker 3 (06:18):
Now?
Speaker 2 (06:18):
Oh that's it's so hard to notice anything from the
neck up.
Speaker 3 (06:24):
Cool?
Speaker 1 (06:26):
Okay, Joe, what did you want to talk about? Jesson?
You might want to say in the air.
Speaker 3 (06:30):
So I love Bath and Bodyworks candles, and I know
a lot of people get so excited about their sales
and all of that, but there's one candle that they
will not be restocking. Based off of everybody's reviews of
the candle, Stinky Candle, I don't understand why they thought
it was a good idea to begin with.
Speaker 1 (06:48):
What was the fragrance to begin with?
Speaker 3 (06:50):
I think I saw this on socials Pizza and ran
yeah pizza and yes, people were hating it. They said
it was the most foul thing they have ever smelled
in their entire life. Someone said, I smelled the pizza
one by accident, like full sniff, and I actually saw
my life flashed before my eyes. So Bath and Bodyworks
is listening, They're like, okay, we are not gonna restock
(07:11):
this one.
Speaker 1 (07:13):
I mean, they couldn't have expected it to smell good
exactly if.
Speaker 3 (07:15):
They were doing like a perfect pairings type of launch.
But I think another one like had to do with pickles.
But this one people were just, yeah, so.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
That's your place, Bath and Body Works.
Speaker 3 (07:27):
So you go to I love their candles, Yes, I.
Speaker 6 (07:29):
Used to go to the old Yankee candle Oh yeah
still around.
Speaker 5 (07:36):
Man.
Speaker 6 (07:36):
That suff is powerful when you walked in there. And
I used to love candles. I'd love candles incense. But
I mean, if you spend any time talking to a
well certified respiratory therapist, I'll warn your gut burning candles.
Speaker 1 (07:46):
Yeah, candles are bad for you.
Speaker 7 (07:48):
Yeah, I mean, my girlfriend, I just ignore that advice.
But we hear all the time from people marshals and
stock up on candles.
Speaker 1 (07:53):
We always it's.
Speaker 6 (07:55):
Really bad that I'm burning in your house because no
matter what they are, if there's soy wax or other
stuff giving off fine particulate matter within your home, that
can be problems respiratory wise.
Speaker 3 (08:04):
So what should we use, like the diffusers and things like,
we have any suggestions, y.
Speaker 1 (08:07):
Scented oils maybe or something like that. You know, confusers
are great.
Speaker 3 (08:10):
They say, what about the oil warmers? Can we do that?
Speaker 1 (08:13):
I would guess I don't really know. I don't have
the answer. No, I still burn them too. My wife
burns them, and.
Speaker 6 (08:20):
You know, I fine, Okay, you know we also live
in one of the smoggiest cities in the world.
Speaker 1 (08:28):
True, that's good, right, right, It's Friday morning.
Speaker 6 (08:34):
If you want a part of the show, please do
reach out three one o four three three one oh
four to three. Hey, that money starts on Monday morning.
It's a lot of cash going out the door. I
think it's like around thirteen chances a day, a thousand
bucks you can win that that starts up Monday in
the morning.
Speaker 9 (08:48):
On one four three FM.
Speaker 6 (08:55):
I mentioned that money starts Monday morning. What time Monday
bright at six a six am?
Speaker 1 (08:59):
On thousand buck? What do we call on the contest.
Speaker 3 (09:01):
Joe thousand dollar fill up?
Speaker 1 (09:03):
What do we fill it up?
Speaker 3 (09:04):
Your gas tank, your grocery cart, to your car trunk,
your bellies.
Speaker 1 (09:10):
Your car trunk. Yeah, stax of cash, sex of cash
in the back of your car trunk.
Speaker 6 (09:16):
I don't think a thousand bucks is a stack of cash.
Speaker 4 (09:20):
One.
Speaker 1 (09:20):
Can you imagine they don't make pennies anymore?
Speaker 6 (09:24):
Pennies if you got them banks and people they want them.
You know, really, there are some places like I think
the post office doing this now that let's say the
stamp is like, you know, where the bill comes to,
like ninety three cents, they're not gonna give you those
three pennies round down a round up.
Speaker 7 (09:41):
I just saw my first sign at a restaurant the
other night that said, we don't have pennies.
Speaker 1 (09:45):
We're gonna round up or down to the nearest five cents, right,
So whatever it is closest, they'll round up a round down.
Speaker 6 (09:50):
So if it's ninety four cents, they round down. If
it's ninety six cents, they round up, and you pay
a dollar. Huh Yeah, unless you happen to have the pennies.
I guess, Yeah, so I happen to have a large
container of pennies and our head water bottle full of pennies.
Speaker 3 (10:12):
What I thought you meant the jug I do.
Speaker 6 (10:16):
I'm sorry? All right, I'm sorry, the jug that goes
on the stand in the office. All Right, my apologies.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
I have a small bottle, travel size container in the morning.
Speaker 3 (10:30):
Is your birthday still on next week?
Speaker 1 (10:32):
It is my birthday?
Speaker 3 (10:33):
Still don't plan to die prior No, No, we don't
want to go anywhere. But are you still going to
be acknowledging your birthday?
Speaker 1 (10:44):
Yeah, I'll acknowledge my birthday. I just want to say
how old I am.
Speaker 6 (10:47):
Because the powers that be at iHeart have told some
of us who have gray hair not to let the
world know we have gray hair.
Speaker 1 (10:54):
Effective asked us to dye our gray hair.
Speaker 3 (10:56):
Okay, Well, the reason I ask is because they did
a serve and one third of adults born in January
are canceling their own birthdays. Why because they feel like
people aren't going to attend. Everybody's kind of like celebrationed
out with Christmas and the holidays, so they just don't
want to even acknowledge their birthday. You know, disrespect.
Speaker 7 (11:18):
We spend all this money during the holidays. You spend
all this money on gifts, and you're going out to
eat all the time. And then it's New Year's and
all of a sudden, like you want a bunch of
stuff for your birthday.
Speaker 6 (11:26):
Come on, dude, My birthday was before you ever thought
about celebrating Christmas, so I was ahead of you.
Speaker 1 (11:31):
I mentioned that on the air. What right, John.
Speaker 3 (11:36):
We're still going to celebrate you. Val and John came
up with an amazing gift idea and we all love
it and so we can't wait to give it to you.
Speaker 1 (11:44):
I hope you didn't spend a lot of money.
Speaker 3 (11:45):
We did it.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
We spent an embarrassingly little.
Speaker 6 (11:53):
You got me another calendar from a dentist office. Went
to office and a calendar stole it from the desk. Yeah, exactly,
thank you. Now my birthday is Tuesday. I don't know
my wife has anything planned. She will my kids out
of town next week and the week after just they're
in and out just for two quick college visits, to
do some campus tours. But I don't think there's anything
(12:17):
this weekend unless she's has she planned something maybe, And
do you guys have a surprise party for me or anything?
Speaker 1 (12:23):
Don't look at me eyes.
Speaker 3 (12:24):
I don't want to give them false hope though.
Speaker 1 (12:26):
Oh yeah, yeah, no, we don't. Wow.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
But she'll usually send stuff in for your.
Speaker 1 (12:33):
Birth she will, she will usually. But I don't know.
We've spent a lot on that European vacation. None.
Speaker 6 (12:39):
It might feed some cupbacks. So I know you spent
an embarrassingly small amount of money on her birthdayayyah, But
if you did want to donate to a couple of
city MasterCard credit card tables, wow, that would be fine too.
Speaker 3 (12:52):
Maybe you won't have to make dinner on your birthday, like,
maybe they have something planned because I know you make
the meals of the.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
Time, I really do.
Speaker 3 (13:00):
I wonder if maybe they'll give you the night off
for your birthday and like take you somewhere nice or.
Speaker 2 (13:07):
No.
Speaker 6 (13:07):
If history is the teacher, I know the lesson and
how it's gonna go.
Speaker 1 (13:12):
Okay, but it's a new year, it's twenty twenty six.
New things could happen, all right, Well, I'm excited, guys.
Is it a person? Listen if we tell you it's
not a surprise. Oh is it, Tom Brady.
Speaker 3 (13:24):
You do ask for that every year.
Speaker 1 (13:25):
It's never happened, that never goes.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
We're trying to get his favorite peloton instructor.
Speaker 6 (13:31):
Even get a peloton instructor to call in and does
it wasn't good? Well, you guys also think about it
like the week before or day before something.
Speaker 3 (13:40):
Yeah, yeah, all right, don't you forgetting ahead of it
though with the gift.
Speaker 1 (13:43):
Yeah, it's Tuesday.
Speaker 2 (13:44):
We yped this gift up way too much.
Speaker 1 (13:48):
Is there a time that people should tune in to
hear the gift reveal? Yeah? Oh sure, yeah, seven five?
Speaker 3 (13:55):
Okay, all right, that's how confident I am.
Speaker 6 (13:58):
So clearly that's not a person's stopping by, because he
wouldn't just randomly come up with the time. So seven
twenty five Tuesday morning, hear this amazing gift that they
are so proud of that I will accept with the
most open heart and gratitude ever. Yeah, a little slappy,
make daddy happen.
Speaker 3 (14:18):

do whatever you wanted to do, what would you do?
Speaker 1 (14:49):
Okay, I've been doing that all week.
Speaker 7 (14:50):
I don't even know if that's a real thing that
he does, but it just it feels like it should
be his little catch.
Speaker 3 (14:54):

Speaker 7 (15:34):
I'm so excited to play this new Bruno Mars for
you guys. He's got an album coming out and it's
the first time in ten years. Yes, it's kind of
a bop.
Speaker 1 (15:42):
Anything else, there's just al Bruna Mars.
Speaker 7 (15:44):
Well, it's all Bruna Mars. No, there's a couple of
other songs. I'm kind of deciding between a few right now.
There's a new Nick Jonas song I might play that's
really nice, so we'll have to.
Speaker 6 (15:52):
See, gotcha. Okay, all right, Brian excited for the music Friday.
Speaker 2 (15:56):
I'm always excited for new music Friday.
Speaker 1 (15:58):
Uh huh? Are you excited? I did for the first
first sip of a new year.
Speaker 2 (16:03):
I don't mean to insult you, John, but I'm more
excited about a.
Speaker 1 (16:07):
Poppy Julo, my man, thank you very much. Are we
both poppy Chulos. I don't know what it means. Oh,
it's like a handsome daddy or a cute daddy.
Speaker 3 (16:16):
Then yes, and like it kind of translates more to
pimp daddy.
Speaker 7 (16:19):
Oh well, they used to call your dad on the
Forest Show.
Speaker 3 (16:22):
They did.
Speaker 6 (16:23):
They called your dad when he's a detective Poppychulo. All
the ladies detected puppy Julo.
Speaker 3 (16:28):
He was a pimp seems like or something. Yeah, handsome.
Speaker 1 (16:37):
Yeah, he was undercover at the time. Did your dad
if you undercover work?
Speaker 3 (16:45):
Yes, he did.
Speaker 1 (16:46):
Did he like narcotics or pimp?
Speaker 3 (16:50):
It was in vice vice.
Speaker 6 (16:52):
Yeah, So he'd be out there in the street with
the ladies. Oh was he a John?
Speaker 3 (16:57):
A John? A John Camucci?
Speaker 4 (17:00):
No? Oh?
Speaker 3 (17:00):
What's a John?
Speaker 1 (17:01):
Have you ever know? Watched a cop show?
Speaker 5 (17:02):
Ever?
Speaker 6 (17:04):
I guess here, Let's this is how it work. I
pull up the car, rolled down the window, and you
would say to me, as a lady of the evening, you'd.
Speaker 3 (17:10):
Say, hey, buddy, boy, and I keep driving.
Speaker 1 (17:16):
John is a guy that solicits the lady.
Speaker 7 (17:20):
Is too common of a word, you know, John. There's
a couple of John's in lives. There's a John in
the police force.
Speaker 1 (17:25):
Just too much to many John's.
Speaker 6 (17:27):
Yeah, okay, all right, neim was a Friday coming to
the next plus a first sip on the way too.
Speaker 1 (17:30):
It's Valentine in the morning.
Speaker 9 (17:31):
Text Valentine in the morning at three one oh four
to three?
Speaker 11 (17:35):
Bay?
Speaker 6 (17:43):
What a four to three? My family, It's Valentine in
the morning. Let's you first sip before we do our
new music Friday. I was thinking about twenty twenty six,
was thinking about the year in front of us and
how so many of us start to make resolutions, have
plans for the year and stuff like that.
Speaker 1 (17:57):
We go, oh, we're gonna do this year. We're gonna
get that done this year.
Speaker 6 (17:59):
Maybe make a list of things we want to do
and things we want to touch upon our lives and
our families and ourselves and how we want to remake ourselves,
to remold ourself. And it comes to us in the
form of this is it. I'm gonna do it this year.
I'm really gonna get it done. But I want to
encourage people to realize that that's a process. So many
(18:21):
people give up on a resolution, So many people give
up on ideas because they just don't feel like it's
happening fast enough. And January fades, and so does this
great thought you had for the year in front of you.
Because it's hard when it doesn't come fast enough. But
when you look at how an artist, when you look
(18:41):
at how the David was carved and how much time
that took, and you look at the Sistine Chapel and
those beautiful, vibrant colors and images and how they come
alive when you look at the great works of art
throughout time, when you simply stand in front of Daygad's Dancer,
when you see the beauty of that moment, Know that
(19:03):
that moment, that commissioned moment, many of those artists were
commissioned back in the day, give it a sum of
money to create this masterpiece. When you look at that
commissioned moment, it didn't happen overnight. It didn't happen overnight
for so many these beautiful chapels around the world, beautiful churches,
beautiful cathedrals, many of those thought of in the mind
(19:27):
of this human being who never lived to see the
completion of that project. So that being said, whatever you're
going after, whatever moment of beauty in your eyes that
you are hoping for, it will happen. But be aware
that sometimes things do take time, and don't give up.
Baby steps towards where you're going are going in the
(19:48):
right direction, and that's one of the most important things.
Count us up, Chill one, two, three, All right, Bruno Mars,
what's up coming on next? Baby John's new music Friday
up Next one of four to three MYFM.
Speaker 1 (20:15):
One of four three my FM. It is Valentine in
the morning, Spiritt Carpenter at six forty four John's New
Music Friday.
Speaker 7 (20:20):
Here we go, let's get into some new music. Bruno
Mars is back. Let's hear some of that new track
called I Just Mic.
Speaker 6 (20:31):
Could you imagine if we could get Bruno mars to
come to karaoke unit at.
Speaker 1 (20:35):
My mom's Memory Care.
Speaker 6 (20:36):
So I'm thinking of, like Miley sayrus when all the
people who've invited, right, can you imagine, like Bruno mars
is up, they're dancing with a microphone, a karaoke unite you.
Speaker 1 (20:46):
To say the radio musical boy, I wasn't to finish that.
Speaker 6 (20:51):
Kaoke, But dude, I mean, like for any artist, and
what are the odds of him listening right now, right,
But for any artist out there that's that massive, What
an ridible gift you would give in this charitable moment
and this viral beyond belief moment of you playing karaoke
for a bunch of nine year olds in memory Here there's.
Speaker 1 (21:10):
The old dudes and wheelchairs that haven't stood in years. Sure,
and it'd be like right Jesus walked in all of
a sudden, people are off out of their seats, you know,
walking the water oh man.
Speaker 7 (21:19):
And there's a lot of pressure for Bruno too. I mean,
his last album cleared out the Grammys. It was ten
years ago.
Speaker 1 (21:24):
So he comes back, this is the song and then
he just he can't put out a bad song. Bruno
Mars Man, it's so good. So he's got an album
coming out next month, the twenty seventh. He's got a
tour coming this year. So this is the first taste
of a big year from Bruno mars.
Speaker 6 (21:38):
Bruno comedians sometimes before they do, like, you know, big shows,
they'll try out through stuff with the laugh Factory, ice house,
different places, right, you know, so why not try it
out my mom's memory care before you hit the stage.
Speaker 1 (21:54):
Check the reaction. I wonder where Bruno tries out music
you know's wow. Yeah. So next up today is a
new album from the kid Learoyd.
Speaker 7 (22:01):
Now, one of the reasons this album is making a
big splash today is because this album is being received
through the lens of his very public relationship and then
break up with Tate McCrae. So the album's great, but
it feels like a lot of this album is about
her and about that breakup. And so I went through
the album a little bit and I found this song
that I thought was a good one to pull from.
Speaker 1 (22:19):
It's called Private. Let's listen to the lyrics.
Speaker 12 (22:22):
Wait too fast?
Speaker 1 (22:25):
Is it?
Speaker 10 (22:26):
Because we heard everyone and behead, I'm not Sean walk
you back?
Speaker 1 (22:34):
You got it? I understand there.
Speaker 10 (22:41):
For the same kind of pain and worse.
Speaker 1 (22:44):
What's up.
Speaker 12 (22:47):
Saying I'm keeping it private?
Speaker 1 (22:58):
So that lyric right there, he says, I think next time,
I'm keeping it private.
Speaker 7 (23:01):
Because they had a very public relationship, like you don't
really see that with pop stars these days as much
kind of like the way that they did, and it.
Speaker 1 (23:08):
Didn't last that long, it was what maybe a year,
and well that was great.
Speaker 7 (23:11):
I can imagine the problems that can bring, right and
even now, like he'll post a tease to one of
these songs, and all the comments on his TikToker, like
Tate McCray fans posting photos of her like you fumbled hard,
and it like never really stops, and that's like kind
of the trouble that is with a public breakup, you
know what I mean. And so he's saying, look, next time,
I'm keeping it private. And even though that, like he's
on a very much bigger scale, like we can all
(23:33):
kind of relate to that, right. Sometimes you post your
relationship on Instagram and you're like, this is my person,
and then a couple of months later it doesn't work
out and people are looking at you like I thought
I thought that was.
Speaker 1 (23:42):
Your person, you know, and you feel like a fool.
You're like, man, why'd I do that so soon? Well,
there's some single older ladies a memory. I don't know
if this is the same kit, you know what I mean,
that's where life is.
Speaker 6 (23:59):
Right now, Okay, I have some understanding.
Speaker 1 (24:02):
That's what my life is. I can imagine that must
be tough.
Speaker 7 (24:07):
He just had an album release party here at the
iHeartRadio Theater a couple of days ago.
Speaker 1 (24:10):
What's tough my life or his life?
Speaker 6 (24:13):
Because you're just said I can imagine that must be
tough and started talking about him, I'm like, you totally
blew past me on both verily.
Speaker 7 (24:20):
But like a bunch of fans were there and they
were asking him questions about the album and he had
to be so vague, and it just felt like there
was this elephant in the room and everyone was like
we kind of like we all know, you know tough,
that must be.
Speaker 1 (24:30):
Well, sometimes you get an artists that they'll come in
here and we'll get a heads up from their record
label somebody before, like, hey, don't ask a kidler worry
about the tammy thing. I'm talking about that.
Speaker 7 (24:39):
And when you have someone you want to make it public,
you know, like you're proud, you're excited, but yeah.
Speaker 1 (24:43):
Yeah, then you want to shut it down.
Speaker 6 (24:45):
And it's not that we disrespect that or anything, but
as interviewers, it is tough because that is all anybody
wants to talk about, which is the sucky part about
the world. Sometimes you want to talk about those things
like what happened you and so and so, like you're
not my friend, you don't you know, you're not my
confidante that I'm gonna talk to about. And they want
to talk about the music, So I do understand that.
Speaker 7 (25:06):
Yeah, if you're looking for a breakup album before I
forget from the kid LaRoy, it is great and it's
outs this weekend. And finally, I want to hit Nick Jonas.
I want to make sure we heard this one here.
He recently dropped a single right after the New Year,
so I want to play a little bit of that.
It's a song called Gut Punch hit made the.
Speaker 10 (25:20):
Good gud punch. I hurt my own fens. How did
I get so good? It been made to muself. I
should turn, don't tell myself.
Speaker 12 (25:34):
To chill out, really.
Speaker 10 (25:38):
Talk to myself hidden made the good.
Speaker 7 (25:46):
So Nick Jonas has made a ton of pop songs,
a lot of fun ones, but this next chapter seems
to be like actually introspective.
Speaker 1 (25:52):
He said he has some things to say, and.
Speaker 7 (25:54):
What a song for this one to come out right
after the New year. He's essentially talking about that strong,
negative voice that you can save yourself sometimes, right, Like
sometimes your voice to yourself can be the meanest, Like
sometimes you're meaner to.
Speaker 1 (26:05):
Yourself than other people can even be mean to you.
Speaker 7 (26:07):
And those words can hit like a gut punch. And
that's what he's saying here. You're saying, sometimes I hate
the way that I talk to myself. And if I
see that inner child, haven't seen him in a while,
let him know he's doing fine. So going into the
new year, Hey, let's be nicer to ourselves this year,
you know what I mean?
Speaker 1 (26:22):
Twenty twenty six, that's what he's saying. The first taste
of this album that also comes out next month.
Speaker 7 (26:26):
It's called Sunday Best, and I thought this was a
good one from Nick Jonas.
Speaker 1 (26:30):
It's called the gut punch.
Speaker 6 (26:31):
There's such an emotional process of writing a letter to
your five year old self, to your ten year old self,
to your fifteen year old self. But really, wouldn't it
be magical if you go back and talk to that child,
knowing all the trials and tri relations that child has
in front of them, if you can say it's gonna
be okay, You're gonna turn out okay. Yeah, you know,
it'd be amazing if be could. But then at the
same time, you're you an adult. You look at yourself
and go, I'm beat myself up for this, beat myself
(26:53):
up for that. No, there's still that child in there.
Don't do that to yourself, right, And I don't even
need all wreath them there, Nick, would be fine at
Memory Care, you know, we don't.
Speaker 2 (27:03):
Need all that.
Speaker 1 (27:04):
I know there are a lot of like slow songs
to come out this week.
Speaker 7 (27:07):
I think we're in the dead of winter, you know, right,
That's why I was just so appreciative of that.
Speaker 1 (27:11):
Bruno Mars, Yeah, yeah, Mike, he's the headliner. He's the headline.
Memory Care absolutely he'll close that thing down. I'm John Kamuchi.
That's your new music crack. Thanks John, Thanks for giving
me the grace John, of course, because I'm gonna get
so it's trouble later on for Brian and Pekee if
you pull me aside. Oh, nobody wants to cure bro.
Nobody cares about your mom's memory care. Alzeimer's union stopped
(27:32):
talking about it. And you're not gonna get a celebrity
to play karaoke night. It's not gonna help it.
Speaker 6 (27:35):
Okay, that's probably you don't know that, right, You don't
know that might happen. Nick Jonas listening to somebody out
there listening is a big time star.
Speaker 1 (27:44):
I hope it happens.
Speaker 2 (27:45):
I do.
Speaker 1 (27:46):
Yeah, you know, we've got an event tonight that's just
some big time stars at Oh yeah, Tom Hanks is
at this event tonight, Mark Shorts at this event tonight.
Speaker 6 (27:55):
Really Crystal's at the event tonight. We've been asked a
host as a show. I'll be getting their slight late
because my son has a soccer game. But we've been
asked Billy Crystal, I'll see a little bit later.
Speaker 3 (28:06):
He's coming.
Speaker 1 (28:07):
But would have been appropriate to ask them, yes, what
did they do? What are you gonna have Tom Hanks
to it? They would love to see Do just be
just the guy just like walks in Tonks Hello, Yes,
that'd be great, huge, right because they all know him.
But it's sound like a live voice over to toy
story like that. Yeah, but do they know that enough?
(28:28):
Like with my mom, who's eighty six, No live voice
over to toy story like ninety three or something, right,
it was in the nineties. I think it'd just be
just knowing Tom Hanks there would be cool. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
I guess there are movies that would relate to them
more than toys. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (28:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (28:42):
Listening this, we're not doing to show about my mom's memory.
Just let's bring it back, all right, Okay?
Speaker 12 (28:47):
One O four to three My f Entertainment headlines.
Speaker 3 (28:51):
The Golden Globes announced the presenters for Sunday Nights eighty
third annual award show. George Clooney is going to present
Julia Roberts, Coleman Domingo to to Fanning. This list is
so long, Jason Bateman, Jennifer Garner, Fal's cousin, Marlon Wayans,
Melissa McCarthy, Miley Cyrus and so many more. Nikki Glazer
is going to host again It's gonna be This Sunday
(29:11):
on CBS and Paramount Plus. And Jennifer Lawrence says she
prefers filming intimate scenes with strangers. She said that is
preferable over somebody that she knows. I completely agree. She
said that she did not know Robert Pattinson when they
started filming their latest movie, and she said that made
it so easier they were strangers at the time. But
(29:34):
then you go back to maybe the Hunger Games and
she and Josh Hutcherson are great friends, and she said
that's when it just becomes a little awkward and a
little weirder when you are friends with someone. So she
would much prefer she has to do an intimate scene. Yeah,
the man be a stranger.
Speaker 6 (29:49):
Have you ever seen the filming of an intimate scene
in a movie from like behind the camera, so not
the finished product on TV talk right right, like a
being there on set or anything of seen that person.
So yeah, no, I never have. I just saw what
I think might have been representative of that in a
movie or something recently.
Speaker 1 (30:08):
I'm not intimate, No, it's not.
Speaker 6 (30:10):
It's like and I always just wondered about this. Obviously,
a bunch of cameraman is sound people and stuff in there,
and they're very close to you. But this particular scene
wasn't so much about dialogue, I guess. So the man
and the woman are in bed and they're just you know,
they're canudling, they're kissing their whatever, canoe jump. I've never
vote worse. So they're doing their little thing, you know,
and the director is about a foot away from their head,
(30:32):
right just out of the camera shot, going okay, touch
your neck, touch your neck now, Okay, put your hand
down the side of her neck. Okay, now lean in
and kiss her ear, nibble on her ear, and nib
a little bit more.
Speaker 1 (30:40):
Okay. Oh my god, yeah, I know so.
Speaker 3 (30:43):
Many actually.
Speaker 1 (30:45):
My conscience.
Speaker 3 (30:46):
Actually they say that it's very un sexy.
Speaker 6 (30:51):
I don't know if that's true if you're an actor
or if you're in the business and you know that
to be true. Text in three one oh four three
is that accurately described sometimes like intimate scenes where they're
right there giving.
Speaker 3 (31:01):
Direction, you know, imagine that in real life I.
Speaker 6 (31:05):
Could use the help. Yeah, no, I wouldn't be a
post that I could use the help. You know all right,
that hand is lingering too long. Lift that hand up,
please can Battle of Sex is coming up. You guys
will play that. It is eight sixty six five four
four my fam.
Speaker 1 (31:20):

Speaker 6 (31:32):

food for us. It's called Drizzlicious.
Speaker 3 (31:39):
Yes, he's in my favorite snacks now right. A friend
told me about him.
Speaker 1 (31:43):
Like very low in calories or sugar's not that fadd.
Speaker 3 (31:46):
Ninety calories for twenty one pieces. They're gluten free, dairy free,
which I am. And so there's a lot of stuff
that does not taste very good. And these are such
a nice treat that I was like, oh, yeah.
Speaker 1 (31:57):
They taste a good. We tried them. Yeah, I don't
think they're gonna be good for you, but they tasted good.
That's nice.
Speaker 3 (32:02):
Yeah, whatever, yeah, that's whatever. I can't have much anyway,
so this will be my little vice.
Speaker 1 (32:06):
Good for you. And you got how many bags us six? Wow?
And how many bites are serving?
Speaker 3 (32:11):
Twenty one? Oh my god, twenty one pieces.
Speaker 1 (32:14):
I will give you a cautionary tale. Much like a
bag of chips. It'll say, like, you know, twenty one
pieces or something like that. At some point you stop counting.
Speaker 3 (32:24):
Oh I'm already there, all right, so you go twenty
one whole life.
Speaker 6 (32:27):
Okay, right, you're there, okay, yeah, yeah, oh that was
the twenty first chip. I got to stop now, okay,

Speaker 1 (33:06):
Good morning. So Marissa, I'm gonna ask you a few questions.

Not so tough diebreaker question. Let us start with the ladies.
What US City is known as Motor City?
Speaker 5 (33:22):
The Motor City? Oh god, I was just telling my mom.
Speaker 4 (33:27):
I was like, I'm not.
Speaker 5 (33:27):
Gonna know any of these.
Speaker 1 (33:29):
I'm gonna go Detroit, Detroit, Detroit.
Speaker 3 (33:35):
Do you Ivanni? What US city is nicknamed Beantown Beantown.
Speaker 5 (33:44):
Atome?
Speaker 6 (33:45):
Yes, that's right, all right, nice job. Current score is
one nothing, guys, all right? Next question, how many hours
are in three days? Marissa?
Speaker 1 (33:58):
That's correct?
Speaker 3 (33:59):
And do you have Anni? How many hours are in
two days?
Speaker 5 (34:03):
For you?
Speaker 1 (34:05):
There's a really phoning in on that question there, All right, Marissa?
How many hours are in what?
Speaker 2 (34:12):
No?
Speaker 1 (34:12):
Sir? How many sides? How many sides does a hexagon have? Five?
Speaker 3 (34:21):

Speaker 6 (34:51):
You're welcome there's also a bonus chance for everybody one

Speaker 5 (35:02):
Congratulations? I hope everyone has an absolutely wonderful day and
happy Friday.
Speaker 4 (35:08):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (35:11):
Cone up. Three things you need to know.
Speaker 6 (35:13):
Yesterday a power outage at Disneyland left people stranded for hours.
Where were they stranded for? How long could you have
survived being stranded there for hours upon hours? Would that
world be too small for you? We'll find out together.
Next Three things I need Tonight, seven seventeen. It is
(35:36):
Valentine in the morning. This is one of four three mifm. Yesterday,
dozens of people had to be evacuated after the Disneyland
monorail lost power. The power outage affected two trains. Sixty
people were stranded for two plus hours. The Anheim Fire
departments called to the park and eventually everybody was safely evacuated.
Stuck in their seats in the monorail going nowhere for
(35:59):
two plus hours.
Speaker 3 (36:01):
I've always wanted to get stuck on a ride or
an attraction so I could get out and walk through
as like you know, see behind the scenes. I've never
been stopped, but on the monorail, all I could think
about was like, what if I had to pee and
we're just stuck there in time? And oh god, that's.
Speaker 1 (36:18):
Uti waiting to happen. Oh my gosh.
Speaker 6 (36:21):
A five hundred and fifty pound black bear that had
been living under a man's home in Altadena for about
a month and a half finally evicted yesterday Ken Johnson,
the homeowner, so the bear took up residence in the
cross space beneath his home just before Thanksgiving. Repeated efforts
to get in the leave did not work well. Yesterday
Wildlife Rescue Group was able to get the bear out
by using paintball guns. I am not a fan of squatters' rights,
(36:47):
but I am in this case. I love this little bear.
I would have loved to have a bear beneath the house.
Speaker 1 (36:52):
He ain't a little bear. I saw him getting out
that hole barely that How did he get in and out?
Speaker 3 (36:56):
Right?
Speaker 1 (36:56):
He was such a big bear, all his strength.
Speaker 6 (36:59):
Right, that's like me getting too a pair of jeans sometimes,
you know, I'm like I got that bears?
Speaker 1 (37:04):
Yeah, all right, John, what's training your music.
Speaker 7 (37:06):
So Olivia Rodrigo had a big announcement yesterday. She recently
changed her website essentially said something was coming for the
five year anniversary of Driver's License, which was yesterday. So
fans were hoping, maybe it's a new song, maybe it's
details for an album. Well, it looks like she took
a page out of Taylor Swift's book.
Speaker 1 (37:20):
It turns out it was just a vinyl. It's a
cool one.
Speaker 3 (37:23):
Though.
Speaker 7 (37:23):
She did a live performance with David Byrne of the
Talking Heads. They sang Driver's License and Burning Down the
House together. So those performances are on that new vinyl
that's now available. No word on new music from her yet,
but we do suspect that it is coming this year
from Olivia Rodrigo. I'm John Camucci. That's what's trending in music.
Speaker 6 (37:39):
Coming up Monday on Valentine in the morning, six am.
We start a thousand bucks basically every hour all day long.
Up next though, Happy news. If you got some do
reach out three one oh four to three.
Speaker 3 (37:49):
Whatever it is, big or small, we want to hear
about it. Like my happy News. Yesterday I got lunch
with a friend I haven't seen in over a decade.
Speaker 8 (38:09):
Be fred everyone, because you don't give you feel like
rooman we can now because your happy news.
Speaker 1 (38:20):
I didn't know the six six four four.
Speaker 6 (38:25):
That's my kid if you use the show, my kid
many years ago and we just haven't replaced him yet.
Because Brian's kids are trying to but they're just not
up to speed. Well, they're just they're working on it.
Speaker 1 (38:33):
You know, bilingual.
Speaker 6 (38:35):
Yeah, but one of your kids doing it bilingual, did
it very very fast, almost like they've been speaking Spanish
their entire lives. Do you ever read somebod who speaks
Spanish and speaks like I watched Telemundo or something and
it's I'm like, dude, I'm trying to learn Spanish. A
sty studio on. But are you're going too fast? You
know you got to slow it down for me, watch
it on half speed? All right, here's Maddox.
Speaker 8 (38:58):
Stamp Buena's nasty Yeah gone. Valentine in Namagiana?
Speaker 1 (39:04):
Is it Valentine in Spanish? My name is Valentine. Ask me.
You're the one pay for the school. You have to
ask maddics. Okay, Bridget, good morning, how are you today?
Speaker 4 (39:17):
Good morning? I'm good. How are you we're doing great.
Speaker 1 (39:20):
What's your happenings today?
Speaker 4 (39:22):
I'm getting married in twenty two days, osolations.
Speaker 3 (39:27):
Where are you getting married? I'm sorry, where are you
getting married?
Speaker 4 (39:32):
I'm getting married in Downey?
Speaker 3 (39:34):
Is it a big wedding? Small wedding?
Speaker 4 (39:37):
It was supposed to be like a super micro wedding.
But now we have like about sixty people, so it's
still kind of small.
Speaker 5 (39:43):
But it's okay, that's.
Speaker 1 (39:45):
So funny, super micro wedding. I love that. Okay, let's
go with macro. How do they who asked too?
Speaker 5 (39:53):
Who are too to marry?
Speaker 4 (39:55):
I propose? Yeah, oh he asked me?
Speaker 1 (39:59):
So how did he ask you? And tell us your reaction?
Speaker 4 (40:03):
So we went to Disconto Gardens and we have been
there before on a date, but I really loved it.
I loved gazebos and they have one there and so
we were with his family and we were walking down
the trail, super beautiful. It was in August, so it
was still summertime. And then we went to the gazebo
(40:26):
and I'm like, you know, it's take some pictures, few pictures,
but it wasn't for a picture. So he pulled me,
he grabbed my hands, he got on one knee and
he told me a bunch of nice things and then
superposed and my family came out of the bushes. She
had it.
Speaker 2 (40:41):
I love that.
Speaker 1 (40:43):
Yes, oh, I can see like some family never going
all right, hurry up?
Speaker 4 (40:50):
Right?
Speaker 1 (40:50):
Were they like ducking down and stuff?
Speaker 4 (40:52):
Yeah, they were ducking down.
Speaker 5 (40:53):
There's videos.
Speaker 4 (40:54):
They showed me videos after. But I'm super emotional, so
I was crying throughout the whole thing. Yeah, beautiful.
Speaker 1 (41:01):
Somebody's in the bush. That's something crawling at my legs. Johnny,
be quiet, he hasn't done it yet. Bridget keep in touch.
Let us know how the big day goes.
Speaker 4 (41:09):
Okay, okay, yeah, for sure, Thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (41:12):
Thanks love, TXT Valentine. In the morning at three seven
thirty four, the weather today sunny, breezy, tempt slowed, the
mid sixties high wind warning in place through one pm tomorrow.
It was how And at my place last.
Speaker 3 (41:26):
Night inside too, it was really loud.
Speaker 1 (41:30):
And you know, you're sitting there and it like picks up.
Speaker 6 (41:32):
It's not like a constant, NonStop wind, but you'll be
sitting there in kitchen or something, and all of a
sudden you hear it.
Speaker 1 (41:40):
We're like, whoa, here it comes.
Speaker 3 (41:43):
It open a door at our house, and it was
so scary because it was so loud to wrap under
the wall and you're like a movie. It was.
Speaker 2 (41:51):
No.
Speaker 6 (41:52):
It works like especially older homes. It does that at
ours too. The wind gets in somehow right and it
blew open our bedroom door. So what we do with
like a doorstop, we put on the bedroom door when
it's windy at night so it doesn't blow over the Yeah,
you have to try it. Yeah, for this weekend sunny,
little warm highs. Back in the seventies, forty one Altadena,
forty two, Anaheim, Jill's got the Entertiment headlines coming up
for the first time ever.
Speaker 3 (42:13):
Something's going to be happening at the Puppy Bowl that
is so incredibly sweet. I'm so excited for this. I'll
tell you what it is at seven point fifty.
Speaker 1 (42:22):
If you got some happy news, do reach out at
three one oh four to three.
Speaker 3 (42:25):
This tex says. My happy news is actually for two people.
Me and my little sister were nominated for Big and
Little of the Year for Big Brother, Big Sister, and
we're super excited. Her name is Anaya. I'm Mercedes, and
we are excited for this honor. Hopefully we win.
Speaker 6 (42:41):
My happiness today, my son Liam's seventh birthday. We're going
to Goofy's Kitchen tonight to celebrate. Oh yeah, Brian's kids
sounds adorable. Value just being a bit subjective. Celebrate my
daughter's fifth and first birthdays tomorrow in our new home. Congratulations,
I loved Ryan's kid doing Spanish vowel. That's how you
(43:01):
say your name in Spanish. Valentine. Okay, my happy news today?
Oh they did it twice. You're really trying to get
that Goofy's Kitchen birthday celebration in there. They sent it
a few times. Let's see. My happy news is a
game that's supposed to come out in twenty eighteen is
finally coming out in four days. So you've been waiting
for a game. So there's a gamer here since twenty
(43:23):
eighteen and it's finally coming out in four day as well.
Speaker 1 (43:26):
Happy news. After thirty years of separation, separation, thirty years
of separation, kind of a long story. It says my
father and I have resumed our relationship. We are creating
family memories again. Wow. Can you imagine that?
Speaker 3 (43:37):
That's amazing?
Speaker 6 (43:38):
Thirty years of separation, thirty years of not talking to
a family member, and you find your way back to them.
If you're somebody who's struggling with a family member and
after the holidays, some of you might have had an
argument or something, right, could this be this person's happy news.
Could this be a catalyst to you reconciling as well.
There's nothing worse than being a parent and not having
a relationship with a child, or a child with their parent,
(43:59):
or SI blings. If you can reconcile, if you can
take that step, look at this text. After thirty years
of not talking, thirty years of separation, we have found
our way back to each other.
Speaker 1 (44:11):
That's pretty impressive.
Speaker 9 (44:14):
Kiss me.
Speaker 1 (44:27):
Seven forty. It is Valentine in the morning. This is
one of four three miles. Then we start on thousand
bucks a Monday, thirteen chances a day to win one
thousand dollars at the top of the hour, you know, six, seven,
eight nine, stuff like that. Oh god, okay, no, it's good,
it's good, it's fine. We should leave that in twenty two. No, No,
(44:49):
I don't know if you can.
Speaker 3 (44:50):
I just don't know how you remember to do it
every time. The riverside thing too, Like, how do you
remember every time.
Speaker 1 (44:58):
Riverside. That's a reflex like, that's just muscle memory, right memory, Okay, gotcha,
all right, so six o'clock an hour later, then eight o'clock,
nine ten, stuff like that.
Speaker 6 (45:09):
We'll tell you a word. You take that word to
one of four three mif in dot com, A little
window pops right up. You type that word in. Then
you're in the running for one thousand bucks. That starts Monday,
and we had a lot of cash. So please be
here if you use some extra scratch at this time
of the year, Monday, starting at six am, right here
with Valentine.

I didn't say it, No, Courtney, did I say it
any bad way? You tell me?
Speaker 13 (45:56):
I don't think you did. I mean, I can't tell
your face through the phone.
Speaker 1 (45:58):
But you're face was so weird, Jill, No was normal.
My wife has said that she would enjoy being a librarian.
That's right. Yeah, I don't know. I wish she was.
Speaker 11 (46:18):
Long on your side, not reading all day.
Speaker 13 (46:21):
So it's not it's not all books, books, books. I
mean it is, but it also isn't. There's a lot
more to it.
Speaker 6 (46:26):
Than that, exactly. Thank you, Courtney. Thank you for speaking
up for the librarians out there. And kids do partake
of the libraries in your county, in your town, in
your city. We do not want them to disappear. Libraries

Starfighter is gonna have a lightsaber duel that was filmed
by Tom Cruise. I'll tell you how this came about.
Speaker 12 (47:05):
Right after Traffic one four three my SM entertainment headlines.
Speaker 3 (47:11):
The upcoming movie Star Wars Starfighter is going to have
a lightsaber duel that was filmed by Tom Cruise. And
here's how it happened. So he was visiting the set
and apparently arrived by helicopter, and then the crew played
the Mission Impossible theme over the speakers as he landed.
Then the director just jokingly suggested that Tom Cruise get
(47:33):
behind the camera and help film, and Tom Cruise was
into the idea. They said, not only did he pick
up a camera, but he tried to perfect the shot
and was quote up to his ankles in mud and
pond water and ruined his very nice shoes. So they said,
now when you see the movie, you know, you'll know
that a part of it was filmed by Tom Cruise.
And for the first time ever, senior dogs are gonna
(47:55):

are correct. These people don't know what's going on. Valid
driven across the country many times. I've never heard that
you have to kiss after each state line. The wonder
Leilani always flies to meet you when you travel. Hey, hey,
(50:55):
wait a minute, you have to take pictures next to
all the state line signs. I didn't hear about that
kissing thing, but I do like that idea. Yeah, you
guys have never heard that. When you're driving across the country,
you get to a state line, you pull over. If
you are with your love, you pull over and you
take a picture of kissing together.
Speaker 3 (51:11):

I just told my husband his New Year's resolution is
to listen to me without interrupting and trying to fix everything.
Speaker 1 (52:04):
Guys notoriously fixers. Such a guy thing. We tried that.
Speaker 6 (52:07):

Speaker 1 (53:16):
That's ago that.
Speaker 7 (53:17):
It's hard to keep someone a toy and then tell
them not to play with it though, you know what
I mean. But maybe outside the studio spaces.
Speaker 1 (53:24):
Wow, I didn't middle. I didn't see this coming. You

What's fifteen percent of one hundred?
Speaker 7 (56:06):
And sometimes we just want to make sure people get
some so we mix am easy and more challenging ones.
Speaker 5 (56:10):
Do you ask how many days were in January? These

This Valentine in the morning.
Speaker 6 (58:01):
This is one of four three mile family High Wind
Warning GOETNA remain in effect through the weekend. Win gus
up to fifty to seventy miles an hour or possible
in some cities. Fire danger is lower though after recent rains,
but satury ground raises the risk of falling trees and
power out of this. I have a tree down in
my backyard that we're trying to get taken care of
as well. It's leaning against like a little little thing
(58:21):
where the pool equipment sits or.
Speaker 3 (58:22):
Something like that, like a little shed.
Speaker 6 (58:24):
Yeah, it's leaning against that, and like, oh, we've got
a good dot taking care of but it's kind of
a privacy tree now.
Speaker 1 (58:30):
Where that people might be watching me shower, yeah or something.
Speaker 3 (58:34):
You know.
Speaker 1 (58:38):
What, the line of people just watching John, there would
be a line. There'd be a line, I tell you.
In the NFL, the playoffs get started this weekend. I
have an outside shower. That's the problem.
Speaker 6 (58:51):
In the NFL, the playoffs get started this weekend with
the wild Card round. The Rams are traveling to Charlotte,
North Carolina playing the Panthers. LA is heavily favored to
win that game, which is tomorrow afternoon one thirty. Then
on Sunday night at five the bet.
Speaker 1 (59:07):
The bet is on Chargers are in fox for a
Massachusetts to face the Patriots, a team that I grew
up rooting for. John says, bolt off bold time.
Speaker 6 (59:18):
You can listen to that game a kaf I AM
six forty more stimulating talk radio. There's a bet if
the Patriots win, and I'm sorry, I just I grew
up with that team. If they win, John has to
stand in the quad downstairs while we throw water balloons
frozen for a few minutes.
Speaker 1 (59:40):
This changes time we talk about it. Yeah, cold water
at him whilst wearing a speedo. That's if the Patriots win.
Downstairs in the squad wearing the speedo with water ballons
thrown at him. If the Chargers win, then I have
to buy people lunch.
Speaker 3 (01:00:02):
You're standing in the quad. Thank you, Joe a speedo
frozen water balloon. It's gotta be even bring it, Okay,
I am ready exciting.
Speaker 6 (01:00:15):
I have the speed of one right now, just for
safety purposes, yes, in case it goes south. I do
think the Chargers have a really good chance. I mean
they both it's it's gonna be a good game. Charger's schedule,
I think, has been a bit harder with some of
the games they played. They played the Chiefs a couple
of times, the Broncos a couple of times. I think
Patriots played the Jets, the Giants, and some other teams
that weren't necessarily that great but.
Speaker 1 (01:00:35):
Dominated a lot of those.
Speaker 6 (01:00:36):
They did dominate those teams. So I think it could
be a very exciting game. And you can hear that
game of course on k IF I Am sixty. John
was training your music all right.
Speaker 7 (01:00:44):
Well, it is a new music Friday and Bruno Mars
just dropped a brand new song called I Just Might.
He also announced he's got an album coming out next month.
It's going to be his first in a decade. He's
got a tour to follow this year, and it's all
going to start with this track right here. So we're

your first taste of what a big year is going

it says is please.
Speaker 1 (01:01:23):
Go to therapy.
Speaker 3 (01:01:24):
Oh no, really, yeah, Tex says to my roommate, close
the cabinet doors. Every day it looks like we've been robbed.
Another text says, my dad's New Year's resolution should be

then this text says to my group chat, let some
memes die in peace.
Speaker 6 (01:01:44):

Speaker 1 (01:02:43):
Okay, all right.
Speaker 6 (01:02:43):
So you're telling the people that are suddenly losing weight,
and they try and tell you they're just eating right
and working out, but you're like, come on, dude, you're
doing the shots, correct.
Speaker 1 (01:02:52):
I got you.
Speaker 6 (01:02:53):
I was open about mine. I'm only down like twenty pounds,
but I started taking that zep bound stuff. So yeah,
and you look great and I'm not working out or
eating right, and.
Speaker 5 (01:03:00):
He looks amazing. You look so amazing, Poppachulo, keep it going.
Speaker 6 (01:03:05):
I am married, so the whole Popachulo thing's gonna get
me in a lot of trouble little later on here.
But I mean, you're also you're happy for though, right,
She's trying to get healthy or something, lose a bit
of weight or something.
Speaker 5 (01:03:17):
I am, But I just think saving about it is
not really the answer. If you're on it, just be honest.
You don't work out, that's it.
Speaker 6 (01:03:25):
Yeah, But okay, in defense of her, though, do we
need to know everybody's business, you know? I mean, and
sometimes they just don't want to talk about it. And
do we have to always know what people are doing
or how they're losing the weight or something like that.
Speaker 1 (01:03:38):
I don't know.
Speaker 5 (01:03:40):
Well, I mean, I understand what you're saying. Yeah, but
I don't need you constantly telling me I'm losing weight,
I'm losing weight. Just let it happen. I don't need
you to tell me you're losing weight working out when
you're really not working out.
Speaker 6 (01:03:51):
Do you feel like a comparative between the two of you,
Is she like telling you that you need to lose
weight or something, or is she look at your food
and critique what you're eating or something or what's going on.
Speaker 5 (01:03:59):
Oh No, I work out all the time, but I
do it naturally. I'm walking up to ten miles a
day doing it naturally. And I just wish that she
would just say, hey, let's.
Speaker 3 (01:04:09):
Go for a walk.
Speaker 1 (01:04:10):
Just be honest about being amajur or whatever it does.
We say, yeah, that's okay. It's just, you know what,
Obese is such a tough.
Speaker 6 (01:04:15):
Thing, and when you are overweight and you've tried to
eat right, you've tried to do all that stuff and
it's just not working sometimes genetically. From the other point
of view, I'll just say this, from the other point
of view, it can get very frustrated when people tell
you just gonna work out, just gonna eat right.
Speaker 1 (01:04:29):
No, it doesn't work for all of us like that.
Speaker 6 (01:04:31):
You know, for some of us it is a real
struggle to lose that weight, and trying to eat right
would be eating nothing at all.
Speaker 1 (01:04:38):
For some of us, just based on our metabolism, you know.
Speaker 5 (01:04:41):
And I completely agree with you. But when you don't
try to and you do the easy route, then.
Speaker 1 (01:04:47):
That's when I have a little bit It's not easy
I'm very backed up. It's not easy, man. It's not
in the morning, all right.
Speaker 6 (01:04:58):
The weather today so and breezy, tempts A low to
mid sixty is a high wind warning. Get rain in
place till like one o'clock Tomorrowill.
Speaker 3 (01:05:06):
Yes, that's correct. It's gonna be very windy.
Speaker 6 (01:05:12):
The National Weather Service issuing a high high skirt alert.
Be very careful if you were a skirt and kilts
as well. For the Scots out there, This weekend's sunny,
little warmer. Heis back in the seventies, forty nine Bell Gardens,
fifty two yearld. But Linda just got the entertainment headlines coming.
Speaker 3 (01:05:25):
On the second season of this show just premiered, and
it's already getting a third. I'll tell you which show
coming up at eight fifty.
Speaker 6 (01:05:32):
Some texts coming in here. Hey, val you guys handle
that conversation about the shots beautifully. I loved everything you said.
It really resonated with me on that weight loss topic
and other texts. Appreciate Valentine for talking about how nuanced
obesity can be. The journey is highly individualized and personal. Yeah,
the word nuancer. Thank you for pointing that word out.
Speaker 1 (01:05:50):
That's good.
Speaker 6 (01:05:51):
To use, and I wish I thought of that. We
all have our opinions and stuff like that, but it
is a nuanced thing. People can be individualized, and it's
just not as simple as going on the bigest loser,
you know. It's just not that you can deprive your body.
You can do all that, and yes you'll lose weight
and everything, but you might not be healthy in that
respect either, right, you know, calories in, calories out, there's
(01:06:12):
all that to be said for sure, but getting the
right nutrients, getting what's necessary for your body a wait
less journey.
Speaker 1 (01:06:18):
Truly is a journey.
Speaker 6 (01:06:20):
There is no quick fix, and me taking a shot
or somebody else taking a shot is not a quick
fix because we have muscle, you know, depreciation that we
have to deal with. We will have to work out
to restore that muscle and we'll have to take more
of a protein intake and everything. So there's no quick
fix for any of us. And it is very much nuisance, nuanced.
I'm sorry, it's very much nuanced, and a lot of
(01:06:40):
people that might be pre diabetic, like myself, that was
something that was very necessary to maintain health. Yeah, and
there's always drawbacks to everything in life. You know, and
you do the best you can, and I just want
to be on this planet as long as I can
with my son and my wife and my friends. You know, perfect,
But it's too darn expensive as well, and sometimes you
are backed up, that's.
Speaker 1 (01:07:01):
True, you know, we know, and apparently how do you
know about you?
Speaker 6 (01:07:09):
I came back from Italy very unhappy in that respect.
It's a lot, and apparently you can't eat your way
through it too if you have pasta every single day,
including for breakfast eight sixty six five four four my FM, Heather,
is there a new Year's resolution you want to assign
to somebody else?
Speaker 11 (01:07:27):
Absolutely? I have a co worker and I wish that
she would make a new Year's resolution to not bathe
in perfume. Oh vapor trail behind her and the module
is terrible.
Speaker 6 (01:07:42):
Yeah, we've got we've got a few of those. We've
got a few those, and definitely you know they were there,
and it's like a jet with a contrail. You can
almost see, you can you think you can put like
glasses on and see the vapors of the perfume or colone.
Speaker 1 (01:07:57):
Behind them as a walk.
Speaker 7 (01:07:58):
Those are the moments I feel like ad you know,
what I mean, I can trace the sense, and I
feel like.
Speaker 1 (01:08:03):
I don't think you need to trace it. I can
tell you right where.
Speaker 11 (01:08:04):
It is difficult because we're in healthcare and so I
already have to have some patients who wear a little
too much and you're trapped.
Speaker 5 (01:08:11):
In the room with them.
Speaker 6 (01:08:12):
Yeah, and that can really affect you the respiratory side.
It can close up your throat if you might have
a problem with that, if you're a little bit of
asthma or something that's tough.
Speaker 5 (01:08:21):
Yeah, I agree.
Speaker 11 (01:08:22):
I just don't think that people take that into consideration.
Speaker 5 (01:08:24):
They should just wear a little less.
Speaker 3 (01:08:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:08:26):
People aren't taught how to wear perfume and colone anymore.
You know too.
Speaker 3 (01:08:30):
We get a little nose blind to it, you do,
because I don't smell my own perfume anymore when I
put it on, right, Yeah, you're.
Speaker 1 (01:08:37):
Not bad, thank you. Yeah, we don't. I don't even
know if you're wearing perfume right now. Can't tell you
a bit more.
Speaker 3 (01:08:41):
Thank jump, Thank you guys.
Speaker 4 (01:08:44):
Wow.
Speaker 6 (01:08:45):
But like whenever I do like colone, sometimes what I do,
I don't spray it directly on me. Sometimes sometimes I'll
spray it onto a little KLEENICX or something. One squirt
and then I dab it on my neck or something.
You know, some people say sprayed in the air and
walk through it. You've heard that before.
Speaker 7 (01:08:58):
Whatever you do is nice because I never until I
hug you, and then I get a little whiffs like
we're embracing, and I'm like, that's nice.
Speaker 3 (01:09:04):
It's when he raises his arms too. I think your
deodorant is really good.
Speaker 1 (01:09:08):
You're getting in there too. You got some good smells.
Yeahs and lavender explode.
Speaker 6 (01:09:19):
All right, Heather, listen, I hope I hope that lady
hears this and maybe I don't know.
Speaker 1 (01:09:25):
You can't talk to her, can you?
Speaker 2 (01:09:26):
No?
Speaker 11 (01:09:27):
Absolutely not.
Speaker 4 (01:09:28):
It just tolerated goes the other way.
Speaker 6 (01:09:30):
Yeah, you really need somebody higher up in the chain
to put out a memo about everybody wearing less cologne
and perfume because some people have complained or something rightly,
if only.
Speaker 1 (01:09:42):
Well, good luck, Heather, Thanks.
Speaker 11 (01:09:43):
Guys, have a great Friday.
Speaker 1 (01:09:45):
Something's got a hold.
Speaker 3 (01:09:52):
One of four three FM. It's Valentine in the morning.
We're gonna wrap this up right now with a few
more texts. Is there a New Year's resolution that you
would like to assign to someone else. Peter texted in
and said, stop replying to all with emails with thanks
or acknowledged. Only the sender needs to say that you
don't need to reply all. And then this tech says
(01:10:13):
I told my coworkers that in twenty twenty six they
need to channel their inner me.
Speaker 6 (01:10:20):
Yeah, they're inner me. Oh that's very funny. That's agreat God,
the thing that's got me cracking up so much. And
I mentioned this on the air, and I got like
two or three people that saw the post on Instagram
that thought it was very funny too. So this may
not be funny to the masses. But if you're in
any industry where people are pitching you things all the time,
maybe you're in a food service in your industry, and
people are pitching you something to use in your industry, maybe, uh,
(01:10:43):
you've got vendors that are always sending you emails or
something like that. So we're always pitched, you know, for
guests to be on our show or something, an author
or somebody who wants to talk about some political thing,
or somebody who wants to promote a new song or whatever.
They're always ending up in our inbox here at work,
and so somebody had posted the other day on Instagram.
Speaker 1 (01:11:01):
I died laughing.
Speaker 6 (01:11:03):
She just wrote simply, Oh my god, everybody's circling back,
and in my inbox at the start of the year,
all I get is emails going, hey, just circling back
on this interview, request for the man who invented umbrellas.
I'd like to come on and talk to you guys
about it.
Speaker 3 (01:11:18):
That is not even a joke.
Speaker 7 (01:11:20):
Like we so much, right, yeah, it's so much when
we said to circle back, like I fully didn't even
think that day would ever come.
Speaker 6 (01:11:26):
Right, right, right, They're all circling back. It is the
funniest thing in the world.
Speaker 1 (01:11:31):
I don't know.
Speaker 6 (01:11:31):
I eight forty three one thousand bucks. That starts up
Monday morning, one thousand dollars your chance to win thirteen
times a day.
Speaker 12 (01:11:37):
One O four three my FM. Here's what's coming up.
Speaker 3 (01:11:40):
In entertainment headlines, Travis Kelce is reportedly in broadcasting talks
with a streaming service. I'll tell you why coming up
after traffic one.
Speaker 12 (01:11:52):
O four to three my FM. Entertainment headlines.
Speaker 3 (01:11:57):
Kansas City Chiefs tight end. Travis Kelce is reportedly in
broadcasting talks with Netflix. And the rumor is he's in
discussions to serve as our exclusive broadcast sports correspondent. And
Travis could earn anywhere from ten to twenty million a
year if he pursues television, but allegedly terms are still
being finalized and discussions are well underway because we don't
(01:12:19):
know if he's going to play another season or not.
Speaker 1 (01:12:22):
It's amazing though, it's like ten to twenty is what
they say. Yes, it's a pretty wide variant. Arm raised man,
and I'll take the twenty than very much.
Speaker 2 (01:12:30):
You know.
Speaker 3 (01:12:31):
And HBO Max has ordered a third season of its
medical drama The Pit stars Noah Wiley in a Pittsburgh
emergency room, and each fifteen episode season follows one hospital shift,
with every episode covering an hour. Premiered back in twenty
twenty five and earned thirteen Emmy nominations and one to five.
So it is coming back for a third season.
Speaker 1 (01:12:52):
Have you seen it?
Speaker 3 (01:12:53):
No, it's on my list, like that's the next show
I want to start watch.
Speaker 1 (01:12:56):
My wife just asked me about it the other day.
She goes, have you watched us to Go?
Speaker 3 (01:12:58):
No?
Speaker 1 (01:12:58):
I haven't.
Speaker 6 (01:12:59):
I need to because one of our coworkers is a
star on that show Manny Street, who does like fill
and work here on weekends. He's on that show as
an actor. That's his side guy. I think No Radio
is a side gig as an actor. Yeah, it's crazy.
Speaker 3 (01:13:14):
I really want to watch it. I'm Jill with Entertainment
Headlines eight forty eight.
Speaker 6 (01:13:17):

Speaker 1 (01:14:22):
Have you guys been having the coffee that John made?
Speaker 3 (01:14:25):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:14:25):
Does it taste very smoky to you? I got very
smoky after. It's the same coffee we've been having all week. Shame,
exact process. Nothing so many trauma cigarette button.
Speaker 3 (01:14:36):
I didn't notice a change anything smoky.
Speaker 1 (01:14:40):
It's it's not great. It's so great. It tastes like
a little burnt Yes, it's like a burnt taste or
something Christmas blend. It's a dark roast. Okay.
Speaker 6 (01:14:49):
No, I didn't know because I had a little bite
of an apple and some peanut butter a second ago.
I didn't know if that was counteracting this and maybe
creating that smoky flavor or something maybe, which, by the way,
come get your apple and peanut butter, guys, it's a cut.
If you're having some, come get it while I do
the news. Okay, because I've had several slices, so this

Speaker 1 (01:15:12):
Here a shark COUTERI.
Speaker 6 (01:15:14):
Board right right, I do a starcuteri board, little peanut
buttered dip. It's called a fruitery board. And I'm just
a giver. If you ever come to the studio, look
for snacks from the val main.
Speaker 9 (01:15:23):
From sedan's and SUV's to full size trucks. Experience the
incredible power and fuel efficiency with Toyota electrified freezings.
Speaker 12 (01:15:31):
You need to know right now.
Speaker 6 (01:15:33):
And if any of you ever want to chip into
the organic Apple fund that's been going on for a
number of months now, you feel.
Speaker 1 (01:15:38):
Free to chip into that.
Speaker 6 (01:15:40):
Yesterday, dozens of people had to be evacuated after Disneyland's
monorail lost power. Power outage effected two trains and about
sixty people were stranded for two hours. Anna, I'm fire department,
come to the rescue to the park. They eventually got
everybody safely evacuated. Jill's dream is to be stranded inside
a small world or raiders or something.
Speaker 3 (01:16:00):
And I've never been stuck on an attraction for very
long course, they stop and everything, but it's never been
super long, right, but I would love to get stuck
on hunted man just have.
Speaker 6 (01:16:08):
To walk out right and just see the behind the
scenes and everything like that. And bts a five hundred
and fifty pound black bear. He'd been living under a
man's home in Altadena for about a month and a half.
Had they weighed the guy, good question, You get to wait,
do you have a driver's license or something?
Speaker 1 (01:16:25):
Because he lied on that thing.
Speaker 6 (01:16:26):
That guy's probably like six hundred anyway, he's living into
the dude's house. Remember he's finally out. Ken Johnson, the homeowner,
said the bear.
Speaker 1 (01:16:33):
He took up residence in the crawl space beneath my
home just before Thanksgiving, and they tried getting to leave.
It didn't work. I trot put some honey out there,
and I tried pool buried it, but it didn't work.
Speaker 4 (01:16:44):
Well.
Speaker 6 (01:16:44):
Yesterday Wildlife Rescue Group was able to get the bear out.
They used paintball guns. They were shooting at the poor
guy with paintball and the bear got peeved and then
came out. And now they have to close up that
hole make sure doesn't go back. I guess we're gonna
try and relocate him or somewhere probably like that. I
thought it was so cute. I love that bear under
that house. People reminded me of the text line who
have had bears under their house before? It is not funny,
it is not good, it's dangerous, and it's smelly too.
(01:17:07):
Apparently bears smell.
Speaker 1 (01:17:09):
I didn't know that.
Speaker 7 (01:17:11):
Yeah, really, got to go to the bathroom somewhere. It's
probably under your house. No, not a toilet down there.
Speaker 6 (01:17:17):
Have you ever seen the sharmanad? Those bears are very
very clean music.
Speaker 7 (01:17:24):
Well, it is a new music Friday. And Bruno Mars
just dropped a brand new song today called I Just
My I.
Speaker 1 (01:17:48):
The King is Back.
Speaker 7 (01:17:49):
He also announced an album is coming out next month.
It's his first one in a decade. A tour is
going to follow this year, and it's all starting with
this track. So this is a first taste of what
this big year will look like and sound like for
and O Mars.
Speaker 1 (01:18:00):
This is I Just Might. You can stream at any
time on the free I heard radio app. I'm joh Kamuji.
That's what's training in NEWSMM. It is Valentine in the Morning.
Nine forty four is Scott listening right now.
Speaker 3 (01:18:11):
By the way, Oh, I don't know's run on the radio, Okay,
texting about it.
Speaker 6 (01:18:15):
Scott's got a Scott is a proud dad. Is a
proud dad because his son is just amazing. Three boys
whose names I want to shout out, Mason, Jake, and Dylan.
They are responsible for someone called Billbackpally dot org Palisades
and they are trying to raise money to help these
local businesses, mainly the small businesses that made the Palisades
(01:18:35):
such a wonderful place to live.
Speaker 1 (01:18:36):
Now. I didn't live in the Palisades, none of us do.
Speaker 6 (01:18:38):
Obviously, we know many families that were affected by these
devastating fires in southern California, and these boys decided they
wanted to help businesses to continue to be part of
the Palisades, to restore that community to what it once was,
a thriving, wonderful, beautiful community. And that takes effort from
so many people. But these young menas seventeen years of age,
(01:19:00):
a lot of them juniors, the three of them, I
think in high school, and they just wanted to make
a difference. So they started five HT one C three
Build Backpali dot org and they're raising money. To date,
they've raised three hundred and nine thousand dollars.
Speaker 3 (01:19:13):
That's crazy.
Speaker 6 (01:19:15):
Now tonight they're having another fundraisers slash giving event. We're
gonna be hosting it as Valentine in the morning.
Speaker 1 (01:19:22):
I may be a bit late.
Speaker 6 (01:19:23):
I want you to know that, Mason, Jake, and Dillon,
because my son has a soccer game over at Oaks
Christian and Senior Year.
Speaker 3 (01:19:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:19:29):
I just gotta be there for a sport.
Speaker 6 (01:19:31):
But I get it there as soon as I can,
so we'll be there tonight and we are raising money,
raising awareness and also giving out some money to local
businesses too. They are just gonna make it, honestly, just
an amazing opportunity for local businesses to get their foot
back in the Palisades, to rebuild their businesses and stuff.
(01:19:51):
And they've raised so much money already, three hundred nine
thousand bucks. Three seventeen year old kids going out with
individual donors, corporate donors, other people willing to make a difference.
Speaker 3 (01:19:59):
And started it almost immediately. They had this idea of
let's try this out. And I don't know if they
ever imagine it would be this big. It's just so incredible.
We're so happy to be a part of it tonight.
If you want to go to their website, it's build
Backpally dot org. You can donate there if you'd like to.
But we are excited because it's casino night tonight.
Speaker 1 (01:20:19):
Hey, yes, we're degenerate gamblers, so we will be of course.
Speaker 3 (01:20:23):
I just I really got into blackjack.
Speaker 1 (01:20:26):
No, I think it's poker though. I think it's it's
a poker is a blackjack.
Speaker 3 (01:20:30):
Tonight poker tournament, and I thought maybe there might be
a little a little black jack table.
Speaker 1 (01:20:35):
Gambling in general general, yeah, general gambling left right center?
Can we play sevens? Please?
Speaker 6 (01:20:46):
I bring a deck of Uno cards, just something over
in the quarter, you know. But I was telling Scott
Scott is a proud dad. He's very proud of sun Mason.
I said, hey, how's it looking for Mason for like
college and stuff like that. You know, it's college essays
and everything's a junior. But my son Colin, who's a senior,
we're going through that whole process, still visiting some colleges,
waiting for you know, results from colleges come back and
(01:21:08):
your applications and stuff like that. And I goes at
working out well for Mason. He goes, it's funny because
he was just asking me the other day how his
community service was going, if he needs to do more,
And we're like, Mason, you're doing so much, you and
your buddies there. You're raising this money for the Pacific Palisades.
You are raising this money for small businesses to increase
their foothold and to stay in the Palisades.
Speaker 1 (01:21:30):
You're gonna be fine with your college essay.
Speaker 6 (01:21:32):
You got nothing to worry about that. Your kids are great.
So shout out to that Mason, Jake and Dylan. The
other day, it was funny. Mason was on KFI a
six forty with Tim Conway and I listened back to
the interview and he did a great job, better than Tim,
I might say.
Speaker 3 (01:21:46):
He was very calm, yeah, like so well spoken, and
he was great, great public speaker.
Speaker 6 (01:21:51):
And Timmy's going, hey, let's take it down to Santa
Nita and try and double that money. Let's go mass
Like what so the Bible, We're not taking it to
Santa Nato. Bet on the ponies. So congrats those guys.
And again, if you'd like to donate and make a difference,
and you can see this website be proud of these
three boys giving back to the community.
Speaker 1 (01:22:10):

to be there as well. There's so many stars. Nicky
Glazer is returning to host, and it'll be this Sunday
on CBS and Paramount Plus.
Speaker 6 (01:22:39):
And you ever wonder if people listening for the first
time hear you say that and wonder what you're talking
about and think if you're making a joke or something.
Speaker 3 (01:22:44):
Oh maybe it's just it's just so real for me.

And the upcoming Star Wars movies Star Wars Starfighter, we'll
have a lightsaber duel that was filmed by Tom Cruse.
So apparently he was visiting the set and he arrived
by helicopter while the crew played the Mission Impossible theme
song over the speakers, and the director jokingly suggested that
Tom get behind the camera and help film it, and
(01:23:13):
Tom was so into the idea, and they said, not
only did he pick up a camera, but Tom tried
to get the perfect shot and was quote up to
his ankles in mud and pond water that he ruined
his very nice shoes. I'm Jill with anytivid headlines, right, Jill.

We haven't won the lottery, so we gotta do it.
What are you gonna do? Right, have a great weekend.
Good luck to the Chargers, good luck to the Rams.
Speaker 1 (01:23:55):
Yeah, let's see what happens. John and I have a
side bet going on with that game.
Speaker 6 (01:24:01):
I'm a Pats fan by birthright and John is saying
bolt up all the way, whoever loses down what we
call the quad downstairs right out front in a speedo
having very chilly water balloons thrown at their nether regions.

you seen that video? No, I thought you guys were
making it.
Speaker 3 (01:24:33):

Yeah, we'll show it to you.
Speaker 6 (01:24:39):
Yeah, we have the video, but it was it wasn't
a legal thing. It was just the blur was too small,
and I felt intimidated by you posting the video with
a small blur. They were using a little cop blur
for a certain area and it was going to be
different now it was like pit hole size.
Speaker 1 (01:24:52):
