Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's the Valentine in the Morning replay.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Welcome to the breakfast table a Valentine in the Morning.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
I laughed, heartily, help us respectful to say I love you.
The full show podcast starts right now.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Good morning, Jill, how are you?

Speaker 3 (00:13):
Good morning? My fingers smell like garlic because I tried
a new recipe yesterday. Yeah, it's now my new favorite
thing to make. Super easy.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
I don't know, I don't get easy. Oh no, stop stop.
If I'm not allowed to give a recipes the recipe
you're about.

Speaker 3 (00:31):
To, well, I'm saying super easy the crock pot.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
He also said, give me the deets. Well what it is.

Speaker 4 (00:35):
It was just a chicken pasta dish, but it was
so good. My husband loved it too.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
Her fingers, No, you just you came in like my
fingers smelling garlic today.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
It's like garlic.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
Oh yeah, I just used some hand sanitizers. But I'm
so proud. It was so easy, but it was delicious.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
It's chicken pasta and a little cherry.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
Tomatoes and saw ma, you're getting on the line of
a recipe.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
It's very good.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
Yeah, that's I do like that.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
Yeah, very tasty.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
I like a good beef stew. You can make that
a croc bought too.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
You know what I bought yesterday while I was doing
my shopping, and it took me back to yesteryear and
my friend Valentine would drop off the frozen gluten free
chicken pot pies. And it was during lockdown during COVID
and val would drop them off at my house. And
I had so many that I was actually like, kind
of sick of them.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
But now I saw them in the first time, I
was like, that sounds really good.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
So I bought to you still.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
Have the I wanted to hear what she said there,
but I had so many I was kind of it
wasn't sick of sick of It wasn't if we went
back to that tape and I played it, sick of
him so sick of him? I barely saw you.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
Like he came inside to deliver them, right, it was
probably leave and exactly.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
Reverse porch pirate, just drop them off and run.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
Yeah, yeah, very nice.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
I waved her and stuff sometimes and I talk from
there or whatever. Yeah, and I said I'll see you
on zoom.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
But yes, she got to the point where I would
call her from the grocery store and go, hey, I'm here.
I'm getting food from my family.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
It was so nice.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
Yeah, and I'm like, I've got some gluten free turkey
pot pies and they're very expensive and all this stuff, well,
and I want tim.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
No, It's like, well, I have ted in the freezer
right now.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
Start eating, lady. What are you doing over there? You know,
eat some food. It's lockdown, That's all anybody was doing,
eating or glowing up whatever.

Speaker 5 (02:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
Really I was on the eating thing.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
Yeah, I got it.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
A Martini kicked her in lockdown. Oh my gosh. I'd
be in my backyard making vodka martinis and blue cheese olives.

Speaker 6 (02:46):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
And it was like the legit martini, Like it's a
couple of mixtures of two different alcohols. I'm not really
a drinker in that respect. I don't know the answers
to this. But I had whatever it was you're supposed
to mix together and shake it and everything. I pour
it over some ice and I had the chilled cups.
I was sitting back there by my barbecue. Yeah, Stumble
bumbled around. You know.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
We did something.

Speaker 7 (03:06):
We lived on a major street, so we used to
do something called Happy Fridays. We'd buy a cooler of
beer and we'd take it to the front yard. We'd
put our couch in the front yard, we'd open the
cooler of beer and we just cheers everyone that walked by.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
People were getting their fitness on. They'd come by, take
a beer.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
And get their fitness on. Come buy take a beer.

Speaker 7 (03:21):
There's so many people were going for walks during that time,
and said we were on a major street, like so
many people just getting out to go for a walk.

Speaker 8 (03:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Yeah, walks are big there. And this is like pulling
bout the curtain too much here as we start the show.
But when that started, like in the very beginning, we
were taping our shows from home, and we tried that
and then we forged out how to go live. So
about two weeks the shows were taped, or a portion
of them were taped, right So I would get up
in the morning and it was like eight o'clock and
the taped audio was running this during COVID and I'd

(03:48):
go for a walk and Steven, who was editing our
show back then, didn't do a very good job, and
he would leave stuff in there and I'd be listening
on the iHeartRadio app like two miles from the house,
and I'd hear mistakes and then I knew what was coming. Yeah,
a lot of the break I remembered, and it was
just all this audio just rolling and it was never edited,

(04:12):
and it was all the stuff that was set off
the air, which sometimes she doesn't remain off the air.
And I'm running back to my house trying to call
somebody to tell them this edited, do something, take it out,
stop it hit the dump button. Brian was doing the
same thing. And then after we realized that Stephen could
handle the editing, we went live. We just decided to
we're doing a lie.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
It wasn't just one time either.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
Really, my walks got shorter and shorter. I would have
had a glow up during COVID, but because of the
editing problems, my walks were quite short, quite short. Four three,
It's Valentine the morning. Hello, Tonay, how you doing pretty good?
Doing all right? What's going on? What's happening in your life? Tonay?

Speaker 9 (04:53):
You guys had asked where we call from and what
we do up so early?

Speaker 2 (04:58):
Yeah, what are you doing up early?

Speaker 9 (05:00):
A couple about three four in the morning. Regardless of
where I'm at, even when I travel I'll end up
waking up at the same time.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
Okay, not working.

Speaker 9 (05:10):
I'm a disabled bed single mom and I'm still last
one in bed.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
First one away, Wow, what did you do in the military? Oh? Really? Okay?
What branch? Okay? And were you disabled due to being
in the military or what happened?

Speaker 9 (05:27):
Yeah? Yeah, I just located my knee.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
Oh god, was that like during training or deployment or
what happened?

Speaker 9 (05:36):
I never deployed. The aggravated injury.

Speaker 2 (05:42):
I could see that. Like just standing in your feet
all day, did all the different stuff? Yeah, yikes?

Speaker 9 (05:46):
And marching with the way in surf.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
Yeah, let's stop the marching happens. We don't need to
march anymore. Do Do we need the marching?

Speaker 1 (05:54):
It's really cool when you're in a band.

Speaker 2 (05:56):
No, it looks good and all that stuff. But I mean,
we're never really marching in anymore. Are we going to
march like one hundred miles to attack somebody. No, we're
gonna drop guys in for helicopters. Do we need the marching?
I don't know. I'm not a military guy of the
USO shows.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
So I don't know often first, but you got a point.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
I got a point.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
You know, we've got things that drive you there. We've
got tanks, we've got planes, we've got humbies.

Speaker 9 (06:19):
We've got about twenty years anyway.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
It's about twenty years now. Yeah, gotcha. And where do
you live? By the way, we.

Speaker 9 (06:25):
Are in Albuquerque. We moved here about two months.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
Agay, Wow, you listened all the way from Albuquerque. I
love that. That's so cool.

Speaker 9 (06:31):
See you guys on the road. I travel. We like
to travel a lot. I've been listened to you guys
in Iceland, in Greece, in China, in Australia. Everywhere we go,
you guys are with us team.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
Woh wow, we've traveled the world too. That's great.

Speaker 3 (06:46):
We're glad that you are up so early and listen
to us. So thank you.

Speaker 9 (06:50):
Well, if you guys give me something to do in
the morning. There's nothing good at three and four in
the morning.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
That's good to know that we're all. There is only
choice there is at that hour of the morning. Nobody
else up here three thirty in the morning, not a
soul inside. It is looking like a ghosts down on
the moonless summer night. I turn on Valentine High and
Jill's got the headlines and John's not paying attention and
that's just how it goes in my FM rolls and

(07:18):
my fan rules and Brian takes the day off again.
All right today listen, I have a great day. Please
stay in touch your k Thank you guys, Thank you love,
take care, Bye bye you guys. Want to check in
three one four, three eight six six five four four
fas listen anywhere with the free iHeartRadio app one O

(07:39):
four three my FM one O four to three, My
fam It is Valentine in the morning. We've got a
few texts based on some of that happened yesterday in
the show, and she did it early in the show.
Then we kind of forgot to talk about again. Somebody
has an update on her uterine car wash scrub A

(08:05):
dub dub A car wash would have been a lot
more fun. How did that uteran car wash go?

Speaker 9 (08:10):
Joe?

Speaker 3 (08:10):
It wasn't quite a uterine car wash. It was a
I think it's called a hydrosono ultrasound.

Speaker 4 (08:16):
But the news that we shared was there's gonna be
so many different steps as we go through this IVF journey,
and this was like the first step where we got like, okay,
let's move on to step two.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
Okay, they were looking around, so step by step.

Speaker 4 (08:29):
Yes, because a few years ago, I had some abnormal
cells and I had part of my cervix removed, and
back then they told me it might be hard to
carry a child because of the portion that was removed,
but it could happen, and so they were really worried
about that. So he looked and said, the cervix looked
great from everything that he saw.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
Now, explain to the rest of us who did not
have the anatomy class. What is the cervix? Is it
prior to the uterus, right like the canal? It's the
canal basically, it's like a birth canal.

Speaker 3 (08:58):
It's like the tish she was surrounding everything, basically, okay.

Speaker 4 (09:02):
And I had a portion of that removed and it
was ad no carcinoma, okay, moved. And so because of
that it had to heal and there could be some
scar tissue and stuff like that. So he's looked at
it and he said, I'm surprised at how great this.

Speaker 2 (09:20):
Looks smooth, did healed nicely?

Speaker 3 (09:21):
We were well, he didn't say that, but.

Speaker 2 (09:27):
This is a dude, You're okay with the dude doing it.
Oh yeah, oh yeah.

Speaker 4 (09:31):
This was the doctor that froze my eggs a couple
of years ago. So I know him, and so my
husband's meeting him for the first time, and it's it's cool.

Speaker 3 (09:38):
It's like a full circle moment, and.

Speaker 2 (09:40):
Your husband's watching all this happen.

Speaker 3 (09:41):
He was with me.

Speaker 4 (09:42):
I wanted him in there with me to hold my
hand because I knew it was going to be painful.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
It's a nurse there and everything.

Speaker 4 (09:47):
Yeah, but I didn't know it was going to be
this painful, and I can handle pain.

Speaker 3 (09:53):
This was the catheter that hurt really bad.

Speaker 4 (09:56):
And then while he's looking around and they told me
it was going to feel like really bad cramps.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
This was this was really bad.

Speaker 2 (10:02):
Was it really bad? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (10:02):
Yeah, but luckily it was quick, thank goodness.

Speaker 4 (10:05):
And then they injected the water in there to kind
of look at everything, and they're checking for polyps and
they're checking for all kinds of stuff. And so now
we move forward to getting Jeff tested and then unfreezing
my eggs and all of that.

Speaker 3 (10:18):
So step one done, We're moving on to step two.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
Do they have to do they have to go into
the myoea room or anything or do they have to
as far as you go to the cervix, you didn't go
into the uterum wall or anything like that.

Speaker 3 (10:27):
I don't know if he did or not.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
Right, Okay, he might have.

Speaker 1 (10:31):
You know so much about it.

Speaker 2 (10:32):
Well, I mean, I don't want to mansplain anything, but
obviously you have your cervix, the your uterous and you
know the myometroom and the end of met room.

Speaker 3 (10:39):
Of course, you know he looks at my ovaries too.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
I saw that he got up into.

Speaker 3 (10:44):
He was up in there.

Speaker 2 (10:45):
Did he see them by going in or right? I know,
I don't think he would. It's not like an a
think shoving his head in. Well, luckily, everything looks great.

Speaker 3 (11:00):
Thing looks really good.

Speaker 2 (11:01):
He even did you take pictures? He must they always
medically they take pictures.

Speaker 3 (11:06):
I'm sure he did.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
Could you post?

Speaker 3 (11:08):
He did say that I had some follicles, which you know,
getting really into the weeds here.

Speaker 2 (11:13):
Their hair, They had some follicles.

Speaker 4 (11:18):
I have a very low ovarian reserve, so I don't.

Speaker 3 (11:22):
Have a lot to work with. But when he got
up in there, he saw I.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
Had some follicles, which is great for having a baby,
like you're going to have any in there?

Speaker 3 (11:30):
And we did. We're so excited. So fingers crossed.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
So those are those developing eggs in the exactly. Yeah,
so you could have more eggs if you or.

Speaker 4 (11:38):
Something another egg retrieval possibly if we get to that,
if they develop, my thirty six year old eggs would
be a lot better than my forty year old eggs.

Speaker 3 (11:45):
Why we're going to work with the thirty six The forty.

Speaker 2 (11:47):
Year old eggs are wiser life experience. They've seen more
wands in their time. They sure have. Well, congratulations, it's
everything that we've heard.

Speaker 10 (12:01):

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Don't let us poo poo your look well, it's hard.

Speaker 3 (13:09):
You know, when I know that it's not liked, then
I'm not going to want to do.

Speaker 2 (13:16):
Well that look great. No, it was reminiscent of like
what you said, trely Templar or something like that. But
it's not bad.

Speaker 4 (13:23):
You guys didn't take me seriously when I was trying
to be dominant is not.

Speaker 2 (13:29):
The word, but I was trying to like, are you talking?
When does this turn in fifty shades of jail?

Speaker 3 (13:36):
So I mean, like, you guys want to take me
didn't take.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
It seriousness trying to be dominant. What was it, I
didn't hear it?

Speaker 3 (13:44):
Serious?

Speaker 2 (13:45):
Oh serious, okay, I was taking I take you serious
all the time you called me a little old lady. Yeah,
like a serious little old lady. Little lady is quite serious.
You don't mess with that girl when you go to
see his candy, that little old lady behind the counter
and hand comes up with a knuckle, hit the counter
and go.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
I would love to.

Speaker 4 (14:04):
Work and sees candy though, really Yeah, wearing that little
cute little uniform passing out little truffles.

Speaker 2 (14:12):
Yeah. Sometimes, as Ben Franklin said years ago, things become
self evidence. You're in one of those moments right there. Yeah. Otherwise,
how are you fine? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (14:24):
Yeah, I'm okay.

Speaker 2 (14:25):
Good John feeling good man? Yeah, yeah, thank you. Brian
Burton is not here today. Brian Burton's off to Toronto
to see Kendrick Lamar with his wife. There's a lot
of time off that Brian Burton has.

Speaker 3 (14:35):
He'll be back Monday.

Speaker 1 (14:36):
When's the show.

Speaker 3 (14:37):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (14:38):
Well, he says he'll be back Monday, but I have
a funny feeling he'll get COVID or something. Oh you're
so right, right, He tends to do that.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
Monday of the following week.

Speaker 4 (14:46):
Yeah, right, right, right right, So punk rock bowling thing
wherever you want.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
To, that's right. He went to a punk rock bowl
and think COVID is out for like a week and
a half. Yeah, he doesn't take it at projections and
he's like, what are you gonna do? Living my life?
But it doesn't bother the rest. We're fine. It's Valentine
in the Morning. It's one A, four to three, my
fam on the show Friday in studio. This guy's gonna
lose his every love in mind to my right hand side.
He knows who it is. So I'm not surprising about
the air right now. But here's the little taste of

(15:13):
the musical genius that's stopping by Valentine in the Morning
in studio on Friday, Adam Levine coming on the show.
John is picking out his outfit as we speak.

Speaker 1 (15:28):
I think I got one planned for Friday.

Speaker 2 (15:30):
What are you gonna worry?

Speaker 1 (15:30):
It's gonna look so normal and chill. But like, just
know that I've planned five days in advent Okay, I
already know what I want to wear.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
Okay, why are you planning your outfit for Adam.

Speaker 7 (15:39):
Levine because if all things go we I'm gonna take
a picture next to Adam Levine. Yes, and this is
gonna be my photo with Adam Levine, which is something I.

Speaker 1 (15:47):
Have like wanted to do for years.

Speaker 2 (15:50):
Uh huh, never met the guy, right, So I'm excited.
You got a great photo with Mariah Carey the other day.
That's cool. That's cool.

Speaker 7 (15:59):
It wasn't my person, like my type of music as
much as Maroon five was growing, you know, right, Maroon
five was like my bread and butter.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
Yeah, So let me ask you this. If you got
three people in a boat, get right, yeah, and you
have to throw one of them overboard to save the
rest of you. Okay, you three people? Three people are me? Okay,
your friend Valentine, Yeah, Adam Levine, okaymon five, Chad Kruger
for Nickelback, you can swim right? Oh my god?

Speaker 3 (16:27):
Hellhoa.

Speaker 1 (16:29):
At least I asked.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
It's Valencide in the morning, just one of four to three,
mayaff be guess? I want to reach out three one O
four three. You can text in or you can call
eight sixt six y four to four MYFM, Y.

Speaker 10 (16:39):
One O four to three my FM six thirty four.

Speaker 2 (16:42):
It is Valencie in the morning. This is one of
four three MYFM The Weather Todays Sunday. This afternoon warm,
high's eighties to low nineties. So now heat's really starting
to come in a little bit. Seventy the Beaches sixty
two and Robia sixty and one Anaheim. If anybody was
out doing any protests or anything, keep that stuff in mind. Uh,
everybody involved that it's gonna be hot. Be very careful
of that stuff, all right. Jill's got the entertainment headlines

(17:04):
coming up.

Speaker 3 (17:04):
When Dakota Johnson won the.

Speaker 4 (17:07):
Razzie Award for Worst Actress, she received a message from
a surprise celebrity.

Speaker 3 (17:11):
I'll tell you what she received, coming up with six fifty.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
If you want to reach out, three one oh four three,
that's the text line. If you want to join the show.
If you're listening from someplace outside of southern California, feel
free three one oh four three. I do have a
friend of ours that listens in Boston, and he was
like all up in arms yesterday, all up in arms,
and I don't blame it. I get to figure out
what happened. But I guess our podcast wasn't up or
something for the past two days. Okay, some who knows

(17:36):
I don't know, and he's like, where's the podcast?

Speaker 11 (17:38):
Man?

Speaker 2 (17:38):
I n even Valentine in the Morning Fix. And this
was a guy that found our show just because I
went on a Boston radio shows an time. The funniest thing.
I love telling the story. It's so funny. It's kind
of an inside radio thing. But I'd called into a
radio show in Boston because I'm just like you. If
you're listening to the show, sometimes you want to tell
somebody's something or chat with them. So I call the

(17:59):
sports talk shows. I call him to all different radio shows.
You might hear me on several radio stations. So I
call up and a friend of mine's doing the show,
and I say hi to him and everything. And then
there was one of his listeners that enjoyed the conversation
so much he went and found us on the iHeart
Radio app. That's so great and you can do that too,
So open up that iHeartRadio app, look for one of
four three mifam obviously, and there we are. That's he

(18:19):
can stream us live and take us wherever you go.
And if you ever feel like you want to reach out,
this little microphone icon the upright hand corner send us
any type of message. It comes directly into the studio.
So he was all, I guess up in arms because
the podcast wasn't posted. So I'm getting on top of
somebody about that. I just don't know who one of
four to three my family it is Valanceine in the

(18:41):
morning six forty two. How many folks getting messages in
their feed or their texts from folks around the world.
I have a lot of my family lives in Ireland,
and they're all concerned about what's going on in Los Angeles, obviously,
and so a lot of them are reaching out and
trying to allay their fears that, you know, I'm not myself,
my family not in the area where anything's happening, and

(19:01):
stuff like that. Do you get any messages from people
across the country and any friends like that?

Speaker 3 (19:05):
No, everybody's really here.

Speaker 2 (19:07):
Oh they are in La.

Speaker 4 (19:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (19:09):
That's crazy, all your families here in La Yeah? Yeah, wow,
I know. And your sister checks in right.

Speaker 8 (19:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (19:14):
I have some friends around the country too that they're like,
is everything go count there?

Speaker 2 (19:17):
Right? Right? They don't know the layout of the land
and stuff like that, and everything yeah.

Speaker 7 (19:21):
They kind of feel like when everyone looks out their
window and light, like everyone is seeing that specifically.

Speaker 2 (19:25):
And then whatever feed they follow, you know, on Instagram,
shows you what's going on in La basically kind of
like you know what you like and look at on
Instagram and if you certain, you know, if you watch
certain networks and stuff, will show you one thing. So
people can get their information that way. But I was
trying to lay the fears of one of my cousins
is sporting. I'm like, no, we're fine where we are.
My family's safe, thank God, and you know, we're not
involved in being in the center or something like that.

(19:48):
So you know, but you get a lot of messages
from a lot of people. Something fascinating that all your
families here, I know, I know right.

Speaker 4 (19:56):
There are Yeah, we do have some family there, but
for the immediate families.

Speaker 2 (20:02):
Also the California it's all here that.

Speaker 3 (20:04):
We do have someone in Arizona.

Speaker 2 (20:05):
But oh, now she's starting to realize, wait, I family are.

Speaker 3 (20:08):
Some people there, but it's so big, the majority is here.

Speaker 2 (20:12):
How many cousins do you have, you know, Oh.

Speaker 3 (20:14):
My gosh, like immediate.

Speaker 2 (20:16):
Cousins, yeah, like first cousins.

Speaker 4 (20:17):
How many have one, two, three, four, five, six, seven eight.

Speaker 1 (20:23):
Oh that's that's not cousin within the two hands. That's
not Yeah, that's not bad. It's not bad.

Speaker 12 (20:27):
Okay, how did you have John? I think I only
have like five, five, six, Yeah, gotcha? Pretty small, gotcha? Yeah,
Min's pretty small too, like immediate first cousins. I think
it's God, I'm gonna get this wrong.

Speaker 2 (20:40):
Five. Yeah, that's only that I think.

Speaker 3 (20:42):
Yeah, I forgot some cousins.

Speaker 13 (20:44):
No, it's too late, it's too late. Nine ten, No,
nine ten, don't count. Got nine and ten of the
forgettable cousins. If you'd only name them or something, how
great would that have been? I know they're checking out
the podcast. You forgot about me.

Speaker 2 (20:57):
I'm nine ten, So sorry, Bobby, Bobby, Tonia. Now you're
naming them? Why did you name them? Bobby and Tanya?
Where do they live?

Speaker 3 (21:06):
South Carolina?

Speaker 2 (21:09):
From a second ago, was like I only have cousins
in LA. That was Arizona, Now South Carolina. Theascotos are
spreading out, look at them. Go all right? Six forty
five coming up? The Battle of a Sex is if
you guys want to play in that today it's eight
sixty six five four FOURFM eight six six five four
four six and three six. We have a family four
Pac Universal Studios, which I love. That place. It's great.
Universe is great. I mean, I know there's a ton

(21:31):
of great rides, a ton of fun things to do
and stuff like that. And uh, people love going to Halloween.
My kid loves it. That place scares of what Jesus
said to me. Oh it's so good, but I just go.
I could go live in Harry Potterland if you're a
Harry Potter fan like I am. And that ride, there
is a rumor. I don't know. I'm sure. I love
to ask me any Universal that that ride When they
first put it in it was so intense they had
to back it down a bit. It's true, is it true?

Speaker 3 (21:53):
That is true.

Speaker 2 (21:54):
I loved it. I loved it. I love the first one.
I love it now. I don't care. That's soaring through
that whole Harry Potter World is so fantastic, the best ever.

Speaker 3 (22:03):
You don't get motion sickness, not at all, none of that. Lucky.

Speaker 2 (22:05):
No, just got to get into it, man, just get
into it.

Speaker 13 (22:09):
You can't just get into it, No, you can't, really,
And if you have, if you have like a glass
of wine or something before you go on it.

Speaker 2 (22:15):
Oh my god, you are soaring. It's so great.

Speaker 10 (22:18):
Four three's coming up in entertainment headlines.

Speaker 4 (22:23):
Justin Bieber does not care if your grandpa is worried
about him. I'll explain one O, four to three my
sm entertainment headlines. When Dakota Johnson won the Razzie Award
for Worst Actress last year for Madam Webb, she got
a message from a fellow Razzie winner, Santra Bullock. She
won Worst Actress for All About Steven twenty ten, the

(22:46):
same year she won an oscar for the blind Side,
and she showed up to both ceremonies to accept both awards.
But Da Coda, Johnson said, Santra Bullock sent her a
voice note after she won her Razzie saying I heard
you were in the Razzie Club. We should have brunch.
We should have a monthly brunch. And to cod to
Johnson that she freaked out getting this message because Sandra
Bullock is so iconic.

Speaker 3 (23:06):
To her, He's like, oh my god, I just went crazy.

Speaker 2 (23:09):
Sandra Bullock is a woman that I had the biggest
crush on younger years. She's not that much older than me,
probably should proably around my age, but living in LA
and stuff, I had the biggest crush on her. And
then I remember I got her to record something at
an EVNG. She's like, hey, this is Sandra Bullock and
you're listening to Valentine. I've displayed the thing like a
thousand times. I played it all the time. I think
her people actually called the radio station and asked us
to stop playing.

Speaker 4 (23:29):
No.

Speaker 2 (23:29):
Yeah, I kid you not that much. I loved her,
the biggest crush on her.

Speaker 3 (23:33):
It's Sandra Bullock.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
Yeah, that pretty miscongeniality or because of that movie.

Speaker 2 (23:37):
I don't know, honestly, I don't know. I just always
thought she was fantastic.

Speaker 4 (23:40):
Yes, and Justin Bieber has a lot of fans that
are a little concerned about him, and one fan in
particular shared a screenshot of texts that she was giving
back and forth to her grandfather, and.

Speaker 3 (23:53):
He said, I'm worried about Justin Bieber. There's so much
heartbreak in Justin's life. So she posted this to her
story just a random Justin Bieber fan.

Speaker 4 (24:00):
Justin Bieber somehow saw this post and commented on it, quote,
worry about yourself, gramps, so he says.

Speaker 3 (24:08):
No need to worry about him. I'm Jill with anytimate headlines.

Speaker 2 (24:11):
This was one of the reasons right here why I
was so upset when they asked me to leave Kiss
FM and come down the hall.

Speaker 4 (24:18):
Hi, this is a senderble look and you're listening to
Valentine on.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
I couldn't use it anymore. But I was so bummed.
IM like, I can't use it. They made me change
radio stations.

Speaker 3 (24:31):
A I know, can we get up?

Speaker 2 (24:35):
God will be sued. Oh, but let's give it our
best battle of sex is coming up one of four
three my FM? Are we doing it at this hour? Boos?

Speaker 5 (24:44):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (24:45):
This hour?

Speaker 2 (24:45):
Really did you decide.

Speaker 3 (24:47):
That I did?

Speaker 1 (24:47):
Can I make a confession?

Speaker 2 (24:48):
Can I say something real quick though? Before you make
your confession?

Speaker 1 (24:51):
Granted?

Speaker 2 (24:51):
Thank you appreciate that your honor. They're not yours. You
didn't pay for them, no, and you've decided how to
give them out everything?

Speaker 5 (24:59):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (25:00):
Okay, well listen, I told you the you needed more
power in the show. Brian's out, more direction, our producers out.
You're stepping up. I appreciate you stepping up. H.

Speaker 3 (25:07):
I don't have the curls today. So right, you guys
will take me seriously. The boo boos this.

Speaker 2 (25:12):
Hour, La boo boos this hour? Are they waiting for
the sound of the lea boo boo to call in? Yes,
they are, okay, And if you don't know what a
la boo boo is, how do we spell? Is la
bu bu or something like that that sounds good close
enough you'd find it. They're cute little animals. Some argue
they're not cute, but cute little animals that you tied
to backpacks and stuff, and they're they just hang on things.

(25:33):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (25:34):
They're all the rage right now at.

Speaker 2 (25:36):
Eight inches tall or something like that, so they're not
teeny teeny and these are collector edition leabooboos that we
had a line on that we got and they are real.
One hundred said, this is not some radio station. Give
it up, faked lafu foos. They're La boo boosh and
the latest rage I think of the PopMart La boo boos,
and we have them this hour recording the jill. Yes,
so you're listening for the queue to call eight six

(25:57):
six five four four, John, what was your confession?

Speaker 7 (25:59):
I just said, estimated how important these labuboos are to
some people, Like.

Speaker 1 (26:03):
I had people friends reach out to me.

Speaker 7 (26:04):
I haven't talked to you in years, like did you really, John,
my daughter needs a lbrit really?

Speaker 2 (26:09):
And did you tell them they're also not yours? That
you didn't pay for them?

Speaker 7 (26:12):
These people have never asked for concert tickets, amusement park tickets.

Speaker 1 (26:15):
But the minute we have labut.

Speaker 2 (26:16):
Right, gotcha? All right? Well, Lububu's coming up one A
four to three MYFM. Also later on this hour, what
did you fall for with Ai? We have to be
very careful with a lot of stuff that we see
on our feeds and some on Instagram now, and there
are some that all of us in this room have
fallen for. And you're like, oh my god, that is
so realistic. All right, I get it. It's not really
Moses parting the Red Seed that I'm seeing here on Instagram,

(26:39):
But some other stuff, You're like, is that really a yetti?
You'd be amazed with some of the stuff, So reach out,
what have you fallen for with Ai? On Instagram or
some other social network eight six six fy four four IFM.
But right now it is a battle of the sexes
reps in the man His name is Gabe. He lives

deaf and blind at the young age of only nineteen
months Author Keller? Helen Keller, alright there, thank you for
getting that one.

Speaker 4 (29:01):
And Gabe, what famous Helen starred in Twister as good
as it gets?

Speaker 3 (29:07):
And what women want.

Speaker 15 (29:10):
Helen Hunt?

Speaker 2 (29:11):
Yes, nice, all right? That is to go to not
so a tough tie breaker question. Holler out in name.
If you know the answer, you name will be your buzzer.
Wait until Laura our, Australian social media director, finishes asking
the question before you buzz in.

Speaker 3 (29:25):
Who would you trade lives with for a day and why?

Speaker 16 (29:28):
Gabe, Gabe, Gabe, I would.

Speaker 17 (29:32):
Trade lives with Robert de.

Speaker 2 (29:33):

Speaker 17 (29:38):
Mm just because he's in a lot of great movies
that I love.

Speaker 9 (29:42):
So he met a lot of great actors.

Speaker 2 (29:44):
Got it held Robert de Niro, I can find him.
You trade lives with somebody for a day, and you
pick somebody really old today one at.

Speaker 1 (29:53):
Trade with him.

Speaker 2 (29:54):

Thank you very much. Lit Boo boos are all the rage,
the boo boos. You can win the boo boos this hour.
I'm a grown man saying this phrase, win a lit
boo boo on MYFM.

Speaker 10 (30:50):
Three things you need to know right now.

Speaker 2 (30:53):
Step twenty one. It is Valentine in the morning. This
is one of four to three MYFM. So no major
acts of vandalism or reports of looting during the overnight hours.
After a fifth day of anti s protests, Lamayor Karen
Bass announced yesterday that a curfew would be in effect
from eight pm to six am this morning. Police started
citing at a resting protesters who refused to leave immediately
after the curfew went into effect for roughly one square

(31:14):
mile portion of downtown Los Angeles. In and Out has
the happiest workers among the nation's major restaurant chains. According
to a new study, The California based burger chain took
the top spot for a tenth straight year. Can you
believe that ten straight years? Congrats in It Out? Based
on over five hundred and thirty thousand reviews of almost

(31:35):
ninety restaurant France the top three chains when it comes
to employee satisfaction. So this is not like do you
like the Burger's invest or anything. This is people working there?
Do they enjoy working there? As compared to other fast
food restaurants. The top three chains when it comes to
employee satisfaction remained unchanged from last year.

Speaker 3 (31:55):
Yeah, I saw that.

Speaker 2 (31:56):
It's like a flying because of that in our studio. Yes,
it's driving all was crazy. Sorry to get distracted. I
tried to get it. The top three in and out,
followed by Raising Canes and Dutch Brothers. Oh, Dutch Brothers
is the coffee place? Yeah, and man, I don't think
I've ever been.

Speaker 7 (32:13):
Those employees are like they're happy, Yeah, very.

Speaker 2 (32:19):
On something, John, Is that what you just said?

Speaker 1 (32:20):
Every time I've been in that drive through they are wild.

Speaker 2 (32:23):
The top three place where they might be on something, John,
what's training music?

Speaker 7 (32:27):
Well, it looks like Gracie Abrams has got some new
music coming out pretty soon. She's been chopping a couple
of videos online with a little clip of her upcoming
new song, There's not too much to it and that's it. Yeah,
I know it's it's all very short on social media,
but the comments on it seemed pretty positive. Even Olivia
Rodrigoz in the comments, saying, oh, heck, yeah, I'm excited
for this one. So no word on a release date yet,
but we'll bring you some more info when we get it.

(32:47):
I'm John Camuci. That's today's training music.

Speaker 2 (32:49):
Aren't people all like enamored by Gracy Abrams like she's
the next Tailor Swift or something? Or did I misread
that she.

Speaker 1 (32:54):
Has like a cult following?

Speaker 4 (32:55):
Real?

Speaker 2 (32:56):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (32:56):
Absolutely?

Speaker 2 (32:56):
Is she really that good?

Speaker 1 (32:57):
I believe?

Speaker 2 (32:58):
So Okay, coming up, what did you fall for with AI?
On social media? You can text in at three one
oh four to three or call eight sixty six five
four four my fem one O four three my fem.
It is Valentine in the morning, seven twenty six. The
world of AI is just exploding and there's some new changes. John,
was the video one again? You knew the name Google?
Vo three vo three? Okay, so that has changed the

(33:19):
game again. And they say, like, you know, every nine
months whatever something that AI almost doubles this capacity something
to learn. It's just out of control. So AI is
affecting all of us, just pluses and minus to things
like that, and some of the pluses I'm sure you've
found in your daily life. Some of the minuses we
can't tell what's a AI and what's not anymore. Maybe
you can, but we're very close to the point we're

(33:40):
gonna be difficult for a lot of people. So what
have you fall for in the world of AI, especially
with videos online and stuff. There's one that I said
my wife last night. This lady's reporting from a flood
zone and it looks like it might have been a
hurricane prone zone. There she's in the waters like, hey,
this is Angela sounds every reporting from the flood zon
data and a shark swims past her. There's no shark.
There's no shark. It's all AI. She even admits it.

(34:01):
She goes and by the way, I'm an AI reporter.
This isn't real. So people are having fun with it.
You've probably seen the one where Moses parts the Red sea.

Speaker 1 (34:07):
Yeah, that's my favorite, right, and then.

Speaker 2 (34:09):
You know the guys fight in the lion and the
other guys throwing the rock at a goliath, you know,
David stuff.

Speaker 7 (34:16):
These are all from the perspective of like them filming
a selfie.

Speaker 2 (34:21):
So it's funny and it's cute, but it shows you
the power of AI and how that video could be
something else and I'm thankful we're not in a presidential
cycle currently or something, because the world of AI when
it enters politics is gonna be very dangerous and that'll
be something we'll all have to deal with and talk
about and everything. But on the light side, did you
fall for the Yeti chronicles? Jordan to the microphone, let's go,

(34:45):
come on, Jordan's filling it for Brian here. So who
do you follow? It's like a Yeti chronicle or something.

Speaker 3 (34:50):
Yeah, it's like a Yeti vlog, So you're.

Speaker 11 (34:54):
Basically watching a day to day in the life with
a Yeti and he like sometimes finds Bigfoot and he's like, oh,
I found Bigfoot, right, and then they're eating fish together.

Speaker 2 (35:03):
And it looks like Bigfoot.

Speaker 11 (35:05):
They're in the mountains, they're chi it's also yeah, and
you follow that vlog, yes, and you realize, of course
it's not real. Yeah, I don't know I'm following, but
I'm very intrigued. Like that's been on my timeline like
all week.

Speaker 2 (35:18):
So that's hilarious. So what are you watching? What are
you falling for? Eight six six by four four MYFM.

Speaker 4 (35:23):
This text came coming in at three one O four
three that said, I fully congratulated a friend on their pregnancy.
It was an AI generated maternity And then this text said,
I reposted a quote from Morgan Freeman. It was written
by chat gpt and read by an AI voice.

Speaker 3 (35:38):
I felt like such a boomer.

Speaker 2 (35:40):
Yeah, people are gonna fall for this stuff all the time,
you know, so reach out three one four, three eight
six six fy four fours.

Speaker 10 (35:46):
Next Valentine in the morning at three one oh four
to three.

Speaker 2 (35:49):
Seven thirty four eight is one four three MYFM weather
Today's sunny, warm, eighties to low nineties, a little bit
seventies to the Beaches sixty two and Morovias sixty one. Anaheim,
Jill's got the Entertainment Headlights coming on.

Speaker 4 (36:00):
Jame's Gun has confirmed a new Wonder Woman movie is
in the works. I'll tell you what he said about it, coming.

Speaker 2 (36:06):
Up at seven fifty Sonny, good morning, How are you today?

Speaker 9 (36:09):
I'm good.

Speaker 8 (36:10):
Thanks.

Speaker 2 (36:10):
In the world of AI, what have you fallen for?

Speaker 8 (36:15):
There's this cute looking Bobosh Macha boba shop in Long
Beach with a penguin facade, and I kept trying to
find it on Yelp and online and I couldn't find it,
and the video disappeared, and I was like, I wanted
to buy Bobo from the Penguin and the penguin is fake.

Speaker 2 (36:29):
Oh no, it's not real. The shop doesn't exist.

Speaker 8 (36:33):
You got the picture? Yeah, Like the video doesn't exist
and it rejects to a different Bobo shop a different logo,
and I'm like, man, I wanted to go into this
penguin and Bobo from.

Speaker 2 (36:42):
Go into a Penguin. That's very funny. So like what
was the premise and why have that? If the shop
doesn't exist, how are they? I don't get what it
was for.

Speaker 8 (36:49):
No, it's some TikTok for creator created it. It was
my favorite color.

Speaker 2 (36:55):
And I was like, oh man, I'm so sorry, and
you just wanted to go in and buy some stuff.

Speaker 8 (37:01):
I walk into Penguin and had Bola and Massia gotcha.

Speaker 2 (37:04):
All right, Well, if somebody opens up the Penguin shop,
I'll have them reach out and let you know about that.

Speaker 8 (37:08):
Okay, I can't wait.

Speaker 2 (37:10):
All right, Thanks, Sonny, take care, bye by bye, Ashley,
good morning. What did you fall for?

Speaker 16 (37:16):
Well it wasn't me, it's my dad, he sends me.
It's like these messages on Instagram with like the fake
movie trailers like back to the Future for and like
they're not actually coming out. Yeah, and he gets so excited,
and I feel so bad that I had to be like, Dad,
it's not really happening. And sometimes it almost like fools me,
but yeah, and he's always like, oh man, what a bummer.

Speaker 2 (37:38):
See it's like, I know, it's good that we can tell.
We can tell right now. Still I knew there wasn't
a great white shark about to eat that lady, you know,
as some flood zone after hurricane. I can just tell,
And a lot of us can just see little bits
of peace of go, oh, that's Ai, that's too whatever.
The fingers might be off, whatever. But it's getting so good.
Grandparents have it the worst.

Speaker 7 (37:57):
My mom, she's gonna call about everything we're talking about
the show today, right she believes it all.

Speaker 2 (38:02):
It's so sad. And then it's gonna come for us
right after grandparents had come down to like our age
and stuff like that, and then kids are probably doing okay,
they'll get it for a number of years. But it's
getting so good to say.

Speaker 8 (38:11):
I stuff, it really is.

Speaker 16 (38:12):
It's really turkey.

Speaker 2 (38:14):
Did you see the the Yettie ride the Unicorn yet?

Speaker 11 (38:19):
No.

Speaker 4 (38:19):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (38:20):
Jordan, who's filming it for Brian, was showing this to me.
It's like Yetti Chronicles and it's so fantastic. I'll have
to post it. Because he's walking around the woods and he goes, oh,
I just found a unicorn, and then he's riding the
unicorn and Unicorn's best friend, and then he's talking about
Bigfoot and stuff and oh my god, it's so fantastic.

Speaker 3 (38:35):
It looks so real.

Speaker 2 (38:36):
Yeah it does, but they're not real. I know that.
So I'm okay with that.

Speaker 3 (38:39):
Okay, all right.

Speaker 1 (38:40):
With pictures, I think it's even harder.

Speaker 7 (38:42):
Like the Met Gala this year, there were so many
photo surfacing of different celebrities there, like Katy Kay was
one of the famous examples. So many screenshots of Katy
Perry's dress at the met galley Bible and people were
ragging on her.

Speaker 1 (38:53):
Katy Perry's own mom was commenting on it.

Speaker 2 (38:56):
She wasn't there. Oh my gosh. So Katie Perry's mom
didn't even know that and she was commenting about the dress.
And Katy Perry was not at the Met gal she
was on tour. I generated.

Speaker 7 (39:05):
That's an AI generated photo of me there. That's not
my dress. I wasn't even better, and people like didn't.

Speaker 2 (39:10):
Know Katy Perry needs to call her mom more often.
It's a second out of that. Give her a schedule, Ashley, listen,
have a great day. Thanks for sharing time with us.
Of course, are you real?

Speaker 9 (39:21):
I am, yeah, cool.

Speaker 2 (39:22):
I just checking in to check it in. It's Valentine
in the morning. Your la boo boos are coming off.
And I love saying that, and I love the fact
that everybody in the room thought I was insane getting
out the boo boos. And now the response, Laura went crazy.
We did a post about this yesterday, Laura, yeah, and
it was shared a gazillion times.

Speaker 3 (39:38):
Two hundred and fifty times.

Speaker 2 (39:40):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (39:41):
I am gonna be honest. I did not think it
was this big of a deal.

Speaker 2 (39:43):
Like I knew it was a big deal, but right,
la Booo's right. I think people wanted a la boo
boo from val I want a la boo boo from Valve.
That's right, that's coming between now at eight o'clock when
you're la booboo right here on Valentine in the morning. Danny,
good morning, how are you today. We're doing good? So
what did you fall for in the world of AI.

Speaker 17 (40:03):
It actually wasn't me, it was my dad. So recently
it was with the Dodgers Yankee series they had last
week he fell for a video after the game based
on Karon Judge versus Otani and Eric Judge looked like
he was talking about saying that he was the Yankees laws,
that he was the worst player out of all of them,

(40:25):
is way better than him, and my dad sending me
all these videos Aaron Judge talking like talking crap on
himself and the Yankees, like, oh, New York is gonna
hate this guy now.

Speaker 10 (40:34):
I like that.

Speaker 17 (40:35):
That's like that, that's not real.

Speaker 2 (40:39):
Man, and your dad thought like Judge was saying all
this stuff.

Speaker 17 (40:42):
Yeah, and then to make things worse. I get I
mentioned later that day now about Otani talking trash about
the Yankees and same thing. I was like, he's not
gonna get it.

Speaker 14 (40:54):
Oh no, oh no, dude, send that to me if
you get a chance.

Speaker 2 (40:57):
I haven't seen that one. I'd love to see that though.

Speaker 4 (40:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 17 (40:59):
So the Aaron Aaron Judge one is really good. I
was like, give me a second to kind of like
right to figure out.

Speaker 2 (41:05):
And that's Chris, Like, how old are you, Danny, how
old are you. I'm thirty three, thirty three, thirty three,
You're right in the pocket. You should know this stuff,
and it took you a second to figure it out too.

Speaker 17 (41:15):
My dad is he's in Instagram and TikTok. At least
at least he's able to run a page. I guess
that's more great to him.

Speaker 2 (41:23):
But God, yeah, this about me. My kid's seventeen, Danny.
I feel like he's gonna be saying this about me.
And I'm pretty tech good because me and in the industry, obviously,
I've had a little bit of a you know, hands
on experience and stuff. But still I wonder if my
kid will be saying the same stuff about me and
some radio show in the future.

Speaker 7 (41:38):
We can need like a litanus test to get on
the internet for our parents.

Speaker 2 (41:41):
Yeah, dude, it was so sad, like at one point, Danny,
my mom when she was living in Connecticut, and now
she she lives here near me in a memory care
center and I see her every day. So things are blessed.
And I never, you know, forget how blessed I am
in that respect that I can have my mom that
close to me. But I knew it was time to
get mom, like off the internet. When you know, when

(42:02):
you type in the Facebook your post and you want
to say, you know what's going on? Whatever? She was
using that like it was Google. She was just her post,
just like how do I find out how to? And
people are like, your mom just posted to sound really weird,
like Jill will tell me.

Speaker 3 (42:16):
Yeah. But it was so sweet because we know what she's.

Speaker 2 (42:19):
Doing, you know, right, And then people would answer like
they were Google. Like there were friends of hers who
were answering, well, they tried to make links and stuff
like they actually were Google. So and that just made
Mom do it more. It's not a control dannythings.

Speaker 12 (42:33):
She had.

Speaker 5 (42:34):
She had the support, no problem on Hey tell your dad,
he said, Hi.

Speaker 17 (42:39):
I Well, thank you guys.

Speaker 2 (42:40):
All right, man four three my FM.

Speaker 10 (42:42):

Who's the little boo boo?

Speaker 4 (44:45):
For?

Speaker 2 (44:48):
God? Charlotte. I paid a lot of money for these things.
You got to be excited. Okay, seriously, this is coming
out of my pocket. My wife ordered them behind my
back for us to give out on the air. You
gotta get more excited. I'm not get my money's worth
right now? No, I oh, your phone's not good either.
Say I'm sorry, get say it again.

Speaker 18 (45:11):
I only heard about them recently through my friends, and
I thought I would call and try to win one.

Speaker 2 (45:18):
Okay, you better be into this thing? Are you into it? Charlotte?

Speaker 17 (45:22):
I am.

Speaker 2 (45:23):
I am all right all right, and you can tell
everybody you got your laboo bo from Valence in the morning.

I've got a bunch of these laboo boos. And it

(45:43):
may not have been a smart investment on my part,
you know, No, this is.

Speaker 3 (45:47):
Good, this is spreading joy.

Speaker 2 (45:50):
Just payoff you happened is three one oh four three?
And if you win a la boo boo from Valentine
in the morning, please be vivid vi excited? What a
for three? My family? It is Valentine in the morning, Deloris.
Everybody wants these lab boo.

Speaker 6 (46:05):
Boos at Newport and my great grandson he says, oh,
it's one of those labuo bos like I'm a win
you one on the radio station that I listened to.

Speaker 2 (46:14):
Oh my god, I love you for doing that. Don't
give up. There'll be more coming up.

Speaker 6 (46:17):
Okay today or when again.

Speaker 2 (46:20):

right you hey tight Delores. Thanks for calling.

Speaker 6 (46:29):
Of course I've been listening to you since you first
came on the air.

Speaker 2 (46:31):

Speaker 6 (46:34):
Of course I love your show.

Speaker 2 (46:35):
Okay, love your too, guys. Take care, byebye, Okay, all right, thanks,
Good morning, Stephanie. How are you today doing great?

Speaker 6 (46:43):
Good morning everybody morning.

Speaker 2 (46:45):
What's your happy news?

Speaker 18 (46:47):
So?

Speaker 15 (46:47):
I am a high school counselor, and I this year
had of three hundred.

Speaker 16 (46:52):
And fifty ish students.

Speaker 15 (46:54):
I have one hundred and three seniors and they are
all one hundred and three of them going to graduate
walk across the stage tomorrow evenings.

Speaker 3 (47:03):
All of them.

Speaker 15 (47:04):
Oh my gosh, all of them, of them, and I'm
so proud of each and every one of them. I
needed to give them a shout out on the air.

Speaker 2 (47:13):
All right, we'll start with the first one.

Speaker 9 (47:14):
Go right ahead, okay, so kidding, could you imagine.

Speaker 2 (47:18):
You started reading off all the names. We did that
like back in the day, during like COVID, We're reading
off like graduations on the air. Remember that.

Speaker 3 (47:24):
Oh there there was like one school.

Speaker 2 (47:26):
We carried an entire graduation on the air and read
all their graduating seniors names, Yes, that's crazy. How well
you've been an educator? How long?

Speaker 15 (47:34):
So I've been in a councilor for ten years. I've
been at this particular school and district for this is
my second year.

Speaker 2 (47:41):
Gotcha? And how are kids doing nowadays? How do you
feel they're doing?

Speaker 15 (47:44):
They're doing a lot better.

Speaker 2 (47:45):
Good.

Speaker 15 (47:47):
Yeah, COVID threw everybody off of the course that these
seniors had a true like high school experience.

Speaker 2 (47:52):
Right, Okay, if you could give like ten second advice,
and I hate to put you on the spot like that,
but I'll solve for a second ten seconds of advice
to graduating seniors of high school. What would you tell them?

Speaker 15 (48:06):
Just keep being your amazing selves, do what you love,
and find something that you don't like about the world
and come up with a way to help and fix it.
And you guys are doing amazing and I can't wait
to see what the future holds for all of you.

Speaker 10 (48:23):
Nice job, Thank you, one O four to three.

Speaker 2 (48:27):
This June gloom is gonna burn off today, highs up
into the upper eighties, low nineties. Gonna have a warmer
end to this week, as well, so keep that in mind.
Make sure you guys, stay hydrated. Yeah, it's gonna be
hot Friday. It Speaking of hot, I hate DA did
that Friday on our show in studio Adam Levine Broon

(48:49):
five is playing the iHeartRadio Music Festival. Adam Levine stopping
by Friday here in the studio, Sean, did you ever

(49:11):
experience payphons like in your lifetime? Really?

Speaker 7 (49:14):
I have used a payphone in my life one time, really,
just one time.

Speaker 2 (49:17):
But they weren't like part of your grown up were they,
you know?

Speaker 7 (49:20):
But I like they were still around, like they weren't
really being used, but they hadn't taken them out yet, gotcha.

Speaker 1 (49:25):
Like I've seen them around.

Speaker 2 (49:26):
There are spots like you can go find a payphone,
just like that Blockbuster. Oh yeah, you know where they
tell you, oh, the one Blockbuster is still working. There
are places where there are actual working payphones, not money
though I don't.

Speaker 1 (49:35):
Remember the last time I've seen one though.

Speaker 4 (49:38):
We had one at our high school and so I
would call collect, but I didn't have coins like call
from jail or something like calling my mom and I
would call collect be like can you come get me?

Speaker 2 (49:47):
And did you have to do your like say your
name after the bab or something Chilian, Scouta your daughter.
You have a collect call from Jillian to Scouta your daughter,
Come get me a mom.

Speaker 3 (49:56):
Yeah, I just want to go.

Speaker 2 (49:57):
Would you know what we would do? Sometimes we would
do that app. But the trick was, instead of saying
your name, you'd say whatever message you wanted right there
because it's a recorded message, and then they would just
deny the call and not pay for it. But you
were too sweet, too honest that you guys paid for
the call. So you have a collect call from I'm
stuck right now by the Beat Brother the supermarket. Would
you like to accept from I'm stuck right now by

(50:17):
Beat Brother Supermarket. No, I wouldn't, And then they come
get you to Beat Brother the supermarket.

Speaker 3 (50:21):
Okay, it's commercial.

Speaker 2 (50:24):
What's a commercial?

Speaker 16 (50:25):
Baby?

Speaker 3 (50:25):
It's a boy? When he was calling collect to tell
his family that they.

Speaker 8 (50:28):
Had a boy.

Speaker 2 (50:29):
Yes, it's a boy. Oh my god, I remember that.
That was the you know how much had a baby?
It's a boy. You have a collect call from had
a baby? It's a boy.

Speaker 3 (50:44):
Yeah, that's.

Speaker 2 (50:48):
The good old days. All right, say eleven, it's one
four three FM coming up later on this hour. Your
chance at second Chance Prom. We have tickets into Second
Chance Prom. It is a battle of the sexes. Represent
the medicine as Jay. He lives in West La, works
as a construction developer, and enjoys surfing. Go to the movies, Jay,

(51:09):
what's up, buddy? Hey? Hey, good morning Hey.

Speaker 3 (51:12):
Representing the ladies. Her name is Terry. She lives in Riverside.

Speaker 4 (51:16):
She works as a home loan processor and enjoys shopping
at Target.

Speaker 3 (51:20):
Let's hear it for.

Speaker 2 (51:21):
Terry, Hey, Terry, good morning morning. Here's how it works.
Terry'm gonna ask you a few questions. Jay, Jill's gonna
be asking you the questions. Best out of three wins.
If we're still tired the end of regulation, we get
to a not so tough tiebreaker question. And to start
with the ladies. And two thousand and seven, David Beckham
left Real Madrid to play for what MLS soccer team?

Speaker 5 (51:42):
Oh, my gosh, the Birds.

Speaker 2 (51:48):
The Birds, No, La Galaxy, La Galaxy.

Speaker 17 (51:52):
Jay.

Speaker 3 (51:53):
Who is David Beckham's wife?

Speaker 2 (52:01):
Come on, who's that bird? Oh?

Speaker 4 (52:06):
Oh, you got buzz, You got buzz, But it's Victoria.

Speaker 2 (52:11):
My current score is zero to zero. What former c
I a employee fled to Russia after leaking thousands of
classified NSA documents.

Speaker 17 (52:22):
I don't.

Speaker 2 (52:26):
You know the name as soon as you heard it?
About it?

Speaker 6 (52:28):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (52:29):
Is a pop culture thing to you would love name
as soon as you hear it. Edward Snowden. Do you
remember that name? Edward Snowden? No?

Speaker 4 (52:39):
Okay, Jay, what famous ballet has the name of a
bird in its name?

Speaker 9 (52:51):
These are hard I don't know.

Speaker 19 (52:53):
I'm gonna say, uh, Hawk notch, I don't.

Speaker 2 (52:57):
Know, small Lake, you guys, you have some hard ones today.

Speaker 1 (53:03):
Time to step up, guys, all right?

Speaker 2 (53:04):
I mean we should do a battle of sexist themed
week where we all just try and learn right, be funky.
All right? So the current score is zero to zero.
Here's your question, Terry Tchaikowski and Stravinsky both. Here's a question.
What expensive trendy lifestyle company conceived its name by sticking

(53:27):
two o's between the initials of its actresses? Are the
actress founder? So two o's between the initials of the
actress founder? Goop? Goop?

Speaker 9 (53:37):
Got one?

Speaker 2 (53:43):
Proud of you?

Speaker 3 (53:44):
Jay, you can tie it with this one.

Speaker 4 (53:46):
Gwyneth Paltrow stars with what actor in the movie Shallow?

Speaker 19 (53:50):
How today's questions are pretty tough, not gonna lie, is it?
Jack Block?

Speaker 18 (54:05):
It is.

Speaker 2 (54:07):
Last second, both of you. Let's go to not so
tough tie break your question, holler out your name. If
you know the answer, your name will be your buzzer.
Wait until Laura finishes asking the question before you buzz in.

Speaker 3 (54:17):
Who on Valentine in the Morning has the best hair?

Speaker 9 (54:21):
Kerry Jay.

Speaker 11 (54:24):
Valentine.

Speaker 2 (54:27):
I would disagree with that. I'll take it all right.
I used to have the best hair. There was a
point where my hairard rival Jill's. Yeah yeah, I think
I did have better hair than you at one point.
Yeah yeah, not now though, all right. Battle of a
Sexist Championship certificate posted on socials the hashtag Valentine the Morning.
You show that pride. Okay, aw thank you and my

(54:50):

Speaker 19 (55:25):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (55:26):
You're welcome. Oh, let Jordan come to mic real quick.
Jordan's phoning for Ryan. She's a producer, and put those
headphones on super fast. Here we go. What do you
think of this song? Is this great? And you can
be totally honest, be honest as you can.

Speaker 3 (55:48):
She's not really my thing, Okay, but I.

Speaker 2 (55:53):
What do you think of the song?

Speaker 3 (55:54):
It's a good vibe.

Speaker 2 (55:55):
It's a good vibe. You like it? Yeah, so dance?
Could you see this song being hit? What do you think?
Probably not? Do you know who this is?

Speaker 11 (56:05):
No?

Speaker 2 (56:07):
You're looking at him?

Speaker 10 (56:08):
No way?

Speaker 2 (56:08):
Yeah, I know.

Speaker 3 (56:11):
It's like talking to a celebrity.

Speaker 2 (56:13):
I've got to forget Valentine in the morning. Alabama Moon,
Alabama Moon's a big one of mine, right there. A
lot of people don't know it. Terry, listen as you
exit the stage, this moment is entirely yours. You take
it away.

Speaker 18 (56:28):
Thank you, for all that you do.

Speaker 2 (56:29):
You have a great day, you too, Terry, Thanks for planning.
Appreciate you. Oh not wait, we have to stop this.
Oh stop it. We can't. No, I got a Jordan,
I'll stop you. Don't worry about it. I know you
want to hear it again.

Speaker 1 (56:41):
Into it free things.

Speaker 11 (56:43):
You need to know right now.

Speaker 2 (56:51):
All right to eight twenty three. It is Valentine in
the morning. This is one of four three MIFM A
Freedolay manufacturing plan Rancho Cucamonga has stopped production after more
than fifty years in operation. Potentially hundreds of workers are
now looking for new jobs. I hate to see that.
The company says it is committed to supporting those impacted, though,
and will be providing severance pay to affect in employees.
While manufacturing, the plan has stopped, and other administrative roles

(57:13):
were eliminated. Free devices, warehouse distribution, and fleet and transportation
teams continue to operate out of the facility. I will
tell you this, I did my best to stop this.
I ate so many chips and free delay products that
I did my very best. I tried. It's it's hard, though,

(57:34):
one man can't do it. Yesterday afternoon, fire crews were
battling a brushfire to hear about this was burning their
homes in the hills above Burbank. The Bethany Fire no
relation to Bethany Frankel. The Bethany fire spread to eight
to ten acres, but firefighters quickly stopped forward progress. Okay, yes,
it's unclear how the fires started. A fire personnel remained
on seeing to monitor for any flare ups and continue
clean up operations. Overnight, John was training your music.

Speaker 1 (57:58):
Well, A One Direction song is trying to this week.

Speaker 7 (58:01):
Night Changes is the latest song to break the billion
views club on YouTube. Spend some time too, a little
bit over ten years since it first came out, but
it's been used quite a bit to remember Liam Payne
after his.

Speaker 1 (58:10):
Passing, you know, so often.

Speaker 7 (58:12):
So it is the fourth, it is the fourth One
Direction song to hit that milestone. But this one specifically
is making its way through a bunch of different playlists
this week.

Speaker 1 (58:19):
I'm John Kamuci. That's today's trending music.

Speaker 2 (58:22):
I forget sometimes that unfortunately will never have that One
Direction reunion, you know, and it's very sad, and this
was such a great song. What a great band gets
me man, you know, Yeah, this is right in your generation,
isn't it your pocket?

Speaker 18 (58:33):
Ye?

Speaker 7 (58:34):
Absolutely?

Speaker 2 (58:36):
Such a great song though, what a great band too.
All right, coming up next. If you're a fan of
a show, if you listen to our show for a
period of time, you know that Jill is trying to
start a family. Is there an update this morning? Is
there an update coming your way? Right after Remislon and
Gomez Calm down. That's just me saying the title, not

(58:57):
saying the phrase calm down. It's one of four to
three my offense. Valentine in the morning, what a four three,
my fam it is Valentine in the morning. I remember
talking about my IVF journey on the radio so many
years ago, seventeen plus, because my son is seventeen years
of age, and I was so honored and blessed that
so many people followed along, and people who struggled at
fertility and struggling to have a family or touched I

(59:18):
think when somebody else opens up publicly about it. And
for me it was such a struggle as a man
because I lived in a society where they'd be like, hey,
you know, people get high fives, congratulations when they find
out your wife is pregnant. Oh you got it done there,
Bobby way to go, Brian way to get it done, man.
And then when you don't hear that as a guy,
it's an emotional toll on you, and it's this stupid

(59:39):
little thing anyway, but especially because biologically the issue was
on my side of the fence. So when you struggle that,
it can be very very hard in today's society when
you see everybody else around having babies and some going nah,
it just kinda happen. And I'm like, basic biology, it
doesn't just happen. You know, if you're doing something, it
could very well happen. We were surprised, really. I took classes,

(01:00:02):
but so such a hard thing and going through IBF
was a tough thing and a lot of people who
have struggled with fertility. She's a struggling to start a family.
I know you're pain in that respect. Jill is looking
to start a family and going through a process. And
she has an announcement I believe this morning.

Speaker 4 (01:00:17):
I do, but you so we'll get right to do
that that you think it is what it is.

Speaker 2 (01:00:21):
And none of us know, none of us know, we
don't we don't know what it is. And you know
what we've that's right. You don't know what John thinks
it is. So Jill's major announcement right after this hang
type next Valentine in the morning at three three all right,
weather today sunny, warm, upper eighties to load nineties. Jill's

(01:00:43):
got the entertainment headlines coming up.

Speaker 4 (01:00:45):
Two new stars have been added to the cast of
the next SpongeBob movie.

Speaker 3 (01:00:49):
I'll tell you who they are, coming up at eight
fifty A.

Speaker 2 (01:00:52):
Right, So Jill has a major announcement in her journey
to start a family. Recently married. Is it a year yet?
Not even a year?

Speaker 3 (01:00:57):
It'll be a year on July twenty ninth.

Speaker 2 (01:00:59):
July twenty ninth, one year you and your husband Jeff.
That's great. Yeah, So in your journey to start a
family and hab a child, a major major announcement, Jill,
The floor is yours.

Speaker 3 (01:01:11):
Okay. By the way, we are starting on our IVF journey.

Speaker 4 (01:01:15):
And on Friday we got the clearance of like, okay,
first step done, We're now moving on to.

Speaker 3 (01:01:21):
The second step.

Speaker 4 (01:01:22):
So there was a little bit of concern about if
I would even be able to get pregnant or be
able to carry a child, and from everything so far,
it's looking very, very positive.

Speaker 3 (01:01:31):
So we took that as a win.

Speaker 4 (01:01:33):
We're now moving on to step two, and then Jeff
has to go to my husband. He has to go
get a physical from his normal doctor. And uh, he
has not been to the doctor in.

Speaker 3 (01:01:43):
Like ten years.

Speaker 2 (01:01:44):
Wit So, hold on, what's the announcement.

Speaker 3 (01:01:47):
The announcement was we're moving on to step two.

Speaker 14 (01:01:50):
You kind of glazed over that a little fast. You know,
now you just go to Jeff's getting physical. This was
like something I can get it. Jeff getting a physical
is the big announcement. Step on the step one is
when you Step one was done. You told us that
the other day.

Speaker 2 (01:02:03):
Yes, I thought there's a misinterpret it. I thought there
was more no, so I blew this whole thing up.
Major announcement. It turns out Jet physical that was.

Speaker 3 (01:02:11):
Your choice to blow it up.

Speaker 2 (01:02:12):
Oh well, what stopped me?

Speaker 3 (01:02:13):
This was your own.

Speaker 2 (01:02:14):
I was trying to you don't think you tried hard enough.

Speaker 4 (01:02:17):
But we got some text from people who missed announcement.
So I just wanted to say, like, thank you so
much for the comments and everything.

Speaker 2 (01:02:22):
Okay, Step one done, one has done. Step two, Jeff
gets a physical.

Speaker 3 (01:02:25):
We're going to celebrate everyone that we can.

Speaker 4 (01:02:28):
But what surprised me was that Jeff hasn't been to
a doctor in forever, so he had to get.

Speaker 2 (01:02:34):
A new was the last time he's been to a doctor.
It's been like ten years, ten years.

Speaker 7 (01:02:39):
It hasn't stereotype, but I do think that's kind of
a guy thing because similarly, I have not been to
a doctor for a check up.

Speaker 2 (01:02:45):
Well, because you think you don't need to go to
a doctor, like you're like young, you're health You're like,
what do I need to go a doctor for?

Speaker 1 (01:02:49):
I guess something missed wrong, then I'll go, but to
go for a checkup.

Speaker 2 (01:02:53):
I just went to my skin doctor mind dermatologist, yes,
the other day and get a bunch of stuff burned off.
I hadn't seen her in probably three or four years.
That's when you should do like every six months.

Speaker 9 (01:03:01):
You know.

Speaker 2 (01:03:01):
I've been to the dentist in a minute too. I
got to check the other guy about the sea pap machine.
I haven't been to him in a while. I probably
haven't been to my intern's regular doctor in two three years.
The schedule, I know, I'm a mess. Honestly, I need
like you you know what it is you feel like
he'll eat like a month off to go to your doctors.
There's so much on top of our shoulders. And not
just using my life as example here, but I know
yours too. We and maybe I'm not saying gender thing right.

(01:03:24):
I don't know what it's like to walk in somebody
else's shoes, but a lot of us guys, we just
we grew up in a way. We're like, ah, don't
worry about that. Just get out there, go to work,
and forget about that stuff. If something hurts, don't worry.
You just got to get up and got to go.
And so you go into the doctor and she said
to me, well, how long has it been like this?
How long have you had this thing on your arm?
I don't know, two, three, may four years or something
like that. And you thought, like, this thing in your

(01:03:45):
arm that's smiling at you, You thought maybe you shouldn't
come in and get that checked out. Let's biopsy that.
I'm like, oh, so we just we just push it
down and bypass doctors. Yeah, my wife goes to the
doctor's much more than I do. She's very good about
that stuff.

Speaker 4 (01:03:59):
Yeah, doctor's cell phone, Like I will text her with anything.

Speaker 2 (01:04:05):
Yeah, I know, right's reach out to the doctor saying Hi,
what's up.

Speaker 3 (01:04:09):
But like you said, my husband he's super healthy.

Speaker 4 (01:04:11):
He's you know, working out all the time and hardly
ever gets sick.

Speaker 2 (01:04:14):
So it feels like he doesn't need to go because
he looks in the mirror and sees help. But he
doesn't see what's beneath the skin. Right, But if he's
working out and doing stuff, he's probably okay.

Speaker 3 (01:04:21):
Yeah, but now he's going tomorrow, right, gotcha?

Speaker 2 (01:04:23):
Who's got a guy that doesn't go to the doctor?
Eight six six five four four MYFM texting three one
o four three. And I'm sure it's not just gender
gender specific, but we have that stereotype of or society
the guys just avoid the doctor until they go. It
fell off last night? Can you put it back on?
Eight sixty six five four four? My famine is valence

(01:04:44):
in the morning. Congrats and your husband too making a
doctor's appointment. That's great, was the announced? That's really one.

Speaker 3 (01:04:50):
Moving to step two, you.

Speaker 2 (01:04:52):
Open up the app for UCLA. God likes to make
an appointment. No, it's one of four to three. My
famin's balance out of the morning. Mark, good morning, how
are you today.

Speaker 5 (01:05:02):
I'm good. How are you guys?

Speaker 2 (01:05:03):
We're doing good. We're talking about like why men just
never go to the doctor. That's hy stereotype, but it
seems to be pretty true from the text and the
calls that we've taken so far.

Speaker 5 (01:05:11):
Absolutely, I don't know what it is with you guys,
but that's why sometimes have like an I told you
so moment and dude on single demo, I told him,
so he doesn't want to go to the doctor, not
because he doesn't want to go, but because he doesn't
want to pay the.

Speaker 2 (01:05:29):
Copy right, Okay, yeah, I hear you.

Speaker 5 (01:05:32):
So he's being cheap, but not when it comes to
like casinos or a lot of tickets. But anyway, he
kept he kept having like pains. Yeah, and I told him,
you know, because I got tired of the whiny go
to the doctor. He's just go or go to urgent care.
Yeah something no, no, no, he refused, but a mile

(01:05:54):
he had so much pain he went to the er.
So his refusal to pay cope ended up in having
to pay an emergency surgery right, seven day hospital stay
right right.

Speaker 2 (01:06:07):
And it's on seeking to mile just let me guess.
It turned out he was in Batasado.

Speaker 5 (01:06:12):
No, no, but I mean he could have paid twenty
five dollars COPE instead of one hundred and four thousand dollars.

Speaker 2 (01:06:22):
Oh wait a minute, hold on one hundred and four
thousand dollars. He's not paying that obviously, this insurance, right.

Speaker 5 (01:06:29):
Yeah, well the insurance cover some of it.

Speaker 2 (01:06:31):
Yeh yeah, but it's still an insane amount of money.
That's I is he Okay? Is your husband?

Speaker 8 (01:06:36):
Okay?

Speaker 5 (01:06:37):
Yeah, he could have died. He ended up. What it
was was, you know, I told him cut back on
energy drinks, cut back on stuff. Well, yeah, he burned
a hole in his stomach.

Speaker 18 (01:06:48):
No, no, did they say.

Speaker 2 (01:06:51):
It was like from did they say it was from
energy drinks or something? What did they say it was
from the doctors?

Speaker 5 (01:06:55):
No, that's my I told you so moments.

Speaker 2 (01:06:57):
Okay, you're just sorry. Now you're just saying it yourself, right, Okay,
you are such.

Speaker 17 (01:07:01):
A good wife.

Speaker 5 (01:07:02):
Yeah, quit drinking stuff like Quint doing this.

Speaker 2 (01:07:05):
But yeah, yikes. Well I'm glad he went. I'm glad
he's gonna be okay though.

Speaker 5 (01:07:12):
Yeah, he hasn't worked for his mafist, so he's learned
his lesson.

Speaker 2 (01:07:15):
He's earned his lesson. And I'm sure you remind him
his lesson on a daily basis, don't you listen.

Speaker 5 (01:07:21):
To you guys? And I try not to do that.

Speaker 2 (01:07:23):
Thank you, Margie. Give the man some rest. He made
a mistake, he knows it. Give him a breath of
fresh air.

Speaker 5 (01:07:28):
Okay, yeah, I mean he had to suffer like the
fear of the he did. Two hours after the catskin,
he was already in surgery.

Speaker 2 (01:07:38):
Margie, Listen, this guy. He's so afraid of just of
losing you, of not having you anymore because he would
be gone. So give him a little bit of grace
and give me fair. When you go home today, would
you give him a nice foot rub, a nice foot
rub and a back rub and sing him a song.

Speaker 5 (01:07:57):
I spoil him?

Speaker 2 (01:07:58):
Okay, Margie?

Speaker 9 (01:07:59):
Good?

Speaker 2 (01:08:00):

It's the first time ten years earlier. We did get
a lot of calls win of grab April. She's been
in a hold for a few minutes here. I apologize
a lot of calls, people saying that, yeah, it is
kind of a stereotype, but it's true. Men just avoid
the doctor. Go ahead, April, good morning.

Speaker 18 (01:11:07):
This is April calling by. Since you don't go to
the doctor.

Speaker 2 (01:11:10):
Laid on the April, what's your husband doing? What's you neglecting?

Speaker 18 (01:11:14):
Well, I don't want to get to sad on this,
but my husband never went to the doctor, and due
does that, he had a seven massive heart attack at
forty nine years old and passed away three and a
half years ago.

Speaker 2 (01:11:27):
Oh my god, Love, I'm so sorry.

Speaker 18 (01:11:29):
So yeah, encourage everybody to go to the doctor. Thankfully,
we were able to get our friend's husbands to go
to the cardiologists and their doctors and get physicals in
one of them.

Speaker 5 (01:11:39):
It saved his life. If anything has come from that.

Speaker 18 (01:11:42):
Is I encourage everybody to get their physicals, especially if
you have kids. It's important to take care of your health,
you know, take care.

Speaker 5 (01:11:51):
Of your family.

Tell yeah, no, amen, Amen, thank you for calling and

to make, but I really appreciate you you opening up
up like that.

encourage other people in. And I also, like you went
through the fertility struggles. You know, we ended up with
a doction and my amazing daughter who's now sixteen.

Speaker 2 (01:12:12):
How's your daughter?

Speaker 8 (01:12:13):
She's actually, you know, children are very resilient.

Speaker 18 (01:12:17):
It was a month before her thirteenth birthday and she
was the one who found them.

Speaker 2 (01:12:21):
Oh my god.

Speaker 18 (01:12:23):
