We got a grumper.
Speaker 5 (00:41):
I've got a crumper with a frumper of a face.
But he's not broadcasting from this place. He's all the
way in New York City, and I think his face
could be a bit more pretty.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
We cannot critique each other's faces.
Speaker 2 (00:57):
Oh I did all the time. Didn't you like, not
want to hire somebody because their face.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
Is completely out of line?
Speaker 6 (01:04):
I would never, Okay, maybe during the inbbe process they
seemed a little uh angry.
Speaker 4 (01:10):
Uh, you know, they had an angry face.
Speaker 1 (01:13):
The face you gotta look at that face all day RBF. Yeah,
I didn't say that it was like your words.
Speaker 3 (01:20):
Sure man, you didn't deny it.
Speaker 2 (01:22):
Wow, all right, starting to show up. Good morning everybody,
And Jill, how are you today?

You on the text line, how are you?
Speaker 7 (01:36):
Three?
Speaker 2 (01:36):
One O four three. It's Friday. You made it to
the weekend thinking this for that? Three one oh four three.
Speaker 8 (01:41):
Yeah, the way it goes one O four three my FM.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
One O four three, my family. It is Valentine in
the morning. The Hall of Fame, Hall of Fame, so
many people try to make it in there. One day
maybe we'll be in the Broadcasters Hall of Fame. Probably not,
but maybe one day would be cool. Baseball Hall of
Fame in Cooperstown. You've got the Football Hall of Fame,
Hockey Hall of Fame, so many different halls of fames. Well,
(02:10):
now from the halls of Alhalla, vikings cry out to
add one more to that list. Take it away, Jill.
Speaker 8 (02:17):
The National Toy Hall of Fame has announced their twelve
finalists for the twenty twenty five class, and so I
want to run down some games and see if you
guys think that they should be in.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
The Hall of Fame, how many people out of twelve
get in three? Three out of making into the Toy
Hall of Fame? All right, I'm assuming some of these
that I'm thinking of my head are already in. Okay,
is no way Slinky cannot be in the Toy Hall
of Fame.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
First ballot, I would first, is already in there.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
That's what I'm saying to probably in there, right, got
to run it down, Jill, Battleship, battleship.
Speaker 3 (02:54):
Two, willing get three picks?
Speaker 2 (02:55):
Three picks I'm taking around.
Speaker 8 (02:57):
Okay, Battleship is in connect four.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
No, it's a boar.
Speaker 3 (03:03):
Okay, not a board, but not the Hall of Fame?
Speaker 2 (03:05):
Catankatan Are you putting that in the hall?
Speaker 3 (03:13):
I've never played it, but my roommates are obsessed with that.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
Well, you gotta say, if you got one, you take it,
because if you don't take it, then you're stuck with
the last.
Speaker 3 (03:19):
I'm not taking this one, all right.
Speaker 8 (03:21):
Spirograph, spirograph are going to pass now. I know the
rest of them.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
Trivial pursuit, trivial fun, but gonna pass.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
It's the bad memories of my sisters ing at me.
Speaker 2 (03:35):
Scooters scooters in general, it's like a scooter.
Speaker 3 (03:39):
A scooter, like a razor scooter. Yeah yeah, hall of fame.
Speaker 7 (03:41):
Yeah, that's fun.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
I'm gonna say hall of fame.
Speaker 8 (03:43):
I'm not slime. No, no, that's so big though for
the past years.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
Just ban it.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
It's banned, all right.
Speaker 8 (03:53):
Cornhole?
Speaker 1 (03:54):
Yeah, my god, yes, we have one left.
Speaker 3 (03:56):
I'm taking a great number one Cornhole.
Speaker 2 (04:00):
I almost don't want to take it because he has
loved so much, but it just got a funny Cornhole.
I mean, I'll take it.
Speaker 3 (04:06):
Here's the thing, Cornhole doesn't need your support, all right.
Speaker 8 (04:10):
I'm not doing corn You'll like this one. A Star
Wars lightsaber.
Speaker 2 (04:16):
Yeah. I think you gotta put that in. It's a toy. Yeah,
I'll take it.
Speaker 9 (04:20):
Okay.
Speaker 8 (04:20):
More a Ferby, which I loved Herby's growing up.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
See, I'm concerned that Herby Ferby hasn't already made the
Hall of Fame like that.
Speaker 2 (04:29):
Let me also point out, you only took one thing
so far I've taken to me.
Speaker 3 (04:32):
You did, yeah, battleship scooter in Cornwall.
Speaker 2 (04:35):
You took battleship.
Speaker 1 (04:35):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (04:36):
I thought I took Battleship.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
You both did confused about twelve?
Speaker 8 (04:40):
Then the last one is tickle Me Elmo. Such a
phenomenon when it first came out, creepy.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
Maybe, so I took Battleship, what else? I take a
lightsaber and cornhole those I took cornhole back, So I'm
stuck with Tickle me Elmo.
Speaker 3 (04:59):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, all right, yeah.
Speaker 8 (05:05):
Three will be chosen for the player's choice ballot, which
the public gets.
Speaker 2 (05:10):
Out of three, only one makes it.
Speaker 8 (05:12):
Yep, it's going to move on to what other historians
and educators have chosen. But we get to decide and.
Speaker 2 (05:19):
Then wait then people choose out of that pile.
Speaker 8 (05:22):
All these will be in there as well, but they're
the ones that are choosing it. But it's like an
expert panel that are decided, Like we don't get to
vote experts with them. That's true.
Speaker 2 (05:34):
Battleship Team Thomas expert panel. Yeah, they're not getting some
guy that was on the John F. Kennedy air character.
Speaker 8 (05:40):
But like with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame,
we don't get to choose the nominees or the inductees.
We get to vote on maybe one.
Speaker 1 (05:47):
But we should we should.
Speaker 8 (05:48):
I know.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
But toys, definitely, unless it's a group of kids playing
with these things, that's bogus.
Speaker 8 (05:54):
So the last year's winners were My Little Pony transformers
and Phase ten faces.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
That a card game.
Speaker 8 (06:01):
I guess over corn hole.
Speaker 3 (06:03):
Okay, get back.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
Well, all right, thank you Jill for the update and
the Toy Hall of Fame. I got so fired up
about that.
Speaker 4 (06:14):
Valentine in the Morning one O.
Speaker 2 (06:17):

What a four to three them It's Valentine in the morning.
Good morning, Melissa. How are you today?
Speaker 10 (06:53):
I'm good?
Speaker 11 (06:54):
How are you say?
Speaker 2 (06:55):
We're doing all right? What's going on?
Speaker 12 (06:57):
I just want to say, well, I think it should
be your responsibility to give John an education and all
the classic TV and films he's missing.
Speaker 2 (07:07):
Yeah, no, I get that, and I've tried. I tried
that with Jill too, but it's been an epic fail.
They don't care.
Speaker 12 (07:13):
Have you tried baking for them? And I say, hey,
come over, I'm going to bake. But then you put
on the Muppet still or Princess Front fun.
Speaker 2 (07:21):
In my table, like bake and make you watch Cheers.
Speaker 8 (07:25):
That'll just make incredible dinners for his family. So maybe
we can do some type of like TV show night
and I'll make us all dinner.
Speaker 2 (07:32):
Yeah, there's a lot of light dietary things going on though,
you know. Yeah, but you're gluten celiac whatever dairy. You
take a lot off the table.
Speaker 8 (07:43):
I'm not eating porker chicken at the moment.
Speaker 2 (07:45):
Pork chicken, okay.
Speaker 12 (07:47):
So then Jill clearly needs like a brisket or a
plot roast.
Speaker 8 (07:50):
I love that, thank you.
Speaker 1 (07:51):
I'll take the brisket.
Speaker 2 (07:53):
Brisket.
Speaker 3 (07:53):
You'll get us both at once, okay.
Speaker 12 (07:56):
And then we should have you know, we need to
make a list of the class two things that that John,
especially Jill. You've been better than John, but not.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
Much dude, not much. I mean she's never seen somewhere
in time. Yes, I have you claimed you fell asleep
or something.
Speaker 8 (08:11):
No, I just got distracted by my phone because I
was so bored.
Speaker 2 (08:15):
You didn't even know about the penny when I talked
to you about it. No, I forgot. That's like the
most important part in some respects of the movie, and
the little kid that becomes the old man and the
old man becomes a little kids.
Speaker 8 (08:26):
He saw that.
Speaker 7 (08:27):
No spoilers.
Speaker 3 (08:29):
I need like a priority list because I feel like
there's been so many movies and shows we've added to
this list, but I need to know, like what are
in the top five, so then I know what to prioritize.
Speaker 2 (08:38):
You need to, as a radio guy, go watch w
k RP in Cincinnati. Okay, you gotta do that. Absolutely,
you watch Stearn's private Oh my god, have seen that?
Speaker 1 (08:46):
Seen Stern's private part?
Speaker 3 (08:47):
Not seeing Stern's private park cannot come to work until
you do that.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
Jill, have you seen Stern's private parts? You need to
watch it too, really and truly. Just in the radio
world is fast Krep is just a comedy about radio
back like in the seventies and stuff. It's very funny.
Speaker 3 (09:01):
Okay, what do you got?
Speaker 2 (09:02):
What do you want to add to? Melissa?
Speaker 12 (09:04):
I think the Muppets are a must, it's a it's
a classic. But the vellas you said, I mean Peers
threw some movies in there too, Bride Doonies, oh goodies.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
Yeah right, never any.
Speaker 12 (09:17):
Stories, Dylan. John should have to leave their phones at
the door so they can't be scrolling.
Speaker 2 (09:24):
Door right, yeah, yeah, leave it at the door.
Speaker 3 (09:27):
See what our list is already at like ten right now?
And likes.
Speaker 2 (09:30):
You know it's gonna grow.
Speaker 3 (09:31):
I'm sure it will.
Speaker 12 (09:32):
Well, then Bell, you should have a sleepover Jill.
Speaker 2 (09:36):
Oh my god, you think I like these people that much?
Speaker 1 (09:40):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (09:40):
You do.
Speaker 3 (09:41):
I blame my mom. Man, she didn't really like let
us watch TV growing up. So I feel like I
missed out on all these classic things that people you.
Speaker 2 (09:48):
Missed out of the Creature double feature, even.
Speaker 3 (09:50):
Things like from my generation, like I've never seen an
episode of SpongeBob SquarePants and like for people my age,
that's like the number one much What.
Speaker 13 (09:59):
About stand By?
Speaker 2 (10:00):
Yes, I mean is great too.
Speaker 14 (10:02):
You're right, did you see that?
Speaker 5 (10:03):
John?
Speaker 15 (10:04):
No?
Speaker 3 (10:04):
But see we're getting in this trap of like the
what about this movie, what about that?
Speaker 1 (10:07):
And then I have a too big of a list?
Speaker 3 (10:09):
Guys.
Speaker 12 (10:09):
Okay, was your mom like the type of parents that
made you read instead of watching classic TV and movies?
Speaker 3 (10:16):
Honestly?
Speaker 1 (10:16):
Yes, no, no, I'm so serious, dude.
Speaker 2 (10:19):
Like she did not make him read.
Speaker 1 (10:21):
She did.
Speaker 3 (10:21):
I read all the Dan Brown books. Like my mom
made me do chores, go outside, or do anything but TV.
She's so against TV, right, John?
Speaker 12 (10:29):
Can I borrow your mom to help with my son?
Speaker 7 (10:31):
Because he hatory, Oh.
Speaker 3 (10:32):
She'll kill him, she'll be too strict.
Speaker 2 (10:35):
Well, Melissa, if you get any more, just shoot me
a little DM. We'll add it to his list.
Speaker 12 (10:39):
Okay, damns good and we'll work on the menu for
for for you yo, John and Brice, thank you, love
all right, have a good day, you guys.
Speaker 4 (10:49):
One O four to three. My SM Entertainment headlines.
Speaker 8 (10:53):
Taylor Swift does not do a whole lot of interviews
or talk shows, but she is going to be on
the graand Norton Show on October third, the same day
that her Life of a Showgirl album is out. She's
not gonna be the musical guest though, She's just doing
an interview. But Lewis Capaldi will be a guest, and
The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence
will start in the next movie for Martin Scorsese. It's
(11:15):
a film adaptation of the ghost novel What Happens at Night,
which apparently is about a married couple that travels to
Europe to adopt a baby and they stay at a
hotel filled with eccentric characters. This is the first time
Jennifer Lawrence has worked with Scorsese and the last time
Leonardo DiCaprio did was Killers of the Flower Moon for Apple.
I'm Jill with the entertainment headlines. Coming up after six o'clock,
(11:36):
we have a pair of tickets to Dirty Dancing Live.
Be ready to win those after six on Valentine in
the morning, one O four three, My yes, em, I'm
so excited. Maxim Schmierkowski from Dancing with the Stars is
coming in the studio next week and he has a
new vodka called Kappa and Maxim is gonna be hosting
an exclusive tasting and dance experience called Coppa Nights on
(11:59):
Thursdays at Number twenty fifth at the Mulholland in Calabasas.
The event looks amazing. They're going to have appetizing the
full course meal of course, and a live DJ and
Maxim is going to hit the dance floor with you
and teach you some of his dance moves. It's going
to evolve into the Salsa dance party. It looks so
much fun. So you can buy tickets at Copponights dot
event bright dot com, or just go to event bright
and search Coppa Nights.
Speaker 16 (12:23):
What's that.
Speaker 2 (12:25):
One of four? Three? My fam me? It's Valence in
the morning. Hey, good morning, Steve. How are you, buddy?
Speaker 1 (12:30):
Hey?
Speaker 7 (12:30):
How's it going?
Speaker 2 (12:31):
Golf dune? All right? What do you do for a
living man?
Speaker 14 (12:34):
I'm actually a plumber?
Speaker 2 (12:35):
A plumber? What do people assume about your job?
Speaker 14 (12:38):
That all I do is walk around all day and
clear drain and and really, in the last about five years,
maybe six years, I'm clear redrain.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
Look at that clear in the drains.
Speaker 17 (12:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 14 (12:51):
I do a lot of waterworks. I do a lot
of gas. I do a lot of prep work, right,
and they just assume that all I do is clear greens.
But I'm like, no, I really I have this stuff
on the equipment on my man, but I don't do
any of it.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
Really, look at that. You've been assuming that the plumber
is only clear drains. You've been wrong. What's your face
all about?
Speaker 1 (13:11):
It seems like you should be clearing more drains.
Speaker 2 (13:13):
Three's many. Maybe people are clearing their own drain.
Speaker 14 (13:16):
H people do call in for that. But there's like,
there's really two different types of plumbers. There's a grain
cleaner and then there's a technician.
Speaker 1 (13:25):
Let me ask you this, Steve, is your crack showing?
Speaker 3 (13:27):
I was gonna ask that, No, it does not. Actually
one of those two plumbers has the crack showing.
Speaker 14 (13:34):
Guys goes on.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
Have you seen by the joking us that too, by
the way, but that's in an atomical situation. Hey, did
you ever see anything that's all on Amazon? The crack
guard plumbers?
Speaker 8 (13:48):
Excuse me, just go right past. You're just not gonna
address it anyway.
Speaker 2 (13:54):
You're just gonna I didn't think you wanted me to
highlight it.
Speaker 8 (13:57):
But you still find there's no different.
Speaker 2 (14:00):
Can you set it on yourself one time?
Speaker 8 (14:02):
And that has been brought up multiple.
Speaker 2 (14:03):
Times, marathon once you bring.
Speaker 8 (14:06):
It up all the time, so different, that's my thing.
I'm sorry, Steve.
Speaker 14 (14:11):
There's actually a plumber down in Orange County that has
a picture of a guy that has his pants down
sitting on the toilet. So when you drive by, you
see the top half of the guy in the window
and the bottom half of him sitting on a toilet
on his door.
Speaker 1 (14:25):
Nice.
Speaker 2 (14:28):
So all right, I love it. Take care, Steve apprecid
you calling right on.
Speaker 14 (14:31):
You guys, have a great day.
Speaker 2 (14:32):
Youte by one four three one o four three my family,
it is Valentine in the morning. Well, pants are packed?
Speaker 8 (14:47):
What answ are packed?
Speaker 2 (14:50):
You unpack your pants?
Speaker 7 (14:52):
Pants?
Speaker 2 (14:53):
Pants? I'm wearing? Pants are packed, Shirts and shoes, toilet trees,
all that headed to Vegas flying out for the Iheartradius Vestival.
Speaker 8 (15:02):
So excited?
Speaker 2 (15:03):
Did you pack the pants?
Speaker 8 (15:04):
I don't think I'm wearing pants, no pants the entire weekend,
no shorts. Dress. Well, I guess, like, yeah, I do
have one pair of pants I'm wearing tonight, but they're
not really pants. I'm taking a risk, you guys. I
am dressing like I don't normally dress in what way
Like I have five outfits that I rotate, you know,
(15:27):
the work and stuff, and when it comes to events,
I usually will recycle and wear different like the same
dresses to things with Vegas. I feel I got to
take it up a notch with our festival. So I'm
going a little tighter, going a little more skin and
we'll see where the night takes us.
Speaker 2 (15:44):
Oh my gosh, Okay, well I'm wearing pants, John, I too,
am wearing pants.
Speaker 3 (15:53):
Ma, man can confirm?
Speaker 8 (15:54):
All right, do you think it is? Do we have time?
So in the past, I've been very insecure when it
comes to my body, Like I've I've had some issues
with body dysmorphia and like you know, and I think
my husband has really helped in making me really embrace
my body and embrace my curves and like I don't
(16:15):
have to be super super skinny, and I don't have
to like you know, I can have a little bit
of a little pouch on my stomach and like it's
no one cares, you know, no one cares. You're really big,
baggy stuff to kind of hide.
Speaker 2 (16:29):
And I've noticed that I think you are freer with
your husband now, and that's a sign of the two
of you madly in love, right, and you just are
more whatever you want to be. You're not holding back,
and that's a great thing. You are in your apparel
and how you dress and your confidence different now that
you're married, and different now that you're in love. I've
(16:50):
seen that and I think it's great.
Speaker 8 (16:52):
Oh thanks, you know, yeah, he's really helped me feel.
Speaker 2 (16:56):
Good nervous about fit tonight.
Speaker 8 (16:59):
Baby steps a little bit of like above the belly
button and below the ring.
Speaker 2 (17:04):
Okay, all right, so we'll keep an eye out for that.
People be watching Hulu. You might have to wait till
they run this thing at HBO Max or something whatever. Well, cool,
good for you, all right, John, you set for it
though you excited.
Speaker 3 (17:18):
Yeah, I'm reconsidering my outfit now though.
Speaker 2 (17:23):
Appreciate you. Guys. Listen, do you ever want to reach out?
Three one oh four three is our text line. By
the way, while we're there, to follow us on Instagram
at Valentine in the morning. At Valentine the Morning, we'll
post a bunch of stuff from backstage air. More than
likely you're going to see Jill's outfit at some point,
but if your phone set up correctly, it'll blur automatically.
Text Valentine in the morning at three one four three
(17:47):
one o four three MI Fav's Valentine in the morning.
So the Brian oh Man First Sip kind of stuck
up on us and there were so much some other
stuff in the iHeart Festival, getting ready and going over
Terris and stuff like that, like, go, Brian, give you
topic for first Sip and he goes, I don't know, man,
that's your thing? Yeah, there's nothing on the top of
my head. He goes, well, that's why we canceled it.
Speaker 1 (18:07):
There's a little truth to that.
Speaker 2 (18:09):
Excuse me.
Speaker 1 (18:10):
It's very impactful.
Speaker 2 (18:12):
But uh, well, who's got a topic? Who's got one?
Throw it out there. I can count in this guy
of the Chargers.
Speaker 3 (18:18):
Have what you guys got to give me songs for
a new music Friday?
Speaker 2 (18:20):
Then totally I'm on it. No, I have one for you.
I do have one for you. What do you go
for a topic? Anything? Let's see we've got a long
three four to three? Oh I like that?
Speaker 3 (18:30):
Yeah, let's do that.
Speaker 2 (18:31):
That means you're tapping out too. There's nothing in your
life that you guys need help with. There's no burdens
or questions about your family, your life. What do you got?
Come on, everything's perfect in your worlds? What weighs on
your shoulders? What weighs on your shoulders? And sometimes that's
the difficulty trying to pinpoint exactly something that weighs down
(18:54):
upon your shoulders, because life, and it's very essence, can
be hard. It's beautiful, it's wonderful, it's magical, but at
times you can feel like it's coming at your fall
sides and trying to figure out where it's coming at
you from can be the toughest part sometimes, and every
little weight that's upon those shoulders can add up. It
may not be one particular problem, but that weight of
(19:15):
just one more feather to an already heavy load can
be a problem. Again, that can be the difference maker
right there. A thousand pounds of feathers. It's a thousand
pounds of feathers. So you may not be able to
pick out today why you feel like the world is
upon your shoulders, and it might be social issues in
(19:36):
our world. It might be familiar issues for you, it
might be work issues for you. Whatever it is, you
just hang in there because clouds do pass, rain does pass,
sunshine will come again. If you feel that weight upon
your shoulders and us to keep plugging along, one foot
in front of the other, that's the best way. One
(19:57):
foot in front of the other, one step at a time.
We all know about the tortoise and the race and
the hair and who wins that thing, and sometimes that's
what it is, and it might feel like a really
long race, but that's okay. You take it one step
at a time, Jill, count us up one, two, three,
(20:18):
and go into a weekend full of appreciation for the
people that appreciate you.
Speaker 8 (20:23):
The analogy of the feathers really got me because it's
so true. The feather is so light, and it could
just be that one thing that just adds to it
and can bring you down.
Speaker 2 (20:36):
The phrase that you may be familiar with is the
straw that broke the camel's back. It doesn't weigh much
on its own. That little bit of extra weight that
one more time from somebody in your life that just
presses down upon you. The straw that broke the camel's back.
That feather can weigh just as much.
Speaker 8 (20:53):
Gosh, he's good. He took nothing and made something incredible
out of that. That's the Valentine one a four three
MI fan.
Speaker 2 (21:05):
It's Valentine in the morning, USC versus Michigan State this
weekend and we're sitting here joking around and John Butt
up a really funny point here. We're joking around about
how you see the players interact so much to the
fans at the college football level. You know, I've been
in many games where you're on the field with the
players afterwards, taking pictures, hanging out, saying good game and
stuff like that. You know, and uh, this big game
this weekend, and I was just thinking how cool it
(21:28):
is at the college players, even at these massive programs,
will still run the sideline high five in fans and
their students. That's what they're doing, right. They go to
school with these students, and they take classes with these students,
and they're on campus with them having lunched them. Those
are their friends. And John had a very funny example
for something in the NFL.
Speaker 3 (21:46):
Yeah, you don't see that as much in the NFL,
But imagine if some of these NFL players like also
had other jobs, like they're working at home depot, Like
when who works with the subway?
Speaker 2 (21:54):
You know, right, you know what, I'd great game this weekend, man,
go get him good luck against those Broncos. Man have
a great just interacting like that, not being so separated,
so insulated from the world when you suddenly have you know,
thirty million dollars. You're suddenly like, oh, worker, I'm gonna
be over here. There's gonna be a little velvet rope
right in front of me. I'm sure they're not all
(22:14):
like that, but it'd be kind of funny to see
if someone like that that separation. Once you leave college
and become a pro for a sport like that, suddenly
money separates you very very fast. As there we know,
all right, it's one of four to three my fam
John's got his name is a Friday.
Speaker 3 (22:27):
All right, let's take a look at our playlist today.
We got a couple of new songs. First one is
a new one from Miley Cyrus. This one's got Fleetwood
Mac on it. Now, take a listen to this one.
It's a song called Secrets, so it definitely features Miley's
(23:14):
voice in there. But she wrote it for her dad's birthday,
Billy Ray Silarus, which was a couple.
Speaker 17 (23:17):
Of weeks ago.
Speaker 3 (23:18):
She wrote this for him, and she put Fleetwood wet
Mac on it because that's his favorite artist, one of
his favorite artists. So she made sure to include some
of the members from Fleetwood Mac. And she said she
wrote this because she wanted to be the one that
Billy Ray felt safe enough to tell things too, things
that were maybe damning or damaging to the family. And
she just wanted him to know that, Hey, as a
middle child, like I'm old enough to take some of that,
(23:41):
and like, what a cool gift to give your dad,
Like a song you wrote and you actually put it
out for his birthday. So she's trying to say, hey,
you know you've heard some of the tension between the
Miley or between the Cyrus members as family over the years,
and she'd just say, Hey, the past is passed. I
can carry some of that family weight. Now you can
tell your secrets to me.
Speaker 2 (23:56):
I can handle that.
Speaker 3 (23:57):
Wow, it's a new song from Miley Cyrus out now.
Speaker 2 (24:00):
It's called Secrets.
Speaker 3 (24:04):
So the next one is a new single from our
friend Lewis Capaldi. He slows it down a bit. This
is a ballad and it's about loving someone that ain't
here anymore. It's called something in the Heaven Stande.
Speaker 18 (24:16):
I will dream of you in a millions You're the
world A choose.
Speaker 15 (24:36):
Same Chris, but something in the head its tells me
that will be in together again.
Speaker 3 (24:48):
I feel like this was kind of a different sound
for Lewis Capaldi. So like sometimes people will say that
a lot of his songs sound the same, but I
feel like this one has something different to it. I
don't know what it is. It doesn't sound like the
typical like Chis Capaldi. But he just performed three nights
at the O two Arena in London Massive Stadium. I
was watching some of it last night on TikTok Live
and it's just so cool. He's debuting this song and
(25:10):
just the entire crowd of lights and you see how
much people love Lewis Capaldi and I.
Speaker 1 (25:14):
Just love seeing him back on that stage.
Speaker 3 (25:17):
So this is his next single, Something in the Heavens
from Lewis Capaldi. So the last one here is a
new single from an artist called Ray. We've talked about
her before. She's like an English singer songwriter. She gets
comparisons to like Amy Winehouse a lot. This one's very
fun enough beat. It's her song called There Is My Husband.
Speaker 1 (26:00):
I just absolutely love this track. It is such a
fun listen.
Speaker 3 (26:04):
And she said this song is essentially a master plan
to ensure that she's married in the next two to
three years. She's manifesting a husband right now. Where's my husband,
and she talks about how she would like a ring
and she would love to see it on her finger.
So I feel like I can see this one being
like the single lady song manifesting your men, or even
something you might send to a guy that's taken a
little bit to mom, you know what I mean. I'd
(26:24):
like her ring on this finger. So she's got some
new music coming in a tour as well.
Speaker 1 (26:29):
This is where's my.
Speaker 2 (26:30):
Husband from Red.
Speaker 3 (26:37):
We can find a ton of new music on our
new music playlist. It's called newly Released on the Free
I Heard Radio AP. I'm John Kamunci. That's your new music.
Speaker 5 (26:43):
Friday one O four to three MYFM.
Speaker 4 (26:48):
Here's what's coming up.
Speaker 8 (26:49):
In entertainment headlines, the hosting duties have been announced for
the first three shows of Saturday Night Live's fifty first season.
I'll tell you who's gonna host.
Speaker 4 (27:00):
Start off to Traffic one O four to three my
SM Entertainment headlines.
Speaker 8 (27:05):
Bad Bunny, Amy Pohler, and Sabrina Carpenter will all host
Saturday Night Live for the first three shows of the
fifty first season. Bad Bunny will be the season opener
on October fourth, and Doja Cat will be the musical guest.
Then Amy Pohler is gonna host Week two and role
Model will be the musical guest on that one, and
then Sabrina Carpenter is going to be both the host
(27:25):
and musical guest on October eighteenth.
Speaker 2 (27:28):
Is something about bad Bunny. I just I don't know.
I'm gonna love the guy as a performer, as an actor,
great NonStop stuff, just the name. Now, when I hear
bad Bunny, I feel like somebody's actually scolding a bunny.
And who would would you ever scold the bunny? How
bad would that be? Imagine like you have a little
pet bunny sitting there in your house, bad bunny. It's
a bunny, only you would take it. Nobody else hears
(27:51):
that like scolding a bunny. Bad bunny either a bad,
bad bunny.
Speaker 3 (27:55):
At one of his recent shows, he was hopping on
stage like a yea because he's a little bit old.
There he fell on his knee wrong and kind of
jumped it on stage, so people were saying he is
a pretty bad bunny.
Speaker 2 (28:07):
Oh yeah, funny.
Speaker 8 (28:09):
And speaking of SNL, Keenan Thompson is remaking the cult
slasher comedy sleep Away Camp. He is going to produce it.
It's currently in production, and the same writer and director
from the original eighties movie is coming back for it
as well. No surprise here. I have never seen sleep
Away Camp, but I've read that it's about a shy
(28:30):
teens summer at camp that turns deadly as campers just
kind of disappear one by one. So Keenan Thompson's going
to be involved in that a little bit different for him.
When you think of Keenan Thompson, think comedy all that SNL.
But now he's going to do a little horror movie.
I'm Jill with entertainment headlines K six fifty five.
Speaker 2 (28:47):

Speaker 1 (29:22):
Right, I'm so excited for everyone listening.
Speaker 2 (29:25):
Hmm okay, well, the only thing is that and I
honestly don't know what it is, but the amount of
excitement that you have, it falls short. It comes back
on you.
Speaker 3 (29:36):
Huh.
Speaker 1 (29:37):
Okay, let's take it down there.
Speaker 8 (29:40):

back over there at the end of the year.

Speaker 16 (42:17):
I have a little bit. Yeah, okay, really hard language.
Speaker 12 (42:21):
Actually, have you.
Speaker 2 (42:23):
Ever watched Phenomenon with John Travalta? Watched that? You get
a couple of clues from that thing or something like that.
Watch that movie. Wow, that's pretty cool. And Portuguese. I
bet that's like it's got to be an amazing, amazing language.
Speaker 16 (42:44):
It's actually really beautiful. Yeah, and I already speak Spanish
and a little bit. It's actually it's it's pretty different
and the accent is totally different.
Speaker 2 (42:54):
Have you heard this yet? Listen close? Have you heard that?
Speaker 19 (43:02):

and she heard it. Did he say it to you?
Speaker 12 (43:14):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (43:14):
Did you say it back to him?
Speaker 8 (43:18):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (43:18):
Does he want to live in Messa Sutas Union?
Speaker 18 (43:20):
Does?
Speaker 9 (43:25):
He's open to it?

people when she was ten. Yes, now she is working
at Scary Farm and this is her fifth year there
Scary Farm.
Speaker 2 (44:38):
The fifth year. So you had your little daughter at
the age of ten jumping out from behind the wall
as a child of the darkness.
Speaker 7 (44:49):
Yes, because I'm in such an excellent mother.
Speaker 2 (44:52):
You're interested mother, But you found a way to connect
with your daughter.
Speaker 4 (44:59):
I did.
Speaker 7 (45:00):
We love scaring people.
Speaker 2 (45:01):
How old does she know?
Speaker 7 (45:03):
Twenty five?
Speaker 2 (45:03):
God, she must have been like a creepy little kid.
I bet you decked her out really well.
Speaker 8 (45:06):
What were some of the characters she played?
Speaker 7 (45:09):
A creepy clown? And then she was at one point
she was in just like in a bedroom and just
seeing she was singing creepy songs or she actually sang
the alphabet song in a really creepy manner, baby.
Speaker 2 (45:26):
Terri, Fine, uh, but like where was that? Was that
at your house when she was ten? And where was
she working? Then?
Speaker 7 (45:33):
We volunteered for a school fundraiser when she was ten,
and then in Ventura County there were two local haunted houses,
right that we worked at for a couple of years.
Speaker 2 (45:44):
Got it so the child labor laws weren't as tough
back then.
Speaker 7 (45:48):
I paid her in chocolate and caffeine.
Speaker 2 (45:53):
And chocolate caffeino. I guess, well, Trace teller, congratulations. If
we get over there, we'll, I don't know, we'll call
out to her. What's her name?

Speaker 2 (46:03):
Yeah, walking through the hatted houses and stuff.
Speaker 8 (46:05):
Which maze is she in?
Speaker 7 (46:06):

Speaker 3 (46:11):
She had like a like a one of those knee

Is, oh my gosh.
Speaker 8 (47:25):
The New York Post is saying Adele has been approached
about playing the next halftime show. She hasn't said yes
or no, but she did confirm you she was asked
back in twenty seventeen to perform at halftime.
Speaker 19 (47:39):
And.
Speaker 8 (47:41):
That's not about the music. I can't dance or anything
like that. They were very kind, Yes, what I'm wondering about, yeah,
said but I said no, So.
Speaker 2 (47:49):
I don't care.
Speaker 3 (47:50):
Said no for the same reasons, because it's not a
dancing it's for music.
Speaker 2 (47:55):
Yeah, it's not that everyone's dancing behind you and stuff.
It's tough to see you like a bunch of people
grinding dancing behind us song. I'm I don't care. She's
that great. I would take a pass on a dancing,
you know, crazy halftime show just to hear that music
(48:16):
and see her out there in the fifty I still
think it'd be great. Same thing with that, it'd be great,
all right. Eight sixty six five four. For my family,
Good morning, Diana. How are you today?
Speaker 20 (48:26):
Hi, good morning, I'm doing.
Speaker 4 (48:28):
Great, awesome.
Speaker 2 (48:29):
What's your happening? Is Diana?
Speaker 20 (48:31):
My son's school there, His class is having their senior
sunset this morning. So yeah, so I'm excited and he
was excited too, But it's so it's just sad to
see that, you know, well, don't who is coming real?
Speaker 2 (48:49):
Well, you made a big Freudian slip there. I'm not
even sure if you caught it what You made a
little bit of a Freudian slip there. But I'm a
parent of a senior. So I get it too. You
said senior sunset, and it's senior son Rise, right sun right.
The Freudian slip is this is the sunset on your
child's adolescence. Your son's becoming.
Speaker 17 (49:10):
A bad Yes.
Speaker 8 (49:12):
I was right there with you, Diana, because he's very
emotional about Colin graduating this year, you know, and your
sun rise.
Speaker 20 (49:22):
Yes, I remember when you started doing the countdown when
they were freshman.
Speaker 2 (49:28):
Yeah, sixty of his high school journey. To do that, well,
then Brian and John peak like nobody cares, nobody cares,
nobody cares. I'm like, yeah, you know what, Diana and
her kid. Thank you, Diana. Okay, we've found two people.

a good time at Senior sun Rise today.

bought him when at Disney and when he was like
I I think six years old.

Yeah, So he took.
Speaker 20 (50:02):
It to school today and he was excited. His friends
were like, oh my gosh, yeah, why does.
Speaker 3 (50:07):
That make me emotional?
Speaker 2 (50:09):
Well, it's funny. It's that stuff. That you have as
a child. For Senior sunrise, it is if you're allowed
to be an emotional moment for the kids, because you
look around, you're all gathered maybe on the football field,
watching the sunrise, realizing this could be one of the
last times you're all gathered like that. Shout to my wife.
I want to shout to my wife, if you don't mind, Dane,
if you don't mind, because this is your moment. So
(50:29):
I just don't want to take it away. But my
wife was smart enough to get a picture of all
the seniors the other day at Senior Sunrise, like nobody
was getting a group photo. It's like, what are we doing?
Get a photo? So I probably.
Speaker 20 (50:45):
That's soundesome witch.
Speaker 4 (50:47):
I know.
Speaker 20 (50:47):
I told him, please take pictures. I want to see
everything I want to see. So far, he's only sent
me one of him with stitch, so I'm happy about that.
Speaker 2 (50:56):
Got something you get more than ask the friends. Ask
any other moms that were there too, if they have
any photos for you. Okay, exactly, all right, thank you
so much for I love to sharing time with us. Guy.
Thank you. I'll put twenty on black for you.

we don't play country often, you know, he's played some
that crossed over the big hits. And he sent me
a note and a bottle of wine afterwards to thank
me for having him on the show. If I told
you how many people did that over the years, the
answer would be one, Oh wow, Yeah, Thomas.
Speaker 1 (52:19):
Rhett.
Speaker 8 (52:21):
Well, Dakota Fanning sent you a thank you note no wine.
Speaker 3 (52:24):
She was a little girl.
Speaker 2 (52:25):

Speaker 8 (53:17):
That's what I always do, going to a concert and
then the next day wearing the merch to.
Speaker 1 (53:20):
School waiting for someone to ask you about it?
Speaker 8 (53:24):
Of course, what was like going to Hotown?
Speaker 7 (53:29):

but it was very scary in the moment. We lost
one of our friends for an entire night. We were
on a bachelor party or bachelorette party. My sisters were
with me, and we lost one of the ladies. We
were all out together. She disappeared. We had her phone
in someone's purse and she was gone all night.
Speaker 2 (54:49):
How'd you lose her?
Speaker 8 (54:50):
She with kids in the car.
Speaker 2 (54:53):

Speaker 4 (55:21):
No?
Speaker 2 (55:21):
Okay, all right, I was going to guess who it is.
Speaker 8 (55:23):
Oh no, you wouldn't be able to guess her anyways,

Speaker 15 (58:14):

Speaker 2 (58:15):

Speaker 6 (58:16):
Is it a he?
Speaker 2 (58:21):
It's an octagon, not a hexagon? Octagon?
Speaker 4 (58:24):

it or watch it. We'll tell you about that in
just a few minutes.
Speaker 4 (01:00:31):
Three things you need to know right now.
Speaker 2 (01:00:36):
A twenty two. It's Valentine in the morning. This is
one of four to three MIFM tempts to be warm today.
Across ound in California, slight chance rain in thunderstorms. The
rain did cause prompts for some areas yesterday. In San Bernino,
County in oak LeAnn mudslides shut down several roads, trap cars,
and knockdown power lines. Today. A floodwatch steal in effect
for some mountain and desert cities as well. Shout out
(01:00:56):
to my son and Colin day five to sixty of
his high school journey. He's in the car right now.
I just got the like three sixty alert. I assume
he's listening to his dad. Definitely better be listening to
his dad. Go if he texts me the code word
papaya later today, not now, because you're driving and drive safe. Papaya.
(01:01:20):
You text him that later on. I'll though you were
listening and you'll jill text him papaya. No, no, no, no,
You're just gonna be little narks. This is the test
of the emergency columns system. This is only a test. Yesterday,
Clayton Kershaw announced you'll retire at the end of the
season after eighteen years with the Dodgers. With that announcement,
tonight's matchup between Dodgers and the Giants is now a
chance for fans to say farewell. You see what will
(01:01:41):
likely be the final pitch Kershaw will ever throw at
Dodger Stadium. Not surprisingly, the cost of tickets to tonight's
game and skyrocketed, some single seats going for about six
thousand dollars. John, What am I missing that this would
be the final pitch you throw at Todger Stadium?
Speaker 1 (01:01:55):
Seas?
Speaker 3 (01:01:55):
I really sure. I'm not sure if they're planning on
not using him in the postseason, I'm not sure.
Speaker 1 (01:02:00):
It looks that way.
Speaker 2 (01:02:00):
Oh really in the rotation set, that's what they're saying.
I mean, this is You're not one hundred percent, are you?
Speaker 21 (01:02:06):
No?
Speaker 1 (01:02:06):
I was expecting John to really you know, he's to
have that.
Speaker 16 (01:02:09):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:02:09):
That kind of took me by spaces.
Speaker 2 (01:02:10):
Two seas, So I'll look into that, yes, Okay, moving
on to thank you. What's trending your music? John? Well?
Speaker 3 (01:02:17):

the next two nights actually in Las Vegas at the
Tmobile Arena. We'll see Maroon five hit the stage tonight.
We'll have Ed sheer And and Mariah Carry tomorrow. If

Speaker 2 (01:02:58):
Chat Oh three one oh four to three. It is
Valentine in the morning. This is one of four to
three mi FM. Yeah, well, the kid texted Papaya. But
I'm very curious that text came in whilst he was driving,
So I'm assuming it was a red light or was
talk to text.
Speaker 1 (01:03:17):
Yeah, of course, right, I mean, it's your fault.
Speaker 2 (01:03:21):
How's my fault he's texting and driving. No, but I
told him not to do what I was driving. I said,
wait to goe to school.
Speaker 1 (01:03:25):

she was like, we gotta go see what's going on
at the karaoke stage. I go over there and there's
a guy singing Berry White, and sure enough, she threw
her panties at him, and.
Speaker 4 (01:10:54):
He instantly became a legend.
Speaker 21 (01:10:58):
And thirteen years later, I am still.
Speaker 14 (01:11:01):
With that man.
Speaker 3 (01:11:05):
This wins. I really didn't see that.
Speaker 2 (01:11:07):
You hold on, So a lady in the bathroom wanted
to throw her underwear at the guy in the stage. Yes,
and then you run over to watch this guy doing
karaoke in the very very white voice, and you ended

Experience the incredible power and fuel efficiency with Toyota Electrify.
Speaker 8 (01:14:09):
Things you need to know right now.
Speaker 2 (01:14:11):
Temperatures will be warm today across south in California with
a slight chance of rain of thunderstorms. So the rain
did cause some problems for some folks yesterday and Sam
Bernardino County you know Glen mud slides have you seen
him in the news? Butt slides shut down several roads, trapcars,
knocked down power lines. Today, a floodwatch is still an
effect for some mountain and desert cities. Officials are warning
(01:14:34):
about an increase in scams at target people who are
looking to work. These random texts promise a great paid opportunity,
but only if you replied yes. According to the Federal
Trade Commission, these messages have resulted in over three hundred
and fifty or three hundred and forty million losses in
the first six months of this year alone. So honestly,
if you get a texta goes hey, get a job
for you, it's fake. If you didn't ask somebody for something,
(01:14:56):
or a friend wasn't looking out for you, it's going
to be a fake scam. Don't click on that, John,
What's training in music?

Speaker 2 (01:15:45):
Do you make a playlist on the iHeart Radio AP
or anything like that?
Speaker 10 (01:15:47):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (01:15:48):
Actually, the iHeart Radio app features a playlist it's called
Newly Released and like, okay, someone takes all the biggest
songs in the country and they put it together on
one playlist that they update every week.
Speaker 2 (01:15:56):
Oh that's great. That should be you, though, because you
do a great job with that. I don't know if
that person, but maybe they're stealing your info. Yeah, that's
what I'm saying. John does a great job. It's something
called new Music Friday. It airs around like six thirty five,
six forty every Friday. You can hear it in our
post show podcast just download, you know, Valentine in the
Morning the podcast, and that's the entire show minus music,
minus commercials and stuff, and just his understanding of the
(01:16:18):
music that's popular right now and up and coming stuff
and things you might not have an ion, so to speak,
like is it on your radar? Maybe not, maybe you
didn't know about it. And he brings different genres of
music sometimes into the fold and he does a really
really good job at it.
Speaker 3 (01:16:34):
Thanks man.
Speaker 2 (01:16:34):
So check that out in the free iHeartRadio app. Of course.
All right, it's nine forty three. It is one of
four to three MYFM.
Speaker 8 (01:16:41):
One O four to three my FM entertainment headlines, Teddy
Rouxspin is getting his own live action movie, the iconic
animatronic eighties toy I Loved My Teddy Rockspin. Details about
the film are being kept under wraps, but it's being
pitched as a sonic the Hedgehog meets Elf. And today
(01:17:01):
the movie Waltzing with Brando is in theaters. It's starring
Billy Zayne as Marlon Brando. He starred in Titanic as
Cal Rose, his fiance, and we got to talk to
Billy Zayne. He came to the studio and all of
us watched the trailer for his new movie with him,
and it looks so good, very funny. It's also starting
John Heater and Richard Dreyfus and Billy Zayne said he
(01:17:23):
was interested in teaching people about Marlon Brando in a
way that they're not familiar and.
Speaker 10 (01:17:27):
While he feel that he was changed by on one second,
while he was yes, we want to talk about Titanic,
so we asked him what he thinks happened to cal
immediately after the Titanic sank.
Speaker 17 (01:17:44):
I feel that he was changed by the experience, as
evidenced by the fact that he took a sip off
that flask without wiping it from a steerage passenger. Little
thing we thought about at that moment. It's like, can
I get a flask? And then looking for her of
course on the dead, a little disheveled, and so I
don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:18:03):
I think.
Speaker 1 (01:18:03):
I think that movie is.
Speaker 17 (01:18:05):
I'm very proud of it, and I can't believe it
still resonates on such a great, one hundred profound, great movie.
Speaker 8 (01:18:11):
I was totally starstruck when he was here. I sent
our photo to everybody I know. I love Titanic. That
was that was very cool to get to meet him
and talk to Billy.
Speaker 2 (01:18:18):
Do you send that to your brother in law? No?
I didn't send it to Why not show it to jac.
Speaker 8 (01:18:23):
I know I should. I will send it to him.
Speaker 2 (01:18:25):
Her brother in law is like the number one motion
and capture guy in in Hollywood. If you know Kevin Dorman,
you know what I'm talking about, number one with MOCAP,
who works with James Cameron. He's huge in that Avatar world.
Avatar would not be without him, right, so huge in
that world. And I'm like, send it to him, because
James Cameron knows Billy's saying that was Titanic. That would
(01:18:47):
be kind of fun to make that connection.
Speaker 8 (01:18:49):
I'll send it to him, show him on set. I'm
Jill with there, Tim and headline.
