(00:15):
Remember remember all right, you're gorningeverybody in his six o seven. Yes,

(00:51):
yes, my boy still sucks, but it is feeling better. Uh,
Ross, I should have have youtreated. I didn't realize you were
a doctor, sir. When didyou get your When did you get your
your MD? Man? Was thatwhat you were doing last week? I
saw Ross posting like medical studies andstuff on social media yesterday. Crazy stuff?

(01:19):
What is it? What is it? You guys call this in the
medical field natural immunity. It's somethingnew. I guess that's weird. So
didn't exist the past three years? So what's that didn't exist for the past
three years? Yeah, yeah, that's weird how it would just dip out
for um, you know, athird of a decade. Um. So

(01:41):
so let me get this straight. So sometimes if you get something and then
you get better, it makes itso the next time that thing comes around,
you either don't get it or youget it in a much less severe
form. That is correct. Yes, this is I mean, this is

(02:02):
like AI flying car stuff right here? Man? Who to thunk it?
Sheer craziness right there? So yeah, I saw that posting and I'm like,
wow, I guess somebody got amedical degree. So and he posted
it on Twitter, which if you'ddone that a year ago, I'm pretty

(02:23):
sure that what you wouldn't have aTwitter account, right, So, and
you did it in your own words? Or did you literally post the study?
No? I posted the study.Yeah, well now, dad,
dad to get you kicked off rightthere. So, hey, man,
you gotta stop disinformation from white supremacist, nationalist, COVID deniers, or you

(02:46):
know whatever whatever label we're throwing rightthere. You gotta make that happen,
all right, So, with allthat in mind, coming up, get
things that are new and different.Bum fights, remember bum fights, that's
taken a whole new look. Butthat's the thing. When you do this

(03:08):
stuff, you got to you gottakeep stepping it up. That's the inevitability
of it, because people get peopleget jaded. Man, I'm not old
enough to remember it, but I'mold enough to have, or I should
say, learned enough to have studiedit. First Moon mission basically, anyone

(03:35):
on the planet with a TV,they're watching that bad boy, right,
it's incredible. Nobody can believe what'shappening. Last Moon mission seventies. They
don't even like, they won't eventhey won't cut away from a ten zero
baseball game, right, People getburned out real quick, So I understand

(03:57):
why they got to step it up, and thank you to call Fornia for
finding a way. We'll get thathorrific story, but there is a legal
loophole lesson in that story to getto as well. Also coming up our
three eight oh five, Lieutenant GovernorMark Robinson will join us. Lots to

(04:18):
get into with him. They arebusy bees over at the legislature. First
they had the abortion override stuff, and the world came to an end,
I guess, or North Carolina.Maybe it was just parts North Carolina?
Ross Is did Wake Forest come toan end? I haven't been to Wake
Forest since they overrode the veto oris that still no? As far as

(04:42):
I know, it was still therethis morning. That's still there. Raleigh's
three. It might have disappeared afterI went to the Gym of Nosher.
Now Raleigh is still still there becausethe studios are rolling. Greensboro's technically still
there though, Greensboro High Point becausethe secondary studio is still up and running
if you're during this, So maybeit's other parts. Is Chapel Hill still

(05:06):
there? Maybe that's what they weretalking. I don't know, I don't
know. Twitter was a lot ofdoomsday predictions yesterday, but we'll talk about
it with the lieutenant governor. Andspeaking of Greensboro, we got to get
into this firefighter story. I mentionedthis yesterday, some firefighter who had the
audacity on his own private personal socialmedia account to post a meme about how

(05:34):
biological males and biological females when theyhook up, not all the time.
Sometimes there's complications. They have theability to make a baby, and that
that is a unique thing. Soobviously what you want to do is you
want to you want to excommunicate thatperson as quickly as possible during a time

(05:58):
when communities are rambling to hire umfirst responders. But you know, hey,
well, and I know I suspectMarch got some thoughts on that.
The guy's brother in law actually reachedout to me yesterday on Twitter. Oh
really, he wants to be onthe show, not the brother in law,

(06:19):
but the actual firefighter. His lawyersaid, chill for now, but
afterwards he wants to Yeah. No, I he's probably the guy who said
he sent me an email yesterday aswell, So yeah, no, and
that's that's good advice from a lawyer, restandpoint, because that's how lawyers are.
I'm not a lawyer, but Rossis a doctor though, so I

(06:39):
mean I'm a Twitter doctor and atwitch lawyer. Oh wow, okay,
all right, Well we're not onTwitch at the moment, but maybe tune
in later for some some legal advice. Yeah, no, I got sent
me an email as well, so, um, yeah, are you I
won't say his last name, John, is that who you're referring to?

(07:00):
You reach out to you on Twitterbut me on email? Does that mean
that means he thinks you're more hipthan me? I mean that's a fact.
So oh well all right, Imean that's been confirmed. You are
a doctor slash lawyer depending on thethe the venue. So there is that.
All right, So we'll get we'llget into more of that. Um,

(07:23):
we have a big taco debate, which shouldn't be a debate and uh
yum brands can kiss my uh dairyair if they want to go here.
Sorry man, We look, wedon't have a lot. I mean we
do have a lot, but wekind of keep it on the down low

(07:43):
of things in Wyoming to be protectiveabout. But you're you're you're poking the
bear quite literally. They have bears. I suspect probably just ready to go.
I saw this story yesterday. Iwas enraged. Update on the Daniel
Penny story and much more. Rightnow six fifteen, will take a break,
be back, hang on celebrating tenyears of keeping you connected. This

(08:07):
is ninety four five WPTI in theTriad and one oh six one FM Talk
in the Triangle. All right, good morning, six twenty here on the
case O Day Radio program. DoDo Do Do Do? All right?
Uh boy, where do we evenstart? This morning? Ran to bounce

(08:30):
around pretty good. Let me startwith this bum fight thing just because I
teased I was gonna do it yesterdayin the night. Ran out of time
too busy solving yacht issues for JeffBezos and stuff. All right, So
if you don't remember bum fights, there was. I don't remember what the

(08:50):
earraw was on that, although Iactually remember, strangely enough, like back
in the day they had some ofthis stuff on, like Faces of Death
Videos, which was this horrific videoseries that some independent videos like you can

(09:11):
go to Blockbuster and get it,but like Old Town Video in Buffalo carried
it and you were supposed to bea certain age to get it, and
then like people'd go in and gettheir older brothers or somebody to get it.
And then you know, basically allthe stuff that kids can just go
on the internet and see right now, it took a lot more work.

(09:33):
You had to sneak into the backroom, you had to get an older
person, you had to find yourdad's stat whatever it was. And it
wasn't necessarily pornography, but it wasviolent stuff. And then once the Internet
got up and running, literally peoplewould like pay homeless people to fight each
other. And some of it wasfaked, but some of it wasn't,

(09:56):
and as you can imagine, societytook a dim view on that. But
the reality is, sometimes these thingsjust happen for free because you're dealing with
people that unfortunately or rought with drugaddiction or mental health issues in some cases,

(10:16):
or violence that comes with living onthe street, in dealing with all
the other stuff, so you neverknow what you're gonna get. But in
Los Angeles, well, technically Riverside, which is actually you know, overside's
about I don't want to say anhour because traffic, but it's about fifty
miles or so from LA But likemany towns in California, they got themselves

(10:41):
a bold homeless population and they gotall the issues that go with it.
So authorities responded to a call ofa fight. Several residents called nine one
one to report that there had beenan altercation between two of the local transient

(11:01):
population. Except rather than just fisticuffsor somebody whacking the other one with a
bindle, apparently they had swords andone of them was better at sorting than
the other one. How do Iknow? Because when police arrived, they
found a freshly and smoothly severed handlying on the sidewalk. Didn't find anybody

(11:30):
there, obviously, this that youknow coming gone. They talked to residents.
They say that they were fighting andone of the dudes got a blow
in with the sword and ended upchopping the other dude's handoff, which not
as easy as it sounds. SoI mean that's either got skills or just

(11:52):
got really lucky and had enough forcebehind it, because you're going through bone
and stuff, and you got tomake sure your swords, you know,
sharp. Again, everyone has asword, but me. That's what I've
come to determine. There's too manystories we had it. It was a
Goldsboro or like neighbor altercation with swords. Remember that story where one guy comes

(12:16):
out with a sword, the otherone's like holding a beer, runs back
to his house. He's got asword. Everyone's got a sword, but
me, even the homeless in California. Well, police begin to investigate,
and one of the things they dois they reach out to local hospitals and
sure enough, one of the localhospital says that a man came in without

(12:39):
a hand seeking treatment, so they, you know, they boogy on down
to the hospital. He denies thathe was in an altercation. And if
you think about it, I don'tknow how you prove it. Sure,
you may have the sword laying therewith fingerprints on it. You may have
the hand that made the fingerprints, but it's not attached to this dude,

(13:03):
So you're not able to right.Isn't that like a finger a fingerprint loophole?
At that point, I mean,I don't know that. I have
to be, you know, somegreat courtroom entity to be like, well,
your honor and members of the jury. Yes, the severed hands fingerprints
did match the sword, but notonly are they you know, obviously the

(13:26):
victim there, even though they mayhave taken part in this, but you
can't. You can't do a fingerprintmatch to my client because the fingerprints are
attached to a hand, they're notattached anything. And then they bang the
gavel, not guilty, and theneveryone you know, goes on their way.
They have yet to apprehend whoever thesuperior swords person is and are continuing

(13:52):
to to investigate. And I sawsome people writing Highlander jokes. Do you
not know how Highlander worked? Ifyou're gonna make a pop culture reference?
And I know, I did clickthrough on the one who made the Highlander
joke, which was there can onlybe one hand, and I clicked through

(14:16):
and that person looked like they're abouttwenty twenty five tops. If you're gonna
make reference pop culture reference to mytime and you don't have a firm understanding
of how the whole Highlander process worked, you're right. There can only be

(14:37):
one and it's a deliberative process thattakes many, many, many sequels.
But they ain't cutting hands son totallydifferent. So anyway, they didn't find
any other body parts, So itsounds like the other guys probably intact.

(14:58):
But hobo with a sword who seemsto have some skills. That's that's who
they're looking for. But good luckin that mess down there, all right?
Eight eight eight nine three four seveneight seventy four the h the phone
number you want to be on theshow. So yesterday, yesterday was quite

(15:26):
the well, you know how thesethings go. A story happens, a
story that looks like it should beeasy to politicize, so, of course,
because it can be politicized in oneparticular direction, the media is happy
to do that. And then asinformation starts coming out, the cast doubts

(15:50):
on what exactly they're they're theorizing. They either then pretend like they didn't do
it, or they got further andgo, yeah, no, I understand
that we tried to make a racialthing or a political thing out of this,
and now the facts are not inour favor, but just suspend disbelief
and pretend that it happened anyway. And then more facts come out, and

(16:14):
then they just pretend like it neverhappened at all. I point this out
because some dude strolled into a congressionaloffice with a baseball bat. Yeah,
this is Congressman Jerry Connolly, who'sa Virginia Democrat. They've they've arrested a

(16:34):
guy. Initially they did you know, we didn't know they were looking for
the guy. Well, they arresteda dude. And wait to hear the
backstory here. All right, Agood morning and welcome back. It is

(16:56):
six thirty five bc O Day radioprogram. Yesterday was interesting too, if
he got bored and decided to tuneinto Congress congressing a few different things.
One John Fetterman took part in questioningas one of the in a Senate subcommittee,

(17:25):
and it was it wasn't smooth, but as you know, we have
somebody who had a stroke. Idon't think the expectations were there. Unfortunately,
here's what it turned into. Ihad to watch moonbats run around and
if anyone was like, dah, this is uncomfortable and and you know,

(17:49):
make that observation, they were thenjust awful, horrible people, right.
And Federman asked a good question, which the question they seized upon was he
wanted to know if that the banks, because they took bailout money, that

(18:14):
they should be subject to some ofthe oversight that Republicans demand of snap recipients,
which obviously there's a there's a tingeof politicalization there. But I don't
necessarily disagree with him. You knowhow I feel about the government bailing out
businesses. I'm not talking about businessesthat are in like a hurricane area,

(18:37):
which contribute taxes, which are thenpulled into this, this quasi FEMA insurance
policy that the states are forced toparticipate. Well, they're not forced to,
actually they cannot, but most do. I think they all do.
I don't have a beef with that, however, I I I don't know

(19:00):
if um, if it's a fact, maybe it is effective because nobody's gonna
bite back at him. You know, maybe I'm missing you know what Ross.
Maybe he should be the new fillin you don't have to prep like
three stories. But it's it isthe continuation of the politicalization that surrounded everything

(19:22):
having to do with Fetterman, andit is a courtesy, which again I'm
happy to analyze the question. Idon't necessarily disagree with it. But pretending
like they don't sit there and uhand mock anyone on the other side of

(19:44):
the aisle is absolutely absurd. Rememberthey still mock Greg Abbott down in Texas.
They make wheelchair jokes all the time. I don't know if you've seen
the Twitter, so uh, spareme that. The more interesting in exchange,
though, came between do you knowwho Julio Rosis is? All right?

(20:06):
So, especially during the summer ofmostly peaceful protests. Julio former marine
by the way, and right atthe time a contributor to town Hall.
I think he's one of the editors. Now. He and Andy No easily

(20:26):
were churning out the best man onthe street footage to the point where No
was getting attacked by Antifa. ButRosis was there. He was covering this
stuff. And let me tell youand I and I will tell you this
because I actually have experience doing this. It's it can be really rough out

(20:47):
there, one of the thing, and I'm glad I was able to do
it myself. Reporter named Tom andSteve Sidal worked with us back in the
day, if you remember Steve Sidal. This is in Minnesota during the r
and see there we took to thestreets, mostly Tom and myself to foxta
grab audio and video of all ofthe insanity surrounding the protests there, and

(21:11):
it was insane. I was standingI was standing next to some you know,
these anarchists were there they had theyhad arrested a bunch and seized a
van or a rental truck, andin it was weapons galore, and some
of them really dangerous, a lotof poop and pe stuff, but some

(21:32):
really dangerous stuff too, including bombs. And it was very interesting because when
they kicked off and they started smashingwindows at the Marshall Fields, it was
kind of like a Macy's and Macy'sended up buying them a big downtown department
store and started burning cop cars andattacking police and all that. When it

(21:56):
kicked off, police were in therethat you know, they went hats and
bats. Tom got shot in theleg with one of those rubber bullets.
I ended up catching pepper spray acouple of times just being in proximity of
these nitwits, and every single day, Julio Rosis was there in the middle
of it. So when they're talkingabout this as part of congressional testimony,

(22:19):
they brought Rosis in. One ofthe Republicans on the committee brought Rosis in
to talk about his experience on thestreet. And there's things that you recognize
that you can't pick up in avideo. Even though they call themselves anarchists,
they're incredibly organized and they have delineatedroles. So when you start talking

(22:44):
about how wow this is, it'san ideology, it's not a group.
That's not true. Obviously, theycoordinated to put that van of weapons together.
And then on the street they havepeople who are spotters. They have
people that are you know, soldiers, so to speak. They have ones
whose job it is to curtail themedia and their ability to record. They

(23:10):
have medics, and I swear toyou they take red electrical tape and they
put the you know, the redcross symbol on there. And those people
are carrying things to do eyewashes withtreat you know, wounds from less lethal

(23:30):
ammunition like the rubber bullets, orthey have these little grenades that shoot a
crap ton of little rubber balls, which are awful. The wound that Tom
had on his leg from that thingwas crazy. And he was just reporting.
He's just down there doing his job. Man. But and and he
didn't even he didn't have a beefwith the police. He fully understood.

(23:52):
He was just he got trapped outon this bridge from downtown Saint Paul,
the walks across the interstate to thecapitol, and things kicked off and he's
on the bridge, and you know, he could have run and showed his
old press credentials, and instead hestood there and documented it. So they

(24:15):
bring Roses in who can talk aboutthese nuanced things that maybe people don't have
a full understanding of. And yousee their little strategy sessions too. It
was it was very eye opening towatch this stuff. So any who,
that's going on, and it's notsitting well with one of the congressmen from

(24:38):
New York, a Democrat who alsohappens to be the heir to the Levice
Trouse fortune fortune. Right, sothis is this silver spoon dude times a
thousand, and he's obviously downplaying this, and then he starts mocking mocking Roses,

(25:02):
which is just crazy. This isrepresentative Goldman. All right, listen
to this and then listen to hisresponse because I was laughing my butt off
when this whole thing was was goingdown. All right, here's here's Dan
Goldman. You're trying to get usa gaslight us up here. As if
Antifa, which mister Rosas apparently theexpert now in organized terrorist activity, has

(25:26):
overruled the FBI director who says there'sa headline says antifas an ideology, not
an organization. No, no,no, let's not listen to the FBI
director. Let's listen to sorry, what's your title, senior writer at town
Hall? Who is going to tellus that the FBI director is wrong?
And I'd like to introduce there's noquestion. Oh okay, And by the

(25:51):
way, he's parading him during histime. He's not letting Rosas even respond.
And what a day to double downon the credibility of the FBI director
too. By the way, consideringwhat we just saw, like they literally
everyone at the FBI in any sortof management position or who even touched any

(26:12):
this crossfire hurt. They should bepacking. They should be packing their stuff
with security standing by them today ata bare minimum. The prosecutions can come
later. So this is Goldman,Well Rosisle quick on his feet man,

(26:32):
and he wasn't. He wouldn't puttingup with that crap. So what happened
then is because they alternate, it'sa Republican's turn, and they literally yield
time to rosis to respond since Goldmanwas too much of a coward to let
him respond in the first place.I think it's funny to be to be
lectured by an heir to the LeviStrauss Corporation. And honestly, that's probably
why he doesn't consider property damage tobe that big of a deal, because

(26:56):
not only does he have that, but he also has what some would describe
an impossibly good stock portfolio. Butwhat I can tell you is that in
these riots that happened three years ago, they yes, big corporations did suffer
damage and looting such as Target thatwould happen in Minneapolis, but a lot
of the businesses, they were smallbusinesses. They didn't come from a multimillion

(27:18):
dollar families or corporations. And sothe fact that they had to not only
deal with the completely unnecessary COVID restrictionsthat were happening during that time, so
that their their bottom line was alreadybeing hit by that, but then when
you add on now having to replaceloss inventory, or to repair damage,
or in some cases could be completelylose your entire business. That happened to

(27:41):
a family that I know in Kenosha. When when you take I mean you're
taking away people's ability to live tolie, all right, So you get
the gist of it, the meatyparts. They're upfront. He's right,
he is a he's one hundred percentright. I know small businessiness owners in

(28:02):
Raleigh whose businesses were affected during thefirst night of riots. They received no
they were not able to get policein there because police are dealing with a
thousand things, and they're also dealingwith the attitude of management, you know,
you know, basically deprioritizing this stuff. So what happens again, like

(28:25):
this thing we've been talking about,if the law, if the rule of
law is not being enforced, peopletaking in their own hands. These people
are sitting inside their businesses the nextnight, having put plyboard over their windows,
in a chair with a shotgun ontheir lap. Don't you think about
that. You can receive no relief, no protection, and you're forced to

(28:48):
sit there in your business, ina very expensive piece of real estate that
pays a crap ton of taxes intothe public coffers in your city in America,
and you got to sit there allon your own with a shotgun and
try not to fall asleep. Butluckily, it's hard to fall asleep when
you hear that going on outside andyou can smell stuff burning on the very

(29:12):
same block. And this was somethingthat was repeated all over the area of
Lake Street into between the where theriver divide Saint Paula, Minneapolis, kind
of where the target was. Theyburned down all the way up to Uptown,
which is a very bougie area. It's had a lot of nice restaurants,

(29:34):
hip stuff, a lot of youknow, a lot of good stuff
that was decimated, and so manyof those businesses didn't reopen. And then
when they did try to reopen, you had members of the Minneapolis City Council
who didn't want to issue permits initiallyto non minority business owners. They wanted

(29:55):
to prioritize the rebuilding of this areawith business its owners who you know,
meet whatever special guidelines they felt thatthey had to meet. And this guy,
who's never had to work a dayin his life, does have,
even in spite of all his riches, a very very significant stock portfolio that

(30:19):
grows incredibly Like, when are thesecats gonna learn? This is deplorable stuff,
This is this is bitter clingers, right. These are the statements from
politicians that I think they think they'rewinning, but in reality they just drive

(30:41):
people forward. So yeah, yeah, I found I found most of that
pretty entertaining. Yesterday. Meanwhile,in North Carolina. They're working on some
stuff as well, including the vetooverride or as I saw all of the
activist groups the Governor's office Joshi Stein, you know, a little daddy's boy
a g there speaking of people whoreally didn't have to accomplish anything in their

(31:06):
life except just following the path setout for him. You know, they're
running around saying, oh they bannedthere it's an abortion band, and the
media dutifully going along with it.Well, it got overroad, and that
means on July first, a twelveweek although I'm sure lawsuits are a coming,

(31:30):
a twelve week compromise we'll go intoeffect, all right, eight eight
eight nine three four seven eight sevenfour six forty nine. Hang on the

(31:51):
show. After the show is onthe iHeartRadio app. Search case O Day
for the podcast on the iHeart Radioapp. All right, get one in,
everybody. It is six fifty sixhere on the CaCO Day, rubbing

(32:12):
my nose there, Cacoda Radio program. We got a big taco fight.
We'll get into that. Hey,how are things going at the border?
Well, six potential terrorists detained asthey tried to illegally enter the US over
the weekend, just finding this out, six six one weekend terrorist watch list.

(32:38):
In fact, that now makes eightyeight. And those are the ones
we caught nabbed just in twenty twentythree, and we're not even halfway through
the year. Five men reportedly caughttrying to cross the border between this is
in Arizona, you're Tucson, orin the Tucson sector. I should say,

(33:04):
at least one of the man aPakistani national, all found to be
non citizens, all on the FBI'sterrorist screening data sets, with records known
or suspected to be terrorists or associatesbasically funders of people's sell equipment to the
other a. Because that's five, and then a six on his own in

(33:29):
California. So those six join theeighty two recorded by Customs and Border Protection
in twenty twenty three, and ofcourse that number, just so we're all
clear, that number is probably goingto be a record this year. The
highest number last year of people arrested, and again these are the ones we

(33:54):
caught that are on the terrorist watchlist. Attempting to illegally enter the US
via the southern border was ninety eight, So we're only ten away and we're
not even halfway through the year. It's almost as if, almost as if

(34:15):
people know that there is a decentprobability you can get in because you're not
just some guy from Warrez trying toyou know, come across so you can
find work. You're somebody here potentiallyfor much more nefarious things. So there's
a lot more writing on it.And if that was your best plan of
action to gain entry to the US, it shows that people are in the

(34:39):
know, and not in a goodway. All right, good morning everybody.

(35:29):
It is seven oh six here ora seven h seven here on the
CaCO Day radio program. Oh sodo okay? Hello, some of these
headlines, man, good morning toyou. Happy Wednesday. Reminder coming up

(35:51):
in one hour, the Lieutenant GovernorMark Robinson will join us. Boy,
they are they are all in goingto work on this. Dude, my
Twitter because I follow I follow theState Democratic Party and a bunch of these
moon bats. And of course CNN'sdoing their biz, you know, their

(36:12):
their best, and local news outletslike Ril are doing their best. In
fact, actually read reposting stories thatare just they're just sheer hatchet jobs by
you know, these people that areguest guest journalist, guest authors. They
write these pieces, but they alsospend the rest of their time essentially being

(36:34):
paid mouthpieces for those who are politicallyopposed to people like Mark. So make
of it what you will. We'llhave to talk to him. Apparently,
Mark Robinson feels that the civil rightsmovement shouldn't have happened. I read that.
That's a weird headline. Yeah, you shouldn't have decide. The way

(37:00):
that it's positioned is he is anticivil rights movement, which is really weird
because I watched a video of himsitting on a patio with one of the
well young man at the time, gentleman who we've had on the show,

(37:24):
who decided to take a stand ora sit rather at the woolworsh counter in
Greensboro. Kind of a famous thing. Not sure if you've heard of it,
Greensboro sit ins, all that goodstuff. Who has endorsed Mark Robinson.
So you're gonna have to You're gonnahave to help me out with that.

(37:51):
How does somebody go from being partof one of the most iconic moments
of the civil rights movement? Imean, if you think about it,
obviously, when you get into youhad the Rosa Parks, you had Selma,

(38:14):
and of course you had the woolRise counter in Greensboro. We started
as four individuals eventually ramped into morethan three hundred students of all ethnic backgrounds.

(38:36):
So I have a hard time believeand if Mark's position is boo civil
rights movement, that one of theiconic figures from the civil rights movement would
then endorse him. But we'll pickhis brain. But that's the stuff you're
gonna see. Obviously, we gota governor's election coming up, yeah,

(39:00):
primaries before that, and in thestate of North Carolina. Everything is,
everything's pretty crazy right now. Butpeople are critiquing my social media post.

(39:20):
I leave a word out. Well, sorry, I'm posting social media at
five something in the morning, Soso my fat I just decided there's a
funny little thing on there. Ifyou want to go look, you can
look. Well. Also, weposted the stories, so make sure you're
following us at Casey on the radio. Okay, all right, let me
get over to this. So finally, the lawyer for the twenty four year

(39:45):
old former marine Daniel Penny, wasinterviewed and it sheds a little light I
think, more light on what exactlywas going down there, because obviously the
claim is that Penny was sitting thereand at some point, because this is

(40:08):
what they're going to have to argue, he became concerned for either his own
personal safety or the safety of others, and he acted. And it wasn't
just him who acted, by theway, there were others obviously around him
who were helping, but Penny wasdoing the lion's share of the work,
and as a result placed mister NeelyJordan Neely, who had been arrested over

(40:36):
forty times at a history of violenceincidents on the subway, assaulting people to
attempt to kidnap of a seven yearold, and while mister Penny may not
have known that, what he wasdealing with at the time, according to

(40:57):
his attorney, Steve Raiser, whosat down with Judge Janine on Fox News
yesterday, was what he claims afearful situation where Penny was concerned for the
safety of the passengers. Quote,he was fearful for the safety so when

(41:17):
he acted, his mindset was tokeep his fellow passengers safe from attack.
According to him, nearly entered thetrain acting in a very violent, aggressive
manner. Physic both physically and withhis words. He was saying things,
yelling things along the lines of Ineed certain things, I need food,
I need this or that, andif I don't get it, I don't

(41:39):
care if I go to prison. Now, how would you interpret that You're
gonna give me what I want? And if you don't, I want you
to know that I don't care whathappens. I don't care if I go
to jail. I don't care ifI go to jail for the rest of
my life, which is what hesaid, And the passengers have actually said

(42:00):
that. They because he's talked toother passengers, interpreted that to mean I'll
go to prison for the rest ofmy life. I'll kill somebody if I
have to give me what I wantfrom their razors said. The situation escalated
to the point where Neelie was swinginghis arms at passengers, throwing he threw

(42:22):
a jacket down, and he's comingin very close contact while swinging his arms
with passengers and while he fit hisskin, had not made contact with another
passenger through the jacket at somebody's attemptingto throw it in the seat. But
he hit somebody. So I'll letyou interpret, you know how you handle

(42:44):
that. But he wasn't just sittingthere going sir, do you have some
money for food. It's a verydifferent situation. And I think him saying,
I don't care, man, I'llgo to jail for the rest of
my life you don't give me whatI want. I don't know how you
interpret that anything other than a threat. And I've said it and I'll say

(43:05):
it again. The whole situation is, it's sad that it's even come to
this. Razor said that he toldthe grand jury was going, oh,
this is the other thing too, just to show you how political this is.

(43:28):
Razor also said that he was toldthat a grand jury was going to
be impaneled to go through a verydeliberative process to determine if charges should be
brought. So basically he's saying thatthis Alvin Bragg or whatever of his assistance
he's dealing with, told him,all right, well, hey, here's
what we're gonna do. We're gonnago through with a fine tooth comb.

(43:51):
We're gonna get all the facts,we'll present it to the grand jury,
and we'll see what they think.Which is describing a process that is a
time consuming one. Right, Yougot to do all your investigation. You've
got to depose and interview everyone whowas on that train car. You've got
to gather information from any you know, digital sources, be it cameras,

(44:14):
recording devices. Probably have to consultexperts on stuff. Then and only then
can you take it to the grandjury. And you got to lay it,
lay it all out with all ofthat information. So what he's being
told is something that he was assumingwould take, you know, a month
minimum. However, Razor said hewas very surprised when all of a sudden,

(44:36):
you got a call just a weeklater saying, hey, we need
your client to surrender. He said, we turn from a long process suddenly
became tomorrow. And Razor dismissed criticswho claim that Penny only acted because Neelie
was black, pointing out look asto race, it's simply not the motivation

(44:57):
for Danny. He's the one thatput himself in danger primarily to save a
train car full of people who arenot white. That's fair point. So
obviously what he's implying is how superpolitical this is. But he's being you
know, he's lawyering about it,not coming right out and saying it.

(45:20):
But yeah, it's exactly what youthink, exactly what you think, and
you compare and contrast that to didyou see the shooting that's the or the
shooting by the security guard at theWalgreens in San Francisco. They've chosen not
to charge this guy because here's thesituation there the video. Actually, if
you just looked at the video andyou didn't understand any of the facts or

(45:43):
context context around it, I thinkthere's people who probably think that maybe that
security guard should have been charged.Do you got a guy coming in?
He's stealing and he is baffled thathe's not able just to walk out of
there. So the security guard confrontshim, and a tussle ensues, and

(46:07):
at one point, and this isthe part people are missing, the would
be shoplifter sprays the security guard withpepper spray in his eyes, so and
then starts screaming that he's going tostab him. And this is important because
separation is then achieved. Security guardjust inside the door is still standing in

(46:30):
the door. The would be thiefhas now exited by a few feet,
but rather than running, turns aroundin faces and it's not that he had
a gun in his hand and wascoming back at him. It's that he
threatened to stab him, and thesecurity guard is now separated and he's basically
blinded by the OC and he hearsyou can you can hear this dude getting

(46:54):
closer, sand I'm gonna stab you. I'm gonna stab you, you son
of a And it's at that pointhe discharged his weapon. Well, with
those facts, I understand that ifI can't tell what's in your hand,
I see you advancing, or atleast the outline of you advancing, and
your hand is extended, and yousee where it is at me. But

(47:15):
I you know, again, Ican barely see. I'm fearing for my
life at that moment because now you'reout the door. I know you're out
the door, but you're coming back, and you're telling me you're about to
stab me, And crazily enough, they're not going to charge. Some have

(47:36):
noted that there is a key differencein the racial makeup of that incident versus
what happened on the subway, AndI'll let you guess what that might be,
all right eight eight eight nine threefour seven eight seven four seven nineteen
hang on celebrating ten years and stillgoing strong. Thank you WPTI in the

(48:00):
Triad and one oh six one FMtalk in the Triangle. Oh wow again,
there's just I don't know how yousell. When I say sell,
I mean market some some of thesedrugs man, right, you know marijuana,

(48:23):
it's like, oh, if yousmoke it, man, you'll you
get creative and you'll be happy. And you know that's what they'll tell people.
New cocaine, You're gonna have energy. You have energy for days.
Man, how do you how doyou? How do you market a drug

(48:44):
that literally is called the zombie drugor trank dope, which, among other
things, um uh, eats theflesh. I asked because, according to
officials in Los Ange, Angelus,it's becoming a bit of an epidemic saturating
the streets of LA. The problemwith this particular drug is, on its

(49:09):
own, it may not have tothe extent that your skin starts peeling off
those effect. However, when youmix it with opioids of any sort,
well it does. The drug inand of itself is a sedative used by
veterinarians to anestatize animals. The drugreferred to on the streets as trank,

(49:37):
trank dope, zombie trank, andofficials say the drug is become increasingly present
in the illicit drug supply. It'scooked down a powder form mixed with opioids
such as heroin and fentanyl, andit gives you a heroine like effect but

(49:57):
will rot your skin off. Andthey had some pictures here. It's pretty
gruesome stuff. Man, I know, I don't know. I just as
soon as your skin starts falling off, don't you look for another recreational drug
at that point. I understand thecomponent of addiction here, But if you
want to get your opioid high, they have others that, yes, have

(50:22):
horrible effects when abused, but literallydon't cause your skin to start to rot
off and the muscles to atrophy onyour legs and arms just from usage.
Zilah's in is I guess what thetechnical name is. So there's something more

(50:45):
for your parents to worry about. So if your kid's flesh is rotting off,
either they may be experimenting with Zilah'sIn or trank dope or trank zombie
dope, or they're just playing toomuch damn video games and they should go
outside and touch as so figure outwhich one it is and parent away okay,

(51:05):
all right, who owns Taco Tuesday? How many of you are fans
of tacos or I think most people. But when it comes to Taco Tuesday
and promotion you've seen far and wide. It's now causing a showdown and Taco
Bell they need to take a stepback. I'll give you the details.

(51:29):
Coming up next a near decade onthe calendar and celebrating ten years on the
air. This is one oh sixone FM Talk in the Triangle and here's
Talk ninety four five w PTI andthe Tryad. I mean, go see

(51:53):
Billy D Williams then I'd be kindof cool. So busy, I'm so
busy in the show and a twitchand the YouTube and yeah, so I
have no time, no time.So nerd Con or not nerd Con,
what's it actually called? Com Galaxycon? Galaxy Galaxy Coon, that's what they

(52:14):
call it. But basically, youknow, like comic con kind of thing.
So they put out the um theschedule for the the Raleigh event,
which is in a couple months.I don't have the date right, was
it July twenty seven through? Andthey have let's see Karen Gillen from the

(52:42):
Avengers movies. She'll be there. They got Yeah, basically all the entire
CW, Marvel cast and DC cast. Yeah, Daredevil, dude, um
Vinofrio, Come on, how doyou not want? How do you not

(53:06):
want to go? See Gomer PrivatePile from Full Metal Jacket and and and
from Men in Black? Uh,the unfortunate farmer who just needed sugar water
and yeah, law in order. That's still in my favorite scenes in any
movie. What sugar water. Ilove that character, Mark and I tweet

(53:30):
that all the time or taught likequote that all the time, like sugar
and water, Edgar, You guyscan hanging up your bonus. That's a
great scene. Who pulls it backand so out? Yeah uh so yeah,
all right, we love the sceneonce you head down because there's gonna
be a murderous sayer and I'm notgonna go. It's disgusting. Private pot

(53:52):
Look, Private Pile, did nomurder? The drill start or not?
Drill Instructor Jane Way from Voyager isgoing to be there. He murdered two
vix and I can't I can't doit. Roy Cooper's yet to respond.
I tagged him in a tweet yesterday, where you retweeted on the on the
casey in the radio on the Twitteraccount. Yeah yeah, and he's yet
to respond. He said he needsto resign. You can't a lot.

(54:14):
But of course we already know hisposition on murdering innocence, so of course
he's not gonna he's a coward. He's not right. Probably will the whole
weekend rallies. So I mean, this is a man who would also stole
Lincoln's kitten that time, remember hedid? Yeah, monster, dude,
Billy D. Williams will be downthere. So you're gonna avoid the entirety

(54:36):
of this, uh, this nerdfest because the actress, uh who captain
or adnowledged? Not captain, I'msorry, didn't they they they made her
an admiral admirable he should as soonas she got back from the Delta Quadrant
should be like, well, whathappened with this incident? Here on?
You're on your law. She'd belike, oh, I murdered a member
my crew without without trying in thespace brig thrower in space brig let her

(54:59):
Rid, what's the space brig.I'm sure it's a thing they're in there.
It doesn't sound good. I wouldn'twant to be in there. Well,
they did end up sending her toprison for like nine years. So
sad because she was the old chicken. Orange is the new black? Oh
was she was she in that?Yeah? She was red or whatever.

(55:20):
There are certain characters for me,like certain actors who are like, no
matter who else you play, you'realways going to be that character. And
she's always going to be the personthat murdered two vics. Why don't we
Why don't we call the marketing peopleor send him an email, tell them
that we want to do an interviewbecause they won't see this coming. Tell
them want to do an interview withone of them, and be like,
you know, it would be interesting. Maybe Kate mulgrew. Yeah, that'd

(55:44):
be good. And then we'll gether on the show and you can make
us citizens arrest. She would bedetained. I will use all the power
in my office too. We'll neverbook another guest again. Probably not,
but but you gotta take a standmanjustice or or we'll take calls when she's
on and then Tuvis can call in. Tuvis would have been twenty seven on

(56:06):
the fifth. I'm just saying wegot we can, we can attempt to
right, this wrong because obviously thegovernor ain't gonna do nothing. You tagged
him and you haven't heard they sayhe's a fan of killing innocence. We
know where he stands on this issue. Yeah, he's probably like they,
you know, bring two vics backand murder him again once it wasn't enough.

(56:30):
You know. It is kind ofsad though, And I'm not as
I'm not as big a Star Trekfan as you though, but if I
was, I would think it's coolto go meet like Brent Spiner. Brent
Spiner is an absolute a hole inreal life, right, That's exactly.
And that's the issue with a lotof these people, like and you learn
like a lot of these stars fromStar Trek, believe it or not,
I hope you're sitting down, theyare their moonbats and it's like, oh

(56:50):
no, yeah they are. Soit's like, don't even like go to
their Twitter accounts, don't check outwhat they're saying. Like they're all like
gun grabbers and they're all crazy likeyou know, save the Earth and the
Earth is gonna yeah, like greenies, and it's just like, just don't
even do it. To signal youhave a painting of this man on the
wall of your eye too. Ilove the character, but you gotta understand
the actual actor is an absolute lunatic. They're they're insane and like from things

(57:12):
I've like, I don't want tomeet him. You stand in the line
of these stupid things and you paya buttload of money to get a picture
and it lasts like two seconds andyou say like two words to him and
it's his dad. I'm busy. You gotta cash in though, you know
one day and one day when we'reall done and retired in the show's over,
you're gonna be on the circuit.Man, Don't they have a lot?
You don't think usually have a lotof wrestlers at these things too?

(57:32):
They did so many. Pang isgonna be there too, Steve Erkele is
gonna be there too, Steve fromBlues Clues. Wait, I thought he
was h wasn't he Wasn't he murderedor something? Or what was uh?
I think it was? He waslike, was he's like a heavy metal
band and where someone was murdered orNo, he wasn't. No um?

(57:53):
Or was there a child? Therewas like some weird child porn thing.
I never heard anything about that.Obviously none of this is true, by
the way, I just want tobe abundantly clear for the way, I
never heard that either were all sortsof I think the one was that he
died or he killed himself or something. And there's pictures of like, I
guess Sonning's gonna be there, thecartoon character. Oh wow, if we're

(58:14):
going from the poster Mario, Mariois gonna be there Mario so Chris Pratt
or actual Mark, the actually animatedMario. Oh wow. If I'm going
from from what's on the poster,um, let's see hold on it now,
I'm on the site. Matt Manis going to be there, Rachel
Lake Cook's gonna be there. What'sher connection other than you know, nineties

(58:37):
it girl for a little while? So confused. Sorry, boy. When
you start strolling down, you getto some stuff. Jaron Manning, Joey
Vtone, Lori Petty. Isn't thatthe tank girl chick? Remember that awful
movie? So yeah, people lovethis show. It's got a big fan

(58:59):
base like a car Yeah yeah, man, I don't even know who some
of these people are. What's aross? Markhard? Is that from the
zombie stuff? Oh? No?I see who he is. He's the
red skull dude. Okay, ohlook at this, uh kurbt the frog

(59:22):
is gonna be there. I'm ontheir website now, and beaker and put
in. All these people are theSwedish chefs. Do you not want to
see the Swedish Ye love the Swedishchef. My my favorite fact about the
Swedish chef is in in Sweden theycall him the Norwegian Chef, which is
just hilarious. Dude, Dave Foley'sgonna be there, and all these people,

(59:46):
their names are gonna be now besmirchedbecause they're hanging out with a murderous
Yeah, why would you go right? Why wait, why would you even
want to be there? All theguys from n Sync and Backstreet Boys who
didn't do anything, You're gonna bethere. Joey Fatone, Nick Carter,
a J. McLean. Oh mygosh, do you not see Job of

(01:00:10):
the Hut's gonna be there? Howdo you not go and see Job of
the Hut? Dave Barclay is hisname, and Yoda Yoda and Job of
the Hut are gonna be there.I am sacrificing this, but I have
my principles. Man, I can'tdo it, bro, you go,
job is. He's probably gonna havesome hottie on a chain in a bikini.
It's his thing. Yoda is gonnabe doing weird flips that just are

(01:00:34):
kind of weird craziness. Man.All right, Race Agent from the Weather
Channel Job of the Hut's coming tothe nerd Con Galaxy Comic Con thing whatever.
But Ross doesn't want to go becauseAdmiral Janeway is gonna be there and
she murdered tu Vic, So oh, he's got principles or something. Can't
But I don't know that dude.Leah murdered Job of the Hut. She

(01:01:00):
won't be there, that's for sure. So it's because she's dead, damn
exactly. Wow, well well yo, it is too. But he could
come back as a forced ghost andall that. So yeah, no,
nobody, nobody, You're right, nobody does die in that. So no,
though they don't, and you knowwhat a great way to just keep
everything going. Oh no, theycan come back as a force ghost.

(01:01:22):
But I'm not really a fan ofbut I don't have to be. It's
the whole multiverse thing. If you'reMarvel, I just want to mess with
something. You're just saying, oh, no, it was an alternative whatever,
right, it was a different itwas upside down world. There's all
that too, and whatever. Justkeep me a little bit more creative than
just say no, no, theydidn't die. They came back, and
here's how they came back. Ijust don't kill them to begin with a

(01:01:45):
lot. I don't know. It'sjust it's creepy to me. I understand
that I'm good for them getting paid, but get you go there and take
a picture and shake a hand andthey give him like eighty bucks. I
should try that. I need tolook at for a Scott Side gig.
Really well, you should dress youshould dress it as the Wookie. That's

(01:02:06):
all I'm saying. I could,I could, all right, probably all
right, yeah, bring your dopplerin, give them I could pay for
play forecasts. You never know, and hopefully everybody listened. Yesterday did get
some big storms. We're gonna watchmost of the area. Yesterday afternoon and
evening had some scattered severe weather reportsm Guildford County um some trees down,

(01:02:30):
closing some roads for a time.Vance So I'll just name a couple of
them. Even in the bunk them, where Asheville is near Charlotte, Mecklenburg
County, Wait County, some treesdown Johnston and some other spots too.
But now we're going to see thenext change come in, and it'll be
more of a temperature change, cloudsand some sunshine today. Already seen the
clouds this morning. We won't gomostly sunny, but I still should get

(01:02:52):
up near eighty seventies of the triadin west, and then through tonight we'll
be in the mid fifties. Tomorrowthe change with a nast breeze comes in,
clouds at some sunshine, and withthat he's breeze. We're kind of
wedged in. Load of bid seventy. So we will be cooler tomorrow and
again on Friday, with a slightchance of a shower. Friday, load
of mid seventies again and then backup near eighty degrees on either side of

(01:03:15):
it, with maybe a couple ofshowers around over the weekend. I don't
see a bunch of rainfall early nextweek looks like a mile two back in
the low eighties. So the messageover the next five to seven days is
not a bunch of rain, nosevere weather expected and it's a little cool
down coming Thursday Friday, and thenback up closer to normal Saturday, Sunday
at inter early next week. Allright, thank you, sir, appreciate

(01:03:37):
it. We'll talk in an hour. Okay, all right, there you
go, raised a jack dude Ross. I'm sitting there scanning this and one
of the people is going to bethere is Dave Schrader. Do you know
who that is? Dave? Icould cheat in google it, but it
sounds familiar. So he host Hehosts like a Coast to Coast kind of
showed like darkness Dave. Okay, okay, but Dave started that show on

(01:04:00):
the station I was at Minneapolis, like, and um, I had no
idea. He had grown it asbig as he'd grown it. Now he's
doing now he's doing these things. That's pretty I I hey, good for
him. He's a super nice guy. But I remember him coming in there
and they were going to do thisshow, and like nobody knew how to
run any of the equipment, andat the time, like we're having to

(01:04:24):
we're having to train his people sothey could do this show. And apparently
that thing blew up. I hadno idea, So all right, seven
forty eight hang on ten years ofnews twice an hour and smart talk all
DAYPTI in the Triad and one sixone FM Talk in the Triangle. Still

(01:04:45):
strolling on all the people that aregonna be at this thing that you're boycotting
because the one person this ain't Ihave never been. I've only ever seen
the people walking around in costumes andstuff. Is it really getting that big
the Raleigh? It is? ApparentlyI haven't seen the lineup like this ever,
Like you go back. I havea flyer here, my boltibore in

(01:05:06):
the studio. It's from like twentyeighteen or whatever it was. Yeah,
and the lineup was much smaller.Shatterer was everybody. He's the biggest one,
and it was like not that manypeople compared to this use And then
I did find I'm finally into thewrestlers too. You know, by the
way, fun fact, you know, if you show up where the wrestlers

(01:05:27):
are and uh, and you canbring a folding chair, and what you
want to do is you want toyou want to like come up from behind
him and hit them. They loveit. That's true. That is the
best way to bond with your favoritewrestling superstar. You're telling me you don't
want to take a swing at hackSaw Jim dug him with a chair,
especially if they're in the ring.If you're actually at a show, just
jump in the ring and go atthem. Oh does that work every time?

(01:05:50):
Yeah? They're like, oh,this is this is a true fan.
You showed me that one video andI thought it was I thought it
was I thought it was fake. You're telling me that dude, really the
video I said it was Steve Nash. I think yeah, yeah, and
uh no, Kevin Nash and StevenKevin Nash and Steve Nash is a wrestler
now, Kevin Nash and UM andSteve Austin and UM. The guy jumps

(01:06:15):
in the ring and oh my god, he gets suplexed. The referee starts
kicking him in the head. It'samazing. Why do they these guys are
run out in the NFL field? Why did the guy tackle them? It's
the dumbest thing you could do isjump in the ring like that. Well,
one because that dude's wearing pads. And two, he doesn't know if
you're some crazy dude with a gun, even if you're naked. He doesn't

(01:06:39):
know if he's some crazy dude withyou know, uh sweaty nether regions.
He doesn't want to deal with you, all right, So who do we
gotta hear? Um? Do youcare about the female wrestlers? Uh?
Not at all? Okay, BretHart, Bret Hart's gonna be there.
Hack Saw Jim Duggan. I loveHack Saw as a kid man. He
reminds him my dad. Dude. Here's a name I haven't heard in forever.

(01:07:02):
Brutus Beefcake, the barber, BrutusBeefcake. And the best part about
these guys they're they're all still inpeak physical condition. Yes, yes,
Jimmy Hart, Jimmy Hart's gonna bethere. Mick Foley, come on,
man, and you're gonna boycott thisover one murderer? Well, I mean
because you pay for your ticket andyou gotta pay for a ridiculous amount to

(01:07:25):
like stand in the line and geta photo. Or it's just what are
cousplay guests? Are? These people? These are people are not famous for
anything other than pretending to be people. Correct, they're famous cause players.
Now, if the company wants tofund my trip to Galaxy, Kona will
go. Oh, I see why, I see why these particular causeplay enthusiasts

(01:07:46):
may have been This is not somenerd dress as a stormtrooper's. It seems
to be younger fit women who areunable to afford the totality of the costume,
so they they had to use muchless fabric. That's unfortunate. I
hope they make more money can finishtheir costumes. Or am I missing something?

(01:08:10):
Maybe that's how it's supposed to be. I don't know. Wow,
there's a crap ton avam. Nowwe got a bunch of people, have
no idea who they are. IngloriousTrek spurts. I don't even know what
that is. I'm assuming that's peoplewho are famous for being nerds about Star
Trek authentic well whatever, Oh,that's just murder for people. So you

(01:08:39):
go and you pay for an autograph, and then you go to another booth
and pay a guy to certify it'sauthentic. Dude, we need more side
hustles. I'm telling you. I'mtelling you what, all right, So
y'all know what Taco John's is.It's ROSSI ever he does Taco John's.

(01:09:00):
I don't think I have oh bucketlist before you die? Got to do
it now, I grew up eatingTaco John's. It's a taco chain based
out of Wyoming. Yes, believeit or not, there are large national
chains, although it's the closest itcomes to us. I believe there's one
in Tennessee, just across the borderin Tennessee. Do you know the largest

(01:09:26):
chain to ever come out of Wyoming? Most people don't know this largest big
franchise chain ever to come out ofWyoming. J C. Penny fun fact
from Kimmerer, which is kind ofa crap bole town. But Taco John's,
we're gonna get into this story.Owned are the marketing on Taco Tuesday.

(01:09:47):
And now big bully Johnny come lately, Taco Bells going after him,
and what a fun fight this is. And let me tell you, Taco
John's is vastly superior. I grewup on Taco Tuesdays. Every Tuesday high
school man lunch break. We wouldpile like fifteen kids in the back of
whoever's truck was driving, and theyknew we were coming. They had to

(01:10:11):
get ready. So that story andthe Lieutenant governor coming up, all right,

(01:10:56):
good morning everybody, and welcome RockRow. Where's our guy? All
right, well, we're supposed tobe chatting with Untella Governor Mark Robinson today

(01:11:23):
is our phone's not working, allright, Ross is reaching out to him.
I got a whole I got awhole list of stuff too, you
gotta get into. So um,hopefully he's just I'm sure he's got a
gazillion things between that and campaign stuff, so not really campaign stuff I'm want

(01:11:45):
to talk to him about though. We got just you know, everything with
the legislature, we got veto overridethat happened yesterday. So oh, we'll
get into get into that, hopehere in just a few all right,
let me let be fired back intothis taco story while we're while we're waiting,

(01:12:09):
So Taco Tuesdays is actually a trademarkexclusive to a chain called Taco Bell
or excuse me, Taco Johns. However, now Taco Bell, which is
obviously a much larger chain being partof the Yum Brands, is taking Taco
John's to courd. Never mind thatTaco john has been around fifty years and

(01:12:30):
has far superior food and as aWyoming chain literally started out of Cheyenne,
Wyoming. But no, they wantto sue for the use. The irony,
of course, is I think restaurantsall over the place use Taco Tuesday
as a promotion item, but occasionallyTaco Johns has to literally sue because you

(01:12:53):
have to be shown to be attemptingto protect your trademark to continue forward.
But now Taco bell is gonna sitthere and try to sue him, sue
him into compliance so they can useit. Ironically, they're not the first.
In fact, it was not thatlong ago that another individual attempted to
trademark Taco Tuesday and got slapped downby the courts, and that was Lebron

(01:13:16):
James. Yeah, I had noidea. Yeah, Lebron James at one
point attempted to trademark Taco Tuesday. Why because he's a greedy bastard. I
mean, what the hell does LebronJames have to do with Taco Tuesday?

(01:13:40):
I have no idea. But anyway, all right, we're good to go.
All right, rock on, MarkRobinson, Lieutenant Governor joining us.
Good morning, sir, he prettygood. Um, all right, I
got a little cross over there.I fixed itself. Um. Busy guy,
uh And yesterday from a Polo Tickstandpoint, busy day in North Carolina,

(01:14:01):
because apparently our democracy has come toan end and all abortion is banned.
I saw it on Twitter, Butin reality, what you saw is
you saw a veto override of agovernor who has vetoed the most bills of
any governor ever, and they hadhad to do with a twelve week limit

(01:14:21):
on abortion and then exceptions after twelveweeks for a variety of things, did
not include Plan B. Let's talkabout it. Where are you at on
this well, I think every memberof the General Assembler knows that where I
would have liked to have landed onthat bill was that a Heartbeat bill.

(01:14:43):
But given the makeup of our generalcurrent makeup of our General Assembly, we
have a very precarious supermajority right now, an unexpected supermajority twelve weeks is they
did all of their work and that'swhere they ended up landing. Now again,
I would have liked to see theHeartbeat bill put out and I would

(01:15:03):
like to see the path I thinkthat saves the maximum out of lives from
where we're at right now. Butyou know, in a week, rollback
is great, and it gives usthe opportunity to set ourselves up to get
ready to continue to move the balland when I say moved the ball,
what I mean is to continue totry to save lives in the womb and
to continue to do the hard workerscontact to enhance those lives once those those

(01:15:28):
individuals are born, you know,to work on issues like healthcares that pertains
to childbirth and young families that workon issues pertaining to foster care and adoption.
There's still a lot of work tobe done. I believe there's one
hundred and sixty million dollars that wasset aside for some of those things in
this bill, but I really believewe can do a whole lot more because

(01:15:48):
what we need to do in thisstate is reverse the terrible trend that was
set at twenty weeks by making thisstate of a destination state for abustion and
make this state that destination state fromlife. And that's where we need to
set our eyes on. Now.We need to continue to set our eyes
on saving lives in the world asmean as we can partner with chrisis pregnancy
care centers and other agencies that arealready doing this hard work, continuing to

(01:16:12):
help them have what they need todo it, and doing the legislative work
that we need to do to bringus some great policies that are going to
enhance folks lives once they're all born. All right, I want to get
to some of those others in themoment. But let me ask you this,
um. Obviously, the language thatit's an abortion ban is disingenuous,
But exact language is the language fromRepublicans that it's a compromise disingenuous considering not

(01:16:35):
a single Democrats on board. Uh, certainly, it's not. It's not
a compromise. It's you know, this is a very touchy subject touches on
a lot of things, that toucheson religion, politics, touches on social
beliefs, and touches on so much. And it's hard to get people to
come together and coalesque on one idea. So I don't know, I'm I'm

(01:16:59):
sure it's a it's a it's it'smore less a compromise, maybe on our
side for one reason or the other, but certainly not on their side.
And and that's one of the thingsthat I'm tired of, Casey. I'm
tired of people talking about abortion.I'm not talking about aborshit anymore. What
I'm talking about is what I'm standingup for, and what I'm standing up
for is life. I'm fighting forluck. I'm fighting to save lives,

(01:17:19):
and I'm fighting to make lives betterhere in North Carolina. I don't want
to talk about abortion anymore. Abortionis not what I'm fighting for or against.
I'm fighting for life because I wantto save these lives, and once
they're saved, I want to doeverything I can as an elected official to
bring them life more abundantly. Soit's not about It's not about that now.

(01:17:41):
And you know I heard someone yourefer to it, you say as
the abortion bill. It's kind anabortion bill. It's it's it's a build
to try to save the lives andchildren North Carolina in the womb and to
try to give them a better lifeonce they are born. Can let me
ask you a question now, let'sjust moving on to a couple of other
things. UM. Do you thinkonce Clarence Henderson finds out that you're opposed

(01:18:01):
to the civil rights movement that hemay change his endorsement because I find that
really weird. I saw that reportingthat you're against the civil rights movement.
Treviously, you and one of theGreensboro counter sitting guys Clarence Henderson is a
great guy. We've had him onthe show before. H Yeah, I
saw the video of you two gettingtogether and him endorsing you. So what

(01:18:23):
do you think it's gonna happen whenhe finds out you're against the civil rights
movement? Mark? Well, yousee that's a problem with these these reporters.
These reporters think that I'm just someshallow guy. It just you know,
they look at Facebook or they lookat some posts on whereas, oh,
this guy's good this h They don'tunderstand that the ideologies that I had
here too are are complicated and andyou know, I'm not going to have

(01:18:48):
shifted my opinion on a lot ofthings, but when it comes to the
whole civil rights movement, I havea mirror ad of opinions on that,
and I've talked to those, talkedto Clarence Henderson about those opinions. And
matter of fact, me and himhad a great conversation right before we made
that video, and he told meabout how he used to be a Democrat
he changed over to a Republicans. So take little blurbs, little little snippets

(01:19:13):
from from interviews, little and cutand paste. That's what they do to
try to sway people. But heintells the people out there and they know
the difference, and they can theycan see you a lot. It's called
doing research and maybe watching more thana thirty second little news rap out there.
Absolutely, and I think I thinkwhat triggered a lot of people is
your opposition to reparations at a timewhen California sitting there putting dollar number,

(01:19:38):
you know, putting numbers down indollars being offered. I'm sure right ahead
of an election is no coincidence. So, um, I'm assuming you're still
against that. Absolutely. Uh thatthat's that's that's a hard no go for
me. I think it's ridiculous andI feel by stand behind my uh my
notion that you know, as asa black man in the country, always

(01:20:00):
felt that I'm the one who owesthe debt to those who came before me,
that that went through and suffered throughthose things. And the way that
I pay that debt is by carryingmyself up right and following the law and
following the rules, and carrying myselfwith some dignity and working hard to attain
something. And it's stealing those thingsinto my children. That's how I pay
that debt. You know it,And I don't understand why anybody would be

(01:20:24):
opposed to that. There are peoplewho suffered, bled and died to secure
my freedoms, to fight, tofight and give me my God given freedoms,
to make sure that those things weren'ttaken away from me or were restored
to me. And to not honorthose people about carrying themself with some dignity,
honoring the flag that they that thosefolks folded under. And it's just

(01:20:46):
my number to me why anybody wouldbe against that. But to actually want
some money for work that you didnot do, that's ridiculous. You didn't
earn that money. You shouldn't wantit. What you should want is you
should want your unimpeded God given rightsthat you can go out and make a
statement for yourself the same way thosewho came before you did. And I
think that that's how we should weshould do it, not by begging for

(01:21:08):
money that didn't earth. Um.You you yourself, obviously you're familiar with
the mindset of the Greensboro City Council. UH one time they screwed around with
you, and now you're Lieutenant governor. So that's you know, that's a
story. Um, there's another storybrewin and I know that they've reached out
to your office. I'm not sureif you've been read in on it yet.

(01:21:30):
A Greensboro firefighter has been firing andbecause he had the audacity to on
his private social media page post theopinion that only a biological man and woman
are able to conceive a child, and they've they've they fired this guy for
it. So you're familiar with thisstory, yeah, I'll made familiar with
it. Just the other day itwas what what how do you what can

(01:21:57):
you do as lieutenant governor? Really? And secondly, how does the Greensboro
City Council at a time when citiesare scrambling to retain first responders? The
hell do they think they're doing? You know, you know, I think
this really is an issue the sameway it was with a gun show.
Normal people. And I would saynormal people because normal people know what this

(01:22:20):
man said. It's the truth.Just the time for normal people to take
a stand and absolutely flood that hall. D knows how the lunatics how they
flood places, remember, just havingoff the respect we saw they flooded the
place with their lunacy. We needto start flooding places with right. We

(01:22:41):
need to go down to that citycouncil on map as people who disagree with
this and tell the city council We'renot to tolerate this. We're not going
to tolerate this. This is ridiculous. This man has a First Amendment right
to express his opinion, just asa tresgender person want to express theirs.
Where did they get off tell thisguy they can't he can't do that?
By by Bart, it's ridiculous. We are you know, when the game

(01:23:06):
speaks back to twenty eighteen, Isaid it felt like we were in the
Twilight don't uh. We have actuallynow moved into the Twilight song. We
lived an absolute lunatic layer and it'sjust another example of the And he's not
the only one. I've had others, including a former upper level firefighter fire

(01:23:26):
chief who ended up resigning because theywere attempting to run him as well.
It's it's it is what leads towhat we saw up in Washington. Mark.
When we purge, when government thinksare in a position to purge ideology,
eventually you end up in an echochamber and you end up with an
FBI and a cast of political idiotswho are willing to do what frankly they

(01:23:49):
should be. They should be gettingperp marched out of headquarters today, and
it doesn't look like anything's going tohappen. But this is the inevitable result.
Absolutely. That's why we may complainthat there are certain things that we
are not going to co sign on, no matter what position we hold in
this state. And this is justsome of them. We're not We're not

(01:24:10):
gonna be We're not gonna do thisstuff. We're not We're not gonna entertain
the thoughts. And when it comesto when it comes to the other side
of it, protecting our children,We're gonna do everything we can legally to
protect our children because this has goneinto the realm absolute lunacy, and it's
gone into the realm I believe,of child abuse and child endangerment. And
we're gonna stop everything we can tostop this because again, you know,

(01:24:35):
Mark, your your phone is uh, it's uh kind of crapping out on
us. Oh lord is it?Oh? Well, there we go?
All right? All right? Areyou commute? Are you driving somewhere?
Sir? So all I am,yes, sir, Okay, Um,
we're getting into a really really reallybusy time obviously. Uh, you know,
as we figure out what we're prioritizinghere in the General Assembly for the

(01:24:58):
rest of the year. Now thatthe now that the Assembly realizes that they
have the votes they can override theveto, I'm assuming that they're going to
hit the accelerator. Is that yourunderstanding? And what to your knowledge are
they going to prioritize and get inbefore the session is done? Uh?

(01:25:19):
Well, it just again, it'sgoing to depend because we have a makeup
in our General Assembly right now, that's uh, that spans the gamut.
On the conservative side, we havevery very very very extremely conservative folks and
then we have folks that are alittle less conservative, but they're they're never
left or all. They're all greatpeople. Uh. And I'm not going

(01:25:41):
again, do you know me,Casey. I don't like to speculate on
the work that they do behind closeddoors. So we'll have to play a
wait and see attitude on on whatthey do. Because while I love the
champion great legislation that comes out ofthe General Assembly, I do not like
to speculate on what they may doone way or the oh hey, one
of the things that they want todo is they want to raise the salary

(01:26:03):
for governor. Is that why you'rerunning? Oh no, We could talk
a long time about why I'm runningthe governor, but now are not gonna
get into that. No, it'sjust I'm kind of looking at a laundry
list here, and here's why. Here's why I'm bringing it up. Mark
Um. I just got and justgot it. I got about a minute

(01:26:24):
and a half here. If youlook at the list, I like,
I understand stuff has to get done. I'm pretty like I prefer a session
where they don't make any new laws, right, maybe just undo some,
But I'm not I think there's alot of people wondering, Okay, will
you have this window, you havethe votes, Why are these the you
know, these bucket list items thatpeople have wanted. Why is why are

(01:26:46):
you guys not going full bored onthis? Because you know Democrats would I
got about a minute. You knowDemocrats would, Oh, of course they
would. And that that's one ofthe things that all that frustrates up Hublicans
a lot of times. Uh.Republican supporters, grassroots folks, uh,
uh, the the average voter outthere. It's frustrated them about about report

(01:27:11):
Republicans because off the times we seeDemocrats going at things so hard and then
it doesn't seem like folks on I'lldo this on our side of the I'll
do the same thing, but alwaystry to temper them by saying, you
know that Republicans like to try toplay by the rules, and Republicans like
to try to be slow and deliveredin legislation so that they don't make major

(01:27:32):
mistakes to set themselves up for failurelater, which is very important. Uh
So, uh, it's a youknow, legislation is a two inch so
I mean it's it's it's it's goodand it's bad, and it can it
can it can do great stuff andit can hurt you. But I think
it's very important to take our stepthand and very important to strategize when you
when you fast legislation because you don'twant to make hasty decisions that will come

(01:27:55):
back to bite you. Right now, I hear you. All right,
Well, we'll get into more ofit next time we chat. Mark appreciate
it. This morning, I'll letyou get back to it, Okay,
thank you, start all right, and we will be right back, hang
on if your day smarter and celebratingten years and keeping you better informed.
One oh six one FM Talk andNews Talk WPTI more with Casey starts now.

(01:28:27):
So, a man rolled into thishappened Monday, into a local district
office for Congressman Jerry Connolly, whois a Democrat out of Virginia, and
attack two female staffers with a batrolled in with a baseball bat. And

(01:28:47):
initially that's the reporting you had,so as you can imagine, immediately because
somebody rolled into a Democratic congressman's officewas threatening women with a bat. Um.
You know the narrative if you wentto social media's excuse me um a
white supremacist, extreme, you know, nationalist, all the buzzwords, maga

(01:29:14):
ad, it all thrown out thereand what is, you know, a
hallmark of the clown world we're livingin. Even after the suspect's name was
released, which is wound Co transfam, like, they didn't even stop

(01:29:38):
there. They're just like, well, you know, because you know,
remember in in the in the peckingorder of the grievance politics, Asian people
are white adjacent and you see thatin literally explanations as to why they're willing
to go after institutions of higher learningto crack down on the number of,

(01:30:00):
uh, you know, people ofAsian heritage that might be allowed into institutions
such as Harvard or those kinds ofplaces. So right, that's what you're
dealing with. But I immediately you'resitting there going, We'll wait a second.
We just had we just had aHispanic white supremacist in Texas. We

(01:30:21):
had another dude who was Hispanic whoran over a bunch and killed a bunch
of people in a land rover, and that was initially assigned some sort of
white supremacist angle. What was theother one, Oh, the former neo
Nazi turned Muslim who killed somebody forinsulting his religion. It's just like all

(01:30:43):
the headlines are just like, whatthe hell's going on? Well, for
those of us who sat there anddecided, you know, let's wait for
the information, here's here's a littlemore information. According to the man's father
in an article in The Washington Post, his son had been diagnosed with schizophrenia
and had been battling mental illness sincehe was a teenager. He said his

(01:31:06):
son is not married, could nothold down a job, and has largely
been untreated, even though he's attemptedto get him help. Dud's charged with
aggravated wounding malicious aggravated wounding. Thefunny part was is earlier in the day
and even after this, people weren'tbacking off their assertions. Prior to going

(01:31:28):
into the congressman's office, police sayin a separate incident about an hour before
that, he allegedly bashed a carwindshield and chased a woman after asking if
she was white. So now we'rejust going to lock onto the mental illness
side here, so which may wellbe the case. Also, Dad said
his son is not violent. Idon't know about that, but he had

(01:31:54):
had previous incidents with law enforcement.Let's see, he'd assaulted a police office,
sir. He followed a lawsuit againstthe CIA, claiming that the agency
was torturing him. Quote from thefourth dimension? Is that worse? What
would what would torture from the fourthdimension even look like? I'm unclear about

(01:32:17):
that assertion, Like, is thatis that a twist on waterboarding? What
exactly does torture from the fourth dimensionlook like? I have so many questions.

(01:32:38):
Actually, are they going to banassaut bats I don't know, sir
brob is somebody's got to do something. I think we can all agree with
that. I mean, at firstthing you want to do is you want
to you want to get rather ofthe ar fifteen underside bad attachment. Nobody

(01:33:03):
should have multiple bad attachments. ButI'm still stuck on how exactly one is
tortured from the fourth dimension unless you'retalking about well Ross you never saw the
movie Interstellar, unless they're talking aboutthat weird reverse library they made McConaughey go

(01:33:26):
into. I can understand why thatwould be a little torturous because you had
to get sucked through a black holefor spoiler alert, But other nat not
one hundred percent clear on what thehell that means. All Right, this
is a cool story. An Illinoisgirl whose disappearance was featured on Unsolved Mysteries

(01:33:50):
has been found alive in North Carolina, six years after she was allegedly abducted
by from her mother. She's fifteennow. She was nine when she went
missing in Illinois. Kayla umber Hun. Her mother, Heather Unberhun, was

(01:34:12):
arrested Saturday in Asheville on a fugitivecharge and arrest and arrest report says she
will be extradited to Illinois. Aspokeswoman said that a woman at Plato's closet
recognized unber Hun from published media referringto the Unsolved Mysteries Netflix Unsolved Mysteries in
contacted authorities. An employee who answeredthe phone of the store Tuesday to claim

(01:34:38):
comment that a crazy story. Rememberremember back and remember the original Unsolved Mysteries
was that appointment watching for you whenit was and when there would be an
update. It was the greatest thingin the world. Loved updates and you'd
wait because they would always have thatlittle pause. You see, you didn't
know if an update is necessarily coming. Robert Stack, when I was a

(01:34:59):
kid, it scared the ever livingcrap out of me. So my bedroom
was right next to the living room. And I was an unplanned child,
right, I was a mistake,and so they didn't have a bedroom for
me. So my bedroom, andlike Harry Potter style, was like a
big walking closet attached to the livingroom, and they put up a curtain

(01:35:21):
there and a little cot and that'swhere I slept until he moved into a
different house in like third or fourthgrade. So didn't know, I mean
it. We they made it work, and it was fine. As a
kid, I didn't realize it wasweird, right, because you just grew
up. Its fine, got yourown room. Yes, I didn't care.
I didn't care at all. Sobut I would sleep there, and
before I was old enough to watchthe show, I would go to bed

(01:35:43):
at eight and the show would comeon and I would just remember. I
would try to fall asleep, butI'd be in my little bed and I
would hear through the curtain and itwas the scariest thing in the world.
That guy scared the living crap outof me. But later on we would
watch the show. It's the Greatit's the new Netflix show that obviously Robert
Stacks passed away a long time ago. Yeah, there's no narrator now,

(01:36:03):
and it's just not there's it's justnot the same now. They had the
other guy that recently, right whenRobert Stack passed away, and the other
guy I don't remember. He's likethe Italian guy with the mustache. Yeah,
and he's just not the same becausehe went from I'm Robert Stack,
was it Aliens? Where's the childtoo? Where's the kid? We don't

(01:36:24):
know, Like it's completely like theywent to like PESHI like the lawyer,
like the lawyer from my cousin Vinney. Yeah, it's like, like,
what is happening here? It's notthe same, but they need to,
like, if there's anything that AIcan do to bring back Robert Stack narrating
that show would be amazing. Ifyou don't plug it into his voice,
it'd be so great. Dude,Well, I'm sure we did the story

(01:36:45):
because it wasn't that long ago. When did he die? It was after
right when he died? Look upwhen he died, would you real quick?
Sure? All right? And thereason I point this out is I
remember they kind of did a RobertStack hit piece and I thought it was
wildly unfair, and basically it wasn'tjust Robert Stack, but they put him
in a long list of that.I think it was whoever come up with

(01:37:08):
the milk carton thing? Passed awayMay four, two thousand and three.
Oh so it's been a long time, Yeah maybe, so maybe it wasn't
right when he died. So thearticle was this, and I think it
was Washington Post, New York Times, somebody whatever, And basically Robert Stack,
whoever came up with the milk cartonthing. Social media, we're all

(01:37:29):
responsible for making parents think basically ruiningor transitioning childhoods where you know, you
and I could go run the streets, you know, and nobody'd worry about
it. Now, if your kidsschool has three blocks away, they're not
allowed to walk there by themselves. And h it was funny because they tossed

(01:37:51):
Robert Stack on the pile of blamethere because yeah, because you're just I'm
gonna be abduct right on my porch. Maybe he would come out in the
smoke, and the trench coat wasscary. Dude, when you're like a
little kid, you know, ifhe's gonna flash you or pull out a
flask like a twenties detective. Soplus his face, man, he just

(01:38:14):
he looked He looked like a dudewho like I don't even know how to
describe it. He had an edge, there's no other way to describe it.
I mean, just who had seensome stuff or could more likely could
show you some stuff. But I'mglad they found the girl. And ironically
it shows you where what most ofthese abductions actually deal with, and that's

(01:38:36):
somebody that they know. It's notit's not generally rando on the street.
It's not everybody is the Michael Jacksonimpersonator from New York who tried to snatch
a seven year old. Generally,if a child is abducted, it's a
family member or a family friend, somebody the kid knows. So um,

(01:39:00):
I'm glad they got that worked out. I'm glad somebody was being vigilant saw
something good for Plato's closet. Butwhat a crazy story? All right?
Eight forty five Race st agent fromthe Weather Channel. Hello, yo,
yo, did you watch Unsolved Mysteriesback in the day? Not enough to
have any recollection? Sorry, Iknow what it is. I know what

(01:39:20):
you're talking about. But oh man, anyway, they found some from a
little girl got snatched. They foundher here. So how long ago?
Uh? Seven years? Six years? Wow? Yeah she's fifteen now she
was nine, so six years. It's crazy. Man. Yeah, mom
picked up, moved to Asheville, stole the kid on the way, didn't
have custody, and they got busted. So there you going, all right?

(01:39:45):
Cool? Cool? What's what's yeaotherwise? Sir? Looking good?
I mean it's kind of a cloudsun mix. Depending on where you are,
the clouds are moving around, soyou'll be in and out of that.
Today. I'm still gonna get closeto eighty tryead west may stay in
the seventies, but the message gonnabe will trend cooler as we move through
Tonight and tomorrow, gonna get alittle more of an east northeast breeze.
And you know in the fall andwinter that means a wedge, and it's

(01:40:06):
a little wedge of cooler are comingin if you want to call it.
That load of mid fifties tonight andthen tomorrow you'll feel it. Sunshine,
clouds, a light east breeze, hies only in the load of mid seventies
and probably about there again Friday withsome passing showers. A load of bid
seventies a weekend looks okay. It'swarmer at or above eighty or with a

like a bunch of rain, partlycloudy, or a mix of clouds at
sunshine in between. So after thesevere weather yesterday, and there were some
reports across the region of wind andhail, no tornado reports, but we
have a couple of warnings down nearCharlotte. I believe, and I think
in the western parts of the state, but nothing confirmed. I think pretty
tranquil weather. Temperatures will go downand they'll go back up, and as
we get into early next week, looks like it's going to be real nice

hundred forty four points at the moment. We got an upside surprise from Washington
this morning. The government says housingstarts increased a little more than two percent
in April. Economists thought we'd behearing about a decline. Home loan demand
was down last week. Mortgage bankerssay applications for new mortgages fell nearly five

(01:41:56):
percent, as the average infest rateon a thirty year fixed rate home loan

but comparable store sales were flat.A small uptick was expected. Target
second quarter guidance missed estimates. Wecould expect to see and hear some advertisements
for Tesla. Elon Musk wants tosell more electric vehicles and he's decided to

(01:42:19):
try advertising. This is a bigreversal from Musk and Tesla. The ev
maker has prided itself on building itsbrand through word of mouth without having to
pay for commercials. It was thoughtthat Warner Brothers Discovery had finished with its
layoffs, but that was apparently notthe case business insiders, as dozens of

What is if you don't want tobe called groomers? Stop this stuff?
All right? You ready for this? The World Health Organization has announced a
new initiative to cobble together a unifiedframework for policymakers, education and health officials

(01:43:45):
and specialists, stating, quote, sexual education starts at birth and I'm not
making this up. They first partof it, as they break down on
the independent learning sections, is asexual education curriculum for children ages zero to

(01:44:09):
six? What what could you? What do you see? What you bring
the kid home from the hospital? And then what you show them how to
put a condom on a banana? What do you what are you doing?
Sex? Creating sex ed curriculum fora zero year old, that kids,

(01:44:30):
that kids day, that kids monthsaway from learning how to grasp and shake
the car keys? And why isthis an initiative? Because they want to
control the totality of it. Theysay that the reason is that there are
there's too much differential in the practiceswhich in each of the various countries within

(01:44:56):
the UN right, they don't likethe US does one thing and Germany does
another, and Turkey does a thirdthing, and you know, because they're
all about one world, one worldgovernment kind of stuff. So how does
that, how does that even work? There's got it. I'm sorry,

(01:45:18):
I'm just scanning this right now.Oh. One of the Australian representatives actually
got a hot water as this wasintroduced at a meeting of the World Health
and he referred to the framework asquote rape, Yeah, a little bit,
actually he said more. He said, the Standards for Sexuality Education is

(01:45:40):
a rape document that reads like themind of a child fiddling psychopath giving control
of public health. I still amnot seen. What is it You're going
to teach you one year old aboutsex? All? Right, here we

(01:46:01):
go. Let me here's a sectionthe development of sexual behavior, feelings and
cognitions, begins in the womb, right, your kids all horned up in
the womb, precursors of later sexualperceptions, such as the ability to enjoy
physical contact or present from birth.Children have sexual feelings even in infancy,
do they? How do you knowthat? Or do you tell yourself that

(01:46:26):
to justify something? Children have feelingsand infancy between the second and third year,
they discover the physical differences between menand women. Now wait a second,
Now you're admitting the genders binary.Oh my goodness. Okay, And
so the examples they give is yourtoddler and a bath tugging on their business.

(01:46:49):
