declined to go into court on theJay Gardner case because it's not the prosecutor's

job to spend the taxpayer's money ona case you can't win. Her didn't
feel that he could get that.The prosecutors that the dj could get a
conviction in the Trump gate or inthe Biden case if they prosecuted. But
they do think his base reason fornot recommending it. But they do think
they can get a conviction in theTrump case. And I don't really understand
