this offense. I believe you use the run to set
up the pass, but you can't do it the other
way around. You can't use the pass to set up
the run because it changes your mentality, it changes your identity.

This has to be a physical football team. It has
to be one that pounds on you and wins in
the fourth quarter if you're going to win in the
Big ten. I believe now this coaching staff has a
once in a generation quarterback talent and they've brought in
a whole bunch of really good receivers.
