tough weekend for Richie's college and pro teams and Huskers

are we doing calling time outs like in the third
quarter and we're trying to make them jump off sides

field goal or even take the five yards. I don't care,
but don't It's just like we do things that I
just don't understand. And we had fourteen six halftime lead,
we were controlling the game. We get the turnover and
I don't know Once Rayola went down, things changed a

I thought, at least, yeah, this was you know, this
one's on the sideline. I think the Minnesota loss is
on the sideline, and I think this one was on

Kids follow the coach. I know we're in a new
era of pay for play and everybody's a free agent
and everybody's a professional, but I just really believe the
state that the kids follow the lead of their coach,
and if their coach is calm, level handed, cool, doesn't
get rattled by adversity, then the kids follow that. On
the other hand, if the if the coach loses its

cool gets after the officials, then the kids are distracted
by that too, And I think that was on display
during that that dreadful stretch there in the third quarter.

Well, you know the game. The game plan actually was
pretty good last week of great. I mean, we ran
the ball white thirty short passes. Think yeah. I think
what happened also showed us that we don't have a
second running back because Emma can only do so much.
We needed to run a little bit more, actually, and
we couldn't because we don't have that number two running

back that can go in there and get those yards
that we need. I mean Edmondson NFL running back.

There's not even a question he'll be running back this year,
and I think he'd take for it here. I think
we do have a second running back now, Ritchie the quarterback.

Yeah, that is true, but I know that's true. It's
going to bring it, bring something to the offense. But
he's still a freshman and stuff. I think the best
way to we had to protect him, and the best
way to protect him is to run the football and
play good defense and then you know, let him take
off a couple of times. He's still a freshman quarterback.
So I mean, you could see he clearly wasn't ready

last week. You could see that. I thought I saw that.
So hopefully with reps this week, he's going to be
a little bit better and and and more calm, I
would think, But I don't know, we'll see. I am
very concerned about their quarterback. This guy's like a tank.
And we all know what these quarterbacks they back in
the nineties they did to us. So I can see

H They are just not very good, especially Richie. I
have you've seen these guys. They are so soft on defense.
They can't stop the run. They have problems with dual
threat quarterback. Unless we put it on the ground five times,

at the end of the game somehow we lose. So
we got to go out and play a good game.
And I think special teams is a huge advantage for
us this week also, But we have to exploit their weaknesses.
I think I know they can't stop the run. We
should run the ball forty forty five times again and
use the tight end a little bit.

salary to go down there.

and they got some really good, good doctors, and you

It's just nothing wrong with that. The Nebraska doctors was awesome.
Plus again, you know coaches from there, so special surgery
