you guys. I don't want to call this a promotion
because it's not a promotion, but it's an offer right
for people who need it. What are you doing?

Yeah, So, what we're doing today through Sunday is one
per guest you can get a free beef or bean
burrito and a junior potato o laze and there are
no questions asked, and we're just doing it to help
out those in our community who are maybe struggling right
now due to certain government shutdowns, not benefits, et cetera.
You know, our vision is to be the community's first

choice for tacos and burritos. We pride ourselves on giving
back in our communities and this is a great way
to do it. This idea actually came from a franchise
e two days ago, spiraled quickly and we got the
franchise e community up and running on it, and we're
happy to get this kicked off this morning.

So great. This is this is every Taco John's in
the country.
Speaker 2 (01:18):
Right, this is all of us, this is our entire
system kicking this into Kaigir today.

Yes, outstanding. You know what's heartwarming about it? Either as
we're seeing and I had a feeling this would happen
when the snap benefits ended. They ended here in Nebraska Wednesday,
and nationally it'll be tomorrow November First. You're going to
see all kinds of people trying to help and that's

who we are, I think as Americans, and I'm I
love to see it, and I love that you guys
are doing this.

Yeah, Gary, I couldn't agree more. I think at the
core of all of us, we just want to help
each other out. We want to help out our neighbors,
help out our communities. Taco John's is proud to be
part of a lot of local small town communities, especially
in the Upper Midwest, and when we're happy to be
able to provide the service to our guests in our communities.

Right, you guys are headquartered in the in the Twin City,

We are, Yeah, we're in Minnesota.

Cool. It's a great state, Minnesota. You know, I was
born and raised there and I had to flee. But anyway, why.

Were you smuggled across the border in the trunk of
a car? No? I came here for Okay, actually that

for work. So this goes what it starts today, goes

The weekend, right, Yeah, it's Friday, Saturday, Sunday all of
our locations. And then also the Taco Johns Foundation is
making a donation to local food banks across the country
for all Taco Bravos sold next Thursday. So it's kind
of a dual sided conversation. We'll give away some free
food this weekend, and then for all taco sold on Thursday,

November sixth, we'll be making donations to food banks across
the country.

Excellent. Tell me about the Taco Bravo. I'm not familiar.

Well, the Taco Bravo is literally, I'm so glad you asked.
It is the country's best fast food taco, as awarded
by voters in a USA Today poll this summer. Taco
Johns has long been known for Taco Bravo Thursday. A
Taco Bravo is really the best of a crunchy taco
and a soft taco in one. It's got all the

things you love about Taco Johns all in one little,
one delicious bite. There's wee five beans, there's a soft
shell tortilla, there's a hard shell tortilla. There is ground beef,
there's cheese, there is our signature taco sauce, and of
course let us on top of all of that, so
is a phenomenal tasty item. Like actually in salivating a
little bit now for breakfast.

That So Thursday would be a great day to try
one of those, because you're going to donate to the
Food Bank.

We sure will. We're looking forward to having everybody come
back in Thursday as well.
