(00:00):
Scott Vordiez. President will address thenation tonight seven o'clock Omaha time. You
will hear that here on eleven tenkfab. We don't know what we're going
to hear in terms of the reasonhe's going to give for dropping out of
the race and handing the reins overto Vice President Kamala Harris, who should
be in d C today to bethere in this joint session of Congress as

(00:25):
our ally Benjamin Netan, Yahoo ofIsrael, in this incredible time in their
nation's history, is speaking before Congress. The vice President's not going to be
there. Among those who are upsetabout this, as Nebraska Senator Pete Ricketts,
who joins us now, Senator, welcome back to eleven ten kfab.
Good morning you go, Morrik. Thanks very much for having me on,

(00:46):
Scott. I know that you issueda statement condemning the Vice president for not
being there. Do you realize, though, that it's not like she's not
doing nothing. She's speaking to asorority in Indianapolis. I know it's very
very important. However, her oneconstitutional duty is to preside over the Senate.

(01:07):
She's got one job and she's notdoing it. So this really is
a snub of our closest and strongestally in Middle East, and it is
just unconstable that the Vice president wouldjust blow this off to go campaigning.
Now. I get it's kind ofnew for her that she's campaigning because of

(01:29):
the whole like Joe Biden dropping outthing. But still, you got a
regular days job. We've got totake care of two, which means you
should be in Washington, DC,to be there to preside over the joint
session of Congress when the Prime Ministerof Israel comes to address this. Well,
the Prime Minister of Israel will notbe greeted by the presidential nominee for
the Democratic Party, the vice President, the head of the Senate. He

(01:53):
will be greeted by hundreds and hundredsof protesters, as are you, members
of Congress. What's the scene likethere in DC the last couple of days.
Well, there's obviously a lot ofsecurity. We've seen busloads of New
York police come down. There's avery strong police presidence. They put up
the you know, the big fencesaround the Capitol and cordendof streets and closed

(02:15):
streets to be able to control thetraffic. So far, I have not
seen the protesters. But of coursePrime Minister net Ya, who's not speaking
until it's afternoon, so I don'tknow if they're gathering someplace and planning descending
on the capitol later or what thedeal is going to be. But we've
heard anywhere between five thousand and twentythousand protesters may show up. What are

(02:37):
you going to be watching here today? The speech by net and Yahoo,
the speech by Vice President Harris,or the big ten media days appearance by
coach Matt Ruhle. Well, okay, I can tell you that that rule
thing would be a lot of fun. But I will be in the chamber
when Prime Minister net Yah who speaks, because you know, yeah, we've

(02:59):
got the support our strongest ally inIsrael. They are fighting a war against
a terrorist organization. Hamas is notsome regular government. This is a terrorist
organization. That's said after October seventh, when they killed twelve hundred Israeli citizens
and US citizens too, I mightpoint out that they would do it again.
This is a terrorist organization that's gotto be destroyed. Israel is doing

(03:22):
the world and civilization a favor bydestroying Hamas. The only way that you're
going to have a lasting settlement iswhen you get rid of Hamas, then
the Goslans may be able to geta government will actually look out for their
own prosperity and be able to workwith Israel so that we can have a
lasting peace. But until Hamas hasdestroyed, that will not happen. Senator

(03:43):
rickis with us here on news Radioeleven to ten kfab talking about the security
there in DC. A moment ago. We've got to the head of the
FBI right now getting presumably grilled byCongressman Jordan of Ohio. We will hear
that in its entirety in just afew minutes here, but he's up there
being asked about the FBI's investigation intothe law enforcement, including the Secret Service

(04:10):
failings a couple of Saturdays ago inPennsylvania when the shot was taken at several
shots were taken at President Trump.Your thoughts on the assassination attempt, the
response of the Secret Service beforehand, the departure of the director of the Secret
Service long after the fact, andeverything related to this major issue. Yeah,

(04:30):
it was utterly a catastrophic failure onthe part of the Secret Service.
And I think that Director Cheetle's steppingdown is a good first step, but
we still need to have a completeinvestigation. I can tell you that in
a call that we had with her, and I've sent a couple of letters
asking for information, which I've notreceived a response back to yet, but

(04:53):
just asking questions. The response sofar has been inadequate. They have not
even been able to to tell uswhy that building was unoccupied, except for
lame excuses about it being too sloped, when with a seventy year old congressman
walked up and down that building andsaid it wasn't dangerous. I mean,

(05:13):
it seems like they're making up excusesand they're going to get caught and saying
something they know is not true. They backtrack. It's a good thing that
Cheetle's gone, but now we actuallyhave to have somebody who's going to come
in there, clean house, findout what happened. This is just I
mean, this could have been anunmitigated disaster for our country. It was
a tragedy as it was, butthink of what would have happen if President

(05:35):
Trump had actually been killed. Imean, I can't even imagine the consequences
for our country at that point. So this is really, really terrible.
How the Secret Service screwed this up, and it seems to be at least
we need to have the investigation tofind out that's the pattern and the Secret
Service dropping the ball on previous securityarrangements for the president. I mean,

(05:56):
why was President Trump even allowed togo on when there was a suspicious person
on a roof? You know?It just to be completely crazy about how
this happened. So we've got toget to the bottom of this. The
person who is responsible for the security'sgot to be held accountable. Now,
I'm glad Shechietles resigned, but theperson in charge of this at the Secret
Service of that event has to alsobe held accountable. Yeah, we'll see

(06:18):
if we get in the answer fromthe FBI director. And I'm glad you
mentioned Congressman Carlos Jimenez of Florida, the Republican who was seventy years old,
filmed himself a couple of days agowalking all over that roof saying it's not
hard for me and I'm seventy.Yeah, turn our attention here with just
a couple of minutes left with SenatorPete Ricketts too. That was the breaking

(06:41):
news from a couple of weekends ago. This past Sunday afternoon, President Biden
dropped out of his re election campaignfor the presidency. Why do you think
he did that? And what doyou think we will hear as the reason
for that tonight when the President addressesthe nation. Well, first of all,
we got to be clear that nodemocratic is going to be able to
deliver secure borders, stable prices, and safe streets. The policy, whether

(07:06):
it's Biden's or Harris, has beento really these things, that these are
self inflicted wounds by this administration onour country. And by the way,
I find it very rich that Bidenhas keeps saying that President Trump is a
threat to democracy, and now theyare throwing democracy out the window with this.

(07:26):
It's such a hypocrisy. It's unbelievablethat he's stepping down after fourteen million
voters have voted for him to bethe Democrat's nominee and he's going to turn
over to Harris, who not asingle person is voted for to be president
or to be their nominee. So, you know, just the hypocrisy of
their saying, oh, President Trump'start democracy when they aren't. They're undermining

(07:47):
democracy right now themselves. By whatthey're doing. You know, why is
he going to say he's stepping down. I'm sure he's not going to say
because I'm too old and I've gotdementia. But you know, frankly,
that's the reason, right, isthat he is not capable of doing the
job. Now, the Democrats aregoing to try and say this because he
can't win, but you know, really it's we saw in that debate performance

(08:09):
that he had. He just hehas declined significantly and he is not capable
of doing the job. And frankly, there are people who are finding out
now, there's all sorts of peopleat the White House who are covering this
up. And media was complicit withit. I mean, there's all sorts
of people who knew what was goingon and said nothing. President Trump has
essentially compared and contrasted Vice President KamalaHarris's intelligence with that of a sack of

(08:35):
door knobs. As President of theSenate. Have you met with her,
Have you spent a lot of timewith her? What's your thoughts on her.
I've only had a chance to meether once when she swore me in
a year and a half ago,so she's not had a lot of interaction
with US at the Senate level. But let's remember that when she was in
the Senate, she had some ofthe most radical liberal positions of anybody in

(09:01):
the US Senate. You know, she is she is for the socialized medicine
takeover government takeover of medicine, right. She's support letting violent criminals out of
prison by eliminating cash fail. Shesupports the Green New Deal, right.
And then in a case where shejust demonstrated that she's a religious bigot,
she attacked Judge Brian Bischer for beinga member of the Knights of Columbus,

(09:24):
which is like a mainstream Catholic charity, and she tried to make the religious
test for him to get the job, which, by the way, is
not that Our constitution specifically prohibits thatyou cannot make a religious test for taking
a job with US government. Soit's just really really radical. So you
know, the thing we got toremember about Vice President Harris is that,

(09:48):
you know, she ran in Californiaas a Democrat. Now she is going
to be on a national stage whereit's not just Democrats. Right, If
you're a Democrat, California is oreasy to get elected statewide, right,
Well, now you're going to haveto talk to folks who aren't far left
radicals, and you're going to haveto get their votes. And she's never
been tested at a high level likethis before. So you know, there's

(10:11):
obviously it's a very short time frameto do this over the next three and
a half months. The Democrats, you know, choreograph this to make this
way to really kind of again subvertdemocratic process to the prime you know,
the democratic primary process. But youknow, she's not been tested like this,
and she is. She owns thesouthern border, she owns all those
policies that led to the opening ofour southern border. She's been on board

(10:37):
with all the policies led to thisinflation. So she can't get away with
that stuff. And again, thisis what the campaign's got to be about,
is holding her accountable for the badpolicies she pursued as in this administration
and also previously when she was inthe set. It's an incredible time,
not only with national politics as we'vebeen talking about, but even Nebraska politics.

(10:58):
You're a predecessor. Governor Jim pillAnd has done something that I don't
think you ever did. He isunited nearly every single member of the unicameral
in their disgust against him for havingto come back for the special session.
So he's at least got them allon the same page here, and I'm
guessing that you're not sorry that you'renot over here as governor dealing with this

(11:18):
special session issue. The governor Pillonis, well, did he actually I
always talked about calling your special session? Is he actually issued a call yet?
I think that's what he had done. That's the thing. He said
that they were all coming here.Tomorrow is the day. But he hasn't
He hasn't officially done that. Andthis is the latest thing that a lot

(11:39):
of state senators are really upset about. Let me quote here, State Senator
Justin Wayne. He says, let'ssee here, quote we are not his
where's this quote here? He saidthat they were not his slaves. Oh,
here we go. We are nothis slaves to be summoned at his
whim. We have families and lives, and this lack of consideration is unacceptable.

(12:01):
I don't think anyone knows what's goingto happen tomorrow. Yeah, and
I would be in that category ofnot knowing what's going to happen with regard
to a special session or if thegovernor's gonna call it. You know,
one of the things that we certainlyknow is that property taxes are a big
issue. You know, when Iwas a governor, I was very consistent

(12:22):
that I was not in favor ofraising taxes, shifting taxes from one taxpayer
to another. But it'll be youknow, if they if they actually do
a special session, it'll be interestingto see what sort of solutions they come
up with try and address the propertytax issues. Yeah, I'm very curious.
I'm glad they're talking about it.But the fact that we've got Julie
Slama and MICHAELA. Kavanaugh, youcouldn't find two people more diametrically politically opposed

(12:46):
to one another on the same pagehere related to some tax issues, makes
for a very interesting session ahead. And Senator I know you've got your own
issues there in d C. Iappreciate you taking the time to join us
this morning. Hey, thanks lotScott, I appreciate you having me on.
You have a good rest of yourday. Senator Pete Ricketts A dressing
a lot of the same issues. We'll talk with Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley about

(13:07):
now having to do with, ofcourse, the political news of the day,
names like Trump, Biden, Netting, Yahoo, Kamala Harris. Senator
Chuck Grassley joins us now on eleventen kfab Senator, it's always good to
speak to you. Thank you verymuch for taking the time this morning.
I'm sorry I couldn't be with youyesterday, and thank you for rescheduling us.

(13:30):
We've been waiting the entire time. It's the last twenty four hours of
broadcast time on this radio station hasjust been me saying Senator Chuck Grassley is
going to join us in twenty twoand a half hours. We're seventeen hours
away, Senator Chuck Grale. It'sbeen quite the countdown. It's all the
leading. I was born a Knight, but not last night. Well,

(13:50):
you were a little busy yesterday. You decided to post online the body camera
video from law enforcement on the scenethere in Butler County. Why did you
decide to do that and what didyou see in some of these interesting new
angles of the assassination attempt on PresidentTrump? Okay, now I didn't do

(14:13):
that yesterday just because I had ameeting at Webster City Town Meeting Monday before
I came back to Washington, dC. But it's typical of what I
hear at Webster City and a lotof other places about a lot of things
going on in the federal government. It seems like they're trying to cover up

(14:33):
things. But when you have thisassassination attempt, and then you go back
to all the controversy over JFK's assassinationand not everything being made public, I
think we ought to have maximum transparencyto make sure we have accountability, and

(14:54):
based on the principle that the public'sbusiness ought to be public, that's why
we release that video. Now,I got that video a little bit before
the FBI got it, but I'llbet you the FBI won't show you that
video maybe for months or years. And I believe very much in oversight,

(15:20):
So I've issued multiple oversight requests toboth federal and local law enforcement. My
staff and I are reviewing all recordsas we receive them from complying agencies and
will continue to publicly release relative recordsin the interests of this transparency that you

(15:43):
hear me talk about over years andyears, the public's business ought to be
public. What new questions do youhave or what conclusions have you drawn after
looking at this bodycam footage. Ithink only one when I hear on Monday
when the Secret Service director testified andsaid why it wasn't there a Secret Service

(16:11):
on this roof? She said itwasn't safe. I think that this video
of two people, a local lawenforcement and a Secret Service people talking about
how the assassin died and about someof the issues with it, you could

(16:32):
see that they were safely walking aroundon that roof. And consequently, I
don't think the Director of Social Securityknew much about what was going on,
and I'm glad she resigned. Thefootage has the officers discussing if the guy
who's lying dead there having been takenout by a sniper on the roof,

(16:53):
is the same one that was seenin a photo sent out by member of
the county's life law enforcement team.So it continues to be clear that there
were numerous reports about a suspicious person. Yet even with that, they allowed
President Trump to take the stage.Of course, they don't know what level,

(17:14):
what level of suspicion they should haveover this person. How often something
like this happens at a MAGA rallyor something like that. No answers from
Kim Cheadle when she testified on Mondaysand then she resigned yesterday. Now we've
got Chris Ray, the FBI Director, speaking to the House right now.

(17:34):
Do you anticipate that whether it's theSecret Service, the Biden Harris administration of
the FBI will get any answers asto why there was such a security failure
in Butler County, Pennsylvania a coupleof weekends ago. Well, something that
irrigates me all the time, thatan investigation is going on and it doesn't

(17:55):
make sense to keep it from theinformation. But you saw you'll probably see
it again with the FBI director, like Monday, with the Secret Service director,
we can't comment because there's an investigationgoing on. There may be some
legitimacy to parts of that investigation, but not everything about the investigation. And

(18:18):
they just make their public relations problemand their credibility more difficult for the American
public when they don't talk more openlyabout it, and it looks like a
cover up. And that's just I'mgetting back to why we release what we
did. If we get documents inthe future, we're going to release them

(18:41):
as well. And I just thinkit's good to keep the public's business public
and not to look like you're tryingto cover up stuff. Iowa Senator Chuck
Grassley with us here on news radioeleven KFAB. Right now, we've got
Congressman Jim Jordan providing his questioning ofthe FBI director. We will hear that

(19:02):
in its entirety in just a fewminutes here on eleven ten KFAB. Let's
talk about the President of the UnitedStates tonight on this radio station, and
several media outlets were expected to hearat seven o'clock Omaha Council Bluff's time from
President Biden as to why he droppedout of the race and what might happen
next. What do you expect tohear tonight, Well, he won't say

(19:26):
this, but I'd like to hearhim say I'm sorry that we accusing Trump
of over of ignoring democracy. We'vegot to protect democracy, is what Biden
and Harris are saying. They violatetheir own democracy doctrine by ignoring the votes

(19:49):
of fourteen million Democrats that voted forBiden to be the presidential candidate. And
I don't want to hear that fromthem anymore. Now. He isn't going
to say that, but I wantyou to know what I'd like to hear
him say. I think he's goingto reflect almost totally on what he considers

(20:10):
the success of his administration and probablyspeak a little bit about why Harris he
endorsed her, and that probably isbecause her loyalty to him. He's not
going to mention the things that arereally hurting Harris as the presidential candidate.

(20:33):
The things that are they're not enforcingthe law at the southern border. They
believe in an open border. Theybelieve that it's okay for eighteen eight to
ten million people to enter our countryin violation of our law. And they're
not going to talk about the highcost of living for Iwans. That's about
seventy six hundred dollars a year thateven if they get inflation down to zero,

(21:00):
that's burned into every family budget forthe rest of their life. And
he's not going to talk about thosetwo things, but he's going to talk
about other things that he considers asuccess. Yeah, I think that you
and I are on the same pagethat we're not going to get a reason
why he left the campaign here.I think we're going to get a lot
of platitudes exactly as you just said, here's what we've done, and this

(21:22):
is the perfect time to hand offthe baton and continue the legacy. I
don't think we're going to get areason. I'd love to hear him suddenly
go off and say I got stabbedin the back and here are the people
who threw me under the bus,and here's why they told me I can't
do anymore. We're never going tohear that tonight. You've had a relationship

(21:42):
with the Senator Vice President President Bidengoing back several decades, and I know
you and I have talked several timesin recent years about what we've seen from
him now versus over his years inWashington. Who's running our country right now?
Well, I don't think it's Ican say it's Susan Rice anymore.

(22:07):
But she was on the White Housestaff eight years under Obama. She carried
over to the Biden administration from dayone till maybe a year ago when she
resigned to go to the campaign.Maybe she's still running the country from the
campaign staff, but I'm sure shewas the top dog on most important decisions

(22:30):
within the administration. A person bythe name of Susan Rice, you still
think, well, you said you'mnot sure if she's still running it anymore.
I know you've said in the pastthat she was. Is how much
of a role do you think KamalaHarris has now and essentially being the acting
president of the United States. Ithink the only thing that she'll have a

(22:53):
big voice in is any decision thatshe thinks is going to affect her election
in November the fifth. I thinkthose are the only things she'll get involved
in. And I suppose if Iwere her, I would think that if

(23:14):
you want to continue to have ademocratic administration, she ought to be listened
to. I'm not sure that Iwant her to be listened to, but
I think that that's what the Bidenadministration would owe her. On anything else,
I don't think she'll have a voice. The President has two things on
a schedule today. Right now,he's receiving the President's Daily Briefing, and

(23:36):
then tonight seven o'clock Omaha Council Bluff'stime the Address to the Nation, which
we'll hear here on eleven to tenkfab this as the Prime Minister of Israel,
our closest ally in the Middle East, that's currently still undergoing this war
with Hamas is coming to Washington,d C. Addressing Congress. The President's
not going to be there, theVice President's not going to be there.

(23:57):
You'll be there today. Here's inhundreds of protesters around Washington, D C.
What are your thoughts on this appearanceby Prime Minister Benjamin nettan Yahoo under
this level of political and protest scrutiny. Well, I'm glad he's coming,

(24:18):
and I know he's coming probably totalk about Hamas and Israel conflict, but
I hope he takes a great dealof time to educate the public about Iran's
involvement in almost everything going on inthe Middle East, whether it's with the
Hoodies or the Hezballah or Hamas orwho else maybe they might be involved with.

(24:45):
The United States is allowing Iran tohave the resources by we're letting them
sell their oil, We're not enforcingthe sanctions, we're giving them mon that
of Theirs that was frozen by sixmillion dollars. They they're the biggest perpetrator

(25:07):
of terrorism and the financing of terrorismaround the world, but particularly in the
Middle East, and I hope hewill take a great deal of his time
today to educate the world that we'vegot to put the clamps on Iran if
we want to make the Middle Eastthe safe place to live. But they're
even having influence by getting isis toget people illegally entering the United States,

(25:33):
a threat to our own national security. That's what I hope he's doing.
By the way, I'd like tocomment on the people that are that are
demonstrating if they talk to me,I would, and they want to cease
fire because too many Palestinians are beingkilled. I'd like to remind him that

(25:59):
there wouldn't be one one dead personif Hamas had not invaded Israel and killed
twelve hundred people, and that Israelhas a right to defend themselves. I
know you're very active on Twitter.Slash x got an email from Mitch here.
It says where did Senator Grassley postthe bodycam video? It is on

(26:21):
your ex account formerly Twitter. You'lljust search Chuck Grassley on there. There
is an incredible video posted this weekfrom a journalist named Marina Medfinn who went
into the Palestinian area of the WestBank and talked with regular people there and
they all said they support Hamas. They think Israel had it come in.

(26:44):
Israel's lied about all of this stuff. So these are who these protesters are
aligning themselves with when they're calling forthis. They also said they don't think
a two state a solution is theright way to go. They think Israel
needs to go. So Senator,I appreciate your thoughts on this as always,
thank you for taking a great dealof time to join us today.

(27:07):
Glad to be with you. Let'sdo a little rapid fire on everything here
that led us up to this moment, a lot of this surrounding. You're
presumed Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris, the vice President as the president of the
United States Senate would be there foran appearance like like today's appearance by Prime

(27:32):
Minister Benjamin nettan Yahoo of Israel. But she's not going to be there.
And Senator Ricketts was absolutely beside himselfwith increduably incredulity about that. He was
incredulous about all of that. Sowe talked with him a little bit ago

(27:53):
and I said, but Senator, you do realize she has a good reason
to miss this, this this meeting, this joint session of Congress here with
the Prime Minister of Israel right nowstill under attack from Hamas, with hundreds
of protesters disrupting proceedings on Capitol Hill, and I, for the life of
me, don't know why President Trumptold them to do that. Presumably if

(28:14):
there's an insurrection underway, he's theone who told these Palestinian protesters to do
it. But Kamala Harris is notgoing to be there, either as Vice
president, head of the Senate,or as the presumptive Democratic nominee for the
presidency. She has good reason. She's talking to a sorority today, which
is true. It says, well, it's a previously booked speaking engagement,

(28:40):
so break it. The event isin Indianapolis, right across the street,
and at about the same time, the Nebraska head coach, Matt Rule is
addressing Big ten media days, Sono one's going to be there to hear
Vice President Harris because Matt Rule wasthere along with Isaac Gifford, Ty Robinson
and Ben and Troy Dana and ourathletic director are all going to be there.

(29:03):
But whoever is over there listening tothe Vice president will hear her speaking
to the Zeta Phi Beta twenty twentyfour grand I don't know if it's Bulay.
This is an annual event of theZeta Beta as one of the Divine
nine historically Black sororities in the NationalPanelmic Council, and she is a member

(29:30):
of Alpha Kappa Alpha, also amember of those nine historically Black sororities.
So she's going to go talk tothem for their Bulay social Justice town hall
meeting today here in about an hourand a half. So she couldn't be
there to welcome one of our biggestallies, the Prime Minister of Israel.

(29:55):
Well, to be fair, she'snot president. Who is our president tonight
will address the nation at seven o'clock. I still think you're not going to
get a reason why he dropped outof the campaign other than oh, the
best thing for the nation and thatkind of problem. That's what I expect
to hear tonight. That comment willbe heard. Those comments will be heard

(30:18):
here on eleven ten KFAB. Butas Vice President, Kamala Harris, you're
right losing. Not the president yet, but if she wants to start acting
presidential, you don't want to goand welcome another head of state to Capitol
Hill. You don't want to beup there doing that instead she's talking to
this group. Interesting that among thoselining up against Kamala Harris on some level

(30:47):
is black lives Matter. They're notnecessarily upset with Kamala. They said that
the Democratic Party. Here's what exactlythey said in a statement. We had
a statement from Black Lives Matter.Quote. Democratic Party elites and billionaire donors
are attempting to manipulate black voters byanointing Kamala Harris and an unknown vice president

(31:11):
as the new Democratic ticket without aprimary vote by the public. This blatant
disregard for democratic principles is unacceptable. While the potential outcome of a Harris presidency
may be historic, the process toachieve it must align with true democratic values.
This is Black Lives Matter saying this. This is you know, kill

(31:33):
all pigs saying this all cops orbad words, you know that kind of
thing. These guys shut down thecities across this country, and they're the
ones making the most sense. Howhave we gotten to a point where Black
Lives Matters is now making the mostsense politically on this issue? They said,

(31:56):
we do not live in a dictatorship. Delegates are not oligarchs. Any
attempt to evade or override the willof voters in our primary system, no
matter how historic, the candidate mustbe condemned. We demand an informal,
virtual snap primary now that the incumbentpresident is no longer in the running.

(32:17):
Black Lives Matter said that. MSNBChost Joy Reid, who is black,
said yesterday a little different note. She said black people are going to look
real weird they don't vote for KamalaHarris. She said, quote, given

(32:38):
just the stratospheric entrance of Vice PresidentKamala Harris into the presidential campaign, and
she has now secured enough delegates tobecome the nominee, You're going to look
real crazy being on the other sideof that line, particularly as a person
of color. Well, it's agood thing that it's anonymous. Yeah,
I know, I think that yousaid that believing it is. No but

(33:00):
whatever she says, you're gonna lookreal weird and real lonely on that side.
You're only gonna look crazy being onthat side. Given the cultural phenomenon
a vice president Kamala Harris, she'sabout to make history, she's about to
become the first woman president. Idon't want a cultural phenomenon. I don't
care who it is. I wantsomebody who is politically savvy to deal with

(33:24):
our with heads of state, todeal with our economy, to deal with
our GDP. I don't need acultural phenomenon. I can get that in
Hollywood well before we coorinate the nextpresident of the United States by putting a
tiara on Kamala Harris's head. Herapproval numbers. According to the latest five

(33:44):
thirty eight average of all the differentpolls out there, she has a fifty
percent disapproval rating thirty eight percent approval. So it's not like she's going into
this going you know, like she'sMichelle Obama and almost everyone universally loves her.
So they're like, yeah, Iknow that there's a lot of attention
right now, but they know whoshe is, and so maybe we hold

(34:08):
off there in all this excitement. And that's not just the polls. The
Atlantic has a columnist who says, look, the sudden rallying behind Kamala Harris,
the torn of endorsements right after Biden'sself removal, maybe we should hold
off right now. We want KamalaHarris to earn this nomination. You know,

(34:32):
she hasn't gone through the jaw hardeningprocess of fending off rivals from her
own party. Yeah, she has. She did that in twenty twenty when
she dropped out before Iowa. How'dshe do dropped out before Iowa? And
I'd say she did really well. She's now back. During her way into

(34:55):
the Democratic presidential nominee, Hillary Clintonis supporting her, says she represents a
fresh new start. Ted Cruz tellsRepublicans, you know, you vastly underestimate
Kamala Harris. They don't think veryhighly of her. They don't think she's
terribly bright. Her name is apunchline. But I think people are underestimating

(35:17):
what billions of dollars of free media, of the entire corrupt corporate media complex
pitching her as a combination of MotherTeresa, Oprah and Gandhi is going to
do for her. And it wouldn'tbe complete unless we already have this.
She's not even officially the nominee yet, she's barely the vice president, and

(35:37):
we already have articles of impeachment filedagainst her. This came from Congressman and
the Ogles of Tennessee. The articlesof impeachment say that she knowingly misled the
people of the United States and theCongress to obfuscate the physical and cognitive well
being of the President of the UnitedStates, Joe Biden. Interesting, which
