Speaker 1 (00:02):
What's the dune to the graphic nature of this program,
listener discretion?
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Is it lies.
Speaker 3 (00:17):
The Woody Show? This is the Woody Show.
Speaker 4 (00:26):
Insensitivity Training.
Speaker 3 (00:37):
Class is now in session. Day. Good morning, everybody morning.
Well today is Wednesday. It is made the twenty eighth,
twenty twenty five. We are the Woody Show. Yeah, hello,
and welcome aboard the Disney Wonder Love it. This is
(00:59):
date number three, and so we're gonna we're gonna tell
you all the things that we're doing here on board,
but we're gonna continue on because I know, like sometimes
when people start talking about their vacations or their trips
or whatever, you're like, oh cool, and no, that's great.
You're feigning interest. But the whole, the whole point of
this is so that you get inspired, yes, right, right,
and so you start thinking about, like maybe what you
(01:20):
want to do for your vacation coming up this year,
or maybe it's a Disney cruise that you want to take,
maybe not necessarily to Alaska, but the best one to
take would be one that is for free. Yes, and
we have a cruise that we're gonna be awarding coming
up on Tuesday once we get back, so that's less
than a week away the big grand prize awarding of
(01:40):
the seven night Disney Alaska Cruise, which we are on
right now. You can win yours. Today's keyword is float
f l o a T. That's f l o a T.
You just want to go to our website, which is
the Woodies Show dot Com. Enter that keyword there and
you're in the running to win the three hundred dollars
Disney gift card and maybe your very own Disney right here. Yeah,
(02:02):
we're set up today an animator's palette.
Speaker 5 (02:04):
Yeah, so fun in here.
Speaker 3 (02:05):
Yeah. So this is one of the restaurants they have
on board. They rotate you around. We had dinner here
the other night, yeah, and delicious. Yeah. And so what
it is. It starts completely black and white, and this
is obviously themed after all the Disney animation classics, and
so there's a bunch of different like sketch drawings and
things that are on the walls that are complete black
and white. And then by the end of the dinner,
(02:28):
everything is in color. Even the waiters and the waitresses
they wear like black and white shirts and stuff. And
as the different things are coming out, you'll see by
the time dessert comes around, they're in a full color
it's crazy changes.
Speaker 5 (02:43):
He misses no chance to be whimsical.
Speaker 1 (02:45):
And even our server was basically a performer every time
he would come to secrete us ladies and gentlemen.
Speaker 6 (02:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (02:52):
Yeah, And the other thing I do like about this
is that you know they know your preferences. They know
that medicine. Ie for example, we are coke zero guys
all day, every day. And so because the way that
Disney works is they have your weight staff. So if
you're on a Disney cruise for a week, like you
go to different restaurants each night, but that weight staff
stays the same.
Speaker 5 (03:11):
Yeah, they come with you.
Speaker 3 (03:12):
Yeah, So like they might be working Animator's palette the night,
you know, last night, but then the next day they're
gonna be with you at Triton's right. Shout out to
our guy elite, Yeah a hell in the building. Hello. Anyway,
so we're on the Disney cruise. You can win yours.
The keyword today is float f l O A T.
(03:33):
But coming up for you on the show this morning,
and we got a brand new redneck news that we're
going to get to. Also today, Greg's got some some
interesting stories just traveling with Greg is always an adventure. Yeah,
or something goes wrong, something's just not.
Speaker 7 (03:53):
Quite right, as it might be just self inflicted errors,
but we'll find out.
Speaker 3 (03:58):
I just feel it every stop. There's been some kind
of story, major issues happen. Well one of them was
self and yeah, but anyway, so we got that. We
got that coming up for you. Mentioned the Redneck News.
Menace has another one of his very original trademark copyright games.
Will they know it?
Speaker 4 (04:15):
Yes?
Speaker 3 (04:16):
Okay, and it's a Disney edition. But when we were
in Dallas over the weekend for their big rock concert,
I had the streets of Dallas and people if they
know Disney? Yeah, yeah, So we got that for you.
We've got a bunch of other stuff. Again, the phones
aren't operational. We can't get your phone call today, but
we can't see your text messages. You can send your
text over to two to nine eight seven. And I'm
(04:37):
assuming that you're following along on our social media at
the Woody Show it because Menace has been posting just
a ton of stuff.
Speaker 5 (04:45):
Follow along, come with us.
Speaker 3 (04:46):
And it's nice having somebody who because his wife, Nacho
Jessica is here. And Greg was pointing out about just
how knowledgeable. They both are, both are having professional photography.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
Is taking a photo with both of them, and they
each take their turns doing the photo. So Menace starts
whatever forty feet away, does this weird run towards you,
and then he'll do a video version of that. Right,
I don't really understand what's going on. Then he hands
his phone to Nacho. She does this weird thing where
she does an angle, doesn't run and scoops down. He
jumps up and then it ends.
Speaker 3 (05:20):
Up looking good. Yeah. I got some vacation stats. So
the perfect vacation apparently for the average bird, it would
be eleven days. If somebody said, like, what would be
the perfect vacation? Eleven I don't think I've ever done.
I could do one hundred and eleven. I think. I
think by a month I get too bored.
Speaker 8 (05:37):
Yeah, yeah, two weeks usually for the longest I.
Speaker 3 (05:39):
Could have stay in the same place for a month,
I would need to. You can't stay in the same
place for five minutes. Dinner. Yeah, we're sitting at dinner
and like halfway through, like people are still leading. Of course,
Menace has finished everything. Yeah, he's gotten up twenty times.
Speaker 4 (05:52):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (05:53):
Yeah, it reminds me of like when my kids were
really little. We just have to threaten them with belting
them to the chair. I would take my belt off.
You put it almost like a seat belt around the
back of the seat to keep them in their seat
at a restaurant, to keep from being those parents whose
kids are running around. But I have things to do, man, Yeah, yeah, yeah,
but yeah, no, I mean two weeks. My wife and
(06:14):
I keep talking about going to that resort that we
go to in Mexico and being there for two weeks.
What would that be like?
Speaker 5 (06:19):
You probably love it.
Speaker 3 (06:20):
I love that. I think I would love that. But
I think two weeks would probably be the most. But
I mean, eleven days sounds pretty goodday. It's perfect also
according to all the numbers, and he averaged all out,
so the average person thinks eleven days would be the
perfect amount of time. As far as like how far
to go? This is where I completely disagree. Three hours
from home, now, that sounds perfect for Greg. I'm sure
(06:42):
it's a little long. Let's say two hours.
Speaker 1 (06:44):
Two hours because Greg doesn't want to travel. Yeah, but
does that mean three hours by plane? Three hours from home?
They did not say whether it was drive.
Speaker 2 (06:56):
The world.
Speaker 3 (06:56):
Yeah, I would assume maybe that's like no more than
a three hour flight. Yeah, so it depends where home is,
you know. Yeah, true, you might be in Wyoming because
the same from where I live. If you lived in Buffalo,
New York, for example, Cleveland's about three hours or.
Speaker 5 (07:12):
Last yea rockecrolll F.
Speaker 3 (07:13):
I don't want to do that. The perfect trip would
cost about an average of eighty eight hundred dollars per person.
The perfect trip would be free.
Speaker 1 (07:22):
To let that question how much do you want to spend?
Zero question for new car, how much do you want
to spend?
Speaker 3 (07:27):
But that's also that's also unrealistic. So like you're going
to plan your perfect vacation.
Speaker 5 (07:32):
Right, like where would you tap out?
Speaker 3 (07:34):
Definitely realistic? Yeah, maybe right. Yeah, Now if you include
a three hour flight, right and then you know that's
eight hundred dollars a day for eleven days, and so
that would be you know, hotel. Think about how much
you drink? Yeah, Greg, Yeah, my bar bill would be
about that.
Speaker 6 (07:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (07:55):
Yeah, I mean you got your food, your activities, your drinks,
you know, the room, yeah, things like that. See, sixty
three percent of people be looking for somewhere with a beach.
That would definitely be me. Yeah, normal people want to
be fifty three percent would enjoy the great outdoors, which
I would assume, like what we're doing here, like you lost,
I can't wait. It is awesome. Even when we were
(08:15):
pulling out of port in Vancouver, like you're just surrounded
by like these like hills and mountains and nature that
we never get to see. Everything was was very picture picturesque.
Speaker 5 (08:24):
Oh yeah. My son looked at me and says, this
doesn't even seem real.
Speaker 3 (08:28):
Yeah, you're right.
Speaker 1 (08:29):
And speaking of nature, when we took out off the
from port for the first time in my life, I
saw a bald eagle and in person, I was so excited.
Speaker 3 (08:38):
It was majestic. It was. Yeah. Forty three percent would
want to explore a major city or there you go,
the historical locations. Yeah yeah, which, by the way, when
when everybody was in Dallas, I slept in because I
didn't really care to go. But Menace and Greg and
Gina and my wife, uh, they all went down to
(08:59):
your to the grassy null where JFK was assassinated. Semi yeah, yeah,
we gave that the thumb.
Speaker 9 (09:06):
Well, you know what, I tried my best to counteract
the damage that Sammy did.
Speaker 5 (09:09):
I don't think I showed you this picture. I stood Okay.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
We did see a lot of people posing on that
same xcent. They were smiling.
Speaker 5 (09:16):
Yeah, it's weird.
Speaker 3 (09:17):
They're loving it. Thirty like outdoor attractions and landmarks, Greg,
they did not travel can be stressful, of course, so
they say the perfect trip needs to be a situation
where you can completely relax and unwind and create new memories,
like if you go to Cleveland, you can go.
Speaker 5 (09:33):
To the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Baseball Museum too.
Speaker 3 (09:37):
All right, eight seven seven forty four, wood I, it
doesn't work, all right, so we're forgetting about that.
Speaker 6 (09:41):
Yeah, wood shoe shoe, and we are into another new
hour insensitivity trading for a politically correct world.
Speaker 3 (09:53):
It is the Woody Show. Good my name is Woody.
That is Greg Gorey. Good morning. Nis is here, What
is up? He is our social media directory. You can
find us. You can follow us at the Woody Show
on all the social media platforms. Gina grad is here.
We've got Sammy and everybody else's back at Woody Show
headquarters except for Sea Bass, who has the week off.
(10:15):
I did see a couple of people like as we're
posting things on our Instagram asking well, where's Morgan, we'll
where's sport we'll wear Even Disney can't afford to bring
everybody who works on this show onto the cruise and
so not. You know what, I didn't even bring my kids. Yeah, exactly,
this is my This week is my kids, the final
week of school. My son's got his finals. I think
(10:38):
today is the last day for the finals. Yes, it's
all wrapping up and then they go to the summer breaks.
So nobody's feeling bad for them. But not everybody gets
to do everything we offered. We offered Bort a spot
on the cruise and he wasn't able to go, So
we brought dat dumbass Tyler. He's in the bel is
here with us. He's like the He's like the Bart
(10:58):
of the Ocean. Yeah, checking out in the ocean. He's
Boort of the Ocean. I said, it's me the ocean. Yeah.
So you've never been on a cruise before. I have
never been. This is completely my first. How's the movement
of the boat because we we had to said, dude,
I tell you what. Gina is such a.
Speaker 5 (11:17):
Jew, thank you.
Speaker 3 (11:18):
She has a pharmacy's worth of stuff. You should see
all the stuff that she She also brought like a
USB powered.
Speaker 5 (11:25):
Fans, yeah, a humid fire yeah.
Speaker 3 (11:28):
Like so like if you look up, Yenta, you look
up like like a like a like a like Jewish mothers.
You remind me of my the woman that used to
watch me after school, Melissa Horst's mom, Beverly. I love
heard about it. Very horror.
Speaker 9 (11:43):
It's reincarnated because I want to make sure everybody has everything.
Speaker 3 (11:46):
It's very sweet, I'm saying, but it's very jew Anyway,
she had all these patches.
Speaker 10 (11:50):
So did you got a patch? Two patches on? Because
within the first ten minutes rand to the bathroom.
Speaker 3 (11:55):
To throw up. Are you seriously? Yeah, that actually just happened.
Speaker 4 (11:58):
Oh my god.
Speaker 3 (11:59):
I feel always he was always sweating, guy was always sweaty.
Speaker 10 (12:07):
But no, this is a different kind of sweaty.
Speaker 3 (12:11):
But you know what he threw up, And don't give
it any more drugs you can throw from the drugs.
Speaker 5 (12:14):
No, this is motion sickness.
Speaker 3 (12:15):
Drugs.
Speaker 5 (12:17):
Hold on, I want you to have this.
Speaker 3 (12:19):
See, you.
Speaker 10 (12:23):
Got so many things. There is a kicker. So I'm
sitting here and I'm thinking, I'm I'm not gonna make it.
I have to throw it. So I get up. I
walked to the door. I feel it coming. I'm like,
I'm not going to make it to the bathroom. There's
a champagne bucket right there, and I just grabbed him.
Speaker 3 (12:40):
An emergency at once. That is That is so menace.
Menace is usually a guy just like throw champagne buggets
or potted plants. Well, it's all magic here on the
Disney Young Day Rainbows. Yeah, so we're uh, we're doing
the whole glacier thing today, Today's Glacier Day. Yes, very nice.
This is an interesting type of thing because you know,
(13:01):
I've always been on tropical cruises. I've never been on
something like this, So to have a day where it's
just like the scenery's outside, but you're not leaving the boat. Yeah,
it's just like everybody's kind of hanging on their balconies
or on the ships decks and stuff like that. So
that's pretty cool.
Speaker 11 (13:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (13:17):
But you can win your very own seven night Disney
Alaska cruise. The keyword today is float f l O
A T. So just to enter that anytime between now
and midnight on our website, just go to the Woody
show dot Com and Tyler, you're gonna feel fine here,
So yeah, you'll feel you get you'll get a patch going.
It's all good. It is. It is Wednesday morning, it's
May twenty eighth, and we're making our way up to Alaska.
(13:39):
We have some other stuff going on here this hour.
Grey's gonna tell us a couple of stories. It's always,
like I said, always interesting traveling with Greg. And at
least one of these stories I have not heard yet
because it was just Gina and Greg that experienced it.
And he said he was going to quote as Menace
always says, teaching us how to do radio. Save it
for the save it. I can't wait. Save it for
the air. We do have a brand new Redneck News.
Speaker 12 (14:01):
So what do you show if your dental plan is
a piece of strength ted to the exhaust pop of
an ATV. I an'tgret to inform you that that is,
in fact Rednick News.
Speaker 3 (14:15):
Today's Redneck News. He is from Alabama with the police.
They pulled over his fellows names Ryan Hernandez. He was
swerving all over the dang roadman like he's trying to
dodge imaginary possums or something. Cops they walked up. They
could see he was clearly hammered. Takes the field, sobriety
test fails them all miserably. But Ryan wasn't alone there
(14:36):
in the back seat his two month old daughter, so
of course he was charged with duy and reckless endangerment.
But on top of that, he was charged with possession
of driving without possession and I'm not sure exactly what
he had, but also driving without insurance and operating a
vehicle with an expired tag. The world. The kid's mom
not impressed, but they did enjoy the fact the police
(14:58):
really like the T shirt that Ryan wearing was perfect
for the occasion. He's showing it off in his mugshot.
It says right across the front, you nailed it, which
is a construction company called Evermore Homes.
Speaker 2 (15:11):
Oh.
Speaker 3 (15:11):
I like that, And the thought is, and I haven't
seen any confirmation on this, but that might be the
company that he works for anymore he works for, although
if you better, let's take a free T shirt. Let
me let me let me ask a question for the
For the construction folks who are listening to the show,
I would imagine that if like you're a roofer construction worker,
plumber and as long as it wasn't on the job.
(15:34):
Like I'm thinking about radio, right, Like radio people get
hammered and there's a bunch of people who, you know,
like to do drugs recreationally and things, and that doesn't
affect their job. Like if somebody worked for the radio
station got a duy, would they get fired from here?
Speaker 10 (15:47):
No?
Speaker 3 (15:49):
Yeah, right, they don't get fired.
Speaker 5 (15:50):
Oh, show doesn't stop by our studio.
Speaker 3 (15:52):
What about he wasn't drunk on the job. Yeah, he
was drunk with his two year old. Yeah, anyway, this random,
but anyway, there is from Alabama, Ryan Hernandez who got
pulled over and arrested for driving drunk with the baby
in the backseat. While rocket a super sweet you nailed
a T shirt. That is today's raid. Nick, We're gonna
(16:15):
take a quick break more as we broadcast from the
Disney Wonder on our seven night Alaska Cruz. You can
win your very own use the keyword float f l
O A T enter that keyword on our website. Just
go to the woodieshow dot com. We're having some computer issue.
Never show. All right, welcome back everybody. Yeah, it is
(16:42):
Wednesday morning. We are the Woody Show. We are on
board the Disney Wonder. It's our seven night Disney Alaska Cruise.
Today's Glacier Day, yes, and uh, I'm still out of sorts.
What's what's tomorrow? Tomorrow is tomorrow? Yeah, yeah, we do
this like train thing. Yeah, they put on a train.
Speaker 9 (17:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (17:04):
It's supposed to be pretty cool. Yeah, beautiful. Yeah, who's
gonna like that? Those kids on Love on the Spectrum
they yeah, they do.
Speaker 5 (17:11):
They have like a train club.
Speaker 2 (17:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (17:14):
Do you have a train family members wait in the
trains like I have uncle by marriage and dude a
huge train set in his basement like model trains. Yeah,
married man. Yeah, okay, he has a Camaro, so he's cool.
We're on our way to uh to Alaska. Well, we
do Glacier Day today, but we're making our way because
at this point we could say we're making our way
(17:35):
through Alasta. Yeah we are Alaska, yeah, because we're looking
at glaciers today and Alaska legal Alaska. When your seven
night Disney Alaska Cruise today, the keyboard is float F
l O A T. Anytime between now midnight, just go
to the woo he should dot com enter the keyword
float and you can win a guy got fired. He
(17:56):
did a virtual work call and he got fire because
he wasn't wearing pants. But you could, but you couldn't tell,
I know, because I so. Yeah, oh, by the way,
he wasn't he wasn't wearing underwear, and so I guess
when he went to go close his laptop, it panned down. Yeah,
(18:20):
because the the little cameras there at the top, and yeah,
you go to close the things, you get fired.
Speaker 1 (18:27):
Sure about getting something on your record or whatever on
your file fired.
Speaker 3 (18:34):
Initially he admitted the mistake, but when he realized how
much trouble he was in, he tried to claim that
he was wearing nude colored underwear excuse color, and criticized
the call for happening on his day off, on my day.
In any event, his company didn't buy it, and so
they fired him. He tried to sue them over it,
(18:55):
but then that guys thrown out. Yeah, I mean you
know that's also you tried to sue the company like
over like okay, So whether it was fair or I
don't know, not fair or not, but you were naked
on a company call almost with it question. We do
a lot of these calls. We call them team calls.
(19:16):
Are you fully clothed?
Speaker 5 (19:18):
You do it every time?
Speaker 1 (19:19):
I mean if it's a video thing, absolutely, because they're
all They're all.
Speaker 3 (19:22):
Like during the day. It's not like it's any time.
I'm not trying to do it while I'm showering, but
I do times. Yeah. No, I do it from a
house too, but I'm clothed at home. Yeah, I'm not
walking around naked. Who you are? I have done a couple. Yeah,
I don't. I don't think it's a big deal. I
pants are the worst. Yeah, all right, So you can
(19:43):
set us a text over to two to ninety seven,
follow along on social media. At the Woodie Show, I
really want to hear this story. It all started when
we were leaving to go to Vancouver to catch the
Disney cruise. Greg got to the airport in and enough
time where I think the plane could have left. He
(20:04):
was saying he could have left, gone to another city,
picked up more people, came back to the airport, right
you turn, and then and then gone.
Speaker 1 (20:12):
He was there what three hours? Out there three hours before?
And I blame society for that? Why because what has
society been telling us about the real hours? Oh you
make it's gonna be a nightmare. It's gonna be nearly impossible.
So I get to the airport three hours early, expecting
the worst. It takes me less than one minute to
(20:34):
check in my bag because I had prepaid, get the
little ticketdrop, put it on, go to the bag drop. Well, okay, good,
I killed one minute. Now what am I going to
do in two hours and fifty nine need it? I'm
still gonna need it because I haven't gone through security yet.
And oh man, that's gonna be a nightmare. The nightmare
is instead of showing them your real ID, you show
(20:54):
them your passport and you walk right in. Society made
such a big deal about the real ID, and I
decided I'm not getting one.
Speaker 3 (21:03):
Oh, I mean, think about it this way. Okay, So
remember some of you might not remember, remember y two
K Yeah, and everybody was convinced that the world was
gonna shut down. All the lights were gonna go off,
and then we're just gotta be sitting there in the
dark with no water, no nothing, right. And so I
think a lot of people will sit there and they'll
think of the worst case scenario, right about what's gonna happen.
(21:25):
So we need this new documentation like a TSA pre
check already takes however long it's been, so now this
added wrinkle, then they're going, oh man, there's a chance
it's gonna be it's probably gonna be worse, right, So
I think that's what it is.
Speaker 4 (21:37):
It that bad?
Speaker 3 (21:38):
No, No, it's not slightly. It was also Memorial Day
weekend rank could have been that could have been a
problem anyway. But the bottom line is greg I mean,
other than you just trying to like have some kind
of like at a principle, I'm not getting a thing
like now anytime you travel, you could just have your
driver's license like you would on any other day, but
(21:59):
now you gotta remember to bring the passport. No problem.
Speaker 1 (22:01):
I can even get a passport card, which I didn't
know was a thing until oh yeah, they do have
this whole real I.
Speaker 3 (22:06):
Detas so you have to get a new card anyway,
If you're going to go and get the passport card,
why wouldn't you just go get It's not difficult.
Speaker 1 (22:14):
It's difficult. I'm not saying I'm confused by it. The
carrying a passport that weighs the piece of a paper
is not difficult.
Speaker 3 (22:22):
Okay, But like if you're going to go through and
get the passport card. Why will you just go the
real idea is my question. Okay, maybe I won't get
the passport card. I'll just carry my passport. It's not
it's very small. Do you know how big a passport is?
Sec easy? So I have four and a half days before.
Speaker 1 (22:39):
So then I have a lot of time to kill,
so I could go have breakfast, which is a xanax
and two beers. Meanwhile, Gina and I are in the
same flight. So she gets there and I text her, Hey,
do you want to have breakfast with me? And she says,
you know what, I want to get some work done.
I am at our gate doing some work and I'll
just see you over at our gate. So I finish
up my breakfast and I leisurely walk over to the
(23:00):
gate and I am looking for Gina. I cannot find Gina.
I cannot find her. The gate is not even that big.
I'm standing in the middle doing a three point sixty
scanning the room for Gina.
Speaker 3 (23:12):
Can't find her anywhere. I can't find her anywhere.
Speaker 1 (23:14):
Finally, I'm walking behind a row of seats. I see
Gina wearing a baseball cap, sitting on her laptop. She
told me she was gonna be doing some work. So
there she is. So I thought i'd do the ye
old Oh. I'm gonna go up behind her and tap
tap tap tap tap on her shoulder and then dug
and then she's gonna turn around and think, oh funny,
(23:35):
Yeah it was. So I tap tap tap her on
the shoulder, whifts around with this crazy surprised look on
her face. And it's not Gina, And oh my god,
I was so. I told the woman, I said, I
am so sorry.
Speaker 3 (23:52):
She thought it was a weirdough. I said, I'm so sorry.
Speaker 1 (23:55):
I thought you were somebody else that was meant to
be fun and funny and hilarious.
Speaker 3 (24:00):
She said, okay, that's okay.
Speaker 1 (24:01):
So I run and hide behind a pillar or eve
and I text Gina, Gina.
Speaker 4 (24:05):
Where are you?
Speaker 1 (24:06):
And she wrote rights back, I told you I'm at
our gate. I said, no, you're not. I have to
find you. I have to tell you something. She said,
Just stand where you are, I'll find you.
Speaker 3 (24:15):
Don't move. She comes up to me.
Speaker 5 (24:18):
And yeah, and you tell me what happened you see.
Speaker 1 (24:22):
I said, don't look now, but see that woman wearing
the baseball cap and she's sitting on our laptop, to.
Speaker 9 (24:26):
Which I respond, the woman, I was sitting next to
you for the last two hours.
Speaker 3 (24:31):
You were sitting right next right.
Speaker 9 (24:37):
You know that happened, no idea, So he could have
picked one of two women, one of which.
Speaker 1 (24:42):
Was me, right, No one was that hilarious? And then
this woman was on our flight. Yeah, I apologize, and
so then I told Gina, I said, you have to
go with me back to this woman. Yeah, And so
I wanted to prove to her that I was trying
to find somebody else said, I said, I'm sorry that
I was trying to find her. It's like, okay, and
(25:03):
had nothing to do.
Speaker 3 (25:04):
Sammy, sounds like sounds like he just wanted to touch her,
right C. Yeah, I was so mortified that such a creep.
Speaker 7 (25:13):
But no, this goes back to my argument that one
day with Greg's special breakfast, He's gonna get arrested.
Speaker 3 (25:20):
Yeah, it was. It was a tap top tip high.
Sammy would have called airport police immediately on. You would
have called one one and then the gift situation, okid.
So you know, there's been a lot of elements with
Greg so far. So you know how you always say
I'm in my head. It is that.
Speaker 1 (25:39):
Ye, I'm always in my head, and I think if
somebody blinks at me wrong, I blink wrong.
Speaker 3 (25:44):
People in the reaction, how do you think people are
going to they're not. Greg thinks everybody is thinking about
him when they're not, you know, like he's worried about
what people might think. Nobody is. Nobody's thinking about right.
Speaker 1 (25:55):
So we're having dinner a couple of nights ago, and
Sammy just making conversations, says, oh, wasn't that cheeseboard amazing?
Speaker 3 (26:02):
I said, which one? I had soup? And then the entree?
Speaker 1 (26:05):
No, no, no, no. In the room, I said, oh,
you ordered a cheeseboard. No, the one that they left
for us?
Speaker 5 (26:10):
Yeah, yeah there when we got there, it was a nice.
Speaker 1 (26:13):
Yeah. I didn't get a cheeseboard. So then and then
Gina said, and then that bottle of prosecco, Oh yeah
about that?
Speaker 3 (26:26):
The bottle of what now? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (26:29):
And then I said, huh, I guess I I guess
they didn't give me a bottle of prosecco a cheeseboard.
Then later in the evening, Sammy texts us, oh my god,
this blanket is so cozy so adorable? Are you are
you talking about? And she said, you know the one
that they left for us in the room in that bag.
Isn't that bag cute?
Speaker 8 (26:48):
I said, wait, oh, the one on the couch they left, right, No,
I got one in a toe bag that has yeah yeah,
yeah yeah.
Speaker 1 (26:54):
I said, Okay, which cheeseboard, what prosecco? What blanket?
Speaker 3 (26:59):
Which bag? What are you talking about?
Speaker 9 (27:02):
So I say to Greg, you know what, we're not
big prosecco people. Is so nice to them and everything,
but you know you can have mine. So Greg comes to.
Speaker 5 (27:09):
My room and takes the prosco very. You know, lovely
whatever do you want ours?
Speaker 3 (27:15):
By the way, we're not gonna drink it. I would
love it.
Speaker 9 (27:18):
As he's leaving the room, this lovely woman who's like
our you know, like the the housekeeper.
Speaker 3 (27:24):
Like yeah, the cabin attendant person.
Speaker 5 (27:26):
As Greg is walking out, the woman coming.
Speaker 3 (27:29):
With another gift for Gina.
Speaker 5 (27:30):
I'm so sorry to serve you. We just want to
make sure you got.
Speaker 13 (27:33):
This gift, Greg, Greg walks away with so many gifts.
Speaker 3 (27:38):
So in my head I thought, did I say something
wrong to hate me?
Speaker 1 (27:45):
As it turns out, I would go back to my
room after leaving Gina's room, somebody is at my door
with this gift back. But one of my friends on
the door said room occupied, do not disturb.
Speaker 3 (27:57):
So they had meant to bring the cheeseboard.
Speaker 1 (28:00):
Had meant to bring in the CCO, had meant to
bring the bag, to bring the blanket.
Speaker 3 (28:04):
See, it didn't want to bother us, and Greg thought
it was one big conspiracy.
Speaker 5 (28:09):
Everybody on board hates Gard.
Speaker 1 (28:10):
So between that wrong at the airport there three hours
in an adventure.
Speaker 3 (28:19):
See, this is what I imagine Greg's life is like all
the time. Like he's worried about going to the grocery
store and having the people think like oh yeah, like
he it's those things that like I don't know how
you survive. It's like without driving yourself absolutely insane, and
it's it's getting worse by the day. Hence the booze. Yeah,
and the and you can have the bottle from our room, correct,
(28:43):
All right? Uh, you can send us a text over
to two two nine eight seven. You want to win
your very own Disney seven night Alaska Cruz. Well, the
keyword today is float f l oh. At anytime between

Speaker 3 (29:21):
No, I want to go up online so people to
get like. I just want to get it done in
the moment because you know, we're doing so many cool,
fun things and then the last thing I want to
do is get back to the cabin and then do
all this stuff. Yeah yeah, yeah, But anyway, Menace is
posting a ton of stuff on our social media. Make
(29:41):
sure you give us a follow there at the Woodie Show,
you can win your very own Disney seven night Alaska
cruise for you and three other people, so total for
you could be on board. You can get your very
own cheese tray. The keywordsdays float, f l O A T.
So anytime between now and midnight, you just want to
go to the Woodieshow dot com anyone to enter the
keyword float for your chance to win. We'll be announcing
(30:03):
the grand prize winner this coming Tuesday. Once we were
back on land and back in the Woodies show studio
at headquarters. All right, so one more thing about Greg
before before we let him off the hook. Do I
know about this? Yeah, of course, you do a couple
of different things. The first day we got on board,
and Greg's like, well, how am I supposed to figure
out like where we're supposed to be for dinners and stuff?
(30:24):
And I go, well, it's all on the app. The
one person that the app was not working for, and
I can verify this because just Greg, give me your phone.
I was convinced that maybe he was doing something wrong,
or he wasn't connected to the right Wi Fi or
something like that, so it was legit. It wasn't working
for Greg to the point where, well, you know what,
(30:45):
the fix was deleting the app and then reinstalling right now,
But now this other one is totally Greg and completely
on him. Is when we were checking into the hotel
in Dallas because we were just in Dallas this past
weekend for their Big Rock Show BFD, which was awesome. Yeah, Yeah,
that was That was a lot of fun. Anyway, So
we check in at the hotel and it's one of
(31:07):
these hotels downtown Dallas where the lobby for the hotels
on the second floor of the building. Nothing odd, yeah,
oh god, not the main floor of the building. And
so we go to this I'm gonna jump off the ship.
So we go to the second floor. Everybody checks in,
We're gonna go to the We're gonna go to the
rooms and drop our stuff off and then meet back
downstairs for dinner. Right, So we're like, gay, Greg, you come,
(31:30):
because we're all on the elevator. We're holding the elevator
for Greg. Like, Greg, you're coming to drop yourself. I
was like, No, my room's on this floor. Why the
lobby floor, Yeah, where the restaurants are. Yeah, this is
so stupid. So my room number was twenty seven to fourteen.
So you get into an elevator, you hit twenty seven,
you got a room twenty seven fourteen. And we were
on the second floor already. Already. I said, you guys know,
(31:53):
my room number on this floor is two seven to
one four. Yeah, it's room. So I'll see you guys
down here when you get.
Speaker 2 (32:03):
Club.
Speaker 3 (32:03):
Yeah, yeah, floor two. So do you see why I
worry that something's wrong with me? Well, I just wonder,
like how you are able to navigate something made like
how you put a spoon to your mouth? Right?
Speaker 5 (32:20):
Yeah, this food won't go into my eyes.
Speaker 3 (32:22):
My room number was too seven fourteen. Yeah, I should
just call it a day. I had any issues with
the like the toilets here on board, Like, how's the
situation going with it? Because you got four people in
the room with you with the schedule. Yeah, because, by
the way, the toilets on this ship are awesome. They
are because Sammy, we could use an entire roll of
(32:45):
toilet paper because I don't have the home bowl advantage
where I have the wash the washing toilet.
Speaker 14 (32:51):
See.
Speaker 3 (32:51):
Yeah, so you have to use a ton of toilet
paper as I would. Yes, and Sammy uses a ton
of toilet paper. You can use the whole role and
these things don't. Yeah, well, this thing because it's a
hardcore vacuum like toilet.
Speaker 5 (33:03):
I managed to I okay, so I did not.
Speaker 3 (33:05):
I didn't calant it. That's not true.
Speaker 8 (33:07):
The first one that I went into and I didn't
realize was that where it ended up wasn't close enough
to the hole, and so the toilet paper was still
in it every time that I to the side and
when to go down.
Speaker 3 (33:20):
Flushing issue on the trigger the whole time she was dry. Yeah, well,
what I love. At least in my room, it's a
separate shower, separate bathroom. I've never bathe at stuff. Whatever
system you came up with, Greg, for you and the
people in the room, to make sure that we're scheduled out.
Speaker 7 (33:39):
I have d a t tyler in in my room,
and he is so gracious that he says that he
uses only the public bathroom.
Speaker 3 (33:51):
All right, So I hit us up with the text
over to two two nine eight seven. We got some
more what show for you next?
Speaker 4 (33:56):
Hang on?
Speaker 10 (33:59):
This is the.
Speaker 3 (34:01):
Yeah, you know, the Woody Show. We are into another
new ol insensitivity training for a politically correct world. It
is the Woody Show. We are on board here the
Disney Wonder. I'm gonna interrupt everybody, what the hell? Yeah, beautiful,
(34:22):
let me talk about a man here who's dropping off
as we're going on the air. They're wropping off this
I can smell. What is your name's Leslie? My name
is Leslie, and this is Salomon I'm so excited. It's
not every day nobody brings us fair. We're gonna get
in ourselves all the time. This is a lessen. This
(34:44):
is amazing. Yes, thank you Lisson. Did you make this
yourself or are you just delivering it? It was a
chef by the chef. Okay, okay, you know what, then
our compliments to the chef. Yes, thank you? All right,
Greg dig into that.
Speaker 5 (34:57):
I think I will, right, Yeah, it looks incredible.
Speaker 3 (35:00):
And by the way, we also have another guest here, Sonica.
Hi Sonica, and I pronounced you dam correctly. Yeah, oh
all right, So Sonica, where are you from? Originally?
Speaker 2 (35:09):
Originally I'm from Sandy, South Africa in Africa.
Speaker 3 (35:13):
Nice because you have this Indian accent and so it
was confusing.
Speaker 1 (35:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (35:17):
No, we have a lot of fun with the accents
on this show.
Speaker 2 (35:19):
Considered one of the best accents in the world.
Speaker 3 (35:21):
Yes, yeah, you can google that.
Speaker 2 (35:23):
Actually.
Speaker 3 (35:23):
Yeah, and you know what, I'm not going to believe
you at face value, so I will you better believe
I will. Did you get any salmon?
Speaker 11 (35:30):
No, But.
Speaker 3 (35:35):
That's that's gotta be your menus. There you go, menace
medicine like hitting random buttons over there, I was sorry, Sonica,
I was trying to move your mic and I am hitting.
Speaker 5 (35:46):
Yeah, excuse us for eating. We're radio people. Nobody ever
gives h we're not going to shoot.
Speaker 3 (35:51):
All right, Well, we're on the Disney Wonder. You can
win your very own Disney Alaska cruise. You want to
take the keyword today, it's float f l o A T.
You want to enter it on our website, which is
the Woodeshow dot com anytime it'sween now and midnight, and
you have a chance to win the big grand prize drawing,
which we're going to be having on Tuesday, once we're
back back home at wood You Show headquarters. But anyway,
so Sonica, you're here to tell us about all these
(36:12):
different ports because we're making a few different stops. Anybody
who's ever been on a cruise, you know, you go
to different ports. Today is Glacier Day here on the
Disney Wonder, so like we're not porting today, we're like
just we're going through and you can just sit on
your balcony. You can see all the different you know,
you can see all the different sites from the ship.
And then tomorrow we're going to be in port.
Speaker 2 (36:32):
Yes, tomorrow will be in Skagway, Okay, which is the
furthest north, will go on the seven Night Voyage, and
then after that we'll make our way meandering through the
Innerside Passage down to Juno, which is the capital of Alaska.
Speaker 3 (36:44):
I don't know if you knew that. Do you know that? Also?
Do you know is not accessible by road?
Speaker 2 (36:50):
You can only enter by ship boat planet.
Speaker 3 (36:55):
It's so popular. I didn't know that.
Speaker 2 (36:57):
I know, that's fun random fact.
Speaker 3 (37:00):
And imagine that's also why you're here, because you were
just a load of with all these different these facts.
So like tomorrow when we pull on the port, like
what are some of the things were some of the
more popular things that people do there.
Speaker 2 (37:09):
Gagway is actually our most historical port on the seven
Night Voyage. It is the entrance route to the Yukon
or to the gold gold fields up in central Alaska.
I don know, you guys knew that. So back in
the early nineteenth century gold was discovered in the inner
part of Alaska, and the closest way to get up
(37:30):
to the gold fields was by byre Skagway, so you
had to hike up almost two hundred mile track.
Speaker 5 (37:37):
The probably are by looking at us we're kind of
anti hiking.
Speaker 2 (37:41):
Luckily, they build the train and that is one of
the things you will be tracking. So this is where
the Scenic Railroad comes in.
Speaker 3 (37:50):
You mentioned gold. Do we get gold? Some gold available,
but you'll.
Speaker 2 (37:57):
Work really hard for it. I do have some excursions
that you can go find gold on and depending on.
Speaker 4 (38:02):
How we feel.
Speaker 3 (38:04):
Okay, I'm feeling lucky.
Speaker 2 (38:05):
So talking about Skaguay as a whole, it's a little
bit of a wild waste town.
Speaker 3 (38:09):
So they seem to lose the.
Speaker 2 (38:13):
Mining town field. That is actually the street car you popular.
Speaker 3 (38:19):
It's one of the more popular sound bites the show. Actually, yeah,
we're just preparing.
Speaker 2 (38:26):
That is actually very popular tool. Also, Skaguay is a
really small town. It has a population between eight hundred
and one thousand people, and it's also one of the
most well traveled cities in the world because after the
crew season, everybody leaves it's too cold.
Speaker 3 (38:40):
Yeah, so then that's I mean, that's one of the
ports that we're going to. We're going to, you know,
we're going to these different things. But like there's so
many different things that are just looking at My wife
and I were looking at all the different opportunities for
the different excursions that you can do. Now you can
do stuff where like you hop on a helicopter and
you go see glaciers. That way, you could do where
you take a helicopter to go go see sled dogs.
Speaker 2 (39:00):
Correct you know which floatplane up and go see glaciers
from the.
Speaker 3 (39:04):
Sea plane, which I'm looking forward to that because I
love anything that flies. I'll be uh, I'll be part
of that. But I mean there's there's depending on what
you want to do. And there's even one I saw.
I saw there was one that Disney offers, like one
of the excursions of the offer where it's the crab Boat.
Speaker 2 (39:19):
I don't know if you remember the Lucian Ballot from
the Discovery Show actually one of their retired boats. But
that's actually down on So if we moved down from Skyward,
it's all about the train then moving down to Juno,
which is very popular for whale watching as well as canoeing,
(39:40):
kayaking watching, and Old Glacier is in Juno as well.
Speaker 3 (39:45):
There's like some kind of like salmon bake like very very.
Speaker 2 (39:48):
Popular as well fishing again that I mentioned, sightseeing, more helicopters, floatplanes.
Speaker 3 (39:58):
There's so many different because a t V.
Speaker 2 (40:00):
We have it. We literally have something for everybody.
Speaker 3 (40:03):
Yeah, that's that's the point I was gonna make because like,
I've never been to Alaska before and before doing this,
if you said, hey, do you have any interest in
going to Alaska? I would have said no because I'm
not a big outdoors person. But looking when they brought
this to us, I'm like, first of all, I love cruises,
So there's that because you have all this stuff that's
on the boat, and then once you get to these
different places, looking at all the different excursions, Dude, you
(40:24):
had me at seaplane and helicopter, you had my wife
at this sled dog thing, well watching people always getting
too So there is something literally for everybody, everybody.
Speaker 2 (40:33):
The key to sailing in Alaska is is nature and
being outside of.
Speaker 3 (40:37):
The sites are incredible, especially this.
Speaker 2 (40:39):
Afternoon when we start sailing a little bit closer to learned.
See we changes every hour and anything from bald eagles
to mountain.
Speaker 3 (40:48):
Goats to first first was so exciting.
Speaker 2 (40:52):
I went on a well watching boat in do you
know last cruise and we saw eight orcas.
Speaker 3 (40:58):
You're sitting at the table, you see at least three
right and three Yeah, depending on I want to see
my ball hole.
Speaker 9 (41:06):
Depending on where you're visiting from, if you're from an
urban setting or whatever, I just couldn't wait to get
somewhere where I could breathe deep and just get my
lungs refreshed and healthy.
Speaker 3 (41:15):
Again, especially to Diane.
Speaker 2 (41:17):
You feel that ice burm when you please give it
to me?
Speaker 3 (41:21):
So Sonic, before we before we let you go, and uh,
you know, get your own salmon here. All right, So
you're you have done? Have you done almost all the excursions?
Speaker 2 (41:29):
Yes? And I have actually been around the world.
Speaker 3 (41:32):
Twice with Disney.
Speaker 4 (41:33):
Oh wow.
Speaker 2 (41:34):
Okay, so all of the itineraries we've done and I'm
not being this is probably other things South Africa my
favorite itinerary though.
Speaker 3 (41:42):
Okay, So if you're going on a Disney Alaska cruise,
and this is this is directly from the person who's
done all the excursions, Uh, your top give me your
top three and no particular order, but like Alaska. Yeah, yeah,
Like if you personally away from work, away from everything else,
you get to pick. They say, all right, Sonic Alaska,
you're gonna be not have to work. You get to
pick three of the excursions, which are the three that
(42:03):
you would be the most excited for the White Railroad.
Speaker 2 (42:09):
What we're doing the matacular and they do you know
we have the five Glacier floatplane floatplane that okay, Jaculine
and Chick and you have to do the Great Alaskan
Lumberjacks show.
Speaker 3 (42:22):
I know, I know what lumberjacks are. Is that the
guy that's on the paper towels.
Speaker 5 (42:26):
The browny guys.
Speaker 3 (42:27):
There's a few of them their shirts off or they
do you want to come home with us? Because Greg
wants to know, and Gina's very interested and Sammy has
mild what.
Speaker 2 (42:37):
I have the calendar in my office.
Speaker 3 (42:40):
All right, well, I heye, Sonny, thank you so much
for taking the time with us and hanging out with us.
Thank you for having me and if you want some
more information Disney Cruise Line. Again, the most important decision
you make is where do you want to go, and
then how many nights you want to do that? And
then once you figure that out, then you can figure
out exactly what you want to do when you go
to these different parts. There's so many different opportunities. Sony,
thank you very much for coming by it.
Speaker 2 (43:01):
I'll see you around exactly.
Speaker 3 (43:03):
You will see us for sure. It is the Woody
Show run the Disney Wonder. It is u Wednesday, and
we have another keyword that win your very own Disney cruise.
Speaker 4 (43:11):
Ye.
Speaker 3 (43:12):
The keyword is flowt F L O A T. Just
go to the woodieshow Dot comm any time between now
at midnight and to that keyword and you can win
your very own Disney cruise from the Woody Show. Hello nice,
Back to the Woody Show. All right, we're back, Hey
da Woody Show. It's Wednesday morning, day twenty eighth, twenty
(43:32):
twenty five, end of another month. Oh wow, up, and
she reminds me too, we have to we have to
figure out who the Wooden Show employee of the month is.
Oh geez, don't let me forget about that. I got
to work on my acceptance speech. Anyway, you could hit
us up on the text over to two to ninety seven.
We are on board the Disney Wonder. We're going through
(43:53):
Alaska now tomorrow. We're doing like a train excursion thing
and very excited. Today is the Glacier Day. As we mentioned,
you have a chance to win your very own own
Disney cruise to Alaska seven nights. The keyworday is float
F L o a t So anytime between now and midnight,
just go to the woodieshow dot com and do the
keyword float for your chance to win. And besides, I
guess awarding the employee of the Month. When we get
(44:14):
back on Tuesday, We're also gonna have to award the
grand prize winner of the crew. It's a huge day, man.
We've been all over the place. Started the last weekend.
We went to Dallas for their big rock concert called
bfd our Dallas affiliate ninety seven to one. The Eagle
did a great job putting on the show. It was
a lot of fun hanging out with everybody and seeing
(44:35):
everybody there. And then Menace was walking around the streets
of Dallas.
Speaker 7 (44:40):
Yeah, and the people I thought, you know what, this
would be a good place to play my original game
Will They Know.
Speaker 3 (44:47):
They Know It? Disney Edition Disney Edition of Will They
Know It? Yeah, So menas just talking to random people
on the streets of Dallas, and so the game is
gonna work out.
Speaker 4 (44:57):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (44:57):
So the game is I'm going to ask a random
person and on the street Disney trivia question and everybody here,
you're gonna guess will they Know it? Will they Know It? Yes, okay,
And the good question is will Greg know it? Yeah? Yeah, Greg,
probably not, will Sam Sammy? Would? Sammy and Gin are
(45:19):
bigger Disney things. Yeah? Yeah, like Greg, you know, he'll
go on a cruise, he'll show up to the takeover
all enjoy But I don't. But I don't think that
Greg owns any ears at least by the end of
the cruise will end, so he'll own some mirrors for something.
All right, who's his first person? First person is Grayson.
Let's meet Grayson right here is great name where you're from?
My name is Grayson. I'm from Dallas, Texas. Do you
(45:41):
think you're good at Disney trivia? I'd like to think
I'm decent, all right, very confident player, decent. I like
to pick that up about c Yeah, all right, Grayson,
here we go. First question, how many dwarfs does snow
White have? Okay, how many dwarfs the snow White? I mean,
I think everybody typically will say it as part of the.
Speaker 5 (46:03):
Name, right, yeah, answer outside of.
Speaker 3 (46:07):
Yes, yeah, he was just out on the street.
Speaker 5 (46:09):
You didn't meet him outside like an emergency room where.
Speaker 3 (46:13):
Answer normally seven seven? All right, so there go, even Greg.
Speaker 1 (46:17):
Sleepy, happy, dopey, grumpy, sneezy, some doc and bashful.
Speaker 3 (46:25):
Wow. Wow, that's seven, assuming the names are right.
Speaker 5 (46:28):
Yeah you did it, Greg?
Speaker 3 (46:31):
Wow right, Greg, that's pretty trouble. Was really the question
is will he know?
Speaker 6 (46:39):
What?
Speaker 3 (46:39):
Do you think? Yes? I think yes, I think he'll know,
all right? Question number one? Will they know? A Disney edition?
How many Dwarfs does snow White have? Twelve? If I'm
not mistaken? Twelve? All right? Can you name all twelve?
Speaker 13 (46:53):
I most certainly cannot. I am, I know, sleepy, potentially
maybe a drowsy, angry.
Speaker 3 (47:03):
Conflicted, constipated, Yeah, twelve, twelve twelve? And how old is
this guy? Let's yeah, he looked like he was in
his mid thirties. Mid thirties. Yeah, all right. Question number two?
Will they will they know a Disney edition from the
Streets of Dallas? This is Grayson in The Little Mermaid?
What is the name of Ariel's father?
Speaker 6 (47:23):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (47:24):
No, no, I mean if you didn't know seven dwars?
Speaker 3 (47:27):
All right, Greg, I'm gonna guess Poseidon there there there's
a there's a restaurant on board here, the Disney wondered
after this, Yeah song is a triton? Yeah? Y on
the second, Yeah, Trent, Well, I mean I gave you
a pretty good clue. You did. You're a Disney adult certified.
(47:51):
The other restaurants are Tiana's, the one more sitting right now,
Animator's Palette, Yeah, show yeah, yeah, not a great dad name. Alright,
so well he knows absolutely though, No, no, no, Sammy, no,
everybody's saying no, all right. Question number two in The
Little Mermaid, what is the name of Ariel's father?
Speaker 13 (48:10):
I want to say something about maybe like Zeus or
a Poseidon or I don't think that's correct, but to
my knowledge, that's all I can.
Speaker 3 (48:18):
Remember for right now. Have you ever been on a cruise?
I have, yes. What's your favorite part of a cruise?
The activities on the cruise?
Speaker 13 (48:25):
And I would say probably the locations that the cruises
stop at. There's a lot of food, a lot of
different types of food, but it's really nice, overwhelming horses
are too big or something too rich?
Speaker 5 (48:38):
Was this a real person?
Speaker 3 (48:39):
I like the activities, he's like mister he's Captain Vage.
Speaker 9 (48:46):
Like that.
Speaker 3 (48:48):
I know a lot about Disney. Yeah, this is will
they know it? Medic on the streets of Dallas, talking
to random people, asking him some Disney questions. We're trying
to figure out will they know it? Yes or no?
I think this is another easy question, all right? Question
number three with Grayson? How many years was the genie
stuck in Aladdin's lamp? I don't even know this one.
I don't really No, I don't know this one? Head
(49:11):
in the song? Does?
Speaker 5 (49:12):
Let me think?
Speaker 3 (49:14):
Go ahead and sing it, Gina, how's a song?
Speaker 12 (49:16):
Go?
Speaker 3 (49:17):
Don't do it in your head?
Speaker 5 (49:18):
Well, I'm trying to think of what it's not in
friendly Give me what song.
Speaker 11 (49:23):
Is it from?
Speaker 2 (49:23):
Do you know?
Speaker 3 (49:24):
I don't know. I just know that a ten a song?
Can I guess?
Speaker 5 (49:27):
A thousand years sounds ten thousand years?
Speaker 3 (49:31):
What do you think, Sammy? How many years?
Speaker 8 (49:33):
I don't think it's I think it's like a thousand years.
That's what I would guess, But I cannot think of
the amount of time.
Speaker 3 (49:39):
Okay, final questions, I mean, final answers are a thousand?
Speaker 11 (49:42):
Sure?
Speaker 3 (49:43):
Yeah, what's the answer we're looking for? Well, let's see
if he knows the first right?
Speaker 4 (49:47):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (49:47):
No, no, we can we can get the answer. Okayson
is not going to hear the answer is ten thousand? Okay,
you did?
Speaker 5 (49:56):
Yeah, but I don't know what science And I know that.
Speaker 3 (49:58):
Song one thousand miles. But yeah, and then also like,
what's the one that they play now weddings all the time,
some thing this DNA and.
Speaker 4 (50:08):
And I have loved You for a thousand and I.
Speaker 7 (50:23):
No, no, that's uh Christina Perry. It's from uh, it's
from the Christine Empire. Yeah, a thous Yeah it's called
it's called a thousand years.
Speaker 3 (50:34):
This is the you're thinking about miles? Yeah, I guess
the big wedding song now right, Yeah, I don't even
understand it. But well this this is a total Greg song. No, yeah, yeah,
for sure. Everybody everybody's heard that. I've seen it. Like
they're using a lot of montages and stuff like on
on social media videos. I'm not Yes, yeah, this this
(50:54):
is the part you know it is a sweet song? Yeah,
not that, no, homo, right, Greg at me? Do you
think about your dog? What you love?
Speaker 7 (51:09):
She ended up merry one of our co workers in
your Christina parent Yeah was this their wedding songs?
Speaker 3 (51:16):
Did she say while she walked out, how let me
get to the let we get to the.
Speaker 4 (51:24):
I'll end this whole part of the.
Speaker 3 (51:40):
Alright, that's that's right. This is ten thou ten thousand, yeah,
all right, ten thousand, So will Grayson no answer to
that question, twenty years was the genie stuck in Aladdin's lamp?
I'm gonna say no, no, no, everybody, all right, no,
all right, Will Grayson knowing how many years was the
genie stuck in Aladdin's lamp?
Speaker 13 (52:01):
Unfortunately don't remember, but I'm going to say five thousand,
five thousand years.
Speaker 3 (52:06):
If you had three wishes, what wishes would you make?
Wish for more wishes?
Speaker 13 (52:09):
I don't know if that's against the rules, but that's
definitely one of them, the ability to enhance people's lives
for the better in a positive way. Be a little selfish,
but I'd say maybe easy. Two hundred million dollars, easy, easy, Yeah,
I would.
Speaker 5 (52:25):
Wish for more locations and activities.
Speaker 3 (52:27):
Continues to be vague. You can't wish for more wishes.
Speaker 5 (52:31):
I know that the biggest rule.
Speaker 3 (52:33):
And also why is he.
Speaker 8 (52:35):
Limiting himself at two hundred million dollars. It seems like
you should ask for a lot more.
Speaker 9 (52:39):
And if you are somebody who wishes for more wishes,
I say, all your wishes are taken away.
Speaker 3 (52:43):
Yeah, I would like to wish for a very good things.
Speaker 7 (52:45):
Yeah yeah, Grace, I think hello.
Speaker 3 (52:52):
Hello medicin you got a phone call? Very what are
you bluetooth into the into the system? Somehow did you
do that? It's Grace and College to defend it. Anyway,

but no. So this is a Menace on the streets
(54:14):
of Dallas last weekend, talking to different people asking some
Disney questions, knowing that we're gonna be on this Disney
cruise this week. Huh and yeah, well we'll see how
well this next person doesn't. Who is this? Well I almost.
Speaker 11 (54:28):
Ye.
Speaker 3 (54:28):
Who was Menace? Well, I've met this ball of fire.
His name is Sergia. Here, Sergia. What's your name? Where
you from? Sergio? From Houston? If I visit Houston? What
should I do in Houston?
Speaker 6 (54:42):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (54:43):
Definitely I would, man, I would say, go to the
flea market. Man, it's a good time. Oh good time. Yeah,
I'm gonna travel to Houston to a dumb ass Tyler
d a T. You used to work or live in Houston? Yeah?
Two years? All right? So all right, but you're not
from Houston. No, okay, yeah, so as a person, you
(55:05):
know you're not gonna get me kind of home or
answer for not being a what do you do to me?
I kind of see Houston's kind of ghetto. Uh, it's
actually pretty nice. Lots of barbecue, lots of sporting events.
Those are pretty much all the things I did, sort
and barbecue. Want to killer flea Market? Never went to
the Killer Flea Market. Yeah, Like what's what's the nice
(55:25):
area of town?
Speaker 6 (55:26):
Uh?
Speaker 10 (55:26):
Definitely like Royal Oaks. I think at Royal that's where
all the boot that's where all the athletes live. That's
okay area and then uh and then what area do
you stay out of?
Speaker 3 (55:35):
Fourth ward? Not third ward? Fourth ward, third and fourth ward,
stay out of there. One other thing to do the
Houston Rodeo every March lovely.
Speaker 8 (55:45):
Yeah, I've heard great things about the rodeo.
Speaker 3 (55:48):
I want to go. Okay, they have a bucket list.
That's on my f at list. I have no to
ever go to a rodeo.
Speaker 8 (55:55):
So many performances, so many people that it's like it
lasts forever too.
Speaker 3 (55:59):
It's so long, all right, So that's that is Sergio
and we're gonna find out. I'm guessing this guy is
not really a Disney fanatic, just based on.
Speaker 7 (56:07):
Just random people on the street. Like you know, people
have grown up with Disney the whole life would be
aware of a lot of this stuff.
Speaker 3 (56:13):
All right, here we go. Question number one, what color
are Mickey Mouse's shoes? Greg Gory, I'm guessing red? Red?
All right? No? White, Sammy, do you.
Speaker 5 (56:27):
Want me to tell you the answer?
Speaker 4 (56:28):
Yellow?
Speaker 3 (56:28):
Yeah? Yeah, everybody knows that that image a thousand times
whole life. Yeah, but I mean, how often are you
paying attention to man's shoes?
Speaker 5 (56:39):
Greg's eyes darted around.
Speaker 3 (56:40):
The well, everything in the animal right now is all
in black and white. Doesn't really help. I wouldn't have
gotten yell. So we'll Sergio no, yes or no? Gina
gred noym no. Yeah, I'm gonna go know on this guy.
Speaker 4 (56:55):
No.
Speaker 3 (56:56):
Question number one, what color or Mickey Mouse's shoes? What's
your favorite type of shoes? Ben's qui Yeah, yeah, bro, Yeah,
it's like take it easy, you know, alright? Alright? Number two,
will he know it? What is the name of Donald
(57:18):
Duck's girlfriend? Donald Duck's girlfriend?
Speaker 9 (57:22):
Yeah, I mean everybody knows that, right, Greg, I'm pretty
sure Daisy, Greg.
Speaker 5 (57:29):
Total Disney fire.
Speaker 3 (57:30):
Yeah yeah, all right. Will he know it? Everybody knows that, everybody.
Speaker 5 (57:36):
I don't think he's gonna know it. Everybody knows that.
Speaker 3 (57:42):
I would like to think that one famous. It's not
like it's just his girlfriend. I'm still saying. I'm still
saying no, Yes, I'm gonna yeah, I'm gonna say no, Sammy, no, no,
all right. Question number two? Will he know it? The
name of Donald Duck's girlfriend, h Linda Donald? Linda? Is
(58:04):
the name of your girlfriend Delilah? A flower? You don't say? Yeah?
Speaker 6 (58:09):
All right?
Speaker 3 (58:14):
I love Linda Donald and Linda. Yeah, I didn't get
that one. We have one more question. This is for
Sergio Medicine's original trademark copy marking. Will they know it?
Will they know what? Disney edition? What is the name
of the fairy? And Peter Pan? Okay, all right, oh
my god? Yeah, got the fairy in Peter Pan like
(58:37):
a boat?
Speaker 5 (58:38):
It was like the fairy? Yeah, okay, come on, I.
Speaker 3 (58:41):
Mean the fairy was kind of Peter Pan.
Speaker 5 (58:43):
Right, that's a good point.
Speaker 3 (58:45):
Okay, It's all floating around.
Speaker 5 (58:48):
All the girls wanted him all the mermaids. Are you
kidding out?
Speaker 2 (58:51):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (58:52):
Wanted?
Speaker 1 (58:55):
Okay, So can I answer it? You're looking for tinker Bell? Right, yeah, okay,
So I'm gonna say, yes, you know that, we will.
Speaker 5 (59:01):
Even accept tink wouldn't We would accept Tinka.
Speaker 3 (59:04):
But I don't think he's gonna say Tink. I don't
think he's gonna get tinker.
Speaker 5 (59:07):
Bell, says Linda.
Speaker 3 (59:08):
Yes, I'm saying he will know it, is gonna know it, Sammy, he.
Speaker 4 (59:12):
Didn't know Daisy.
Speaker 2 (59:13):
He's not gonna do this.
Speaker 3 (59:15):
All right, we go question number three?
Speaker 4 (59:17):
Will he know it?
Speaker 3 (59:18):
What is the name of the fairy? And Peter pan
Uh tinker Bill tinker Bell to do something for you?
Will you ask under k cash full of surprise? More
easy to please? And that guy has for two hundred
(59:40):
million dollars activities. There's MENACE's original game. Will they know it?
Speaker 6 (59:47):

Alaska seven night Disney Alaska Cruise. You have a chance

(01:00:33):
today you want to take to our website, which is
the woodieshow dot com is float f l O A T.
So anytime between now and midnight, just go to the
woodieshow dot com enter that keyword for your chance to win.
My name is Woody. That is Greg Gory Menace is here,
give it us update on all things social media. He's
posting a lot of video, a lot of cool stuff
(01:00:53):
that you can see all the different things that we're
experiencing here on board the Disney Wonder this week. Gina
grad is here. We've We've got Sammy and the phones
they're not open because we can't access the phones from here,
but we can see your text messages that you're sending
over to to to nine eight seven. That's your text
over to to to nine eighty seven, and we have
a guest from Disney joining us because we can tell
(01:01:14):
you all we want, but we are just uh, we
are just passengers. We are just uh, we're the freights.
You know what I'm saying. We want somebody we go
to go to the go to the mouse's mouth, so
to speak. Obviouslys we have we have Pablo, Hi, Pablo,
how you doing? Are you guys? Where are you from?
I'm from Puerto Rico, so I want put A Rico.
(01:01:35):
I noticed the German accent. That's kind of weird that
you have the first summer here that actually yeah, so
you basically what is what is your official position? I
know we're going to talk about like how easy it
is to uh make a planning the vacation and how
low maintenance it can really be going through through Disney,
But what's your official job title? What do you do? So?
I'm a spokesperson for their world, Disney World company. So okay,
(01:01:58):
so you talk about all kinds of things the stream job.
Speaker 15 (01:02:00):
Yeah yeah, yeah, so I am put on one festival,
you know, okay, familiar?
Speaker 3 (01:02:05):
Oh yeah, I love that.
Speaker 15 (01:02:07):
I was on the Disney Treasure last year, on the
on the media cruise.
Speaker 3 (01:02:12):
Yeah, so just promoting you know, all of our So
sometimes you're on land, sometimes you're at sea, yes, yeah, yeah.
And how often are you gone on things like this?
That's a pretty cool job, it is.
Speaker 15 (01:02:21):
It is so hours, like once every four months, I
want to say, more or less like on on ships.
Speaker 1 (01:02:27):
Wow, that's cool. How many cruises total do you think
you've done? Oh my god, that's a great question.
Speaker 3 (01:02:33):
And probably in the last couple of years, in the
last two years, maybe about twenty, I want to say.
Even the guys, even the guys who are helping out
with the broadcast, like the technical guys, like their whole
job is they just travel around and help set up
radio broadcast for events.
Speaker 5 (01:02:48):
That's amazing.
Speaker 3 (01:02:48):
So they do all this work with Disney, so which
is why they're here. You get to travel around do
all this stuff, and that I think is way better
than actually even working on the cruise ship because people go, oh,
you're on the cruise ship at all times. But yeah,
you're on the cruise ship for months at a time,
whereas you get to go to like some of the
other things you get to go see, like you said,
you're working with you know, food and wine, festival at Epcot,
and you're doing this Disney Cruise thing.
Speaker 15 (01:03:09):
Yeah, and we just did a summer We just did
a summer promo also a couple of months ago.
Speaker 3 (01:03:13):
Yeah yeah, well the world. Wow. So Pablo, tell everybody,
and I know I know the answer to this, but
you're telling everybody in your own words how easy it
is when you're scheduling a Disney vacation and why it
is so easy when they do it. Yeah.
Speaker 15 (01:03:28):
Absolutely, So I'm here just to remind everybody how easy
it is to travel with Disney Cruise Line, as they
make vacation easy.
Speaker 3 (01:03:35):
Right.
Speaker 15 (01:03:35):
So the one hard decision you have to make now
this is decide where you want to go?
Speaker 3 (01:03:39):
Yeah, how many days? I know, for how many days exactly.
So people are aware that Disney.
Speaker 15 (01:03:45):
Goes to the Caribbean, but they're not aware that we'll
also go other than the Caribbean and the Bahamas. We
also go to the Mexican Riviera, right, and we go
to Alaska. In December of this year, we're going to
start settling out of Singapore, oh dream Yeah. Yeah, so
it's it'll be a new ship that this Adventures seven
out of Singapore. So that's the one hard decision, but
(01:04:05):
once you know where you want to go, everything else
will be taking care of you. As a Disney cruise
length designs are experience with families in mind. As you
probably know, there's activities a gear for adults, there's activities
gear for kids, and there's activities gear for the whole
fun rely. So regardless if you're troubled by yourself or
if you're troubling with kids, there is always something for
(01:04:25):
you to do here.
Speaker 3 (01:04:26):
I feel like we have all the experiences covered because
I brought my kids on a number. In fact, the
first one we ever did was on this ship. We
did a five night Disney Wonder cruise out of San
Diego and it went to like Cabo and the Sonata,
and so it was just to see if the kids
were gonna like cruising. And you see, my wife, my
wife had never been on a cruise before either, and
we had a great time. And now, as everybody knows,
(01:04:46):
we are cruise people, and we are cruising people's life
for a lot of the other reasons that we'll get into.
But now Gina is here with her steps on. My
wife and I came with no kids this time, so
we're experiencing a cruise for the first time ever with
no kids and is wonderful. On the Disney christ people go, oh, well,
the kids are everywhere. There are kids on board. Of
course it's a Disney cruise. But we're spending a lot
(01:05:08):
of time in the adults only areas and the lounges.
And then they have like Pola, which is a restaurant
which you know kids aren't you know, permitted in there. Uh,
there's the adults only pools. Do you do the spot
so like you get as much or as little Disney
and Quote families as you want.
Speaker 15 (01:05:24):
And that's how you're playing your own vacation right now.
You decide whatever you want to do, however you want
to do it. Most everything here is included in the
fair already. Right, you have all these dining options for breakfast,
for launch or dinner, and also a pretty cool d
They shows the Broadway Style shows. How we have their schedule.
I gainst you dining time, so you don't mean say anything.
Speaker 3 (01:05:43):
But even like we were mentioning earlier, the new Lelo
and Stitches on board and then you can watch I'm
throwing their bolts. Also the new Marle Thunder bawl.
Speaker 5 (01:05:50):
Yeah, like the first run stuff.
Speaker 3 (01:05:52):
Yeah, and probably the other thing we're talking about, like
ease of cruise vacation, I think is the easiest one
because all you got to do is get to the boat.
You get to the boat, everything that's your hotel, that's
your activities, and that's where you're going for dinner. You're
not ubering to a dinner. I mean when you get
into the ports, of course, like you can go and
you get explored and do all the excursions and things
like that. But I like the I like how everything
(01:06:15):
is in one place. Yeah, and the stateroom and then
when you come back to bed, he's made for you. Yeah.
But did you guys get to turn down some turtle towel? Yeah?
Yeah yeah.
Speaker 7 (01:06:27):
What I also like about the cruise is, though, is
you go to certain parts of the world that you'll
never go in your life exactly, but and stay there.
You want to fly there and stay there for a week,
but it will take you to somewhere you're like, Okay,
this is actually kind of cool to check out for
the day.
Speaker 3 (01:06:42):
So let me ask you this question. As a guy
who gets to do this for a living, you've been
on a lot of the ships, I want to go
in the Disney Wish. That's the one I have not
been on yet. I've not been on the Disney Wish yet.
Pick your give me the ship, how many days? And
then what itinerary? My favorite one? Yeah, for you personally,
you can to pick anything. So this is I like,
I always go like like to go right to the
(01:07:02):
source and find out for people who have done them all.
You can choose anyone. Forget the price just for a second,
you know, you just pick you know, ship, destination and
how many days.
Speaker 15 (01:07:13):
So they all have different things that make them wonderful.
So for me, the best one to not the best one,
but the newer one is a treasure, so does the
one that you sell.
Speaker 3 (01:07:22):
It has some This treasure is the one ship that
this has that Actually it's designed based on attractions of
the theme parks, which is great cool. So it has
the Hunted Mansion parallel for example, right, which is pretty cool.
Speaker 15 (01:07:36):
And the ambienc is so amazing. So that's the one
I like. And then the bars you help Keepers Society
which is based on the Jungle Cruise also, and then
and then you have Periscope Pup which is based I
don't even remember a really old attraction twenty leagues under
the sea.
Speaker 3 (01:07:53):
Also, is it the Wish that has the Star Wars
themed that's is the Wish? Correct? Yeah, he has a
Star Wars that's a school. You gonna go online and
see that man. Yeah, yeah, that one sells out of
a port kind of so okay, you go. You would
pick the Wish. How many nights I'm sorry treasures? Yeah,
and how many nights? Seven nights? Seven nights? And then
what what's the itinerary? You would go as? So I'm like,
(01:08:15):
I'm liking Alaska right now a lot. You know, this
is my first time in Alaska right now here? Okay,
so I will actually have to choose Alaska too, Yeah
all right, yeah, well check it out. You can make
your reservations online, of course, just look into it again.
Your biggest decision that you have to make is where
do you want to want to go? Where you want
to go there, We'll take care of everything, yeah, take
care of everything for you. And then from there it's
(01:08:36):
it's typical Disney, you know, like attention to detail and
hospitality and yeah, yeah, making sure everything the future is bright,
you know's there's more more sheeps coming to our fleet also,
so if anybody wants any more information, you can always
visit Disney Cruise dot com for more from Disney Cruise Line.

coming up next on the Woody Show.
Speaker 11 (01:09:04):
I don't know, I can't predict the future, but maybe
it'll be something like, yeah, this is the wood Show,
all right, welcome back everybody.
Speaker 3 (01:09:15):

headquarters we make that grand prize announcement. But you can

o A T anytime between now and midnight tonight. You
just want to go to the woodieshow dot com enter
the keyword float for your chance to win it. Of course,
follow on and everything's happening here on the cruise on
our social media at the Woody Show. All right, So
(01:09:59):
there are people who are coupon people, and there are
people who just I save stuff. I see something that
I think, I, ah, I might be able to use that.
I'm also really bad with gift cards, so yeah, like
I even stuff like I have a gift card for
I'll always forget the gift card when I'm at that play, like,
damn it, I have that, but it's at home. Yeah, coupon,
forget it. So I've stopped even saving those. Yeah, but
(01:10:21):
the one place I would never bring it out is
on a date. Like if you're yeah, pull out a coupon.
Speaker 4 (01:10:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:10:26):
So let's say you're on a first date. The date
insists on paying cool, but then they pull out a coupon. Ladies,
what do you think? Are you judging them? Will you
be turned off by a coupon on a first date,
or are you thinking that you know, hey, that's financially responsible.
It's kind of cuit, Like that's the whole meal, like
keep your dollars off an app or something you know.
Speaker 9 (01:10:44):
I mean, look, I'm not hoity toity in any way,
but you don't pull that on on the first date.
Speaker 5 (01:10:48):
I'll even say the second date. If you guys really
clicked on the first.
Speaker 9 (01:10:51):
Date and you're like, oh my god, we should totally
go to such and such place, I have a coupon,
I'd be like, oh sweet, But that first date, when
you're trying to say like.
Speaker 3 (01:10:57):
You're worth it, no coupon, coupon, no coupon.
Speaker 8 (01:11:01):
See, I think it's I think it's okay. I'll make
a note of it that they do that. Don't know
it is though, because honestly, like, why wouldn't you use it?
Speaker 5 (01:11:11):
You have a coupon, you can use it.
Speaker 3 (01:11:14):
You can first date, maybe the next time you come
back and you're by yourself or you're with your friends.
But I don't know, like bringing a coupon on a date,
I think a guy you using a coupon lame. But
a girl using a coupon.
Speaker 7 (01:11:26):
If we're out on a first date and she brings
up like, oh, I actually have a coupon for this place,
I think that's kind of cool.
Speaker 3 (01:11:31):
Okay, that'd be cool. Yeah, I think that's awesome. Be okay,
with that you. Oh, I saw this, I thought like
we could use it. You're coming here. Do you know
who would totally be a coupon guy? Is our buddy
Heavy Tea Hyler? First day?
Speaker 10 (01:11:45):
Yeah, and I'm trying to save money for everything. You
know how you get to keep your money by saving it?
There you go not spend it?
Speaker 3 (01:11:52):
Is that your pickup line?
Speaker 4 (01:11:54):
Uh?
Speaker 3 (01:11:54):
No, So I will admit for the first date, I'm
paying full price. You know, he's a cubody. How generous
of the ladies to allow a man to pay for
dinner with a coupon.
Speaker 9 (01:12:05):
So we go to a place, or we can say,
like let's do a picnic, I'll make sandwiches. But you
don't like whip out and throw the coupon on the
table the first day.
Speaker 3 (01:12:15):
Greg, So you're on a first date they break out
a coupon, I would think, Gregg, that's like his love language. Yeah,
very much.
Speaker 1 (01:12:20):
I'm with Tyler on that you get you keep more
of the money that you earned by not spending more
of the money that you're in and if you can
save let's say it's five bucks. First of all, I've
never heard of a restaurant coupon before, but you.
Speaker 3 (01:12:32):
Can, of course, yeah, okay, maybe not the place that
Greg's gone, thank you. Yeah, if you are definitely have
coupon on.
Speaker 1 (01:12:42):
The first date and the dude is paying, first of all,
be grateful that somebody else's past. Yeah, and if he
wants to save five bucks off of order of you know,
case adia appetizer.
Speaker 5 (01:12:54):
But do you make a show of it or do
you just slide it into the bill.
Speaker 3 (01:12:57):
You want to? You don't make a show? Yeah, yeah,
Well the normal I would say something normal by the
number is fifty six percent it's totally fine to use
a coupon on the first day. But thirty seven percent
say they'd be impressed if a date used a like
rewards point system, so like you know, you know, redeemed
cash back kind of stuff that says romance. Yeah, there
(01:13:17):
is a line. Seventy percent say frugal is not the
same as cheap. Cheap is skipping a tip or right,
making it awkward for other people complaining about the price.
Is frugal a little sexier? Sixty one percent say, you know,
being frugal that's an attractive trade. Greg has been a
preaching this for years. Twenty eight percent straight up set
it's sexy. Meanwhile, fifty six percent say they have been
(01:13:38):
turned off by somebody trying to show off with money. Yeah,
so the line in between like smart with money and
just playing cheap or waste? Yeah, wasteof Like what's what's
the most awkward way somebody has tried to save money
in front of you, Like taking food and putting it
in their purse, like from a buffet. Oh, that is
such a right I love to do well. Yeah, or
(01:14:02):
making a complaint simply so they will have it, like
taking off the bill.
Speaker 9 (01:14:05):
I can't tell you how many years in a row
I was ten and under when my dad would take
us anywhere to eat.
Speaker 5 (01:14:11):
Oh, because you know the kids eat for half price.
I mean I was full on, like had a driver's license. Oh,
my nine year old over here.
Speaker 8 (01:14:18):
That was everywhere at the movies, when we went skiing,
and my dad would go stand further away so you
look smaller, go over there.
Speaker 5 (01:14:26):
It's such a jad.
Speaker 7 (01:14:27):
Well, my friend just said to eat for you know,
when he twisted his foot before the DC Music Festival.
He was driving from nine and a half hours away
because he's like, oh, we'll save money on ubers when
we're in Las Vegas.
Speaker 3 (01:14:41):
Driving around. Yeah, I go, dude, take a thirty dollars
flight up and get here.
Speaker 7 (01:14:46):
Yeah, and then guess what he'd ruined his whole weekend
right by trying to be frugal.
Speaker 3 (01:14:51):
Well, I mean again, God, I feel like I'm piling
on Greg today. I'm Greg. I'm not trying. I'm not
trying to what would you categorize? Guys that one time
where Greg was all set to go on that vacation
and he chose not to go because his free airline
tickets weren't gonna work. So he, uh, he was going
to Mexico. He and Mario were going to Mexico. Details
(01:15:13):
to be I remember more of them, but you know, so, uh,
he has a flight attendant friend who was giving him
basically buddy passes for them for the flights. They was
going to cover the flights to get him to Mexico,
to the all inclusive resorts that they were going to.
So sounds familiar, So he paid. He paid for the resort,
like set the whole resort thing up that which was
(01:15:33):
not going to be free. That's not the free part,
but the getting there. We're gonna mean the buddy pass
which always have restrictions stand by and and things like that,
So long story longer. The stand by tickets fell through somehow,
like he wasn't gonna be able to use them, and
so he can't. Rather than just buy two round trip
tickets to go to the resort he already paid for,
(01:15:55):
he decided he wasn't going to go at all now
because he couldn't use the free he wasn't about to pay.
He wasn't about to pay for two plane tickets. I'm like,
so now you're not going to go at all? No,
I'm not paying for two plane like he was so mad?
Speaker 4 (01:16:08):
Did just get me there?
Speaker 3 (01:16:10):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:16:10):
But you know me though, I would pay to not
get on a plane, right, Like we had a trip
planned to Europe when COVID hit and I said, oh
we cannot go.
Speaker 3 (01:16:24):
You to go to Italy? Right, and I I'll pay
good money to not go somewhere. So that was it.
Because you were excited about that trip because you don't
like going to the beach, and do you remember more
about it than I do? I did, because I was like,
there was no way I would let two plane tickets
keep me from otherwise a trip that you already have
set up. You have the resort. That's all, like, you're
(01:16:45):
not going to go for I don't know, let's call
it four hundred dollars at remember, we looked it up
and it wasn't that bad.
Speaker 1 (01:16:51):
I bet at the time in my head, I was
probably excited that the flight fell through because.
Speaker 3 (01:16:56):
I probably just didn't want to go for him. Yeah,
you didn't have a need to get on airplanes. Well,
hey I can't go. We all have a flight. Sorry.
Greg would be the perfect parent.
Speaker 5 (01:17:05):
Yeah, you have to go anywhere, do anything.
Speaker 6 (01:17:07):
You know.
Speaker 3 (01:17:07):
I'm saying like, like you know, to come up with
excuses like, well, guests can't do that. Yeah, like these
little things that you started, I guess's not gonna happen.
Speaker 1 (01:17:15):
We were just talking about this with my friends the
other day that if we had kids, I think I
would be the lenient one. I don't think i'd be
that strict. Really, honest to god, I don't think I
knew that strict.
Speaker 5 (01:17:25):
Because think of him with his puppy.
Speaker 3 (01:17:28):
You know, he's like Mario's bad cop. I did not scold, oh, whatever,
you want to be on the couch. But also Greg
was the one who was like driving his parents around
because they were intoxicated at like he was twelve or thirteen,
and I was the designated. Yeah, that's not strict, right,
so that he didn't grow up like with those kind
of restrictions, although you weren't allowed to say in every other.
Speaker 1 (01:17:50):
Regard they were crazy strict. Yeah, unless they're wasted and
I got to drive, I would have trained for that.
Speaker 7 (01:18:00):
I think I would be crazy strict. Hell yeah, when
I go to theme parks with my friends and their
kids and their kids are like too far ahead, I go,
they're too far ahead, they need to come back with us.
Speaker 3 (01:18:11):
Yeah, My my son and I were going on a
back and forth because you know, obviously we're out of town.
He was asking permission to go do something and I
said no, and it was based on historical data right
of a similar situation when we were out of town.
We allowed him to do something. He screwed up, backfired. Yeah,
he he you know, ruined his trust with us, and
(01:18:34):
uh basically made the person who was like staying back
and watching them, you know while we were gone feel
bad because it happened on their watch. I'm like, damn it.
So this time I'm like, nope, you're not doing anything
even even similar to that while we're out of town,
like you're gonna you're gonna have a very basic life
while we're while we're out of town. I kept all
these text messages from that event, like two years ago, right,
(01:18:58):
And so when he was like bro blah blah blah
blahlah blah blah blah and argue with me, I was
able to bring that text message and he goes, is
that because it's weird that you've kept that? I go, no,
I keep all important things. You keep every text ever,
because that way, that way, you can't say that way,
you can't say that whatever it was didn't happen. So like,
while I'm being doing that, while I'm being strict in
(01:19:20):
his in his like, and most of the other time
I will be more the reasonable one. My wife is
the one who is like, Nope, absolutely not, and she
starts fighting, whereas I go, no, and here's why, right.
And so when you can use those things against your kids,
it's brilliant and.
Speaker 5 (01:19:37):
You and you never yell that I love doing that
with the kid. I just say no.
Speaker 3 (01:19:40):
And that's not because I don't. I don't argue with
the child. Never I tell him how it's going to
be and then that's it. And then and then we
move on.
Speaker 5 (01:19:48):
And if he decided to go against that, that's his funeral.
Speaker 3 (01:19:51):
That's his funeral. Then that's for him to make the decision.
And we learned to live with consequences. But when the
negotiation things, you know, I was at Walmart the other
day and I saw a mother negotiating with their kid
that was screaming and going crazy. I go negotiating with
No way, it would never happen.
Speaker 1 (01:20:08):
Right when I was a kid, I would ask my
parents something, Can I spend the night at Mike's house
on Friday night?
Speaker 12 (01:20:13):
No?
Speaker 10 (01:20:13):
Why not?
Speaker 12 (01:20:14):
No?
Speaker 3 (01:20:15):
That's it because you asked a question I gave you.
The answer is no, yep. Yeah, it's a complete it's
a complete sentence. It's gotta it's got to beginning, a middle,
and an end. And that's just how it is. And
you can't you can't give at all. That's the thing
that you want to be strict, you want to be fair,
but at the same time, like when they pushed back
and they start to argue, you gotta stay firm. Oh yeah, yeah.
(01:20:39):
So any newer parents out there, anybody who's already parenting,
you understand exactly what we're talking about here, but we
see a lot of that going on here. We're on
the Disney Wonder. A lot of people negotiating, like why
you can't have a seventeenth ice cream colt they are
they're on deck like right, yeah, when your very own

an animator's palette, which is anybody's been on a Disney cruise,
I think they have. I think animator's pallettes on a
(01:21:44):
number of the exists. Yeah, it's it's been on of
the three ships that I've been on, they've had it
on all three shows.
Speaker 13 (01:21:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:21:50):
I was on the Fantasy and they had it. Yeah,
we've been on the Fantasy this one. Yeah. And then
it's it's really cool just one of the theme one
of the theme restaurants that you get to have your
meals in. And then it's interactive.
Speaker 5 (01:22:01):
Yeah, it's interactive. But I gotta also say it's really classy.
You know, it's like really beautifully done well.
Speaker 3 (01:22:07):
And again Disney doesn't Yeah, attention to details one thing
I really I've always appreciated about them. But looking outside
the ship and you see all this like rugged wilderness
and things like Today's Glacier Day. Yeah, so like we're
kind of cruising through all these this area, like all
these big glaciers and stuff are and so like you
get that. I've never seen it in person. I've never
(01:22:29):
seen everything that.
Speaker 1 (01:22:30):
A couple of days ago, I saw some remote cabins
on an island. I thought, how do you even.
Speaker 3 (01:22:35):
Get to those? I'd like seaplane? I guess seaplane, which
there was those that was pretty cool. I'm doing a
seaplane thing. While we're gone one of these ports. I
forget my my my wife is keeping track of all
of our excursions. But there's one that we get to
do where I'm gonna be, you know, flying in a seaplane,
which I've always wanted to do. But there were a
ton of those taken off from the port in vancouber
(01:22:56):
Da even had a Chevron gas station in the middle
of the harbor.
Speaker 7 (01:23:02):
And I think that was like the highlight of that
of that port because see the gas station on the water.
Speaker 3 (01:23:10):
But yeah, so you can you can gas up your
seaplane right there in the Vancouver port or what boat?
Pretty cool. But I want to see, you know, if
you've been on Soaring at Disney California Adventure or at
the Disney Orlando Parks soaring over the world. They always
had like the polar bear, Like that's what I want
to see. I want to see that from the boat. Today.
(01:23:31):
I'm not sure we're going to see that. But yeah,
well we have d at on here, so got dumbass Tyler.
He's kind of a polar bear. Sure, there's a story
out of Kentucky. These people they got this wake up
called this full grown black bear crashed through their ceiling
and parked itself on the stove crushed through the ceiling. Yeah,
(01:23:52):
the wildlife officials say the bear climbed a ladder, squeezed
in through the attic a fat raccoon, and then hulks
through the total mission impossible style and crashed right onto
the right onto the stove. A game war in sheriff's deputy.
They finally shoot the bear out the front door. Nobody's heard.
Definitely a little bit of damage to the house obviously,
(01:24:14):
but otherwise people are fine.
Speaker 7 (01:24:16):
Yeah, those bears are like giant raccoons. They get into everything.
You remember after the Altadena fire, Uh, there was that
bear that was living under that house that they found
after everything was burnt down.
Speaker 3 (01:24:27):
One of the SoCal fires, they found this bear living
under the the what do they call it, the like
a crawl space. Crawl space.
Speaker 5 (01:24:34):
Yeah, and if you have a pool, that is an
invitation the party.
Speaker 3 (01:24:39):
Yeah. I mean I would like to see some of
this kind of wildlif stuff, but from a distance, I'm
not like one of those people who wants to get
close enough for a selfie.
Speaker 11 (01:24:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:24:46):
Hell, they're gonna see me in a fail story. I
mean not for something like that. You probably see me
in a fail story, just not for something like that
so when you're very own Disney Alaska crew is the

but they always want to go on a cruise to Alaska,
and they're trying to win this Disney Alaska cruise. But
I got Disney. Disney. Here we go again. I'm still
(01:26:35):
ahead of myself. If it wasn't for this, I probably
never would have done this.
Speaker 5 (01:26:39):
You're not in Alaska because I'm.
Speaker 3 (01:26:41):
Not a wilderness going.
Speaker 11 (01:26:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:26:43):
So like if I would have signed up to do
it on my own and had to pay money to
do it on my own, I probably wouldn't have done it.
But so far, like today, and we we've been at sea,
Like Vancouver is nice. Yesterday it was a c day.
We were at sea the entire day. Today is glacier
viewing that, Yeah, that's awesome. Yeah, and so for the
glacier viewing today, we're going to be I can't pronounce
(01:27:03):
it is it looks like stink kind close stink kind
of ice caps stikine.
Speaker 7 (01:27:11):
I think you're right, Greg, because I looked it up
twice and then there's multiple people saying it two different ways.
Oh really, But the way that you said it's sticken
sis the way that they said it the most so
far for.
Speaker 3 (01:27:22):
Our little itineraries that they give us each day here
on on board. The description and like I think, Greg,
like this practice practice extra voiceover skills. Let's try that, okay.
So are we going to go with stikeeney? Okay? On
this day, the ship will slowly navigate through the icy
Fjord to one of the many majestic glaciers and what
(01:27:43):
is called Stikeen ice cap. I did have to look
up how to say fjord? I never saw it like
I was reading it. How do you say that?
Speaker 1 (01:27:53):
Do you eat on the This is perfect for people
like me because it's you get to see stuff by
being lazy. Go on the balcony, it's it and look
at stuff. Chill out where your robe it's RESTful. But
what was what he was saying is I couldn't find
anybody to go to Alaska with me. And you know,
years ago, five six years ago, I was talking about
(01:28:14):
it with our buddy Tyler, who was hanging out with
us on the ship this.
Speaker 3 (01:28:16):
Week, and I was He's like, I'm down to go,
but no one else will want to go. But every
person I've talked to you, I've done it. It was
an incredible trip lifetime. So obviously, I mean anything Disney
I'm all about. I've been on a number of other
Disney cruises. We do a lot with Disney. So if
I'm gonna do this with anybody, it would be Disney.
(01:28:37):
And I'll give you a fair and you know, honest
report at the end of it. I'm sure there's gonna
be some things. I'm like, oh, you know what, you
can probably skip that right and I'll tell you that.
I'll tell you that. I'm sure like the Disney people
are around it, right behind you.
Speaker 9 (01:28:49):
Actually, but if you say, if you say they could
tone down the whimsy, I will smack you.
Speaker 3 (01:28:55):
No, no, no, no, because that is the best part,
because that's the thing when you like going to dine
and you go to one of the parks or you
go on one of the ships. Like it's part of
what I appreciate about that whole thing, because I told you,
like going into Disneyland, you like walk under the railroad
and then you're like your mood change. It even has
that effect on me, and that's because I'm a Disney guy.
Speaker 5 (01:29:15):
Yeah right.
Speaker 3 (01:29:16):
I don't consider myself to being a Disney adult like
some of the some of the people that are on
the boat here, man, these are.
Speaker 8 (01:29:23):
Just so they can give Oh my gosh, the line
was so long. I started waiting in it because I
thought it was to get into dinner.
Speaker 2 (01:29:30):
What do we do it?
Speaker 3 (01:29:30):
And then the guy behind me was like, I don't know.
Speaker 5 (01:29:32):
I don't think we're going to get the hoodie.
Speaker 3 (01:29:33):
And I was like, I think I'm in the wrong line.
I was wondering what the item was. I didn't know
it's a hoodie because they're waiting for the for the
store to open.
Speaker 1 (01:29:41):
Isn't that weird human nature? You see a line, you
kind of get well, I can just seep walking.
Speaker 3 (01:29:48):
Now, so you know, Greg, we were where I forget
where we were? It was it the we were sitting
somewhere like does it look like them babing not on
board at the airport or something. I'm just talking about traveling.
Speaker 1 (01:29:59):
I know exactly what you're saying, like, oh, we were
sitting uh in a restaurant bar the bar.
Speaker 3 (01:30:06):
Okay, yeah, because it doesn't right now. Yeah, I may
always little like kind of travel related notes and people
doing things where they travel. So Britney Spears, did you
see the whole thing about the lighting up a cigarette? Yeah,
she lit a cigarette on a plane, she did. And
did you hear her explanation on it? She said that,
oh I thought this was a smoking plane. Yeah, into
(01:30:32):
her life. Yeah right. Also I'm surprised that she didn't
fly private, right Yeah, And even if you fly private,
I doubt you know you can't. You don't just make
it rules. You still can't smoke in the flight. You're
probably vape, but yeah, but you can't like smoke. So
here's here's the story. And I'm giving my wife crap
about this because you know she loves Britain Spears. So
(01:30:53):
it was a public charter flight. So it's like one
of those you do, like if you booked like Apple vacations,
you know that they'll put you on. It's not American Airlines,
it's not whatever they'll they'll go like a charter operator.
Oh okay, no, it's not even jetsweet. It's a it's
a you're not doing it alone on board other people
who have booked vacations to that anyway. So it's going
(01:31:14):
from Cabo to l A. The flight attendant told her
to put it out, and when the plane landed, the
cops gave her an official warning. Brittany said she thought
that this plane that she could smoke on it because quote,
the drink holders were on the outside of seat. Yeah,
so I'm giving you the quote because quote the drink
holders were on outside of seat.
Speaker 5 (01:31:35):
Well that just makes sense.
Speaker 7 (01:31:36):
Yeah, the layout of the plane, the drink holders are
on the on the left side of you and yeah,
then they're massive.
Speaker 3 (01:31:44):
So what does that have to do with smoking. Yeah.
She also says it was her first time drinking vodka
and she felt quote so clear and smart. Yeah, people
say when they stop being gluten awake. She also apologized
but said it was quote kind of much that the
flight attendant told on Yes, so extra, she really, She
(01:32:07):
said the woman didn't like her from the moment she
got on the phone that said she was out together
her invaded my space. Yeah yeah, and then she even
had to fasten Britney's seatbelt for her.
Speaker 5 (01:32:17):
Okay, so she had a couple too many bodies.
Speaker 3 (01:32:20):
Yeah, any sorry for her kids. Yeah. Now, Greg could
get on a plane and probably not understand how the
seat belt work. True, it doesn't work for me. What
is this? It works? I'm not that bad. It's too tight.
I think I need a larger Can I get a
larger seatbelt?
Speaker 14 (01:32:35):
Please?
Speaker 3 (01:32:36):
They adjust?
Speaker 4 (01:32:38):
Oh?
Speaker 13 (01:32:39):
They do?
Speaker 3 (01:32:40):
O oy.
Speaker 9 (01:32:41):
I'm going to stick up for Greg. That's something he
could figure out because that's analog.
Speaker 3 (01:32:45):
Exactly, nothing to do with digital exactly. Yeah, I met.
What else is happening well around entertainment? I'm so excited
because on this ship it's related to this. Did you
see how much the Leelo and Switch movie made in
his first weekend? It was three hundred and fourteen million dollars?
Speaker 7 (01:32:59):
Oh boy, And we didn't get a chance to see
it because obviously we were traveling.
Speaker 3 (01:33:03):
But but they're gonna show it on the ship. Are
you serious?
Speaker 8 (01:33:07):
Oh my gosh, yeah, pass Stitch looks so cute, like
I did not wait to watch the.
Speaker 3 (01:33:14):
Okay, so yeah, anytime you're on on a Disney cruise.
They do for all their cruises whatever, the most current
Disney film is. They show it in the theater the
first run. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, so excited. They had
it out, you know, popcorn and stuff like beforehand. Yeah,
so you just go in there. I'm I got to.
Speaker 7 (01:33:32):
Shut out whoever was in charge of the marketing for
Leelo and Stitch because they knocked it out of the
park with all the like animatronic uh Stitches that they
put in movie theaters everywhere drive around on little remote
control cars, and it's got people really excited for the movie.
So I'm so excited that they're actually showing it on
the ship so I can see it, and it looks
(01:33:53):
like a French bulldogs.
Speaker 9 (01:33:54):
It looks exactly a French ball And you know, all
the all the movie reviewers, you know when they do
junkets and stuff interviewing him.
Speaker 5 (01:34:01):
It's great.
Speaker 3 (01:34:04):
It's like a man, it is. Yeah.
Speaker 10 (01:34:07):
Oh.
Speaker 3 (01:34:08):
Also, while I was traveling, I was listening to a podcast,
one of my favorite podcasts obviously uh Kreischer, and this
is the one that he actually does with his wife,
and he was talking about how you ready guys, he's
turned around on Megan Markle after watching the Netflix show.
Speaker 7 (01:34:27):
You said you've watched it, Greg, but around where it was.
He thinks that he doesn't know for sure, but he
authentically thinks that is who she is, Like she.
Speaker 3 (01:34:38):
Is really the person that will make we see that
we see on that Netflix show that that she really
does bake dog biscuits for her friends and things like
that and makes little gifts.
Speaker 5 (01:34:48):
I mean, I agree, I just don't like it.
Speaker 2 (01:34:51):
She doesn't make gifts.
Speaker 5 (01:34:52):
She takes pretzels from one back and put another.
Speaker 7 (01:34:56):
But you can say that, look, haters, we got renewed
for another season that she got announced.
Speaker 3 (01:35:02):
Probably because it's kind of a train wreck.
Speaker 14 (01:35:04):
Well, it is like so fascinating, And then I watched
I did watch the whole thing because I was just
fascinating about how dumb it was and how she did
just transfer ready made stuff or you.
Speaker 3 (01:35:14):
Know, do whatever intoe back.
Speaker 1 (01:35:16):
After watching it, I don't think to myself, Oh, she's
she's kind of nice.
Speaker 3 (01:35:20):
I think she's like Britney Spears. I think something's wrong
with her. Delusional, delusional. What about Demie Levado, She's delusional,
an amazing singer.
Speaker 5 (01:35:31):
But like but what Medisin is saying is it's not
an act, it's just.
Speaker 6 (01:35:34):
Who she is.
Speaker 3 (01:35:35):
I break up Deniel Levado because she got married to
a dude. But I thought I thought she was number
one a lesbian, and then I thought she was a
they them she was? Was she abandoned it? Like Jojoe?
Oh that's but how is that possible if that's who
you are? Yeah, I'm very confused. I want to know
what am I advocating? Am I like, am I supposed
to be supportive of this? Or am I supposed to
take her out her word that she was ever? Believe
(01:35:58):
her again?
Speaker 2 (01:35:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (01:35:59):
Well what that's said? I'm still going to She's the
girl who cried day right, She's so good and if
it happens again, we won't take her.
Speaker 4 (01:36:07):
You know what.
Speaker 3 (01:36:08):
The believe again Marco. So you guys hate watch it?
You hate watch it? Okay, but you're gonna watch He's
in two. I'll check it out, I guess. But something
is wrong with her. Let's see a couple of the
entertainment things. I made a note of the Billy Joel
thing is crazy? Yeah, so what's going on with that? Yeah?
So he had to cancel his entire tour because he's
got like some kind of brain condition where it's a
bunch of fluid that builds up in his brain and
(01:36:29):
so it affects his ballance. So he's yeah, he's all.
He fell recently at the show and that's where he
started getting all the tests and stuff done for this.
But he's not supposed to be performing and stuff while
he goes through whatever this treatment is. But the idea
is that, you know, once he gets his treatment done,
he would be able to go back to performing, which
is cool because I love Billy Jaw.
Speaker 5 (01:36:47):
I know, Sammy, you're a big billy and he has
young kids.
Speaker 3 (01:36:51):
Yeah, so yeah, yeah, getting fluid it's like spinal fluid
or whether it builds up in the brains. And then
Kill Robertson from Duck Dynasty died since we've been gone.
But again, the most interesting story about him and all
the Duck Dynasty thing and all the success and everything
that happened there, but he and he was a quarterback
(01:37:12):
at Louisiana Tech back in the day, So in nineteen
sixty six and nineteen sixty seven he was the starting
quarterback and so he was playing, but he wasn't I
guess he wasn't really into it as much like it
wasn't his end all. Football wasn't his end all bi all,
even though he was very good. He's the starting quarterback
for Louisiana Tech right playing college ball anyway, ends up
(01:37:34):
leaving and then the backup quarterback for Louisiana Tack at
that time took over and went on to have a
pretty decent career. That guy's name was Terry Bradshaw.
Speaker 2 (01:37:42):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (01:37:42):
What Terry Bradshaw was the backup quarterback for Duck, which
I've always thought was one of the coolest stories. I
thought that was super cool. Such a mad Yeah. Anyway,
so rip Phil Robertson from Duck Dynasty.
Speaker 1 (01:37:57):
And speaking of old timy names from that, we all
remember Mary lou Rettin got.
Speaker 3 (01:38:01):
A no Way and she almost died like a year ago.
Speaker 1 (01:38:08):
Yeah she I guess she drives a Porsche, uh Porsche, Yeah,
and was just kind of swerving all over the place.
Sure enough, she was arrested for do you.
Speaker 3 (01:38:17):
America is Champion? You want to hit us up? You
can do that on the text over to two to

bits and pieces. Some of you are probably sitting there going, yeah,
Doug been knowing. Yeah, but this is this is Greg's
almost daily life when it comes to uh, like celebrities
(01:38:39):
and stuff kind and mine too, Like I don't pay
attention to celebrity stuff hard except for this job. It's
the only celebrities entertainment news. But like news I'm typically
plugged into. But even right now, like dude, I don't know,
I don't. I feel like I'm in such a haze.
Speaker 5 (01:38:55):
Or it's kind of been nice.
Speaker 4 (01:38:56):
It's kind of nice.
Speaker 1 (01:38:57):
I told you there's times I've gone on vacation and
I take my phone and I put it in the
hotel safe.
