The body of a six then finalconstruction worker who went missing following the

collapse of the key Bridge has beenrecovered. The victim is identified as Jose
Lopez of Baltimore. Keybridge Unified Commands. Salvage divers located his body yesterday before
authorities responded to pull the remains fromthe Potapsco River. Lopez and five other
members of a pothole patching crew werekilled in the early morning hours of March
twenty sixth when the ship Dolli collidedwith the bridge. Speaking of that ship,

explosive charges will be used to freethe Dolli from the wreckage of the
bridge. The crew on the containership will shelter in place during the operation
that will separate part of the bridgetrust that's lying across the bow of the
vessel. Governor Wes Moore says it'snecessary to step in a necessary step in
the effort to refloat and remove theDolly from the channel and then reopen the
port of Baltimore. I think it'swild. The crew is still just like

hanging on the ship right now.It is strange. You couldn't get in
a hotel room or something. Idon't know, Like I just feel like
these guys are just like sitting therepod. It must be like a really
weird feeling, you know, Andit's gonna be some sort of like international

here. If they're from another country, I don't know the status of them.
But I just think it's weird.They're just like you guys, just

the same. That's right. Nofertility treatments this week? Yep. I
feel like that's going to be extremelyrare. One in fifteen million chants of

having that. I would immediately havemy children tattooed. Yeah, so I
could, like, Okay, soBill has the star they're all girls right
across the forehead. I saw thisabout moms. Maryland, New Jersey,
and Tennessee are the three states wherepeople are close to their mom's. Oh,
that's kind of interesting. Did youguys read the weird story about Marlon

Williams. Oh I saw the headlineof this. Okay, so he's fifty
one. He was being interviewed bythe New York Times and he never got
married. He said that he wasalways worried his potential wife would make his
mother feel slighted. It's kind ofweird excuse. Yeah, so his mother's

His mom died in twenty twenty.She was eighty one, and he said
it just broke me her death.It shattered me into a million pieces because
that was my girl. He said. I told my mother on her deathbed,
I never got married because I alwayswanted you to be my number one
girl. Those were my last words. I said, take that to heaven

Whow that is something else. Sheiatehis closeness to his mom. I think
that's great that he has that,but like and also a choice not to
get married. That's okay, toofine, too all that the reasoning just
say, like, I don't seemsyou to feel seck. I mean,
your mom can still be an importantpiece of spuzzle. My husband was always

really close to his mom. Ifound it really endearing. But she wasn't
like an interfering type like she waslike I really loved her as much I
think as he did. So Iwas like, yes, yeah, it
was a true like you gained somefamily. Yes, that's nice, best
case scenario. It's a good thing. So I was just thinking about moms
and those stories kind of came tomy mind. What about you, Bethany,

what's up? I saw this thingthat was like things that kids growing
up in the sixties did that wouldhorrify parents now, and I am horrified.
Yeah, but I mean like mostof them are common sense, Like
we know there were no seat beltsand cars, no sunscreen, you had
a wood burning kit that was acommon gift mostly like no safety out of

all safety chemistry sets another thing.And I'm like, is that better,
worse? Different? Does it matter? I was I don't know. I
lawn darts. I think there's arts. Excuse me, those were jarts.
Oh there is something you said aboutmaking mistakes and getting in trouble and like
learning. Yes, like I do. I do think there is something to

that, like you're gonna run,you're gonna trip and scrint and skin your
knee, like you got to understandlike what life is gonna throw at you.
Like I kind of get that,but I'm also for safety, not
burning down the house. I rememberwhen Madeline went to the mall for the
first time, and I like walkedtwenty paces behind her and her friends just
kind of Oh, I bet sheloved that. She loved it just watching

them, and I thought nobody wouldhave done this when I grew up,
like right, like that dumb right, but I was like terrified. But
you also didn't have mall shootings,right, Like those things didn't exist the
same way they do. There aredifferent levels of concern I think in life
than there were forty or fifty yearsago as well. Jeff Box where they

had that whole bit about how whenhe was a kid, like the TV
would go on a TV tray likethis, this huge TV on something that
could easily fall on your right andthe kids would just play around player nobody
thought about it. And also thefact that your parents always wanted you to
go out, like didn't matter,go get out, you know. Whereas

now I think parents are much morecareful about where their kids are going or
what you're doing. Yeah, butI tried that one time. I may
have told you guys this already.But one time, when they were like,
I don't know, ten and sevenor something, I put them outside
in the backyard, the fenced inbackyard. I was like, go outside
and play, go ahead. Andthey sat on the back steps and cried
and they may go outside play that'shis let's go. And all of a

sudden, I look out there,How long do you think it's gonna be?
That's what if we get thirsty?They were talking to each other and
I was like, ew And therewas a saying in this area because I've
talked about this on the year before, about you know, forcing your kids
to go outside, and people usedto say, get out and run the

Oh yeah, apparently that's okay.My mom used to say, go play
in the street. I don't knowif that is a better meeting or anything.
The ball or you were throwing theprison. She just wanted to get

I just think, no, wonderwe're stressed. Our kids don't go outside
and play. My daughter was activelyasking to go outside yesterday after you like,
can I go play outside? AndI was like, well, it's
raining and it's gross out, sono, we're not going to go outside
play in the mud. I don'twant to go outside right now. We're
not going outside? Right Oh yeah, mean mean mean dad? Yeah,

I don't know if telling your kidto go out and run the stink off

Right? And she is going togo out of town to go to

So yeah, and they were lovely. We had a great time, you
know, on the tours and stufflike that. So so she's excited about

that, and you know, she'sshe's like ready, but I'm not.
You're not ready to I know.I was like what, I didn't think
this is going to happen? Okay, so you're emotionally needing some help,
yeah, or just like what,like, you know what? You did
it a couple of times, Laurie, would you have any any say?

I think until you go through it, it's kind of like when people try
to tell you what it's like tobe a parent, but you don't really
know till you're a parent. Soit's you can tell people stuff, but
until you go through it. Imean, it was emotional, but at
the same time, I felt likethey were ready, they were ready to
go, and so I didn't youknow, I don't know. I just
felt like it I would I wouldalways cry when they left, when I

drop them off at college. Allof that was very emotional, but pretty
quick, you I think, youknow, you're you live a pretty busy
life. You've got jobs, andyou've got another child at home, and
so I think it'll be a littledifferent for sure, but stuff fills right
into that. Yeah, So Ijust say, until you go through it,

I don't know. Okay, there'sa whole lot of advice to give

When my sister graduated from dental school. I went to her graduation.
My brother came with us too,and I guess her last name is s

but finally we get to her name, and the whole ceremony was fairly subdued,
probably because it was a dental schoolthing, so they had already gone
through the regular graduation like undergrad.Now we're just doing this again. And

my brother and I stand up.We're both like free, good doll,
and everybody around us was like,well, at least you're just saying what
we're all thinking here. But sheheard us from the crowd, and I
could just see like her face juststart to go red. She was like,
that's my stupid family. Was yourgoal? Which was your goal?

and raspberries. It's like a bluedrink. They're pretty excited about it.
