Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now we've been talking obviously a lot about candy and
costumes because we're getting close, even though it doesn't technically
feel like it yet. Now, Jim, they came out with
the list of the healthiest. I'm not sure this is
what we think of when we think of candy, but
the healthiest Halloween candy happens to be an American favorite.
And I knew it. I knew it, and we've talked.

(00:23):
We've talked about this before. It's something you've we've talked
brought up.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
What is the healthiest, healthiest Halloween candy? Jim.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
I'm pretty sure you love these.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
I know.

Speaker 1 (00:32):
I just mentioned them the other day because they have protein,
a lot of protein in them and just a little
bit of tall Come on, no healthiest candy, you just
pop them in. But this one is healthy because it's
got a lot of protein in the middle. I have proteins,

(00:56):
all right. It happens to be well. We did say
this is the most favorite Halloween candy this year, and
I think last. But it's a version of it. There
have ten million versions of this to me, Come on,
little guys, one's purple, one's red.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
Oh, for the love, it is the healthiest Halloween candy
peanut I know, Okay, I knew it.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
Every time I eat them, I'm like, this is healthy.
There's a data in the middle. So yeah. According to
a registered diet tissue with top nutrition Coaching, the healthiest
Halloween candy is peanut Eminem's because there's peanuts, which has
at least a little more substance than just corn syrup,
and it has two grams of protein, and it's really,
you know, probably the best thing for you. Do you

(01:45):
want to know some other options or I mean not
like that's what we're looking for with our Halloween candy,
but it is kind of fun to know. I'm so
happy to know that, because I'm serious. Every time I
eat them, I'm like, oooh all right. Also on the list,
let's see here, you have no actually there's no others
on the list. Oh now, well, Greze's peanut butter cup

(02:09):
also has a lot of protein, but there's a lot
more sugar added. Snickers got nine grams of added sugar,
but it does have protein. Uh yeah, that's the problem.
Allmonjoy also as nuts, but it has it's mostly corn
syrup and it has that side effect too. What all Enjoy.
I'll enjoy does. Yeah, sometimes it makes you feel like

(02:31):
it nut and sometimes it don't. That's your Jim.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
Nobody wants that side of it.

Speaker 1 (02:37):
There's enough. There's enough nuts out there. We don't need more.
So all right, well, there you go. I think number
one is just the peanut M and M. Everything else
is pretty equal. So okay, there you go. It is
ninety three point nine light up M unless, of course
you hand out apples, you know, but that's up to you. Oh,
you can face the wrath of the children on your
own if you do that.
