And I remember the first year when we thought this
is either going to really really well really really poorly,
and I think we were all blown away by how
people love it and they look forward to.

It every year.

That's the thing we were talking about, is the nostalgia
of doing this. There are so many of you right
now we want to say hello to. We recognize that
for all of these years you have listened. You are
sitting in your car right now. We were talking about
how there's this woman Marcy, She's sitting in her car
picking up her kids and they're listening right now. Free
is sitting with her family. They're in matching pajamas right now,

eating pizza, waiting for this to happen. You can listen
to Christmas music on your own somewhere else, but when
you listen together, and this is a community where Chicago land,
and we've been through so much together, it makes a
huge difference. And twenty five years of ups and downs
and babies and marriages and divorces and the things that
have happened in our city. To do this together is

a really special, awesome thing, right, It's a gift.

We're so happy to be here celebrating this annual tradition
with you, with everybody, and so thank you for bringing
us into your homes and your family for this celebration
