the season. Right now, I'mcalling Miles Russell. He's a teacher at

well listen, I know you're abusy guy. You gotta get going.
I wanted to let you know thatwe do something at ninety three point
nine light FM. We've just startedit back again for the brand new school
year, but we do we dosomething every week. It's called a teacher
salute. Very cool. Tons ofpeople email us and tell us about an

amazing teacher. Wouldn't you know weheard about a mister Russell who's at Lake
Zurich High School special Education. Ye. Well, it turns out that the
email said, how devoted you areto your students. You care about the
school being filled with happy teachers.You do school improvement projects like at your
other school. You help to renovatethe teachers lounge. I believe the morality

teachers is really important, especially whenit comes to educating students. Right,
So if you're at Happy Teachers,then they can go into the classroom and
they can serve as students like theyshould. It's awesome, man, I
mean you did that. It saysyou meet with community members, you then
stay after a full day and youvolunteer assistant coach for weightlifting team, and
you're at after school detention supervisor.Apparently kids love to be with you so

much they'll take detention. Yeah.Yeah, it's funny. You're getting a
lot of good information on me.Yeah. The relationships with students are key.
I'm fortunate enough to have really goodreport a lot of my students,
and I kind of thrive on thisand then allowing that to help them to
be successful with their time during highschool. It's so awesome. It says
you've helped students get it back ontrack graduate when it didn't seem possible.

You have a heart of goals.So guess what, mister Miles Russell,
what's going on? What's next?You are the very first of the twenty
twenty three only four school year teachers. Yeah, there's a lot of people

there. I'm with my co workersin the office right now. Oh,

to make sure I get the teacher'sgot a teacher's back. I get it,
I get it. There's a lotof amazing educators in this world,
and so I'm just fortunate that youguys shows me. So thank you for

first one this month to qualify becausewe are going to pick one teacher a
month who's going to travel with usnext summer for an end of the school
year party and hawks K Resort inthe Florida Keys duck Key where it's like
a paradise. And you are nowqualified. Awesome. I've always actually wanted

to go to Florida Keys, sothat's that's really really exciting. Yeah,
and you, if you win,you could bring your wife, Emma,
who's also a teacher, right Yeah, and she's phenomenal. She's I would
say she's far better than I am. But you know we're we're both teachers
and we love what we do.I'm gonna cry. You're a team,
