Speaker 1 (00:00):
Ninety six point nine The Cat Live from Nashville, and
I got here and You'll never guess what happened on
the way.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
So you flew here, I drove here. What happened on
the airplane?
Speaker 1 (00:10):
I'll tell you in just about ten minutes. Six point
nine the Cat, Graham b and Serahly checking in with
countries biggest stars before the CMA Award s thanks to
the Hemp Doctor Flight Etiquette. It's ninety six point nine
The Cat, Graham By and Sarah Lee. Now. I landed
in Nashville a few days ago. Sarahly rolled into town.
She drove. We had different experiences. I can promise you that.
Speaker 2 (00:32):
I purposely did not fly because I'm terrified. But you
love flying, Graham, what happened?
Speaker 1 (00:37):
I do enjoy flying. I was booked by our company.
So shout out to ninety six point nine the Cat
for giving me an aisle seat. I usually go windows.
The person next to me sat in the middle. How
many times on an hour and twenty minute flight do
you think it's socially acceptable to get up out of
your seat if you're in the middle seat.
Speaker 2 (00:56):
Well, it's only an hour and twenty minute.
Speaker 1 (01:01):
How about four times in an hour and twenty minutes.
Is that socially acceptable, because in my book, it is not.
Speaker 2 (01:07):
Well, I'm gonna start worrying. Does this person have the
stomach bug? I'm not trying to get sick.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
I don't know where they were going. But by the
third time I started to take notice. I just got up.
I was trying to sleep. I was trying to rest.
You and I we get up very early in the morning.
This person just kept getting up. I don't understand socially acceptable.
More than three times is not socially acceptable.
Speaker 2 (01:29):
Well, that just means now you get to have the
arm rest because they are an inconvenience to you.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
That is a good rule of thumb. Middle seat etiquette
is a real thing. Let's make it known. You cannot
get up more than four times on an hour and
a half. Nay, it's ninety six point nine the cat.
Ninety six point nine the cat. Graham B and Sarah Lee.
Glad to see that you made it in. We are
in Nashville. It's good to see you, Sarah Lee.
Speaker 2 (01:51):

you more exactly about that coming up. Can't wait. Shout

all right? Good, So he is nice, safe and sound.

on tour and they let me have their home for
the weekend.

say they're out on tour and not tell us the name.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
I am crashing at Kip Morri's place. I have a key,
and so if you're listening to this, Kiff, yeah, I'm
at the house.

Kid Moore South tonight.
Speaker 1 (02:49):

I've always wanted to play this game with you, surly.
So I'm gonna a list a name of performers, and
I want you to stop me when you are looking
forward to hearing that performance more than you're looking forward
to hearing Let's say a Morgan Walker Okay, Big X
the Plug.
Speaker 2 (04:12):
Within the Luke Holmes can't wait.
Speaker 1 (04:13):
Okay, Ella Language, Meghan Maroney can't wait, Shaboozie love him,
Steven Wilson Junior, you love him. I love Stephen Wilson Junior.
I am most looking forward to that performance. And I
say what, I think you would have stopped the wheel
of performances on I think one of your favorites, Tucker
web Moore, I have.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
The biggest crush on him. Yes, I will stay up
for that.
Speaker 1 (04:36):
So we listed a ton of names there. Moral of
the story, who are you most excited to see?
Speaker 2 (04:42):
Honestly, and this is not going to be a fan favorite,
but I can't wait for Luke Holms and Big Plug
Eggs or whatever. I can't wait for that one.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
He did a collaboration album, Luke Combs. One of the
featured artists on that album, Big X the Plug making
a big splash in Nashville. I'm going with Steven Wilson Junior.
I would imagine he is not name recognized in a
ton of households across the country. I think that ends
on Wednesday night.
Speaker 2 (05:07):
Don't miss the CMA Awards this Wednesday, eight o'clock. Catch
it on ABC.
Speaker 1 (05:11):

To the help Doctor Graham Being Sarah Lee Live from
Music City, Nashville, Tennessee.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
We're out here live during the week of the CMAS.
Speaker 1 (05:42):
Sensory overload and too many categories to get into, but
why don't we discuss the biggest how about Entertainer of
the Year.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
Can't wait to see who you think is going to
win this year?
Speaker 1 (05:51):
We'll discuss coming up. It's graanm B and Sarah Le
live from Music City. Graham B and Sarah Ly. Too
many categories to discuss. But we are here during CMA week.
Speaker 2 (06:01):
And big thank you to the HEMP doctors for making
the trip possible for us.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
Looking forward to a lot of the nominations and definitely
the performances. But if we were to jump right in
Entertainer of the Year, I think biggest one you could give.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
The one you stay up way past your bedtime to
see who wins. And there's only one female this year,
which is typical in this category, and that's our girl,
Laney Wilson, the.
Speaker 1 (06:24):
Host solo, so she is hosting solo. Laney Wilson the
reigning Entertainer of the Year. Morgan Wallen is also up again.
He's nominated Chris Stapleton, Cody Johnson, and Luke Colmbs.
Speaker 2 (06:36):
So who are you picking?
Speaker 1 (06:38):
Morgan Wallen is the raining Entertainer of the year. Luke
Colmbs was also selling out football stadiums and it's hard
to go against Laney. So I am abstaining from voting.
I'm not voting.
Speaker 2 (06:50):
That is here. Here's my thing. There's a big difference
between being an entertainer and then male or female Vocalist
of the Year.
Speaker 1 (06:57):
Agreed, So I.
Speaker 2 (06:59):
Love Luke Hong Holmes he's our Carolina guy. But you
cannot compare his concert to Morgan Wallen because Morgan Wallen
is an entertainer.
Speaker 1 (07:08):
So you're going Morgan Wallen.
Speaker 2 (07:10):
Between Morgan Wallen and Landy Wilson.
Speaker 1 (07:12):
Okay, who of those two are you going? We'll putting
you on the hot seat, Sarah Lee.
Speaker 2 (07:18):
I'm gonna go with Laney Wilson.
Speaker 1 (07:20):
I'm also going Laney Wilson. She's hosting. I think it's
gonna be the night of Laney Wilson. And she is great. Now,
we might be biased because we just saw her perform
live and it wasn't awesome entertaining performance.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
And I just love her. She's down to earth, She's
like a girls girl. I've got a support.
Speaker 1 (07:36):
Yeah, Laney Wilson for Entertainer of the Year. We're both
on the same boat right there. We're gonna be discussing
some of the performances coming up. Stay with us. It's
ninety six point nine The Cat in Nashville, Baby Graham,
be and Sarah Lee live in Nashville talking to some
of your favorite country artists.
Speaker 2 (07:51):
Hold on tight to your seat, Graham Vaughn. I'm just
hoping Ella Lingley stops by.
Speaker 1 (07:56):
If you are wondering why, we'll tell you the backstory
to that coming up six point nine. The Cat Graham
b and Sarah Lee Music City, Nashville. We are on location, man.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
We are having a great time out here. Big thank
you to Himp Doctor for making the trip possible. I
hope that Ella Langley stops bot why.
Speaker 1 (08:16):
We are talking to some of your favorite country artists
all week long, and Ella Langley one of them that
you and I have spoken to several times now.
Speaker 2 (08:22):
Well, because last time we talked to her we were
in Dallas, and I just feel like she was a
little shady when it came to a comment I made
about you sliding into her DMS years ago.
Speaker 1 (08:34):
I sent her a DM before anyone was listening to
her and encouraged her and said, Hey, there was a
song called Damn You. That is the title of the song.
Thought it was amazing and at the time, I was
working for a company that was looking to discover new artists,
and I mentioned to her that I thought her music
was great, and so we.
Speaker 2 (08:49):
Bring this up to her, and I thought her reaction
would be, thank you so much for believing in me
when nobody else did, but her eyes said it all.
You've got to see the video. It is penned on
our Instagram. I just felt like her reaction was not
that nice, and I want to talk to her about it.
Speaker 1 (09:07):
Well. I think that you would be relieved to note
that I saw her months later in Raleigh open up
for Riley Green and we discussed it, and she was
incredibly kind and said that she was just shocked by
it and she didn't process what the sliding in the
DMS was, but she was cool about it. She was like, hey,
well that haack.
Speaker 2 (09:25):
You just saved her.
Speaker 1 (09:25):
You saved her grill. She asked me to hang back,
and we talked at the radio room and the radio
hang when we went to see the show, so she
was cool about it.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
Well, I'm glad that you worked it out and we did.
Speaker 1 (09:35):
Plus, we are speaking to a bunch more of your
favorite country artists and posting them all to our socials
while we were here in Nashville. So head over to
Granby and Sarah Lee check out some of the cool
Sheinanigans that are going down and join the family.
