Speaker 1 (00:01):
What's the Caroline is talking about today? Sarah Lee's top three.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
It is hot outside.

Speaker 3 (00:08):
I don't know if you felt that heat wave over
the weekend, but my goodness, it felt like we were
bacon outside.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
It is going to be ninety seven degrees today.

Speaker 3 (00:16):
And if you do not have a swimming pool, which
I do not, there is actually a website called Simply
Swimply not Simply Swimply, where Gaston County residents can use
private pools. I don't know if this is just a
Gaston County thing, but the website allows you to rent
out private pools that other people's houses. You can throw

(00:36):
pool parties or just have a family day.

Speaker 4 (00:38):
I thought that was also that's genius. That's like the
pool version of Airbnb.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
I guess yes.

Speaker 3 (00:43):
So if you have a pool, you can make some money.
And if you don't have a pool, you can still
have a pool party. That's kind of private.

Speaker 4 (00:49):
One more thing that I need to spend my money
on because I do not have a pool either.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Pool party.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
Graham's thowing it.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
And if you have a pet that is missing since
July fourth, because we all know animals do not like
the fireworks. CMPD Animal Care and Control Center. They said
that they are at maximum capacity. They have zero kennels available,
all because of July fourth and the fireworks. Now, thanks
to microchips, they have been able to reunite two pets

(01:17):
with their owners, which is great, but they do want
to remind you check your pets microchip information, make sure
it's up to date so they can reunite these pets
with their owners.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
Thatts were having a hard time.

Speaker 4 (01:27):
So you have the fourth of July and then you
have these storms that are going on with a thunder
and lightning.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
Pets got to be like what is happening.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
Big prayers to our friends up around Chapel Hill, Alamance County.
I was up at midnight last night seeing all the
craziness going on. I have a lot of friends up
there and they got hit hard last night.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
So big prayers going out to them.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
Also, big shout out to everybody that showed up in
Matthews at Harley Davidson.

Speaker 2 (01:53):
They had a big.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
Motorcycle gathering and it was all to support service members
and veterans on Saturday, provided therapy services, just a lot
of support for caregivers, for veterans and families.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
We all know freedom isn't free. So we are so
thankful for all the help given to our veteran.

Speaker 4 (02:11):
Zach Top kind of risking his life, putting your tickets
in danger of seeing one of the best openers in
country music right now, it's Grady and Sarah Lee.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
But what he did.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
I think it was over the weekend, at least that's
where I saw the video.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
It was.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
It was over the weekend.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
Zach Top and Gavin at Cock, that's right.

Speaker 1 (02:31):
Gavin Adcock in Zactop.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
They were hanging out on a boat somewhere with some
very steep, large rocks and cliffs.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
Gavin at Cocks just hanging out on the boat, just chilling,
watching Zach.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Top basically jump off.

Speaker 1 (02:43):
He didn't jump off jump.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
It looked like he did a flip off the cliff.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
Yeah. Again, I've seen people jump off rocks.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
That is nothing new, But Zack Top is in a
season of explosion. His career is just going nuclear right now.
It was dangerous.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
It looked like he was trying to be Tom Cruise
stunt double or something.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
It was aggressive.

Speaker 4 (03:03):
And then Gavin Adcox just on the boat, deleting a
cold one, just chilling.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
Just chilling, recording the whole thing he's saying.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
I think he did say, you know, having a cold
one hanging out with Zach top America.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
You have to check out the video. We're gonna share
it on Instagram. Graham By and Sarah Lisa go check
it out. Your next good news has to do with
Morgan Walin.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
I love this guy.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
He just donated fifteen thousand dollars to Knoxville Salvation Army,
just so thirty five kids from his hometown, not forgetting
where he came from, could attend music and Arts summer camp.
And that's the way to give back, not forgetting where
you come from.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
Way to go Morganwalin.

Speaker 4 (03:42):
Yeah, let's go Morgan again. He's always in the news
for something. Love seeing it for something like this, And
I love highlighting things like this because sometimes the news
can get they like to highlight the negatives. I love
that you're highlighting the pastas I.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
Love it, and we love Morgan Walin. That's why we're
gonna play right now.

Speaker 4 (03:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
I thought you should know. You see it's a Monday,
give me a break. I thought you should know.

Speaker 4 (04:05):
Morgan Wallen on ninety six point nine, The Cat is
Gramby and sarahly whats.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
The Caroline is talking about today?

Speaker 3 (04:13):
Sarah Lee's Top three and on the topic of our
Carolina guy Luke Holmes, I was geeking out last night.
I think I caught it three minutes after he posted
on Instagram teasing a brand new song and it sounds
so good.

Speaker 4 (04:27):
It does and back in the saddle again in the
studio working on the next album. You and I have
been talking about it for weeks. He said that he's
got forty or fifty this one definitely making it.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
Check it out, man, I'm.

Speaker 4 (04:44):
Yeah, we should just get that posted. He did post
a snippet. We'll get it to ours so you don't
have to go searching for it. We'll post it on
gramby and sarahle.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
Yes, and I love how he's rocking your style, Grand
bun Adele Earnhardt hats let's go.

Speaker 1 (04:57):
Look we're both mountaineers, so you great minds.

Speaker 3 (04:59):
Thinking and the CNPD Animal Care and Control Center, they're saying,
if you're missing your dog, they may have it. Their
kennels are at full capacity, all because the fireworks July forth.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
We know it scares the animals.

Speaker 3 (05:12):
Thanks to microchips, they have been able to reunite two
pets with their owners. So they're asking pet owners make
sure your pets microchip info is up to date because
they may have your pets.

Speaker 4 (05:22):
Yeah, and you got to be all the alert around
for the July and then also with these storms. So
just be alert that your animals and your pets do
not like loud noises and intend to run off. They do.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
And big prayers going out to Alamance County. Are friends
up in near Chapel Hill. They got hit hard last night.
I was up at midnight sharing post. I know there's
some areas that had a lot of flooding. Also, big
prayers going out to our friends in Texas.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
Is just completely.

Speaker 3 (05:48):
Devastating to see all the floods and what's happened because
we live that with Hurricane Helen, we've seen the same impact.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
And if you feel led.

Speaker 3 (05:57):
To give, you can join iHeart and you can don't
at Communityfoundation dot net. All the donations are going to
go directly to trusted local organizations to provide food, shelter, healthcare,
and hope.

Speaker 1 (06:09):
Yeah, every little bit help.

Speaker 4 (06:11):
So do not think that there's anything that qualifies as
too small a gift.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
Amen.

Speaker 3 (06:15):
And it is hot outside, not like I need to
tell you it's going to be ninety seven degrees today.
And I thought this was really cool and who came
up with this idea is brilliant. There's a website called
swimply and in Gaston County you can actually rent out
private pools. So if you own a pool, you can
rent it out make some money, kind of like an airbnb,

(06:37):
so families can rent the pool out for a day.
You can throw birthday parties.

Speaker 1 (06:41):
Why did we think of that, Well, I don't have
a pool. Well we don't, That's what I'm saying. Neither
one of us have pools.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
We've always talked about like which one of our friends
can we hit up to go to their pool because
it's going to be hot today, When we could have
just created this app and been millionaires.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
Oh well, we need to start thinking more. But if
you're looking for a pool, go check it out.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
It's time for cat fights. Which brand beings saly On
ninety six point nine.

Speaker 4 (07:05):
The cat that was Jason Alden whiskey drinking we are
playing for take us to see him live. We have
Randy from Newberry versus Brittany from King's Mountain. Today is
the seventh of julso all the questions are going to
incorporate the number seven in some capacity. First question, there
are seven wonders of the ancient world. Which country has
the Pyramids and the Sphinx?

Speaker 1 (07:26):
Brittany Egypt. Egypt is correct. So Brittany from King's Mountain
is on the board.

Speaker 4 (07:33):
Randy from Newberry, we need you to start out strong, brother.
All right.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
There are seven dwarfs in snow white. Just name one, Brittany,
Brittany Sleepy.

Speaker 4 (07:45):
Yes, Sleepy is one. Brittany is up two to nothing,
all right. There are seven continents, which one is covered
in ice.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
Brittany Antarctica.

Speaker 4 (07:57):
Antarctica for the clean sweeping.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
Elations, Brittany, Randy, thanks for playing Brittany.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
Who are you taking to the show with you? Brittany
my husband for sure?

Speaker 4 (08:13):
Ninety six point nine a cat Gramy and Sarahly. Things
that people do in public gatherings that baffle us, double dipping,
we don't.

Speaker 3 (08:20):
Do it one eight hundred and five seven zero ninety
six ninety It is disrespectful.

Speaker 4 (08:26):
Double dipping is challenging in public spaces. I do it
around my family, and I should apologize to my family.
I know. My brother in law gave me a weird
look the other day, and I thought in my mind, ooh,
I just double dipped.

Speaker 3 (08:36):
I wasn't even thinking about it's your salava on a chip,
said's guacamole. You put your your mouth on your chip,
dip it. Nobody wants your second hand spit.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
That's what it is.

Speaker 1 (08:46):
Salava is gross. Saliva is also gross. Salava is really bad.
Saliva is kind of bad. Salava disgusting.

Speaker 2 (08:55):
It's like when somebody tries to drink out of your drink.
I do not share drinks undernose circumstances.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
Are you a double dipper.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
Under no circumstances? Not even with my family?

Speaker 1 (09:04):
You address it?

Speaker 4 (09:05):
Will you call someone out saying, hey, you just double dip.
You should be on an episode of sign Field.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
You dipped.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
You dipped, Well, listen, you just ruined the whole entire thing.
And now what you are?

Speaker 4 (09:13):
You took a bite, you told me a story about
how the paint in your living room doesn't match the sofa,
and then you dipped again.

Speaker 1 (09:21):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (09:22):
It's like if I'm eating a cheeseburger and then you
come take a bite of my cheeseburger, It's done for me.

Speaker 4 (09:28):
I don't think anyone is gonna debate double dipping. I
don't want to say gross, but it's just not sanitary.
But one hundred percent of the time I think some
people will make a case where sometimes it doesn't matter.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
I think twenty twenty changed things for everybody because back
in the day we would go to birthday parties and
we'd blow out candles.

Speaker 2 (09:48):
I never thought how disgusting it is.

Speaker 1 (09:50):
I've never liked that because of the videos. People just.

Speaker 2 (09:55):
A bit everywhere. You still eat the cake. It tastes delicious,
But now.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
That's a good point. Twenty twenty changed everything.

Speaker 1 (10:03):
No double dipping one eight.

Speaker 4 (10:05):
Hundred five seven zero nine six nine zero. Give us
a call. Can you defend double dipping anymore at all?
Scram me and s early on ninety six point nine

Speaker 2 (10:25):
Bulls, absolutely not.

Speaker 1 (10:27):
Nah. Yeah, we're all in the same page. I mean,
people do do it.

Speaker 2 (10:31):
They do, but I will not. And thanks Mallory.

Speaker 4 (10:36):
All right, we got Randy on the cat phone, we're
talking about double dipping chips.

Speaker 1 (10:40):
Do you double dip chips? It all depends on what
dip it is.

Speaker 2 (10:43):
If it's a caso, Yeah, I'm double dipping on caso.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
He's double dipping the case.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
Did you eat it after you, Randy?

Speaker 1 (10:50):
Why would you do that?

Speaker 4 (10:51):
Put it in a bowl or before? It's even worse
And we're still taking calls. We're still going to talk

Speaker 1 (11:27):
He's coming with the heat.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
It's all men to double dep I think that no
women do that.

Speaker 1 (11:33):
I get it, but man, how many times you just
kiss thembuddy you're going out?

Speaker 2 (11:37):
People are all the time.

Speaker 3 (11:39):
Okay, But say you're going out with co workers that
you don't kiss, and there's that one double dipper.

Speaker 1 (11:44):
I guess bun it happens often, unfortunately, I hear you.
But man, there's a lot more it goes on.

Speaker 2 (11:51):

Speaker 2 (11:58):
Appreciate your graham good having.

Speaker 4 (12:00):
Yeah, brother, I appreciate you. Thanks for calling, and thanks
for supporting Gramby and Sarah Lee.

Speaker 2 (12:04):
And keep on double dipping, my friend, just not with us. Oh,
I like it.

Speaker 1 (12:08):
I like the courage.

Speaker 4 (12:10):
And again, if you can't call in, please by all means.
We got the poll up there. We won't share which
way you vote, but if you are double dipper, please

Speaker 1 (12:19):
The poll is up on our stories.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
And if you are double dipper, don't be scared to
call in.

Speaker 2 (12:24):
We can keep you anonymous.

Speaker 1 (12:25):
We'll change your name. Randy. Yeah, you know what I mean.

Speaker 4 (12:31):

Speaker 1 (12:38):
Chips. What's your name? Where are you calling from? Do
you double dip? Megan?

Speaker 4 (12:42):
And I'm on my way to work.

Speaker 1 (12:43):
I'm actually driving to the Hickory. Where do you work at?

Speaker 4 (12:47):
I actually work at a hospital.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
I can't say the name of the hospital, but I
actually work from a hospital system. Well, thank you for
what you do.

Speaker 3 (12:54):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
So the only way I figure that somebody can double
dip is if.

Speaker 4 (12:59):
You have your own portion in a dish.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
Yes, you have your of ca so, guacamole or saw.

Speaker 4 (13:07):
Will you make an exception for someone wearing medical gloves now? Now?

Speaker 1 (13:15):

Speaker 1 (13:29):
Six point nine the cat.

Speaker 4 (13:31):
Hey am calling about the double dipping? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (13:34):
What's your name? Where you're calling from? And do you
double dip?

Speaker 2 (13:36):
My name is Brian, I'm from Terrible and no, I
do not double dip.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
Have you ever done it in your life? Be honest,
it's just us. No one else is gonna know.

Speaker 4 (13:44):
I've done it at my own house, but I have not.

Speaker 3 (13:47):
Done it double in public, double dip.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
Not a double dip. When it's my own ball, then
I will, but no, not in public.

Speaker 3 (13:58):
Right if you have your own portion, it's fine to
be a double dipper because that's not technically a double dipper.

Speaker 2 (14:03):
We're talking about a community bowl.

Speaker 1 (14:06):
Salava Salava.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
Amen's sister.

Speaker 4 (14:10):
Also, I just got a text from my brother in
law which I was guilty of doing this yesterday and
was mortified. One of the reasons we're talking about it.
He didn't notice. And then and I'm crashing at his
house while I move here from Los Angeles.

Speaker 1 (14:23):
He said, the door's gonna be locked case you double dip,
double dip. He didn't notice. He's listening right now, Zach,
I'm so sorry.

Speaker 4 (14:29):
Do not lock me out of the house. So my
brother in law is kind enough to let me crash
on his couch.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
While I look for a home.

Speaker 4 (14:34):
He said the door's gonna be locked because he didn't
know I double dip.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
And you've been complaining in this whole morning. I'm a
double dipper.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
I'm so guilty. Ninety six minutes of Dodsdopcat Country rolls
right on along. We do have post malone.

Speaker 4 (14:48):
We got some Luke Bryan Morgan wallin Shaboozi all on
the way.

Speaker 1 (14:52):
We are ninety six point nine The Cat. Charlott's number
one for.

Speaker 4 (14:54):
New Country Life goes by in a blink of an eye.
It's ninety six point nine The Cat, Graham b and
Sarah Lee. The holiday weekend, I got family time. Hopefully
you got family time with friends, family you choose, or
family you were born into.

Speaker 1 (15:08):
Whatever that looks like. But it goes by so fast.
What goes by fast for you?

Speaker 3 (15:12):
I think I recently realized my parents have a house
on a lake in South Carolina. My boys went down there.
I wish it was mine went down there to hang
out with them. And when I was younger, my dad
would pick me up and throw me off the dock.
And my mom sent me videos of my dad picking
my boys up and throwing them off the dock. So

(15:33):
it's two generations. And then it made me sad because
it's like that was just yesterday, that was doing that
with me, And I do love that moment that they
get that quality time together. But then I also look
at my boys and I remember my oldest.

Speaker 2 (15:48):
Bear, who is ten now. It feels like he was
just born yesterday. What is it for you, Graham?

Speaker 4 (15:53):
Yeah, I think just time with family. So I recently
moved back to North Carolina. I'm born and raised in Raleigh,
North Carolina. I've been on since I'm seventeen, and so.

Speaker 2 (16:02):
That's a long time. Well, stay a long time. Gone
for a while, Yeah, long into Germany. You haven't lived
in Los Angeles's.

Speaker 4 (16:08):
Whole No, I played professional basketball in Germany. I lived
in New York. I lived in Los Angeles, but I
have not lived permanently in North Carolina. So time with
my family has been very Christmas, That's about it. And
so I got to hang out with my brother in
law and my sister. I'm living on my brother in
law's couch right now.

Speaker 1 (16:23):
Zach holler at me.

Speaker 4 (16:25):
But I think time with family goes by like the
blink of an eye. The three day weekend for us
and I felt like it was twelve hours.

Speaker 3 (16:32):
I think the older we get, the more you realize
how important that quality time is with your family because
they're not going to be around forever. And we're both
so blessed and grateful to have our parents and our siblings.
So yes, take advantage of any quality time you can,
if it's after work, if it's long holiday weekends, but
don't take it for granted.

Speaker 1 (16:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (16:51):
On a lighter note, around of golf, I'll play around
the golf four hours. So we go by and I'm like, no,
it was like we were out there thirty minutes.

Speaker 3 (16:58):
It takes like twenty hours to play around the golf
unless it's top golf.

Speaker 4 (17:02):
It's ninety six point nine the cat and we do
still have the Panthers Fan Ultimate Experience to give away
that's coming up right around the top of the hour,
right around nine o'clock.

Speaker 3 (17:11):
It's crazy and big thank you to our friends at
Renewal by Anderson because you're getting field access. That's my
favorite thing to talk about, because ladies, I will continue
to say this, when you are on that field.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
These football players.

Speaker 3 (17:25):
Look big on the TV, but when you're on the field,
they are ginormous.

Speaker 2 (17:29):
You get to see them up close and personal.

Speaker 4 (17:31):
Plus tour the press box and the broadcast booth, and
you get autographed merchandise. I'm a big merchandise person. When
I go to concerts, I try to grab a T
shirt or something. Going to a divisional game, the home
opener Carolina Panthers versus the Atlanta Falcons, and you get
to take three of your friends.

Speaker 1 (17:46):
It's just a really cool thing.

Speaker 3 (17:48):
Yes, you get to sit in the suite, You're not
even sitting in basic seats.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
You get to live like a queen and king.

Speaker 4 (17:53):
So we wanted to make sure that we shed light
on that that opportunity is coming up right around nine
o'clock it is a Monday, and then imagine starting your
week out with that experience.

Speaker 2 (18:03):
You can't buy this, you can only.

Speaker 3 (18:05):
Win it with ninety six point nine The Cat.

Speaker 4 (18:07):
Nate's Mister Boozie and Panther's Ultimate Fan Experience coming up.
It's Grahamy and Sarah Leon ninety six point I'm the
Cat Grahamy and Sarah Lee.

Speaker 1 (18:15):
What's your name? Where you calling from?

Speaker 3 (18:17):
My name's Caroline Twitter and I'm calling from Cramerton.

Speaker 1 (18:20):
What can we do for you? Caroline?

Speaker 3 (18:22):
I just wanted to call to say hi, what's up?

Speaker 2 (18:26):
How is your summer?

Speaker 1 (18:27):
It's good?
