Speaker 2 (01:19):
We had an incredible weekend kicking it off with Keith
Urban out of PNC. It was a little rainy, but
that did not stop anyone. He put on an amazing show.
And I have to give a shout out to my
girl Bearra over at Bounders. Her cousin, Cassidy Daniels is
from Charlotte, just took the stage and performed and rocked
out with Keith Urban, which is incredible.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
Yeah, no biggie, just out there.
Speaker 1 (01:43):
And then big shout out to all of the guitars
that we lost because Keith Urban absolutely melted about four
of them during that performance.
Speaker 4 (01:50):
It was incredible to watch.
Speaker 3 (01:51):
He is such a great guitar player.
Speaker 2 (01:53):
And did you see Morgan Wallin and Ernest At they're raising.
Speaker 1 (01:56):
Of course they're like sitting on a billboard or something
out in Nashville.
Speaker 3 (01:59):
First of all, how did they get up there?
Speaker 2 (02:01):
But if anybody is, it's going to be Morgan and
Ernest just chilling.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
Out, just watching NASCAR. Hey, we're going real left and
real fast, son.
Speaker 2 (02:09):
And if you missed it, congratulations to Ryan Blaney. He
came in first. But big shout out to our cat
listener Denny Hamlin. Yeah all the time.
Speaker 3 (02:18):
He came in.
Speaker 4 (02:18):
Third, Denny Hamlin. That was a good run.
Speaker 2 (02:21):
And I know I have to put this in top
three just for you. I am not a sports fanatic.
You are, but the NBA Finals are set, so I'm
gonna let you take that out fanatic.
Speaker 4 (02:30):
Would you say I'm a fanatic?
Speaker 2 (02:31):
Oh yeah, that's an understatement every we're out there, including bowling.
Speaker 1 (02:36):
All right, well, basketball, the season is coming to a close.
Speaker 4 (02:39):
If you are interested at all.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
Oklahoma City Thunder has advanced to the NBA Finals and
they are now going to take on the Indiana Pacers.
That series kicks off Thursday. We will give you more
details the closer we.
Speaker 4 (02:50):
Get to tip off.
Speaker 1 (02:51):
A social behavior that Sarahly does that might not be
generally worldwide accepted as.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
Okay, oh man, I probably have a lot of those
tear me out.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
So most people have certain boundaries, and I would imagine
that those boundaries extend towards either handshakes or physical touch.
Speaker 4 (03:11):
You're a hugger off the back.
Speaker 2 (03:13):
Okay, So we talked about your handshakes and people making
you uncomfortable doing a two handed hands.
Speaker 4 (03:18):
Two handed handshake.
Speaker 1 (03:18):
I still don't understand, but this is where we got
to you being a hugger off of nothing.
Speaker 3 (03:23):
I think all.
Speaker 2 (03:24):
Women do this, and I understand it is crossing every
boundary because once I do it, I think, man, that
was aggressive.
Speaker 3 (03:31):
Why did I do that?
Speaker 2 (03:32):
In my mind, Graham, I'm thinking, I'm welcoming you as hospitality.
It's making you feel like we're a part of a
family together. Not everybody probably feels that way.
Speaker 1 (03:43):
No, but I think generally it is because you are
so warm and it is inviting and it's kind of like, oh,
this is a safe space. Here's a hug But not everybody,
because I ran into some people that were not huggers
and it made them feel a little bit uncomfortable, and
I just never it never occurred to me that they
could do it.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
And there's different types of there's church hugs like the
sideway hug, or there's like full on, I'm gonna.
Speaker 4 (04:04):
Give you as the Chase Matthew hug.
Speaker 3 (04:07):
Okay, defense.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
We were with a group of people and they were like,
there's Chase, go run up and give him a hug.
That was a very aggressive hug.
Speaker 1 (04:18):
So we posted the video if you want to check
this out on everybody. Sarah Lee hugs Chase Matthew. I
turned to her after I was like, oh, that's super cool,
like they must be tight friends.
Speaker 4 (04:28):
Don't know him?
Speaker 3 (04:29):
Well, I did it for the camera.
Speaker 2 (04:30):
No, I can't do Jelo like that Jennifer Lopez. And
then I thought, oh, my goodness, she probably hates me
because she's a very private person.
Speaker 3 (04:38):
And I said, I'm so sorry. I just moved to
New York and this is a very southern.
Speaker 4 (04:42):
Thing, right, And how did she react?
Speaker 3 (04:44):
Oh, she she was fine. She was very nice.
Speaker 4 (04:46):
See, I would be nervous about that.
Speaker 1 (04:48):
Hear me out. Give us a call. Are you a hugger?
Does that make you uncomfortable?
Speaker 2 (04:52):
It does make a difference, though, I think Graham, if
you're a man or a woman, because if men came
on strong like right.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
So I fear as a man that just randomly hugging
a woman don't do it. Yeah, I feel like there's
a social boundary there, but one eight hundred and five
seven zero nine six nine zero hear me out is
hugging someone that you don't know crossing a social boundary.
Speaker 4 (05:15):
Ninety six point nine the cat.
Speaker 5 (05:17):
Hey, you're gonna say, I am proficient on hugging. I'm
a hugger myself, but being six for almost three hundred pounds,
I definitely have to be cautious on how I approach
people when it comes to hug So it all depends
on the energy you go from somebody.
Speaker 4 (05:32):
What's your name? Where are you calling from?
Speaker 1 (05:34):
From?
Speaker 5 (05:35):
Chris? And I'm gonna Carolina.
Speaker 2 (05:37):
Well, Chris, next time I see you, I'm giving you
a bear hug because I love hugs.
Speaker 4 (05:41):
Yeah, you can hug me as well.
Speaker 5 (05:42):
Brother, I like a play. I appreciate it, guy, lug it.
Speaker 3 (05:46):
Thanks for going in. We love you too.
Speaker 1 (05:49):
Ninety six point nine The cat hugging someone the first
time you meet them, Lisa, hear me out acceptable. A
lot of people like me. I'm a hugger.
Speaker 2 (05:56):
I meet somebody, I'm gonna give them a hug. That's
just who I am. Sis, I'm the same way I
hug everybody I meet.
Speaker 1 (06:03):
Thank you, Lisa, y'all have a one by.
Speaker 3 (06:06):
It's time for cat fights with Graham being serily on.

from Charlotte. We are playing for Thomas Rhet Tucker wet
Moore tickets. Today's questions all revolve around superheroes. First question,
which superhero wears a high tech suit and is also
known as Tony Starks Chris, iron Man?
Speaker 4 (06:29):
Iron Man is correct?
Speaker 2 (06:30):
This superhero turns green when he gets angry.
Speaker 3 (06:34):
Chris, Chris, Charlotte.
Speaker 1 (06:37):
Yes. Which superhero is super fast and wears a red
suit with lightning on it?
Speaker 4 (06:41):
Chris, Chris, the flash? The flash here?
Speaker 1 (06:45):
Oh and that with flash Charlotte, Thank you so much
for playing.
Speaker 3 (06:50):
Thank you, Chris. Who are you going to take to
the concert with you?
Speaker 4 (06:53):
Well? Treat much money?
Speaker 3 (06:55):
How old is he?
Speaker 4 (06:56):
He's eighteen? When you get graduated high school?
Speaker 3 (06:59):
Want to give a shout out?
Speaker 5 (07:01):
Yeah, Mike, and we're going to Thomas Ritt.
Speaker 4 (07:03):
All I do is we win? No matter what, Let's go.
Have you ever seen Thomas Rhett Love I have none.
Oh that's nice.
Speaker 1 (07:11):
Also, I would imagine because he's just started touring, you've
never seen.
Speaker 4 (07:15):
Tucker Wetmore either.
Speaker 1 (07:16):
No. True, I got a chance to see the set
not too long ago. You and your son are gonna
have a good time.
Speaker 4 (07:21):
That's awesome.
Speaker 1 (07:22):
Ninety six point nine the Cat Charlotte's number one for
new country. And speaking of new country, still new ish
Morgan Wallan's title track, I'm the Problem coming up.
Speaker 2 (07:30):
Although I've listened to all thirty seven songs about two
hundred and fifty million times.
Speaker 3 (07:35):
That's right, and none of them are new to me.
Speaker 1 (07:37):
And he was in the news recently attended the NASCAR
race in Nashville this past weekend.
Speaker 3 (07:43):
This guy is crazy.
Speaker 2 (07:45):
I'm scrolling through Instagram. I see a picture of Morgan
Wallen and Ernest and they're sitting underneath the big screen
TV on what looks to be a billboard.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
So they're not sitting in seats, they're not in a box.
They are enjoying the race. Really, Oh, quotes in.
Speaker 1 (07:59):
First meanless to say they did not purchase a ticket
for those seats.
Speaker 3 (08:03):
No note at all.
Speaker 1 (08:05):
And I think my favorite thing about Morgan Wallen because
I strive to achieve this in my own life. Is
he just does whatever he wants when he wants, and.
Speaker 3 (08:11):
That's what I think. It makes him so hot.
Speaker 4 (08:14):
Freedom. Yes, it's just the freedom, all right.
Speaker 1 (08:16):
Carolina Country Music Festival is this weekend. We are leaving Thursday.
It's ninety six point nine the cat.
Speaker 3 (08:23):
Do you smell my skin right now?
Speaker 4 (08:26):
I am.
Speaker 1 (08:28):
I feel strongly that I do not smell your skin
right That's a weird.
Speaker 3 (08:32):
Question to ask.
Speaker 2 (08:33):
But we are headed to Myrtle Beach. Yep, I don't
have a tan. We have been so busy. I've been
putting on this fake tan, which you can see is
really streaked on my skin. And all I smell this
morning is my fake tan and I'm so paranoid about it.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
Well, two things, I don't notice any streaks in your tan,
even though I have witnessed someone to ask you if
your tan was faked before.
Speaker 4 (08:55):
I mean question, which I thought like, oh wow, that question.
I don't know about that question.
Speaker 3 (09:01):
Why would you ask me, does it?
Speaker 2 (09:03):
Because in my mind, when I was asked that question,
I immediately thought, is my tan streaking?
Speaker 3 (09:09):
How did they know? Is it too dark?
Speaker 4 (09:11):
Yeah? I didn't know.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
You looked at me and asked me, and I said, oh,
I didn't know. I just thought you had a tan.
And the second thing is I feel like I got
a little bit of sun because I was golf of
this weekend.
Speaker 2 (09:20):
I asked you first thing this morning, I'm like, did
you get a spray tan? Because I was so proud.
I'm like, I have rubbed off on.
Speaker 1 (09:25):
Graham and yeah, that sounded outlandis now again. I'm not
above people wanting to look tan. I just would never
pay for something that I could walk outside and.
Speaker 2 (09:35):
Get for fun, well, not if it's cloudy outside. But
I'm excited CCMF this weekend. Get your bathing suits ready.
It's going to be a partey.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
We can't wait to see you out there, all of
your favorite music. It's ninety six point nine the Cat.
We are Charlotte's number one for New Country
