the Cup Series. What adjustments did you have to make
moving up the ranks?

Yeah, I mean I often try to explain it to
people when they ask, like, man, what's the difference between
truck and accinity to Cup. It's easy to compare in
football terms, so I often compare as like you go
from from college football to the NFL, and so it's
been a ton of fun to I guess, live out
my dream and it's been awesome, but especially at a

place like racing at Martinsville, competing for that Grandfather clock,
and so yeah, ready to go at it.

The night before the race, do you eat a big mill?

Yeah, we burned a ton of calories throughout a race,
So make sure you hydrate well and eat up in.

sudden you have to go to the bathroom, man, and.

know anyone that's done number two. But I would say
a lot of guys mostly every weekend are sometimes having

I would say I only have twice in my career,
