It took a federal jury in Delaware only about three hours to find President Biden's son Hunter guilty of three felonies. The charges included lying about drug use when he bought a gun in 2018 and then illegally having possession of that gun. President Biden says he'll accept the outcome and will not pardon his son or commute his sentence. Some Democrats in Congress suggested the conviction blows up Republican claims of a weaponized justice system that is unfairly targeting former President Trump and other conservatives. Shortly after the jury’s decision, FOX News Rundown host Lisa Brady spoke with former federal prosecutor and Congressman Trey Gowdy. The host of FOX News’ Sunday Night in America and the Trey Growdy Podcast weighed in on the verdict and explained why he was not surprised at all that Hunter Biden was found guilty on all counts. Gowdy also discussed the politics surrounding the case, the likelihood the President would pardon his son, and whether he thinks the conviction is proof the DOJ and justice system is still fair. The conversation was long and we could not include all of it in our original FOX News Rundown segment. On the FOX News Rundown Extra, you will hear our entire conversation with FOX News contributor and former federal prosecutor Trey Gowdy and hear even more of his unique and sometimes humorous take on the legal troubles surrounding the Biden family and Donald Trump. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
