President Biden and former President Trump faced off in the first presidential debate of the 2024 election cycle last night, in a highly contentious faceoff. President Biden often stumbled while attacking former President Trump's character, focusing on his actions on January 6 and his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. The former President took aim at the Biden administration's border policy and the state of the economy. Following the Dobbs decision, the Biden administration issued guidelines for abortions that conflicted with Idaho's state law.
