The Federal Reserve’s 50-basis-point rate cut was a welcome sight in the stock market, leading the Dow and S&P 500 to record highs this week.
Now, with mortgage rates starting to dip slightly, some question if that same investor love could be coming to the housing market, which has been lackluster this summer due to heightened mortgages, sticky inflation, and of course high interest rates.
