Election Day is two weeks away, yet over 160 election-related lawsuits have been preemptively filed. Most focus on how ballots are cast and counted, how to protect against alleged voter fraud, and who should be eligible to vote. Experts say this speeds up the legal process once we reach Election Day. FOX News Contributor and Former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Andy McCarthy, says this has become commonplace following the 2000 election.
