Speaker 1 (00:00):
I know what it means.

Speaker 2 (00:00):
But there's new music from Yes America, the Rolling Stones,
the Black Crows.

Speaker 1 (00:07):
There's still money to be made in the music world.
That's what it means. Yeah, but I mean, wouldn't you
think these guys, I don't know. I mean, I guess
it's cool. Do you think they should quit?

Speaker 3 (00:16):
No?

Speaker 2 (00:16):
It just surprised me that they all came out with
new music at the same time, Like, did they hear
the other guys were doing an album and they're like, well,
we've still got it.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
Now, we've still got it. We can we can still work. Well,
the Walton Johnson Show is still on the air, still
working hard after all these years.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
Okay, we'll still working after all the US anyway, Well, okay,
we'll still showing up after.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
All the US US. How about that. It's a Walton
Johnson Sports Report. It's brought to you by always brought
to you by Get the Tea dot Com. This is exciting.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
It's a new month and that means there's a new
monthly special at Get the Tea dot Com. One of
the specials they got right now is on the pine
bark extract.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
Right.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
I know you ate like that old fool that was
wandering out in the forest eating, you know, like bark
off trees and stuff. Now that pine bark is good
for your your heart and your cardio and your health
and all that kind of good stuff. But they also
got a special deal on the super t at Get
to T dot com by two, get a third one
for free.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
Who don't like free delicioso?

Speaker 3 (01:16):
Yeah, and they also won't remind you with t Walda
Johnson promo code WJH.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
That's that's the promo code.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
It's WJ save the most money more savings with promo
code w J. Where are we going today, mister?

Speaker 3 (01:29):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (01:29):
All right?

Speaker 3 (01:30):
Well, first of all, we got to talk about hockey.
I mean it's very very exciting. People get excited about
the hockey.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
Oh who doesn't love hockey's all day, especially our audience.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
There was a game last night, all right? Well okay,
also of French Open tennis. That's that's the thing. It's
still going on.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
Aren't you gonna tell us who won the hockey game?
Who the hell could? I mean?

Speaker 2 (01:50):
I I don't actually, but I just figured he brought
it up.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
All right?

Speaker 3 (01:55):
Well, the Golden Knights won. They rallied from behind to
win five to four.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
Who did they beat a Canadian team? No, kid, this
is hockey. It's Vegas versus Carolina. That makes perfect sense.
It does, doesn't it? By the way, a little hockey
news that does affect us. The NHL's Dallas Stars planned
to move to the suburbs in five years, and the
NBA's Mavericks are also.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
Leaving downtown around that time, the great exodus of the
city of Dallas. They're not leaving the metropolitan area, they're
just getting out of the city.

Speaker 3 (02:27):
When you say suburbs, where are the hockey guys going
to go? Where's the Stars gonna play a Plano? It
looks like, uh huh, So they're heading north. Yeah, some
people head to the west, go to the mid cities,
but they're going north up to Plano.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
Well that's is it?

Speaker 3 (02:40):
Because they want to make sure that the Muslims get
all the hockey they need.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Oh yeah, those Muslims just love hockey.

Speaker 3 (02:47):
Well, Plano's just become, you know, like the Epic Center
for Epic which is, you know, the Plano Islamic Center, Right.

Speaker 1 (02:55):
That's what they claim.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
But they also had a massive rally there for Ken
Paxton recently.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
So, but that have nothing to do with the sports.
I think y'all drifted on me a little bit here.
Let me round your bag up, let's talk in be
a action all right. Finally, how who's in the finals.
Who's in the championship game? Anybody here in this room? No,
San Antonio and New York. Yeah, alright, the Knickerbockers, thank

(03:19):
you for that. Yes, they're gonna play game one tonight,
San Antonio. How's that strike going or the protest going
with NAACP. What they told the black athletes they out
not to play football in the South or basketball or
whatever else.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
I'm sure that's going strong, right.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
I've heard nobody reply to it, mostly because every individual
still wants to get something out of the work they
put in for the last eighteen to twenty four years
of their time.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
Well, we're only a couple of months away now from
the All White SEC Championships that will take place this fall.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
I guess right, sure, Yeah, I don't think so now.

Speaker 3 (03:55):
Also, I wanted to just mention while the Astros are
still on a you know, losing run basically, Jordan Alvarez
had his twenty first home run this early in the season,
leads the American League, by the way, in home runs
and tonight if you want to watch the Astros, I mean, yeah,
they lost to the Pirates last night. They gonna play
the Pirates again tonight. But tonight you might want to

(04:17):
just go to watch Paul Skiing throw that ball finally
pitching that pill Yeah, because he you know, former LSU
great and you know, big time in the in the
in the pros for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Now he put
on a show. He could put on a pretty good
display of his his pitching what they call prowess.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
See what I did there, Yeah, I did the pitching prowess.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
Speaking of baseball in the SEC. The fans jumped in
and reacted quickly after an umpire ejected the Georgia Bulldogs
Trey Phelps for taunting his opponents after he earned a
sixth inning homer on Sunday.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
Oh really, they're heading for their playoffs right.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
The Bulldogs met the Liberty Flames in the NCAA Athens
Regional Finals on Sunday with only one small controversy when
Phelps was tossed from the game. The Bulldogs third baseman
was both ejected and suspended, and the fans did not
like it. Oh my yeah, anyway, that happened Sunday. I
think most of our listeners in charge you already know
about it. But as news to me, I just found
out last night.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
And if I didn't mention it, I will go ahead
and just throw it out there. The Women's College World
Series starts tonight from Oklahoma City, not involving the Sooners
in anyway, That's just where they play the World Series
every year. And so Texas versus Texas Tech rematch from

(05:37):
last year which Texas won.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
Kind of lean in Tech this year, you know?

Speaker 2 (05:42):
Are they kind of like me? Are they the Atlanta
Braves of women's softball?

Speaker 1 (05:46):
And by that do you mean they win? Yeah, my
favorite team, the Atlanta Braves. Yeah, they just like that.

Speaker 2 (05:51):
Forty one and twenty crushed the Toronto Blue Jays yesterday.

Speaker 1 (05:55):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
Yeah, they beat them forty one to twenty. No, their
records forty one and twenty. They beat the Blue Jay
forty three.

Speaker 3 (06:02):
He's not the professional sports analysts, so cut him some slack.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
I think most people probably knew what I meant when
I said.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
It helps to be clear, you know, in a broadcast
situation that just like to.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
Clear those things up. Sure, you guys like, that's what
that's all about.

Speaker 2 (06:18):
Packers Josh Jacobs back at practice after a domestic abuse arrest,
business as usual, He says, I'm not sure if he
meant that about the domestic abuse or getting back to football.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
Good question, what thing was he talking about getting back to?

Speaker 2 (06:33):
And some people speculate the NFL is not all in
on Pride Month this year because on June first, a
lot of them hadn't posted gay Pride logos to their
social media accounts.

Speaker 3 (06:44):
We noticed like nine or ten of them yesterday didn't
have nothing on their socials.

Speaker 1 (06:50):
Have they changed that?

Speaker 2 (06:51):
I saw a report that said that Corporate America is
thirty nine percent less involved in Pride Month on social
media and mark getting terms this year them see that,
But you know that's anecdotal.

Speaker 1 (07:04):
That's just what some guy noticed using.

Speaker 3 (07:06):
I'm not telling you know, everybody else how to live
their life, but I think you've seen it before within
the Democrat Party, the way they pushed abortion so hard
that eventually people they react negatively to that. You can
just push people so far, and you can just push
pride so far before people are gonna, you know, react

(07:30):
and back up against that.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
While speaking of gay soccer is a big thing. Again,
did they do the World Cup yet?

Speaker 4 (07:38):
Well?

Speaker 2 (07:38):
A friendly soccer match between the Democratic Republic of the
Congo and Chile, I'm sure that turned out good in
Spain was canceled by local authorities over concerns regarding the
Bowl outbreak. Why would a team from South America, I
don't know who cares.

Speaker 3 (07:53):
Chances are if those two teams were to play and
it didn't go the way the host city wanted, more
people would have died in the after math than would
have died from ebola.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
Anyway, might as well just play the game.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
Because of the drunken soccer hooligans' that's it. Yeah, yeah,
I'm told if you go to a soccer match in
Manchester it's like the UFC every night. You don't know
which street corner to look at. People are getting punched
and knocked out everywhere you look. After the game's over.

Speaker 3 (08:24):
And then some of those people and some of those
areas where soccer's popular, some.

Speaker 1 (08:31):
Are still cannibals. Right, Well, there's that.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
They are.

Speaker 1 (08:34):
They cannibals. That's what Joe Biden said, and we're told
they are not.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
You saying, Jose ah Liar no, God, white women at
Wolton and.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
Johnson rocketing Billy beef and tomatoes.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
Yeah, you know, times are bad when you need to
take a loan out to afford some olive garden.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
That pisses me.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
Off, that is said, ain't it. That's a rough, rough
world we're in here. I know, the cost of living's
going up and the chance of living's going down. If
I may quote my good friend mister Oh when he
was here earlier, where did he go?

Speaker 1 (09:05):
I don't know. He just sometimes does that. He just
walks away, just cut out. Can I do that? No?
I think we'd be in trouble if we just walked off. Yeah,
we got to do a show. Well, maybe he did
the sports and he thought he was done. You see
what he's what is he? Did you see him through
the window? Is that him back there? You know who
is he talking? I don't know who that is. There's

(09:26):
girls out there, yeah, there are. I better investigate. No
sit down till you're married. If anything, I should go investigate.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
Yeah, why, you know, just to make sure everything's cool
out there, make sure they're not robbing.

Speaker 1 (09:39):
Him or exploiting him, or blackmailing him or something.

Speaker 3 (09:42):
Speaking the girls I was noticing that one of the
big stars of the Texas Tech Softball team that is
playing tonight in the World Series happens to be from Texars, Canada. Texas,
you know, I mean a lot of girls from Texas
on the Texas Tech squad. You might imagine Lauren Allred,
Texas can of girl and used to play Louisianna Lafayette

(10:04):
before she moved into the Texas Tech world.

Speaker 1 (10:07):
Well, how about that. That's Walton and Johnson country all
over the place.

Speaker 3 (10:11):
A lot of these girls to play for a bunch
of these different teams that from all over the Walton
Johnson SEC syndicated areas. Here, I mean, there's a couple
in from California here and there, and we'll let them
as long as they act right. Well, I bet we
might know they're mutuals, and yet we could there's this
girl Atlanta Johnson. Here's from Summit, Mississippi, which I don't

(10:34):
know if you know where that is. That's kind of
in between everything, sat in the middle of well, I
wouldn't say nowhere, but it's probably beautiful place. But it's
a long way from city east or west or I mean,
you can go up to Jackson down to Baton Rouge.

Speaker 1 (10:48):
But it's a it's a hall.

Speaker 2 (10:50):
It's a long way to the top. If you want
a rock and roll That's what I heard. Yeah, you know,
got look at this here.

Speaker 3 (10:57):
Magnolia Texas, Smithville, Love Lady Techy, Just Grandberry, Texas, Freedoms,
Wool of Texas, they love Texas, Gales.

Speaker 1 (11:04):
I know, I know people in those places. Do you
really sure, friends would?

Speaker 2 (11:08):
Yeah, that's supposed to be the number one place to
retire in Texas, according to some study they did twenty
years ago.

Speaker 1 (11:13):
So I'm sure it's still holds up. Sure, it's just right. Yeah,
nothing's changed around here in twenty years. Absolutely not.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
Well, speaking of Walton in Johnson Country, what ouse here
comes to Florida?

Speaker 3 (11:24):
Man? What are they doing in Florida at butchering and
eating horses?

Speaker 1 (11:30):
Is that this?

Speaker 3 (11:31):
No, you're gonna love this one. And this report's brought
to you by the Silver Slipper Casino. I mean, if
you was looking for a beach and an entertaining time,
you don't need Florida, you need South Mississippi. That's where
the Silver Slipper is. You will slip into the Slipper.

Speaker 1 (11:44):
Yeah, the Silver Slipper Casino. They've got a beautiful.

Speaker 2 (11:48):
Resort, a pool of beach gaming, live entertainment restaurants. It
is a fun place to hang out if you're trying
to find a great casino to go party at outside
of Vegas. I gotta tell you you get the most
bang for your bucket's silver slip.

Speaker 3 (12:00):
Oh yeah, and there's some winning taking place over there too.
I get their emails sometimes and they'll have these pictures
of people holding up these big checks. Yes, they just
want a bunch of money.

Speaker 2 (12:11):
I like that.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
Yeah, it be something you could look into.

Speaker 2 (12:13):
Mister Katteth, I gotta think you're gonna enjoy today's Florida
Man the most. Would you guys like to feast your
eyes on the TV screen and tell me what video
I'm showing you describe it to the audience please.

Speaker 3 (12:22):
At first I thought we were looking at dogs swimming
in someone's pool. No, put on closer inspection, it appears
to be.

Speaker 1 (12:31):
Links. They look like links.

Speaker 2 (12:33):
Three bobcats just decided some guy's chlorinated oasis his home
swimming pool, is now their personal day spa.

Speaker 1 (12:40):
Cats.

Speaker 3 (12:40):
I didn't think cats like the water that much, But
these guys look like they're enjoying themselves.

Speaker 1 (12:44):
Yeah, these are bobcats.

Speaker 2 (12:45):
No invitation, no cover charge, just pure We own this
bitch energy.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
That's mine right there.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
That's right, Mom and dad in an awkward little teenage
bobcat all doing the I'm not drowning your drowning stroke
while looking like they're judging your landscaping choices. An Olympic
level chill session. Isn't that interesting? Some guy got a
video of this the uh I was curious how this happened.
Apparently they broke in through the screen, as is often
the case, and.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
They got them a little uh uh. I don't know
if you have claws. Yeah, and they can just rip
him screens ride open.

Speaker 2 (13:18):
We' By the way, we've seen alligators in a pool before.

Speaker 1 (13:22):
This is the first time we saw a bobcat. What
were you gonna say to.

Speaker 3 (13:24):
Be on record as saying when I said that it
was links. A bobcat is a subspecies of a lynx,
by the way, so I was correct. Not all lynxes
are bobcats, but all bobcats are lynxes.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
By the way, do you uh, why do we need
to know? Yeah? Why? Well causeuse because.

Speaker 2 (13:44):
Why where'd you feel better now that you said that, Yes,
what is that? How does that how to make you
feel good about yourself?

Speaker 1 (13:48):
Uh huh.

Speaker 2 (13:49):
Anyway, a lot of people thought this video was fake,
but apparently it is our real life National Geographic Backyard
Bobcats show.

Speaker 3 (13:57):
So is that a mom and a dad and a
baby is like the traditional Bobcat family?

Speaker 2 (14:02):
Sure looks that way. Yeah, that's fine, right. What would
you do if you saw that in your pool?

Speaker 1 (14:07):
Billy? I think I was at the wrong house. I
ain't got a pool. No, well that makes lots. Yeah,
whose house did not wake up at?

Speaker 2 (14:14):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (14:15):
No, I get what your point is. Yeah, the video
is very short.

Speaker 2 (14:19):
We don't get that in the city. Most we ever
get his armadillo. We never see them get out of
the pool. Did did they get on a launch chair?
A lounge chair? I mean, did they get somebody take
them a towel? And they just run off without even
a thank you? Yeah, that's the thing. Someone posted this
video online and apparently they just jumped in the pool,
took a dip, and then took off.

Speaker 3 (14:41):
It's disrespectful if you weren't invited, but it's even worse
if you just leave without even a look over the shoulder.
A thank you, appreciate the hospitality.

Speaker 1 (14:52):
Nothing.

Speaker 3 (14:52):
Somebody's partying at my pool, I expect them to maybe
a little hey, thanks, that's all they need.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
Well in your defense of your outrage, some people are
skeptical of this video, but it's hard to tell if
it's AI because it doesn't have the usual.

Speaker 3 (15:09):
Why would somebody go to the trouble of using up
all the data center information for AI to show you
some cat swimming in a pool?

Speaker 1 (15:18):
Have you seen?

Speaker 3 (15:19):
You would not believe what they waste AI on, especially
ugly women.

Speaker 2 (15:24):
Wait what, well, very unattractive women will use enough energy
to do an AI generated profile photo of themselves to
raise the Earth's temperature by ten degrees.

Speaker 3 (15:34):
Yeah, you can see some of them homely gals. I
mean they got to run it through there four or
five times before that filter even starts to work.

Speaker 2 (15:43):
It's becoming a real problem lately, and I, for one,
am starting to agree with the climate change activists. You
guys shouldn't be able to waste all this energy on
a dating app profile.

Speaker 3 (15:52):
What we need to do is invent some sort of
a little device that women can take with them wherever
they go. Sure Internet date for example. Okay, and that
device makes them look like they look in their picture.

Speaker 2 (16:07):
Wow, like a mirror or something, but it'll make it
more attractive like a filter.

Speaker 3 (16:10):
Yeah, it'd be one of them filters that you could
just bring with you everywhere. It would be like a
blank screen in front of you, but people on the
other side would look and they'd see somebody attractive.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
You know, Billyeah. There is good news on this one.

Speaker 2 (16:22):
Pros and pros on this There actually is something that
men can use to make women more attractive.

Speaker 1 (16:28):
I believe it's called alcohol. Oh yeah, part of it. Yeah, no, no.
