Happy Sinco de Mayo, or, as some would say, happy
Sinco to Drinko's splashback.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
To college time should be Drinko to Mayo.

Speaker 3 (00:11):
What?

Speaker 4 (00:12):
Yeah, yes, I thought it sounds better drink go to
Mayo than sincoa drinko.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
M right, because Sinco to Drinko. Yeah, drinko to Mayo.
I think they both work. It could be interchangeable.

Speaker 4 (00:21):
Oh yeah, I just never hear anybody say drink o
to Mayo, and it always bugs me the other way
because I'm like, it just makes much more sense to
me drinko.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
You replace drinko with sinko? You know, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (00:31):
But anyway, Well, if you'd like to participate in the
drinko part of this conversation, there is something really interesting
that DoorDash is just released. They have named Margarita's as
the drink of the Summer because so many people have
been door dashing limes and tequila.

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Oh, I like, wait, you can DoorDash Margarita's. Some places
will let you do that. Really, yeah, put it in
ye Oh, I want that.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
You don't want to make your own no, I want
to have it prepared for me. Well, whatever you want
to do with the drink part, that's what DoorDash says.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
Everybody will be drinking those.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
And did you know that eighty seven million pounds of
avocados are purchased for Sinco to.

Speaker 1 (01:07):
Mayo every year?

Speaker 2 (01:08):
Yeah, more than any other time of year, and that
Sinco to Mayo is celebrated in other countries around the world,
not just the US, including Canada, Australia, and Japan.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
Is Mexico on the list?

Speaker 2 (01:21):
Mexico, Mexico is not on the list. It is not,
but they do offer ways to celebrate Singo to Mayo.
If this is something you're into and that celebrate with
an authentic meal, get up and dance, turn on some
of your favorite music, little salsa or flamenco dancing, and
then of course learn about the Mexican culture.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
I like how Mexico or is the one place that
doesn't celebrate this. They're probably like over there laughing at.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
Us, probably, but they're also probably like this is kind
of cool though, like we are learning about your culture.

Speaker 4 (01:49):
Like that part is cool, but other than that, it's
time to actually learn about it though, you know, I
don't think most people do.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
They're just like yay n. A lot of countries have
an independence day. This is THEIRS, I think is a
celebrated Okay.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Only one in ten individuals actually know that Sinco to
Mayo represents the Mexican victory. It's the Battle of Bla,
not Mexican independence. So is being funny because that's what
people exactly what I mean, though most people don't know
about it. They just go say go to well, now
makes sense to sink.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
Anyway. There's lots of other things.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
If you'd like to talk more about Sinking to Mayo,
you can hit up Victoria at Victoria dot Ramirez on
all of her socials.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
It's actually at it's Victoria Ramirez.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
I don't know why you're hitting me up again, but yes,
I'll talk more about single to MYO and.

Speaker 1 (02:36):

and Jubile.

Speaker 4 (02:42):
Eyes family is in the import export business there. We
have money and they import things right over the border
there and ware is.

Speaker 2 (02:50):

So take what you will.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
Add.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Victoria's family in the cartel, no one was asking Actually
I was thinking, I don't think anyone about that. No
one was even thinking that. I think you're not supposed
to confirm it. You're supposed to like hint to it.
My family isn't in that confirmed it. They they haven't
confirmed it.

Speaker 4 (03:11):
You just asked them what the part of your family
that has money that is the import export business. You
asked them what they import nextport. They want to just
go things.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
They once said, car parts, putting them in tires is
very popular.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
Oh my gosh, the side of the door of a car.
You can pull it off. And it's just do they
also import any sorts of foods or anything? I don't know,
I haven't asked.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
And also talking about the card you used to do
r C and like different kinds of that's not saying right,
certain type of beers the import like beers.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
Yeah, that has nothing to do with the other business. Right,
Why are you giving me like the like the you know,
like the sign around your throat. You're like, I'm not
doing that. I'm not doing anything.
