Speaker 1 (00:00):
Right about now, it's time for Nina's what's trending?

Speaker 2 (00:03):
First, you know what's coming up that that dirty, dirty,
and I mean that in the best way, because we're
talking about dirty little Santa Victoria.

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Tell them what they need to know.

Speaker 3 (00:12):
Well, if you call right now eight at eight three
four three one o six one, you'll have a chance
between two stockings. One's really good, ones.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
They're not so great, right and okay, I'm not mad
about some of the ones that aren't. I think it's
still great. But that's up to you. Yes, it's all
we'll do their choice.

Speaker 3 (00:29):
Yeah, so you between two stockings, but you have to
call right now eight at eight three four three one
oh six one. And right after this trending, we're gonna.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Pick up a caller and then you can play yeah
and stick your hand into stocking. Yeah, well, so good luck.
Well that's how you get the price. It just sounds
so many good luck call now. Yes, as you do that,
please let me tell you about as we move into
twenty twenty six, it's going to be all about being soft. Okay,
so this one trending has a has a theme. So

(01:00):
I'm about to tell you about the soft skills that
you need to land a job in twenty twenty six.
But before we get there, let's talk about soft saving. Now.
Soft saving is trending right now because it's this whole
idea that you don't put everything away into savings for
your future.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
You put a portion of it away for you to spend.

Speaker 2 (01:17):
Treat your sale, just putting it away from the future spending.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
Now we have it. So as the girl who just
got a four one K I hated that.

Speaker 3 (01:26):
You know that takes money out of your paycheck.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Yeah, but eventually you don't miss it, and then you'll
be prepared for your retirement.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
That's a later problem. I don't have the money now.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
I would start investing now, trust me that four one K.
You're gonna you may hate it now, but it is
something you should start at your age.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
It's really cool.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
It's really cool when you go and you check your
account and you see the number go up, and you're like, oh,
future me is gonna be not rich.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
But but I have some money. Yea, but I actually
subscribed by this.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
Soft saving is wonderful And the theory behind it, though,
is funny because it's millennials and gen z that have
been so stressed out that they want something to look
forward to so they can feel better about their current situation.
And sure, whatever your reason is for treating yourself, we're
supposed to live. Yeah, yeah, you should go to dinner
with your friends. Sometimes you don't need to break the bank,

(02:19):
but I mean do something that you enjoy, go for
a walk with the coffee like that kind of thing
you do deserve.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
Otherwise, what are.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
You doing put money away each week and so you
have something building towards a vacation.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
At the end of the year.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
I mean they're suggesting five percent. Yeah, so five percent
of every paycheck you every way. If you want a soft,
safe oh maybe your saving isn't so soft, Maybe yours
is hard saving.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
Mine's like if there's extra money in there.

Speaker 1 (02:44):
You're spending it.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
So there's no there's no saying like, oh my gosh,
I have she's hard living.

Speaker 1 (02:51):
No, she's hard spending. That's what it is.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
But if you need a reason to put away some money,
soft saving, be soft. That's what everybody wants, even employers.
So these are soft skills that will actually land you
a job in twenty twenty six, And funny enough, it's
very encouraging considering. We talk about how robots are going
to take everybody's jobs in the future, but now there
are businesses that are prioritizing good communication skills, professionalism, time management, accountability, resilience,

(03:22):
problem solving, critical thinking. I mean, all of the things
that you may learn in a communication.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
Class, are they not already priorities that are prioritizing those skills.
But at the same time, you can still get.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
A job without them.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
Guys, obviously proof Okay, you actually have some of these,
minus time management, I'll take that. Everything else you do have, Oh,
good communication skills, we're working on that too, But your accountability,
your resilience, your critical thinking, actually attention to detail, collaboration skills.
Almost everything on that.

Speaker 1 (03:53):
List you have. Victoria's just tame attention, just two things.

Speaker 4 (03:57):
The time management will keep you from going insane. Literally,
like why it's important you have You can have all
those skill sets, but if your time management is an
on point, your entire day will be scattered.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
Every day, you know, it's messed up.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
I went to college, right, So I went to the
University of Washington, and if anybody asked me what I
learned in school, I would tell them it was time manager.
I didn't have to pay for that, right whatever. I
paid for that four year degree, but I learned time.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
And yeah you did.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
So if you got those soft skills, good luck to you.
Absolutely that is what's trending. And this is Dirty Little Sanna.
So he told you to call at the beginning of
trending eight eight eight three four three one oh six one,
A lucky caller is going to get the chance to
pick between two Santa stockings and maybe when a pretty
awesome prize.
