That's funny you should say that, because I've had a
lot of life admin going on today as well, but
not much.

I am watching other people's life, admin, and it's like, well,
there's some real issues going on for people out there,
and it's really stressed me out right.
Speaker 5 (01:30):
Okay, So I was going to say, hey, I'm a.
Speaker 3 (01:32):
Don't you look at me like that? Pugs where you
and I boy.
Speaker 5 (01:35):
Yeah, we're going to get into this. But I was
gonna say, I'm a bit vulties. But it sounds like
you're even more volties from the other person's life, Edmund.
Speaker 3 (01:42):
I don't know, take away from your volniness.
Speaker 5 (01:45):
What's too late, it's all gone.
Speaker 2 (01:47):
Well, No, I'm concurring with you. I mean, maybe everyone
out there is feeling about vol me.
Speaker 5 (01:53):
Everyone is the same as me, and I shouldn't get
any sympathy whatsoever. It's a good point. In fact, I'm
lucky to be here with you guys. Speaking of Pug,
he's got his vesta on.
Speaker 6 (02:01):
Hey, fellas, how are you?

Speaker 4 (02:05):
Yeah, I wish it has been a circumstances obviously, Mogio
away circumstances.
Speaker 3 (02:11):
Yeah, he's dying doing something else at the moment.
Speaker 5 (02:17):
He'll be back tomorrow though, Yeah, And I'm bloody excited
for that. Tell you what, tell you what else? I'm
excited for, Fellows, that's the show.
Speaker 6 (02:27):
What's happening on the big show with old Mogi.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
But I'm fine, by the way, Fellows, thanks for asking him.
Speaker 4 (02:34):
Yes, well, it sounds like you're not fine because he
hijacked Keysy's whole yan about not being fine.
Speaker 3 (02:38):
I am looking real good.
Speaker 5 (02:40):
Well, obviously you are Jace every day, especially with that
new lid. It looks fantastic. But hey, you coming up
on the show today. Uh, we've got to get We've
got we've got to sort something out between you two. First,
we're gonna do some mediation here, because you know, on
yesterday's show we spoke about how Jason was upset with
Pugs over a certain thing, and then overnight Pugs then
doubled down and made you more upset. I think a
(03:01):
mediation session is needed. I'm happy to run that. We'll
probably do that next.
Speaker 2 (03:04):
I think what you're trying to say there, Keysy is
overnight Pugson betrayed me.
Speaker 6 (03:12):
Said I'll be at the mediation if he'll turn up.
Speaker 5 (03:14):
All right, Yeah, okay, So this is what we have
to sort out. This whole I'm in the middle. You
won't speak to each other thing. We're going to do
that next because we need to address that asap later
on the show though. Another chance to get yourself from
the drawer to join Jerry, Maniah and g Lane at
the NRL Grand Final. Listen out for the kit call.
Get ready to call eight hundred Hondarchy and I have
got a quiz to find out which one of you
two Vietnam experts is the true Vietnam expert.
Speaker 3 (03:36):
Yeah, great stuff for mate, good show man, Yeah, full on,
we'll see.
Speaker 5 (03:42):
The only thing that'll top it off is some bloody wheezer,
do you think so?
Speaker 1 (03:44):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (03:45):
Man.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
The Hierarchy Big Show week days from four on Radio.
Speaker 3 (03:49):
Hdarchyes, indeed so.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
Blind There on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this Thursday afternoon,
and time is twelve minutes past four o'clock.
Speaker 5 (03:58):
Jace Pig, Hello, just let the audience know you guys
are in a combined horror of a mood. To be honest,
I'd say, Jace, you're in more of a her of
a mood, aren't you. Yes, you feel betrayed by pigs
due to something that happened overnight and last night. As
well the night before. Sorry, So we're gonna do a
bit of a mediation session soon. But before we get
into it, I think both of you should just put
(04:19):
your cards on the table and let the audience know
what has actually happened between you.
Speaker 2 (04:23):
Well, we were discussing yesterday, wentn't we that Pugs published?
Can you can it? Buddy?
Speaker 5 (04:29):
Get rid of the music post?
Speaker 6 (04:31):
It sounds really sad already.
Speaker 4 (04:33):
See, hang on, Pugs, just let him tell his side
of the story. All right, I'm just feeling for you, brother.
Speaker 5 (04:38):
Sorry, it's Jace. Carry on, mate.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
So the night before Pugshan published and horndous photo of me,
and I said to him, jeez, Pugs, that was an
horrendous photo of me.
Speaker 3 (04:51):
Why did you publish? And he went, I know, yeah, yeah,
he knew that it was a horrendous but he published
it anyway.
Speaker 5 (04:57):
Can just confirm that he also published a horrendous for
of me and Mogi as well.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
Well that's just how you look, okay, Okay, I'm neutral,
I'm neutral.
Speaker 5 (05:06):
Okay, carry on.
Speaker 2 (05:08):
So last night, let me sit the scene very quickly,
and these are the facts, and nothing but the facts flavor. Sure,
at the moment the radio station they've got boxes of
shapes in their and studio b Okay. Now, about a
week ago, Mogi said to Michayla, who works at Flavor,
is it okay if we grab some, you know, a
(05:33):
box of shapes every now and then? She said, yeah,
that's totally fine. We're actually not giving them away. They're
just sitting there.
Speaker 5 (05:39):
Right, Yeah, okay, sure, So that was all g.
Speaker 2 (05:43):
Mogi's been doing that every single day. Yeah, he's been
doing it every single day. No German, nothing going on
because it was allowed. So last night, while we were
just sort of dawdling between songs, you had popped out
keizy and I said to pagsanh, I might go and
grab a box of shapes, that's all ga. And he went, yeah,
(06:05):
that's fine men.
Speaker 3 (06:08):
Yeah, he said, that's fine men.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
So I go and grab a box of shapes from
studio from Flavor studio B. I come out of the studio.
Speaker 3 (06:19):
Where do I see a camera in my face?
Speaker 5 (06:21):
Pugs is there with his phone camera filming me. Yeah? Yeah, yeah, okay, And.
Speaker 2 (06:25):
I was like, oh, big jokes, big jokes. You know,
he's ha ha ha, that's funny. But he's not going
to post that because there's an obvious setup.
Speaker 5 (06:32):
Yeah yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (06:34):
So I wake up this morning, what comes out almost
immediately is this totally false scenario where I'm stealing from Flavor, okay,
and I'm just done with it. In fact, I've now
put an embargo on any videos featuring Hoidy J. Embargo
(06:54):
until unless they have my approval.
Speaker 5 (06:57):
Right, okay, So, pugs, we've heard the issue that Jase
has is there before we do go to the mediation?
Is there anything you'd like to add?
Speaker 6 (07:05):
No, that's pretty much beg on.
Speaker 5 (07:07):
Yeah, okay, so you so you okay? All right, Well
that makes the mediation.
Speaker 4 (07:11):
And look, if the people have a problem with the
content that I'm posting, they should let us know on
three three.
Speaker 6 (07:16):
If they if they want me to not do that,
they should let me.
Speaker 5 (07:19):
So because obviously, your role as producer of the Big
Show and a team member is you want to entertain
the audience, and you thought this will be entertaining showing
them what Hordy J is like in terms of free grazing.
It ends in me? Is that what you were thinking?
Speaker 3 (07:31):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (07:31):
One hundred percent, And anybody listening right now, I can
tell when Jace tends to embellish things. You know, it's
part of his character to just do these big, tall yarns.
You know, it's all talk and it's the big right,
So saying I'm not saying anything. I'm just saying, just
remember what we're listening to Herember over there.
Speaker 2 (07:47):
Just to clarify before we go into the mediation, I
will accept nothing other than a full on air apology
from pugsan.
Speaker 5 (07:55):
Nude nude nude al Right, Well, we'll see when we
get to up next. In the meantime three four eight three,
do text us, let us know whose side are you
on here? Who do you support? And we'll get into
that next. Every text on three for eight three in
the draw for some reburger. By the way.
Speaker 2 (08:12):
In the meantime, he's food Fighters.
Speaker 1 (08:16):
The hold Aching Big Show with Jace, Mike and Kezy.
Tune in week days at four on Radio hold Iching.
Speaker 2 (08:22):
Read a Jelly Peoples here on the Radio Hodarchy Big
Show This Thursday afternoon. The time is exactly twenty six
minutes past four o'clock.
Speaker 5 (08:33):
And you're just in time for a mediation mediation session
between Pugs and Jays Jase. You're upset because Pugs keeps
posting terrible stuff of you online, and then this morning
he made an incriminating video of you stealing in inverted
commas shapes from the Flavor Radio station office, even though
you're actually allowed to have them. Yes, any insinuated that
you are a thief and didn't ask Pugs. Your stance
(08:57):
on this, if I'm right, is that he one hundred
percent steal it and it's funny to make a video
about it.
Speaker 2 (09:02):
Yeah, I just think no, no, sorry, we just need
to clarify. He said, Yes, that's absolutely right.
Speaker 5 (09:08):
Well that's not exactly what That's not what he said,
but is that roughly what it is based just the
summer before we get into things.
Speaker 4 (09:15):
Roughly, if Jace wasn't doing that stuff there wouldn't mean
anything to capture.
Speaker 5 (09:20):
Okay, cool, perfect, great point. Okay, now can you please
play the mediation music that I asked for? Now? What
I need you guys to remember is that this is
a safe space. We're all friends here.
Speaker 3 (09:31):
Not the way I'm feeling at the moment.
Speaker 5 (09:33):
I can hear you Jason like that. Man, Seriously, I'll
go Jace, eyes over here, man, you trust me, it's
all keezy, you know, eyes on, please, Pugs, eyes off. Jase,
please your eyes over here. It's quite hard because I
have to keep eyes on both you. Now. What I
(09:54):
need you guys both understand is that I love both
of you very much. Okay, and I ha seeing this,
seeing you guys file at this and tears.
Speaker 2 (10:02):
Can you stop for a sending? Keys? Can I wear
your POONAMU?
Speaker 5 (10:05):
Why?
Speaker 2 (10:06):
Just it? I don't know. It just make me feel
more in the zone, more relaxed.
Speaker 5 (10:11):
Yeah, sure, do you want to wear it? Yeah?
Speaker 6 (10:12):
Why don't you just take it without asking?
Speaker 5 (10:14):
But Pugs, Pugs not in the mediation, Jace, No, you
can't wear my poone number?
Speaker 2 (10:19):
All right?
Speaker 5 (10:19):
I can't just willing nearly give you that, Pugs, just chill, men,
You'll get your safe once again. Seeing you guys file
like this tears me up inside right because I love
both of you very much.
Speaker 2 (10:30):
All right, man, you've already said that.
Speaker 5 (10:34):
Now, Jace, please, and without getting violent, without getting aggressive,
tell me how did when Pugs made the video about
you with the shapes stealing from Flavor allegedly, how did
that make you feel?
Speaker 2 (10:47):
Oh? Betrayed, right brutally but betrayed. And because not only
did I feel betrayed, but he knowingly betrayed me.
Speaker 5 (10:58):
It was Pugs.
Speaker 3 (11:00):
He was knowingly dishonest about it.
Speaker 5 (11:02):
Right, Okay, so you feel betrayed now, Pugs, you've heard
that he feels betrayed. How do you feel about that?
How does it make you feel?
Speaker 6 (11:11):
Do I have to feel something about it?
Speaker 5 (11:13):
Or well, if you're gonna be a smartest and I'll
just be on haughty Jason.
Speaker 6 (11:16):
No, no, it's a genuine question.
Speaker 5 (11:18):
Yes, well you must have made it, you've made you
feel something? Or does when he says he feels betrayed
by you, someone you've went with for four years, you
literally don't feel anything? Are you a psycho?
Speaker 6 (11:26):
It just makes me feel like Jase doesn't care about
the audience or the listeners.
Speaker 5 (11:31):
Right, So in your opinion, it's all about the audience
and the listeners.
Speaker 6 (11:34):
Well that's my job, man.
Speaker 2 (11:35):
Well in that case, why don't they take a photo
of pugs Son's vest then we'll get some laughs?
Speaker 5 (11:41):
One hundred? Would that make you feel better or.
Speaker 3 (11:45):
A shiny Boatoes.
Speaker 6 (11:46):
Seem personal at that point?
Speaker 5 (11:48):
This is good, Pugs. If Jace, if you were to
take photos of Pugs and incriminating one like he did,
you know, from high up, making him look bad a
photo of his vest in his boat shoes.
Speaker 2 (11:59):
I can just make it from where I am.
Speaker 6 (12:00):
Man Hi, learn how to open your camera first, Probably
have to.
Speaker 5 (12:04):
Get on allowed to get a high up on anyway,
I was hanging on. Sorry, this is a mediation, But
would that make you feel better if you were able
to return Serve like that?
Speaker 2 (12:13):
No, as I've said it, I want a formal apology
on air. I want him to acknowledge that he's a
filthy liar, and I want him to do it naked
or at least topless.
Speaker 5 (12:27):
Why the topless part?
Speaker 2 (12:28):
Well, because.
Speaker 6 (12:31):
Why jas?
Speaker 3 (12:32):
Because we were having busy check today and.
Speaker 5 (12:34):
You want to see this, Okay. I don't think that's
a I don't think that's a fair ask. A Pugs aren't.
What I'm offering I think is fear. You can return Serve.
We'll see how he likes it. The audience can roast
him in the comments, or if they think that he
looks great, they'll do the opposite.
Speaker 2 (12:48):
Just on that three four h three? Who's signing with? Who? Here?
Speaker 5 (12:53):
Bret's text in Pugs has crossed the line from entertainment
to character assassin assassination. It's despicable, bad form, Pugs Without
hoodyj you probably wouldn't even have a career hoodij all day. Okay,
thank you.
Speaker 4 (13:05):
I'm not taking advice from people that can't spell words correctly,
like despicable.
Speaker 5 (13:09):
Now Clint's text and you're an animal? Heyt great content,
Pugs more please, Edward says, I'm on Pugs side on
this one, and then Daniel said, sounds like someone has
some tall yarns for such a short man. So what
I'm off I think you should take that deal, Jays,
you do a post of Pugs.
Speaker 6 (13:28):
I didn't agree to this.
Speaker 5 (13:29):
And it'll make you feel better and then we can
just put this to be a right. Yes, wait, let's
do that.
Speaker 1 (13:33):
The Holdarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy. Tune
in on radio. Let's see who's joining Jerry and and
Ire on the Export Ultra Grand Final Beer Garden too.
Speaker 2 (13:46):
Yeah, have about a prize that just to reiterate, we
don't want good bass it's going on this trip.
Speaker 3 (13:53):
We want booby trappers. Pard them booby trappers.
Speaker 5 (13:57):
What do you mean by that? Someone that's going, you
know what a hang on? So someone that's going to
like put a chocolate bar on the ground with a
bit of rope around it that then goes up to
a tree so that when Jerry goes to grab the
chocolate bar he gets hung upside down from a tree
like a booby.
Speaker 3 (14:13):
Traps can it could be that could be there?
Speaker 5 (14:16):
Or do you want someone who's just a bit of
an asshole?
Speaker 2 (14:18):
No? All that as well, but bob, you know, just
to set up little stumbling blocks all along the way.
Speaker 5 (14:24):
Will you know who'd be great at that?
Speaker 3 (14:25):
Who's that?
Speaker 5 (14:26):
Sam from Hamilton?
Speaker 2 (14:27):
Yeah? True?
Speaker 5 (14:27):
Man?
Speaker 2 (14:27):
Get a Sam, your mad barstard? How's life?
Speaker 1 (14:30):
You get a Feller's just d Yeah?
Speaker 3 (14:32):
Good on you mate?
Speaker 2 (14:33):
What do you do for a crust? Sam?
Speaker 3 (14:35):
I'm a builder of Why do we even ask this question?
Speaker 5 (14:40):
It's backbone?
Speaker 2 (14:40):
Ship, that's that is total backbone. How's the building industry going?
Speaker 3 (14:46):
Sam?
Speaker 2 (14:47):
You're not mate? Not too bad mate.
Speaker 5 (14:49):
I'm still on a job so yeah.
Speaker 2 (14:51):
He can't play now tell me Sam, do you have
the ability to be a piece of work on this trip? Absolutely? Mate?
Speaker 5 (14:59):
I'm sick. Yeah I've heard that before. Sam. Perfect, mate,
You're exactly what we need. You hold the line there, mate,
you're in the drawer.
Speaker 6 (15:07):
You actually don't have to hold the line. Sam. I've
put you in the drawer. Brother, look out for.
Speaker 2 (15:10):
The text and start trying to grease the listeners, Pugs,
because you've disgraced yourself today.
Speaker 5 (15:18):
Please bye, Sam.
Speaker 2 (15:21):
He's gone by, Sam, get a Shaner house life.
Speaker 3 (15:25):
It's great.
Speaker 5 (15:26):
How are you guys?
Speaker 2 (15:26):
Yeah? Very good, Shane. Can you tell me, Shana? What
do you do for a crust?
Speaker 4 (15:31):
I work at the university.
Speaker 6 (15:35):
Saying builder, Shana?
Speaker 5 (15:37):
Are you Are you a professor in backboneology?
Speaker 1 (15:41):
Of course?
Speaker 3 (15:42):
Yeah, master's degree?
Speaker 2 (15:44):
Ah, very good, very good.
Speaker 3 (15:48):
Tell me Shana.
Speaker 2 (15:49):
I mean it's going to be Mike, Lane is going
to be Managa, it's going to be Jerry.
Speaker 3 (15:55):
I mean your g with that.
Speaker 5 (15:58):
Of course? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (15:59):
G no, Ok, Yeah, she loves all three fla.
Speaker 2 (16:03):
I mean I don't. I don't want a scenario where
you love all three of them because that's not sort of,
that's not it's not what we're looking for. Shane.
Speaker 5 (16:11):
Can you be a preck to them the whole trip?
If you win, I.
Speaker 4 (16:15):
Could work on it between.
Speaker 1 (16:16):
Now and then.
Speaker 5 (16:19):
I don't believe Shanna. She sounds like a lovely person,
so we'll just put a little note next to her name.
Speaker 2 (16:25):
Shaw.
Speaker 5 (16:25):
You hold the line, Pugs, Yeah, you.
Speaker 6 (16:28):
Don't have to hold the line calling goodbye.
Speaker 5 (16:35):
It's not oh well rude hanging upsy? Do you need
to do a mediation after this between you and Shana?
Just a quick reminder of what the trip is, Jason,
is that all g I can't even do that what
I have to deal with. Yeah, I'm saying to switch
to pug sounds. Three nights in Sydney, Yes, flights, accommodation
(16:55):
at a five star hotel. A day at the race
is a harbor cruise on the way to the big
stadium there of course the n r L Grand Final
and you get to go with Manaiah, Jerry and g
Lane as well. Yeah, a trip.
Speaker 3 (17:06):
It's jam packed, doesn't it. It's all action packed.
Speaker 5 (17:09):
Full of jam.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (17:10):
I'm very jealous that I won't be there, but if
you miss out, don't cry. Come on, guys, just trying
to make an effort, you know, like segueing into a
song called Don't Cry Guns Roses.
Speaker 1 (17:27):
The Hierarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune
in four on Radio Holcky.
Speaker 2 (17:33):
Yes, indeed there's Strokes there on the Radio Darchy Big
Show this Thursday evening. The time is ten to five,
Let's talk TV. What's on the Telly with Mike Minogue?
Yeah yeah, And by the way, if you're just joining us,
no Mogi again today hopefully all I think.
Speaker 3 (17:55):
Definitely tomorrow on board. So it's all G.
Speaker 2 (17:58):
It's all G. Don't pan Now. I'm carrying on with
a very disturbing show called half Man, which is on
TV and Z Plus, and it's about two brothers. Well
they're not actually brothers, but they're sort of that. They're
brought together and they go through a lot together. They're
brothers to a different lover, as.
Speaker 5 (18:18):
They call it, rather from another mother.
Speaker 2 (18:22):
Yeah, brother from another lover is their phrase though, because
actually their mothers are lovers, right, you got me?
Speaker 4 (18:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (18:33):
But it's one and it's a very in your face
kind of show and there's a lot of emotional manipulation
going on and it's a very awkward watch. And the
main character, Nile, is being manipulated by everyone basically, and
all the scenarios he's getting faced with, he loses in
(18:56):
all of them, all the time that they are heenus scenario,
and he's being manipulated by his brother, who was a
very very good manipulator and also massively violent.
Speaker 5 (19:11):
That's so good.
Speaker 2 (19:12):
And so it's one of those shows you're watching and
you're going.
Speaker 5 (19:16):
Do you feel good watching like that? Though, because I
can't stand shows like that.
Speaker 2 (19:20):
I don't know that I don't feel good. It's one
of those shows where you're going.
Speaker 5 (19:24):
Jeezal, that was great. I'm glad I watched that.
Speaker 3 (19:28):
It's good drama.
Speaker 5 (19:29):
But but you're still afterwards, you're like, that was great.
I want to watch another one.
Speaker 2 (19:33):
Yeah, I'll watch another one because you wanted to somehow
get better. So I watched another one last night and
it got way worse. Yeah, So that sounds great.
Speaker 5 (19:45):
Half Man, half Man.
Speaker 3 (19:47):
And it's by the guy that wrote Baby Reindeer.
Speaker 4 (19:50):
And obviously Baby Raindeer was a true story from his life.
So this is his fir sort of creative foray.
Speaker 6 (19:55):
Is fiction, isn't it.
Speaker 2 (19:56):
Yeah. He's the director and writer and he's one of
the main characters. He's an intense looking dude. Yes, he
is a very intense dude, and he plays this character
frighteningly well.
Speaker 5 (20:10):
Very good TVNZ plus half Men. Yes, how many buzzies look?
Speaker 2 (20:13):
As I said the other day, it's still three point
eight buzzies out of five.
Speaker 5 (20:17):
Yes, do you know how you have those shows that
are like your comfort shows. Yes, you just put it
on randomly every now and then you go, Man, the
show rules. I love it.
Speaker 3 (20:24):
I survived.
Speaker 5 (20:26):
That might be yours, Jason. You're just happy to be
amongst those characters. Again. I've got a few of them,
Parks and Recreation being one, a lot of UK sitcoms
like Peep Show and The Office, and that back into
after my reference the other day, Black Books, oh Man,
classic English comedy makes Do you remember when Dylan Moran,
the creator, the guy who plays Bernard Black in Black
(20:47):
Books and it's just brilliant, He came in here and
it was the worst interview we have ever done on
the show.
Speaker 3 (20:53):
And concert I've interviewed him before.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
That was the worst interview of my career, exactly, full stop.
Speaker 5 (20:58):
And it's just so like he's very troubled, but he's
brilliant and watching the show again, it's not black at
it in terms of the writing is mind blowingly good,
but it's one notch down from that, and I'm just like, God,
I wish he was great to interview. And then the
other character in the show, the other male character, Bill Bailey,
by all accounts brilliant. My wife used to work at
(21:18):
TV and Z. She came into the main lobby there
and Bill Bailey was playing pool and he was like, oh,
do you want a game of pool?
Speaker 2 (21:23):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (21:24):
My wife said no. I was like, what Bill regrets it?
Speaker 2 (21:28):
Bill Bailey is a lovely man. Great interview too. Sorry,
Pat's didn't have time for you.
Speaker 5 (21:33):
So it's on Amazon. By the way, what Prime and
I give Black Books four point eight buses out of five.
Speaker 3 (21:38):
You're nice.
Speaker 5 (21:38):
You simply must watch it. Just classic UK TV.
Speaker 6 (21:41):
You don't have time for TV or me.
Speaker 5 (21:44):
He's in her of a mood with you, pugs.
Speaker 6 (21:46):
I'm getting that.
Speaker 1 (21:49):
The whole aking Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
Tune in week days at four on Radio Hodic.
Speaker 2 (21:55):
Welcome back your MESSI bag bones. Hope you're surviving you thiszdy.
You're listening to the Big Show, brought to you by Reburger.
Speaker 4 (22:02):
Great Worthy, street Food, Freshly Mate and Reburger.
Speaker 3 (22:07):
You totally so yummy.
Speaker 5 (22:10):
Now you go.
Speaker 2 (22:10):
No, I was just gonna say I was doing a
Wii before. Okay, I'll go no, Well wait, that's not
it man, Okay, it's kind of quite pungent. Wheeze turning
on what that's about. But anyway, that's not what I
wanted to say. And then as I was coming, because
you have to use your phone to bleep back and again,
I realized I'd made two emergency calls.
Speaker 5 (22:29):
Was that all scanning in? Well?
Speaker 2 (22:31):
No, while I was doing because I had my phone
in my pocket and I accidentally must somehow made two
emergency calls.
Speaker 5 (22:38):
So someone listened to you do a very pungent wheeze. Yes,
probably Effin and Jeff and at the staccato nature have
said why and the grunting and then you didn't realize
until you were trying to scan your way back in
the door.
Speaker 2 (22:51):
I wasn't trying to scan my way back in the
doors when I went to scan my way back in
the door, and I went, oh my god, I've made
two emergency calls. So I'm just giving you a heads up, right,
if there's suddenly a mass of sirens, you know whatever, it.
Speaker 5 (23:05):
Was an emergency call, like when your phone is like,
you know, you've pushed too many buttons and it's like,
are you in trouble right now?
Speaker 6 (23:11):
Yes?
Speaker 5 (23:12):
Oh wow, So just be warned, fellas the police might
arrive again. A big show studio. By the way, if
you have just joined us, Old Houghty Jay's in a
bit of a horror of a mood with pugsn for
constantly posting terrible photos and videos of him on our Instagram.
He's now had his revenge by attempting to do a
sort of horrific post of pugs.
Speaker 6 (23:33):
How do you feel, Jason, You feel good?
Speaker 4 (23:34):
Man?
Speaker 6 (23:35):
No, man, you feel like you feel like a big shot.
Speaker 2 (23:37):
No, I don't feel like a big shot. I don't
like but listening other people pugs and creating lies and
this wound.
Speaker 5 (23:46):
It'd be pretty hard for you to belittle someone, wouldn't it.
But if you want to see it, the Haughty Jay's
revenge post, it's up right now on The Hucky Big
Show's Instagram.
Speaker 3 (23:57):
Tune. Man, it's still right man, the Big Empty.
Speaker 5 (24:02):
Yeah, you can just throw to the band if you want.
Speaker 3 (24:06):
Me to have any We don't have to have Stone
Temple pilots.
Speaker 1 (24:09):
Yes, the Whole Archy Big Show with Jason, Mike and
Keyzy tune.
Speaker 2 (24:13):
In stereophonics here on the Radio Hodnarchy Big Show this
Thursday evening. The time is caught a past five o'clock. Now,
fellas as you all know I've been giving a new phone,
loving it. But this is a genuine question. Now, I
before I ask this question, I know that I'm at
(24:35):
the very lower end of the scale here when it
comes to technology and understanding technology.
Speaker 5 (24:43):
Oh what you know what I mean?
Speaker 2 (24:44):
Really, Now I'm looking at this phone and it's fantastic,
and I'm you know, the clarity of picture is just amazing.
Speaker 5 (24:52):
This whole clarity of picture thing. I must remind you
you're just not looking through sellotape like you were on
your old phone.
Speaker 2 (24:57):
As that what it is.
Speaker 5 (24:59):
Yeah, it seems pretty stand you had you had cracks
in your screen with tape over it. That's what you
used to look through. Now you're just looking at a screen.
Speaker 3 (25:07):
And I tell you what, it's beautiful.
Speaker 2 (25:08):
But I'm asking as a genuine question. I know that
most people out there, technologically speaking, are superior to Hoidy J.
Speaker 5 (25:16):
I'd say that's correct, But I also.
Speaker 2 (25:18):
Believe there must be a great many people out there
that don't know half of the crap that's on their phone.
Speaker 5 (25:24):
I would say most people fit into that category.
Speaker 2 (25:26):
Because I'll give you an example here, fellas, I've got
all these apps and I don't know what the hell
they are Bexby.
Speaker 3 (25:32):
What the hell is Bexby. I've got a gaming app.
Speaker 5 (25:36):
It's just what is it called?
Speaker 2 (25:37):
It's called I know it's called a gaming.
Speaker 5 (25:41):
Gaming gaming hub, gaming hub for jas.
Speaker 2 (25:44):
I've got no idea way.
Speaker 3 (25:46):
For games obviously, isn't it.
Speaker 2 (25:48):
What is what the hell?
Speaker 3 (25:49):
Smart switch?
Speaker 6 (25:51):
Smart switch?
Speaker 2 (25:52):
Smart things?
Speaker 3 (25:53):
Another one I've never even heard of?
Speaker 5 (25:56):
What about this one?
Speaker 3 (25:57):
Buzzy's.
Speaker 2 (25:58):
I figured that one.
Speaker 5 (25:59):
Out, but sorry, sorry, So your phone came with an
app called Buzzies totally. Man, Wait, that's just a standard
factory Samsung. It surely doesn't come pre loaded.
Speaker 6 (26:10):
Into the work. They're not going to give you a
work phone with Buzzies on it.
Speaker 2 (26:14):
Look as I say, technologically speaking, I have no idea.
Speaker 3 (26:18):
I mean, I don't know how Busy's got on there.
Speaker 2 (26:20):
I don't even know what I mean I do, But
I mean that's just on my phone.
Speaker 5 (26:25):
Right, Because what I was going to say, that's weird
that it came with that.
Speaker 4 (26:28):
By the way, actually, Jay, I can help you delete
it as well if you want, if you pass.
Speaker 3 (26:31):
It, oh no, we can leave that one.
Speaker 2 (26:32):
But I mean what I'm saying is there's so much
on here that I have no idea. What the hell
it is.
Speaker 3 (26:40):
A meat with a camera?
Speaker 5 (26:42):
Meat meat who meet like e A.
Speaker 3 (26:44):
T no et and there's a video camera there.
Speaker 5 (26:49):
Can you drag meat into buzzies and see if you
can meet the people you know that they have the buzzies?
Is that a thing?
Speaker 2 (26:58):
Well?
Speaker 3 (26:58):
I don't know, this is what I mean?
Speaker 5 (27:00):
Okay, well what I think?
Speaker 4 (27:01):
So?
Speaker 5 (27:01):
And a lot of things have these like extra stuff
that nobody actually knows about. Right. For example, my oven,
I use bacon, I use grill. I don't know what
any of the other suffers. There's about twelve different options there.
Speaker 2 (27:11):
Don't even get me started on avens. I've got broil
on mine. You've brought the hell is broiling.
Speaker 5 (27:17):
One hundred percent? See, but you never you just bake
it or your grill it, or maybe fan bake. Well
here's another one.
Speaker 3 (27:22):
What the hell's M three six y five co pilot?
I'm not flying.
Speaker 5 (27:27):
I would say what that is is a year long
subscription to if you are a pilot and you're going
through your pilot training and stuff, that's a year long
subscription to a co pilot sort of service. You've accidentally
paid money for that.
Speaker 2 (27:41):
Yeah, well, this is what I looked at my account
today and I'm paying eighty five dollars a month for
M three six y five co pilot.
Speaker 5 (27:50):
How much you're paying for busies?
Speaker 3 (27:53):
And she has a good point, keysy a bit to
check that out.
Speaker 5 (27:55):
Yeah, okay, I hear you though, brother, my washing machine,
I only use a U daily wash, you know what
I mean. There's all these other options. What's all that about.
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (28:04):
Don't get me started about washing. My wife said to
me the other day, are you doing hot washes? And
I said, no cold washes? And she went, I know,
You've got to put it on cold for it to
be cold. How do you disgrace?
Speaker 1 (28:16):
The Whoarchy Big Show was Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune in.
Speaker 5 (28:20):
Four on radio.
Speaker 2 (28:22):
Here boy audio slave on the radio Hoedarchy Big Show
this Thursday evening of the time twenty six minutes past
five o'clock.
Speaker 5 (28:31):
You've got no moga today, which means we've got pugs
out in the studio. And I thought, I thought this
would be a good opportunity to kind of put you
guys head to hear because you both recently went to Vietnam.
Speaker 2 (28:43):
Yeah, yeah, correct, When did you go?
Speaker 1 (28:45):
Jason?
Speaker 2 (28:46):
I don't even remember the beginning of last year.
Speaker 5 (28:48):
The beginning of last year. You were there a couple
of months ago, March till April. Yeah, March till April. So,
and you both bang on a lot about Vietnam and
about all the intricacies and you know, the culture and
blah blah ttes and you both think you're Vietnam experts.
So I just thought, why don't we do a simple
Vietnam quiz, yes, to establish which one of you genuinely
did sort of immerse themselves in the local culture and
(29:10):
which was just a tourist.
Speaker 2 (29:12):
Yeah? Sure, Can I Before you get into this quiz,
can I just ask that you take away Pagsan's phone
because I've just got a feeling he was setting it
up to answer questions on something there.
Speaker 4 (29:22):
Jace, Could I have just pass me your phone? Yeah,
that's just for the question. That's totally fine. And second
of all, what a character assassination?
Speaker 5 (29:31):
Okay, Fell, isn't it? You to just get over this
little beef you've got, all right, and just concentrate on
the Vietnam quiz.
Speaker 4 (29:36):
Here we go, Ah, I remember this song, play it
all the time over in Vietnam.
Speaker 5 (29:47):
Super simple it's gonna be five questions. Okay, Pugs, you
were most recently there, so you can answer first. All right,
five questions.
Speaker 6 (29:55):
Here we go.
Speaker 5 (29:56):
Question number one, what was Ho Chi Minh city call
previously Sigon? Correct? Jason, Yeah, that's one.
Speaker 3 (30:07):
All Maybe, don't say if it's correct or not?
Speaker 5 (30:13):
Okay, fine, yeah, yeah, Okay? Which major river forms a
large delta in southern Vietnam.
Speaker 6 (30:20):
He's just going to copy whatever I say.
Speaker 5 (30:21):
No, it's fine, Pugs. The Saigon River, Jase me Kong
correct the Saigon River. There's no river called? Oh my god, Well.
Speaker 6 (30:38):
Hang on, you only got one right before because I
said it.
Speaker 5 (30:41):
Okay, okay, Well, if that's the way you want to
play it, Pugs, do you want it to be one?
Speaker 6 (30:46):
Yes?
Speaker 5 (30:46):
That is how I want to Okay, it's one each,
Thank you? All right? As you were God. Otherwise you're
really up Sigon River without which country borders Vietnam to
the north China?
Speaker 3 (31:00):
Well, Chinese China crects?
Speaker 5 (31:02):
Okay, you're both creats to all the Vietnam War ended?
And which year? Pugs?
Speaker 6 (31:07):
Can I get some options?
Speaker 5 (31:08):
No?
Speaker 6 (31:09):
Do I have to.
Speaker 5 (31:11):
Just give me a year?
Speaker 4 (31:12):
Man?
Speaker 6 (31:13):
I mean obviously year man?
Speaker 5 (31:15):
The war is a massive thing, especially part of the
tourism you win and saw. I'm sure a lot of
the you know, historical sites.
Speaker 6 (31:21):
I think it was late seventies.
Speaker 5 (31:23):
Okay, seventy nine, seventy nine.
Speaker 6 (31:25):
How are you doing?
Speaker 5 (31:25):
Who's closest?
Speaker 6 (31:26):
Yeah, okay, seventy nine, seventy five, seventy.
Speaker 5 (31:30):
Nine ers and character was nineteen seventy five.
Speaker 6 (31:33):
Well done.
Speaker 5 (31:34):
Three two to jays. This one's the toughest question. Which
traditional Vietnamese garment is often worn on special occasions.
Speaker 6 (31:46):
I have no idea.
Speaker 5 (31:50):
It's like a like picture sort of completely different culture.
Speaker 2 (31:54):
I know what the answer to this is.
Speaker 5 (31:56):
Picture like a Kimodo wish kind of thing, but not Japanese.
Speaker 6 (31:59):
But Jase can answer first if he's got it.
Speaker 3 (32:01):
Uh oh yi ow yi.
Speaker 5 (32:05):
How did you know it was? Ola the way?
Speaker 6 (32:07):
It is also my you're increct just by the way
going to answer that. Well done, Thanks and me.
Speaker 4 (32:14):
As well, because you know, we just say say the
answer there's incredible.
Speaker 3 (32:21):
Yeah, thank you man.
Speaker 2 (32:21):
Well, I went to a temple and they were all
wearing it there the woman. Yeah, it's worn by the woman.
Speaker 3 (32:28):
Same a long skirt and there's something to do with
the top.
Speaker 5 (32:32):
Bonus point if you can tell me how it's spelled, Pugs.
Speaker 4 (32:35):
Oh ya, no, I can try you go on then
a okay, oh okay.
Speaker 5 (32:46):
It's actually spelled o w yeah y a. I No,
that's incorrect as well. It's actually zid ai, but it's
pronounced ol yi. So but Jace, you have got the
original point correct, so it's still well, Pug, I already
gave you the cycle on River one man like I
already gave you a point. Congratulations. Thanks, you officially amissed
(33:07):
yourself and the Vietnamese culture, Pugs. Next time you go somewhere, mate,
maybe you think more about the local culture and stuff
rather than just treating it as your own.
Speaker 6 (33:15):
Sort of like playing You're one hundred percent right cross.
The next time you do a quiz, just do the
questions properly.
Speaker 1 (33:23):
The Hiarchy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy tune in.
Speaker 2 (33:29):
US. Indeed blink one A two there on the radio
Hodarchy Big Show this Thursday evening. The time is five
thirty eight. Do you fellas feel like having a bit
of sport chat?
Speaker 5 (33:40):
Shure s.
Speaker 2 (33:51):
Well, let's get into it, Fellas Big Night last night,
of course. In the Haughty j Household State of O two.
Of course, the Blues taking up the first game. In
my opinion, it was a very close game that one.
But I makes to say that, well, what makes me
say that is because, of course the Maroons got someone
seent off and that really affected the game. The Maroons,
(34:14):
of course, and I knew it, I knew it, came
back strong and gave them an absolute pancing.
Speaker 3 (34:22):
Last night, yeah, last night.
Speaker 5 (34:24):
Yeah, it's pretty much you correct. The Jay's state of
Origin game one twenty five minutes ago Callum Plumber red carded,
red carded, gone for the rest of the game, luckily,
because the Maroons were destroying in this w and then
they managed to fight their way back. An amazing try
from James Todisco right at the death gave them a
one point when I believe it was I can't remember
(34:45):
exactly what the total was. But coming into this game
as a New South Wales supporter, not a diary but
a supporter, you have to pick a dog in the fight.
Not feeling confident at all, and let me tell you,
after watching that game, even less confident, New South Wales
is a sham ambles lur daily who for much of
that long period of and You'll know there's Pugs that
(35:05):
Queensland dominance, you know under Melmanninger And.
Speaker 3 (35:09):
Yes, I mean they donated for a long long time.
Speaker 5 (35:11):
La Daily was a massive factor in New South Wales
getting pretty much their ass handed to them over and
over and over again. He's back and the team was
like a shambles.
Speaker 3 (35:20):
Yeah, it looks like a shamble.
Speaker 2 (35:21):
That was the thing that struck me about it was that,
you know, they didn't look coherent to me, New South Wales.
It didn't look like they had a coherent game plan,
whereas the Marines, Queens and the Maroons were fired up.
They wanted revenge. They knew they should have won that
first GA and they just took it to them.
Speaker 5 (35:43):
Who was your player of the match?
Speaker 6 (35:45):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (35:46):
I think that.
Speaker 5 (35:48):
I mean it's a pretty obvious player of the match,
to be honest. He is a very very obvious Pugs.
He'll know this as well.
Speaker 6 (35:54):
Absolutely, Or who would you say?
Speaker 2 (35:56):
Who would you say?
Speaker 6 (35:57):
Well, I think we're all on the same page.
Speaker 5 (36:00):
What I what I don't want Fellas is to be
in a situation we're on the radio talking about state
of origin and I'm the one who actually watched the
game right, No, yeah, because I mean Jason is now
googling something on his phone.
Speaker 6 (36:13):
I can't remember what.
Speaker 5 (36:15):
I mean. All you have to say is just a
name of the Queensland player who had an absolute blinder,
who scored a ridiculous amount of points, literally hasn't missed
a conversion whilst wearing a Queensland jersey. He's a freak.
He's playing amazing, he's in the Haarves, he plays for
the Chucks. Time to Google's.
Speaker 2 (36:36):
I'd have to go Sam Walker one.
Speaker 5 (36:39):
Literally the guy I'm talking about. Well done, Fellas. So
you did watch the game totally? Yeah, okay, what did
you think of? What do you think of Selwyn Cobbo?
Speaker 2 (36:47):
He wasn't playing, was he?
Speaker 5 (36:49):
Hah? Yes he was? He was amazing.
Speaker 2 (36:53):
Oh god this must have been when I.
Speaker 5 (36:58):
Did you want see any of the game? No classic
I did. It was a bloody rapper, absolute pantsing.
Speaker 3 (37:08):
Thank you biss, Yeah I think so.
Speaker 1 (37:11):
The Wold Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy

So if you are flying from out of town or
you live in Wellington to go along, why not do
it for the Thursday?
Speaker 4 (38:02):
Can I just note on this one? Fellas Charlie Gubb,
who gives us our Warres update every Monday, gave me
a call the other day. Yes, and it was actually
to talk about how he thought that he might have
offended you when he cut you off in our last chat.
Speaker 6 (38:15):
No, and I reassured him that that was not the case.
Speaker 4 (38:18):
But he also went on, we got onto talking about
Bevan and how were going to be down there, and
I asked him, I said, look, put it in your
calendar for what was it as the August. Put that
in your calendar. We want to get you one and
get you in there. So Gabbo's going to come going

I hope your Thursday night is going along very pleasantly.
You're listening to the Big Show. By the way, are
brought to you by reboog.
Speaker 4 (39:05):
You beef chicken, vegan and vegetarian options. Reburger redefining norm,
Chris Reburgear redefining the norm, speaking of I'm having burgers
but homemade tonight.
Speaker 5 (39:27):
Oh really, you're going beef fish chicken.
Speaker 2 (39:30):
We're actually going to go fishburgers because our daughter is
not at home, and so my wife and I like
a fish burger, but our daughter doesn't, so when she's away,
we take full advantage. I've got to be honest with you, though, Fellows,
I'd rather be having reboog you.
Speaker 5 (39:48):
Reburger don't do fish, do they? They just do. I
haven't seen a fish option, to be honest, I don't
want them to start doing fishburgers. I know fishburgers, right,
that's fair enough. I agree with your daughter. What are
you having for dinner? Pugs?
Speaker 6 (40:00):
Great question. I think I'm having some leftovers from my
dinner party.
Speaker 4 (40:05):
I've still got leftovers from there when was there, sort
of like at the week Saturday.
Speaker 5 (40:09):
Yeah, what are the leftovers?
Speaker 2 (40:10):
Are they?
Speaker 5 (40:10):
Okay?
Speaker 6 (40:11):
Yeah, yeah they're fine. It's just roasts. But we'll just
like re cook it up and like get a real
crispy and then it'll be sweet check it in some pizzas,
some peters sweet.
Speaker 5 (40:20):
What about you, Chris, I'm going out to an Italian
restaurant tonight for dinner.
Speaker 2 (40:24):
Cec.
Speaker 5 (40:25):
There's it's like spin it like it's just completely Are.
Speaker 2 (40:30):
You gonna be worrying your tony jacket?
Speaker 5 (40:33):
Why because I'm Tony Pepperoni and I'll walk into the
Italian restant. They're like, I should have damn it, I
should have worn it. That would have been amazing.
Speaker 3 (40:43):
Yeah, it would have been really good.
Speaker 5 (40:44):
But the classic thing I always do with an Italian restaurants,
I like, oh, I should try the pasta because obviously Italian,
you know, Italy nice pasta. I always just go stuff
and I'll get a pizza, even though I can get
a pizza any other time. Yes, you know what I mean.
Speaker 2 (40:56):
And you'll do the same again tonight, no doubt you'll go, oh,
I should really get a pasta, and then I'll get
a pizza. And then you get a pizza and have
like eighteen busies.
Speaker 6 (41:04):
Why don't you just get both and then like take
the pizza.
Speaker 5 (41:06):
Hu't because I don't have you know, Hurdaky Big Show
producer money like you. You can't even say it that
you have bugs, otherwise I want to perceive would do that.
Speaker 3 (41:17):
Yes, indeed, his Kings of a Leon.
Speaker 1 (41:20):
The Hurdiarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hod Bush.

and a half see this live?
Speaker 2 (41:50):
Please release me me.
Speaker 5 (41:58):
We're talking ingle Bird Humperdink live at the Kitty to
kind of a theater Tuesday night. All of us going
with our partners where the down from your place. You're nice,
all of us with our partners. And the reason we're
going is because he is not just for me, my
entire family. Whenever I have a few beers under the
old hat, which is nights, which is most nights, I
(42:21):
will put Inglebird on and I will sing to it
and punish my wife with it.
Speaker 2 (42:26):
Tell me when will you be made?
Speaker 3 (42:31):
Tell me?
Speaker 2 (42:36):
Tell you. One thing I will say about Ingleber is
that he's very catchy. He knew how to write a
catchy tune, great voice, and like you, Kizy, very much
a part of my childhood. You know when you we
used to drive down to the my uncle's.
Speaker 3 (42:53):
Farm, a new Plymouth, right old ingle bit.
Speaker 2 (42:56):
But be on the you know what, a trans while
not on the transistor, or be on the.
Speaker 5 (43:02):
CD player, the tape, the tape deck, the tape deck
there how good?
Speaker 3 (43:07):
Yeah, man?
Speaker 5 (43:07):
And so you secretly please to be going. I know
your wife is as well.
Speaker 2 (43:11):
She loves a dress up, she loves going to a gig.
She's very excited.
Speaker 5 (43:18):
Right well, now what about you, Pugson.
Speaker 4 (43:20):
I can never say no to a gig. And I
am so keen to see Younglebert. I've seen him before.
One thing you guys don't talk about enough. It's not
my first time, not my first radio this is your
second ingle b second experience with Inglebert. I saw him
it might have been like a decade ago, right in Wellington,
where I'm from. And I went with my mother, yep.
(43:42):
And I went with my nana, who's no longer with us.
May she rest in peace. But she had an absolute ball. Yeah,
ed Englebert humbered Inc.
Speaker 5 (43:50):
Does she like ten guitars?
Speaker 6 (43:52):
She did like ten guitars. Dance dance, dance to guitar.
Speaker 4 (44:00):
But also I just love a gig, man, I love
seeing live music. And I'm excited to see a legend
in the flesh again.
Speaker 5 (44:06):
I feel like saying, I just love a gig takes
away from the King of Romance and is a little
bit humperdink like this guy is, and once upon a
time was the sexiest man.
Speaker 2 (44:16):
Very still still very sexy. Now I'm thinking, because we're
going to dress up, what would be really special for me?
Speaker 3 (44:23):
Pugsn Yes, right, as if.
Speaker 2 (44:25):
You did your radio Awards set up again, You're wear
the beret. It's a special occasion that your red tie,
your military sort of jacket. Because my wife was like,
I think Pugs looks fantastic, so she would really like
to see you dress like that, Pugs, if you if
you'd do that again.
Speaker 6 (44:45):
So you're saying you want me to get the beret
out for angle, but.
Speaker 5 (44:48):
I would love for you to get the brera out
for a humbled humperdink. I've said his name a billion
times in my life, and I still get it wrong occasionally.
I'm probably gonna bust out the turtleneck turtleneck blazer, I'm
gonna tal conpowder up, I'm gonna put some brill cream
in my hair, and I'm gonna put some brute after
shave on. Yes, and I really want to feel like
my granddad going to one of his gigs.
Speaker 2 (45:10):
I tell you what, you guys should come over to
my joint first and I'll make you a nice bit
of mutton. Mutton, yeah, yeah, one hundred percent, some roast potato,
some pumpkin, some mint sauce.
Speaker 5 (45:20):
Really, I need the mint sauce to be really watery
and tasteless. Yes, I need the potatoes to be boiled
within an inch of their life, yes, and the mutton
to be very dry.
Speaker 6 (45:29):
Can you do that?
Speaker 2 (45:30):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (45:30):
Well it'll be chewy. I can guarantee you that.
Speaker 5 (45:33):
Nothing like chewing on some mutton before going to see
Uncle Ingle. But it is happening at the Kiddy to
Kana Work Theater. We are all going, and I've just
looked there are tickets available?
Speaker 2 (45:42):
Are you kidding me?
Speaker 1 (45:44):
The whole Aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy
tune in week days at four on Radio Hold.
Speaker 3 (45:50):
I can you sound like you're there?
Speaker 2 (45:51):
On the radio Hold Donkey Big Show this Thursday.
Speaker 5 (45:54):
Evening, Fellers Day and Lou's coming up next week Thursday
June twenty fifth, from six am onwards. The entire station
broadcasting live from one location, even though we do that
every day from the Hodaki studio. Yes, but this time
it'll be in the tallest building in New Zealand, the Skytower.
It is a day and Lou getting to the bottom
of bowel cancer by taking the conversation to the top
(46:17):
of the Skytower.
Speaker 3 (46:18):
Yeah night.
Speaker 5 (46:19):
Now, of course, this is all raising funds for bow
Cancer New Zealand. You can donate by texting Lou to
three four eight three. But good news, A couple of
piece pieces of good news actually, but actually mainly considering you, Jason.
Speaker 6 (46:30):
Oh, yeah.
Speaker 5 (46:30):
I went out into the office before before everyone left,
of course, and Kate had on her screen a wacky
Pooh costume, like a Pooh outfit, and I said to her, Oh,
who's that for? And then she and Toddy boss Tody
turned around and both said we're thinking of getting Hoity
Jay towaar this And I was like, that is a
(46:51):
great idea. How's that? How does that striking? Obviously keeping
in mind that it's for cancer, it's for bowcancer New Zealand.
How do you feel about that?
Speaker 3 (46:58):
What is something I feel very strongly about?
Speaker 2 (47:01):
But it's interesting, isn't it When even there is a
wacky costume yea, or a stupid costume of some description.
Kate tried to get me wearing a gimp mask.
Speaker 3 (47:15):
I can't even.
Speaker 5 (47:15):
Remember what it was for, probably for nothing.
Speaker 2 (47:18):
You know, And she's doing it with a straight face.
She's like, Jace, would you wear a gimp mask?
Speaker 5 (47:22):
It was for that motorbike we gave away and we
were all wearing our gang leathers.
Speaker 3 (47:26):
Oh right, was that what it was?
Speaker 2 (47:29):
You know? I don't know what it is about me
that people think it's hilarious that I wear wacky costume.
Speaker 6 (47:35):
You have no idea.
Speaker 5 (47:37):
No, to be honest, it's your reaction as part of it.
But that was only the first piece of good news.
The second piece of good news is I confirmed with
Kate our plan for you to boldly and courageously walk
up the entire steerwell of the sky Tower and get
to the top, and you know, to raise funds for
balcancer New Zealand. And then I'm just thinking of it now,
(47:58):
why don't we put those two ideas?
Speaker 6 (48:00):
Give it boom?
Speaker 2 (48:01):
So you want me to dress up as a poo
and walk up the stairs, all the stairs in.
Speaker 3 (48:07):
The sky Tower. When did you speak to Kate about this.
Speaker 5 (48:10):
When you stay it out loud like that, it makes
me think, God, that's brilliant. Like an hour ago just
before she left.
Speaker 2 (48:15):
Oh right, okay, because I was speaking at Andy with
Andy when I popped out before Yeah, Skytower, because I've
been trying to organize that whole step. Yeah, and he' said, unfortunately,
floors ten through to eighteen out of service at the moment.
Speaker 6 (48:33):
So you just do one to ten and then eighteen
to what is it.
Speaker 5 (48:37):
When we started eighteen? Oh yeah, well there's no still
fifty floors.
Speaker 2 (48:41):
My whole point of doing it was I want to
do all the stairs.
Speaker 5 (48:46):
Yeah, right, so I've got there before.
Speaker 6 (48:48):
I've got an idea.
Speaker 4 (48:50):
You do eighteen to fifty and then you go back
down and then make up the numbers that you messed on.
Speaker 6 (48:55):
Because that way you get to fulfill your dream. No,
because then the name of bellcancer a win month.
Speaker 2 (49:00):
That's doubling the amount of stairs that I would actually
have to climb.
Speaker 4 (49:04):
I'll tell you what, in all seriousness, if you did it,
I would do it with you. If you if you
actually follow through, that doesn't motivate me in the least.
Speaker 3 (49:14):
Pugs.
Speaker 5 (49:14):
I'm sorry, Pugs, but what less than a month ago.
I pledged to that, you know, with the whole giving
up vaping thing, and he just did it. Literally didn't
affect him at all. I don't care about us.
Speaker 6 (49:24):
I'll beck you man.
Speaker 5 (49:25):
What about this? Will you do it? If Pugs is
wearing the pool out yeah?
Speaker 3 (49:32):
Will you do it?
Speaker 2 (49:33):
No? Okay?
Speaker 5 (49:33):
Well mate, what about this? What about put just Pugs
wearing the pool outfit doing the stairs.
Speaker 6 (49:37):
We'll hang on that stage and you're just up the.
Speaker 5 (49:39):
Top with me and we're sort of broadcasting you're on.
Speaker 2 (49:41):
Okay?
Speaker 5 (49:41):
No, text Lou to three four eight three support Pugs
and his big climb here today at lou dot co
dot m z for an online symptom checker. It's one
of those sicknesses where if you catch the symptoms early,
very treatable and we'll see you next Thursday.
Speaker 1 (49:54):
The Hold Actual Big Show with Mike and Ks. Tune
in week days at four on Radio hod I.
Speaker 2 (50:00):
Weeez are there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this
Thursday evening.
Speaker 5 (50:04):
Hey, Jase, you know Pugs here, our producer, yes, backbone
team member of the Hidarky Big Show.
Speaker 2 (50:10):
Did you Q?
Speaker 5 (50:11):
Did you know that he's been doing extra work to
support our station beyond what he's you know, his usual
tasks and things. Because the other night, Pugs, yeah, we
were talking about how Mowgi is going to be away
and you're gonna have to come in here, but you'll
still have to do the podcast, etcetera. It's going to
be a lot on and then you said, and I'm
also doing Hoduki a big favor afterwards as well, And
(50:32):
then I was and then I was like, oh, really,
what are you doing? You're working late. He's like, yeah, yeah,
I've I've agreed to like go to these gigs and
I'm helping Prebs out for going to these gigs for free. Yeah.
So I'm just wondering, Pugs, could you just explain to
us how that's helping our station? Because are you filming content?
(50:52):
What are you doing?
Speaker 6 (50:54):
Thanks for asking, Keezy.
Speaker 4 (50:55):
Now, I Prebs gave me the opportunity a little while ago.
Speaker 6 (50:59):
He said, Hey, look, we've got all these gigs coming up.
Speaker 4 (51:02):
Do you want to go along to these gigs and
then review them for the station afterwards.
Speaker 5 (51:07):
Like write an article? That's right, right, Okay, So.
Speaker 4 (51:09):
What I'm doing is every single time I you know,
finish up here and all the stuff I've got to
do here, you know what I mean, podcasts, trailers and
that job work here, your job you know, then to
such a high standard too, which yeah, yeah, even after
that's done, I got well.
Speaker 2 (51:26):
Let's be honest, most of your job is making me
look bad, so you know it's not that hard.
Speaker 5 (51:31):
True, that is himself.
Speaker 4 (51:35):
After that, I've then got to go to these gigs
wherever they are.
Speaker 5 (51:38):
And you said, you said last night it was right
by your house.
Speaker 6 (51:43):
Yeah, but the one before that wasn't different?
Speaker 5 (51:46):
When was the one before it? When was that that was.
Speaker 6 (51:48):
At the tuning Fork? When when Tuesday?
Speaker 5 (51:52):
So we took a gig last night, We took a
big Tuesday night.
Speaker 4 (51:54):
And then I went to on last week as well.
And then I've got another one tomorrow, right, and you're
just going solo. No, I got a plus one so
I get to bring my party partner.
Speaker 3 (52:02):
The So you get two free tickets to all these gigs.
Speaker 5 (52:05):
Around any time favor.
Speaker 6 (52:07):
Yeah, they're doing, sorry, a huge favor.
Speaker 5 (52:09):
Do you take a huge Do you take the work
credit card with you?
Speaker 6 (52:12):
No? I mean I always have it on me.
Speaker 3 (52:14):
Well, just on that I heard peoples telling them there
is a bar tab.
Speaker 4 (52:19):
You guys, what you're really missing is the quality online
content that dot co dons is getting out of it.
I review these and then i'll, you know, pull one out.
Speaker 6 (52:27):
Don't pull it up now.
Speaker 5 (52:28):
I'm having to look right now to see if you've
delivered on the music tab. There a music tab. Yeah, Chase,
it's never been to the Hey, god, have you ever
been to the Hidary website.
Speaker 1 (52:41):

the podcast outro clip today?
Speaker 4 (53:02):
Pugsan it was largely busy related on the podcast today.
Speaker 6 (53:05):
So this clip is called winter Coat. I've got a
bit of a winter coat scenario happening at the moment.
Speaker 2 (53:13):
I'm getting a bit busy too.
Speaker 6 (53:16):
I didn't say I was getting busy, but all good.
Speaker 3 (53:19):
I mean just that once.
Speaker 4 (53:21):
Actually it's actually got a bit of a winter just yeah,
that was classic.
Speaker 3 (53:29):
And when we say it was busy related, it was
our busy.
Speaker 5 (53:33):
It was Pugs and Holy Jay's busy.
Speaker 3 (53:35):
Yeah, yeah, doesn't have any buzzy.
Speaker 5 (53:37):
I've got a couple of like I got, you know,
when I'm in the bathroom and the lights above me,
yeah shadow, like not under boo, but like I look
pretty cut.
Speaker 2 (53:47):
But then I noticed a lot of the photos you
post on Instagram, there's a lot of side boob. Yeah.
Speaker 5 (53:52):
Yeah, that's a strategy. Yeah yeah, it's a social media
strategy I'm working on.
Speaker 4 (53:57):
I tell you what, those gym lights, they're really accentual
your muscles. It's definitely a conspiracy the results.
Speaker 6 (54:03):
Yeah, it's pretty unreal.
Speaker 5 (54:04):

Just don't look them in the eye, keazy.
Speaker 2 (54:23):
Just don't look them in the off. They're looking like
they're going to deduce you.
Speaker 3 (54:25):
Yeah, don't look them in the eye.
Speaker 5 (54:27):
I just close my eyes and put my hands over them.
Speaker 2 (54:29):
Right.
Speaker 3 (54:29):
Yeah, that's good.
Speaker 2 (54:31):
And enjoy your pizza, thank you.
