Rainbow Raaja (01:05):
Here we explore
the energetic, the emotional,
the physical, and the spirituallayers of reality.
So you can move from survivalinto suffering.
This isn't just a podcast.
This is an initiation.
Welcome to Rainbow's Rising.
(01:28):
This season we are exploringthose realms of reality.
The physical realm, the fairyrealm, the Akashic realm, and
the astral realm.
We're gonna talk about howthese realms interplay with each
(01:52):
other and the differentpractices that you can harness
to get the most out of balancingthese realms.
This month we are covering thephysical realm, which is a realm
we are all very experienced in.
We have been living here forhow long?
(02:13):
Your whole life! Well, thereare some things about our
physical world that not everyoneis aware of.
Sure, you can go online and youcan look up how do I manifest
in my reality?
Or you know, what what can I dowith this physical body in this
(02:39):
physical realm?
What are what can mankindaccomplishment?
The physical realm isn't justthe three-dimensional realm we
all see.
It's also about understandinghow the other layers of reality
traverse those lay those veils, traverse those it's
(03:06):
understanding how those otherrealms of reality permeate
through the how do I I have toground myself.
This month on Rainbows Rising,we're going to be exploring the
(03:51):
physical realm, thethree-dimensional realm, the
realm that we all haveexperienced our whole lives.
The reason that I chose tostart this season, the physical
realm, despite all of us havingour uh experiences here, maybe
even a mastery.
(04:11):
If we're all still alive, mustbe a mastery, right?
It's because we don't alwaysunderstand how these other
realms, these other energiesplay into our physical realm,
how they start to manifest inthe physical realm, how we can
(04:32):
use our discernment to recognizewhen certain events, certain
synchronicities, certainopportunities, when they are
actually coming into our world, into our life from a different
realm.
So I wanted to be able to startthis season with exploring how
(04:58):
we can deepen our attunement tothe physical world, recognizing
the different mediums thatfilter through us and through
our lives into this world, andhow we can start to harness the
(05:24):
full capabilities of thephysical world.
So, what really separates thephysical world from all those
other dimensions?
Well, besides the fact that wehave an organic physical being
here, this is also the worldwhere we get to play out our
pleasures, we get to play outour emotions, we get to feel
(05:48):
pain, we get to experience lossand grief.
So the emotional range, ourtactile physical range, as well
as pleasures of excess orpleasures of experiences,
nostalgia and um luxury andrichness.
(06:12):
The physical plane is where wecan tap into a lived experience
of abundance, and I think a lotof people have forgotten how
truly abundant the physicalplane that we experience is.
(06:36):
We have so many things thatcome up into our life: arguments
with family members,disagreements with spouses.
Um we have our ups and downs atwork, little petty
disagreements here, people notwanting to sign contracts over
(06:58):
there.
We've got our car problems,we've got our issues with
certain foods that make us sick,or we get a tear in our bed
spread, and you know, our kidsbroke, blah blah blah, item,
whatever the case may be.
(07:20):
But I know, at least here, where I live in America, I have,
especially in the last fewyears, really begun to observe
(07:40):
how much of what we as justregular everyday citizens
consider like we we think it'sit's not a luxury, like this is
this is just owed to us.
We are we are simply owed anice place to live, and we are
(08:02):
owed amenities, and we are owedyou know quality service at the
restaurant, and we are owedwhatever it is, whatever it is,
and I I've been through somereally hard times in the past
(08:22):
few years.
I've had to live without waterwith my two children for six
weeks, I've been on the brink ofhomelessness several times.
Um, I've had to go withoutelectricity, and in those days,
(08:47):
sitting in what I would considera beautiful, luxurious home,
not necessarily extravagant, butit it had bathrooms, it had
bedrooms, it had a kitchen, ithad a yard, all the things you
would want from a home, right?
You're sitting in a home withno electricity and no water.
(09:10):
Your two children are terrifiedand scared and crying.
You can't wash their sheets andthey can't take a bath and they
can't drink water because wedon't have any.
Um can't do dishes, you can'tmake food.
(09:31):
The most basic of things water.
It made me think how luxuriousof a life we all truly have.
The very bare minimum of havingrunning water, being able to
(09:58):
flush a toilet, to be able totake a shower at the end of a
very long day.
If your kids have an accidentin their bed, you can wash your
sheets.
You can make sure they haveclean clothes.
It's something that until youlose access to it, you really
(10:23):
don't have the trueunderstanding and appreciation.
If that's something you've justalways lived with, having water
accessible at all times, orhaving electricity accessible,
your electricity goes out unlessyou got a generator, some sort
(10:43):
of treadmill that generateselectricity.
Your fridge goes out, your foodgoes bad in the freezer, in the
fridge.
Um your electricity goes out,you can't charge your phones and
you can't access the internet, you can't file paperwork, you
(11:04):
can't do anything.
You can't do anything.
It's uh it's heartbreaking whenyour physical reality, your
physical realm, uh is shifted somuch.
(11:27):
And we're all in this shiftthat's happening.
There's such a massive shifthappening, I know at least for
the United States, but I'm sureit's on a very global level with
our resources.
And I think just coming out tokind of briefly touch on the
(11:50):
true, the true physical state ofthe world, which in the coming
weeks we're going to talk moreabout how to harness the
physical world so that you canactually acquire more abundance
and more alignment with thingsthat are going to make you
happy.
Um I'm gonna talk about how Igot out of that state of having
(12:11):
absolutely nothing into a stateof pure abundance.
Um, but today I want torecognize how divided we all are
on different levels.
In the physical realm, thereare so many energies and
(12:36):
entities and plans, kind of allof these tactics that are going
on behind the scenes.
You cannot see what is trulybeing mapped out, you cannot see
(12:59):
why certain things happen, anda lot of people stay very
ignorant to it.
The one one of the most umeasily adoptable uh belief
systems for how things happeningin the spiritual realms
affecting our physical realmwould be karma.
(13:22):
Karma.
You made a good choice or a badchoice, and you got a physical
reality shift based on yourchoice and how it affected other
people.
That is how in other realmsenergy can transfer and permeate
(13:48):
through the different veilsinto our physical reality.
And you may think to yourself, well, I'm not I'm I it if it
happens, it happens.
You know, I can't controlcertain things in the world.
No, you can't control certainthings in the world, but
becoming aware of them allowsyou to take away the power that
(14:11):
they have over you.
There's a lot of there's a lotof like secret um kind of
energies behind behind why we docertain things.
There's agendas.
There are agendas in ourphysical world that we're
created in the spiritual world.
(14:32):
There are agendas that happenin the astral planes, um, then
they're played out over there, and it affects our physical
health, it affects our physicalworld.
Um, we're gonna talk more aboutthat particular thing in the
last month and in the month-onastral realms.
(14:54):
But what I really want to getacross is we're in a very
divided place as a uh as acommunity of of a species of of
beings.
Um lot of fear that is creatingpeople to shut down on their
(15:20):
ownities.
There's a lot of fear-mongeringhappening, there's a lot of
staged events that are coming upin the future that are going to
play out in a certain way inorder to kind of entrap more
people into that state of lackand worthlessness, and uh
(15:46):
everything is is too challengingto move on.
One of the key key rules inmastering the physical realm and
how to master your reality isyou need to understand
everything that happens in thephysical world first happens
(16:09):
here.
Every thought, every word, every action that you take where
your energy goes, it is a seedplanted for what you receive in
your physical reality.
Now these seeds will eventuallybecome whatever it is you're
(16:35):
planting.
So if you have a tendency to bereally hard on yourself, maybe
you can't keep up with thedishes, or you're someone who
has a bunch of stuff on all ofyour counter surfaces, and every
time you walk through yourkitchen, you're looking at your
countersurfaces, and you'relike, oh my god, I am such a
(16:59):
mess.
I am just, I am just such amess.
I wish I understood why I'msuch a mess.
Up you got sucked into theagenda of one of the other
realms.
Because the first thing thatyou need to do when you are
faced with an emotional trigger,so you need to first figure
(17:23):
out, hmm, how do I shift thattrigger?
How do I shift that trigger?
I see my kitchen in a hugemess.
I maybe don't feel I have thetime, maybe I feel overwhelmed,
maybe I start to feel like I amjust the worst mother or
(17:46):
housekeeper, the wife.
Well, I look at the problem.
I try and be gentle withmyself, you know.
I can't do everything.
You know, I'm over heremanifesting manifesting
(18:09):
millions.
And when I have those millions,I'll hire a housekeeper.
Just kidding.
No, you have to start withbeing disciplined.
You have to look at theproblem, you have to go, okay,
well, you know, I can fix thisproblem.
I can fix this problem.
I see that mess over there, andI know I created that mess with
(18:33):
my dishes.
You don't look at the mess andgo, oh, look at that mess.
God, my kids made that wholemess.
My partner made that wholemess.
They are so dirty.
Gosh, they're so lazy.
They won't go take care ofthat.
No, I go.
Man, that's getting in my way.
(18:54):
I see all this dirty stuff,it's in my way for me to making
dinner.
I need to make dinner.
Why?
Because I need to eat.
And I care about my family, soI'm gonna make them all dinner
too, because I'm sure they'rehungry as well.
But in order for me to makedinner, I got I gotta clean all
those dishes over there.
So I'm gonna do it.
(19:14):
I'm gonna stop thinking aboutit, I'm gonna stop feeling bad
about it.
I'm gonna put on somehappy-go-lucky music.
I'm gonna do my dishes, I'mgonna make my dinner.
I'm using that as a metaphorbecause dirty dishes on the
counter, you know.
We could say it's somebodyelse's mess, we could say it's
our mess.
(19:35):
We're also looking at, like, hey, we're in the middle of some
some messy economic issuesright now, right?
All kinds of messy economicproblems.
And we got oil, you know.
Oh, we could say it's oneperson's fault over the other
person's fault.
(19:56):
Um, or we could look at themess and clean it up.
Oh.
Wonder what we're gonna do.
We're gonna make a bigger mess.
Are we going to clean it up andtake responsibility for our
actions?
Huh?
I don't know, maybe.
Uh, point is the physical realmis a culmination of a bunch of
(20:18):
different factors happening onother realms.
The fairy realm is not usuallya big one unless you have
children about and pets.
Fairy realm, um, the fairyrealm kind of overlaps with the
astral and the the physicalrealm.
(20:40):
Uh used to be a lot moreinvolved.
I don't know why I'm going intothis.
Uh I should probably get backon track here.
The physical realm is theculmination of energies and
(21:12):
agendas happening in otherrealms.
Got like, you've got yourastral realm, you've got your
Akashic realm, you've got yourfairy realm, you've got the
(21:33):
physical realm, okay?
The physical realm and thefairy realm are pretty much on
this plane.
You've got the astral realm andthe akashic realm that are in
higher dimensions than ourphysical realm, but they still
they have kind of like a trickledown, trickle down effect.
(21:56):
So for example.
Anything you do with youraffirmations, your meditations,
your gratitude practices, you dothose enough, you do them
regularly enough, you stay inthat frequency that you're
(22:19):
trying to manifest, you'll seeit mirroring into your physical
world.
And so over this month, we'regoing to be exploring how you
can play around with thephysical world to get the
(22:40):
results you would like to see inyour reality.
How to work with the consciousuniverse.
So I did pull some cards um tokind of guide our sessions for
(23:01):
um practices to learn today andjust some self-reflective
practices.
So I did pull some cards fromthe Lightcode Apothecary by Izzy
Ivy to help attune you to thenecessary tools you will need to
(23:37):
harness the skills I'm teachingfor physical realm mastery.
That's what I'm going to callit.
We are working on physicalrealm mastery.
There are some um some thingsyou're gonna have to know about
(24:02):
the physical world and how itinterlaces with these other
worlds, as well as how our body, our physical body and what
happens within our body and whathappens within ourself, greatly
directs our reality in thephysical world.
So what we think, what we feel, how we direct ourselves, how we
(24:26):
hold ourselves accountable, howwe choose to think, being in
full mastery of our being and ofour the integrity of our soul
will dictate the quality of yourlife in the physical world.
(24:49):
So the first um the first keythat was shown to me with the
light coat apothecary forworking with the physical world,
because I asked my guides, Isaid, hey guides, what do the
listeners need to know in orderto anchor in the lessons of the
(25:10):
physical world?
The first card was dualitymerge.
Duality merge.
Let's see if I can like toobright.
Hold on, let me see.
Duality merge.
(25:31):
Surrender dark into light.
That's not about banishing yourdarkness, it's not about um
saying, okay, well, I let go ofeverything that doesn't serve me
for my highest and best good,to cleanse my vessel.
(25:52):
This physical plane takes someradical accountability.
Like, in order to navigate thephysical plane and to truly have
a mastery level over your lifehere, you need to take radical
accountability for your actions, your thoughts, your darkness.
(26:16):
And if you can't look atyourself and the parts of you
that are uncomfortable andaccept them and take the time to
ask questions of them andunderstand them and embrace
them, you don't necessarily haveto love them, but understanding
(26:38):
why they are that way andhaving compassion for them and
finding a way to work with themthat is going to best benefit
you because usually in ourweaknesses lie our best
strengths.
Duality merge.
(26:58):
That is for us to look atreality, look at ourselves, and
not see the world as good andbad, Democrat versus Republican,
you know, straights versusmaybe not that one, you know,
(27:21):
race, races against each other, you know.
Oh, are you pro this,anti-that?
It's about really realizing weare all human and everything we
believe and everything that wedo comes from experiences that
(27:44):
led up to us making choices.
Murderers have justificationsfor why they kill people, just
as you know, you have a reasonwhy maybe you don't like Karen
next door.
But it's how we deal withcertain situations that will
(28:11):
determine the quality of ourlife in this reality.
So let's say we have a Karennext door, and to all Karen's
out there, may this story nothave any representation of you.
I just use it because it is aneasy, easy way to kind of I'm
(28:35):
sorry in advance to all Karen's.
I mean not to offend you.
I I love you, Karen's.
Anyway, um, there's a Karennext door.
And let's say Karen uhcomplains about your parking job
every single day you get home.
There's going to be a type ofperson who is going to hear
(28:58):
Karen absolutely abhor Karen'svery existence and spend a bunch
of time inside their housecomplaining to their spouse
about Karen and how Karen needsto mind her own darn business
and how Karen doesn't even havea car to park, so why should she
even criticize your car?
(29:19):
How Karen is such a problem inthe neighborhood, and how you
should probably go around andchat with all the other
neighbors and see if anybodyelse has any problems with
Karen.
There's gonna be that person.
Then there's going to be theperson who's going to rush
Karen, scream in her face, andthreaten to, I don't know,
report her to the HOA for somereason or another.
(29:40):
You know, the person who hasthat instant triggering.
That first person was nice toKaren's face, but Catty behind
her back, that second personrushes Karen, screams in her
face, is like, keep your noseout of my business, Karen.
Get out of here, Karen! I don'twant nothing to do with you,
Karen.
Why are you always coming overhere, Karen?
(30:00):
Bugging me with your nonsense.
Those people.
And then you've got the thirdperson.
You know?
They they they they stop.
They look at Karen.
They look at poor old Karen.
Look at how bored Karen looks.
Boy, Karen looks so bored.
(30:23):
Ever since her 25-year-old sonmoved out and got married and
then got a divorce.
She's just been all by herself.
Her son doesn't even come andvisit.
You know?
Her her dog just died.
She doesn't have a husband.
Poor Karen's just sitting overthere all by herself all day
(30:46):
long.
What if Karen's actually likeyelling at me about my parking
job because she's lonely?
What if Karen's really hurtingover there?
God.
You know, if I was Karen, if Iwas alone and my dog just died
and I don't have a husband, myson is in Europe and ignoring
(31:09):
me.
I'd want a friend.
I I might pick fights too beingso alone.
Maybe I should make Karen acasserole.
Or maybe I should at least likewrite, you know, like write her
a note.
Um maybe I should get her agift card for the grocery store.
(31:37):
Invite her to dinner.
Maybe invite her to take herout to dinner sometime.
I bet I bet Karen would likehaving some company.
That last person.
Sure they could have picked afight with Karen.
Sure they they could havewrecked Karen, trust me.
(31:57):
Oh boy, trust me, they couldhave wrecked Karen.
But they didn't.
They instead took the time tounderstand why Karen might be so
lonely over there.
Why Karen might be pickingfights where she doesn't deserve
to.
And because of that, that lastperson went and got Karen a gift
(32:19):
card to the grocery store, andthen Karen burst out crying and
made a brand new friend, and nowthat Karen shares her lawn tips
and helps garden on theweekends at your place and makes
amazing mimosas.
(32:40):
I don't know what Karen does.
Point is from that transactionwhere you chose to alchemize
somebody else's energy to takethe darkness and merge it into
light.
You took that darkness, youmerged it into light, and
(33:04):
suddenly there are gifts.
The gift of friendship, ofcompanionship, of understanding,
of healing, because Karen wasseen, Karen was understood,
Karen was loved.
That's what we gotta startdoing.
We got to start looking atother people's pain, at other
(33:28):
people's uh anger, at theirarguments.
And we shouldn't be listeningto their words so much as
listening with our hearts to whythey're speaking those words.
I think when we really start todive deeper into what is the
(33:54):
core source that is drivingcertain people in their
behaviors?
What is the core source that isdriving this company?
What is this company's mainfunctionality?
What is what are their goals?
Are they actually here for me,the consumer?
Are they in it for themselves?
(34:15):
Are they just making momentousprofits and um keeping all that
money to themselves?
And I'm only seeing like ateeny tiny fraction of something
that used to be really commonwith just small town businesses
anyway, and things were cheaperbefore inflation and all that.
(34:35):
I don't know.
I'm just saying our physical, our physical reality.
We need to learn how to mergeour darkness and our light
together.
Alchemy.
We can do that with ourselveswhen we are triggered by
(34:56):
someone, when you're in adisagreement.
Maybe you're in a disagreementwith your partner.
Something comes up with yourpartner, and they are like, hey,
you don't do da-da-da-da-da, orI really didn't like when you
did da-da-da-da-da.
You could get defensive and belike, I didn't do that.
(35:17):
You could.
Or you'd be like, I want toreally understand my partner.
I really want to understand whythey hurt.
You know why I want tounderstand?
Because I care about them.
I care about me too.
And I'm gonna take my time tounderstand them so that maybe
(35:39):
they'll understand me too.
We have to start merging.
Merging.
There is no good and there isno bad.
This dualistic way of lookingat life is creating an imbalance
(36:00):
for the collective.
When you only look at things asgood and bad, you will never
truly be able to harness allthat is, all the abundance that
can be touched.
Because if you see everythingin black and white like that,
unless you are at the veryperfect place, you have
(36:23):
everything perfect, you willalways be doing bad.
Right?
So until you hit thatperfection, you'll always be
doing bad.
You'll never see the good.
Finding the gray area, findinghow how you can start looking at
(36:44):
your life from this place of ofI am really in a good place.
I've got running water.
I can I can do laundry today.
There's a bunch of people inthe world who can't do laundry.
I've got electricity, look atme go.
You know, it's important tostart looking at all the good.
(37:12):
You can look at some of thebad, make little lists if you
want to, but you have to startto convert that overwhelming
sense of badness intoadvantages.
Sure, the economy is goingdown.
But at least that means I'll beforced to spend more time with
(37:38):
my family.
At least I'll I'll I'll I'vebeen wanting to learn how to
save my money better anyway.
I've been wanting to be moreresponsible with my money.
This is a great time to learn.
(38:00):
I've always been curious aboutthe stock market.
You know, so it's it's learninghow to navigate in this
physical world with all theseall these elements at play.
That duality merge, right?
(38:23):
What's so interesting is youknow, churches really emphasize
that heaven and hell, you know,we have baseball teams and
football teams and soccer teams.
You have two teams.
(38:44):
You've got the Republicans andthe Democrats, two teams.
There always seems to be twoteams, two people against each
other, male versus female, usversus them.
It's either this country orthat country, or you either
(39:09):
believe this or you're bad.
Have you ever tried justsitting in the middle of all of
it and just being really neutraland just going, you know what,
what if all of it is acceptable?
It's not good or bad.
(39:29):
It's just acceptable.
And instead of judging andtrying to make a choice, you
just sit with it.
You allow it to coexist.
You don't allow yourself tomake a judgment on it.
(39:49):
You just allow it to exist.
It's like an emotion.
You allow an emotion to exist.
It's when you start to likepush your emotions away or you
like start deeming emotions asbad, like, oh, anger is a bad
emotion.
That's when people get bipolarand stuff.
Like, I've been there.
Whew.
(40:10):
When you have so many strongemotions that other people deem
as negative, and you have tokeep suppressing them, and other
people like can't palate them, and and you have no one to share
with, and you have no one to besafe with emotionally, um, it
(40:33):
creates this dualistic nature, and I think our society has come
into that where we havesuppressed so much of ourselves.
There is so much of our souls, our desires as as a collective,
(40:55):
as a as a species.
You know, we have certainthings that are taboo, we have
certain things that are, youknow, forbidden, we have certain
things that are beingprogrammed into us that we want,
like consumerism, about theneed for, you know, great
(41:17):
amounts of wealth, that there'sthere's certain lifestyles that
are being pushed to us throughthe media that you you know you
look at sometimes you're like,oh yeah, I really want that
mansion, and then you like sitthere and you're like, do I
really want to clean that wholething though?
We we have so many of theseaspects to society that I think
(41:45):
a lot of us have really lost ourway.
We've we've lost who we are, when we are surrendering
ourselves to to neutrality whenwe are just allowing ourselves
(42:06):
to sit in neutrality for liketen minutes a day where we just
sit in stillness, no judgment,no rushing.
Your goal should just be toslow down, slowing down,
(42:26):
allowing yourself to coexistwith all that is.
I think that's really importantto learn how to do that.
That's how you can learn to notjudge your own emotions when
they come up.
That's how you can learn to bemore accepting of others when
(42:47):
they are reactive, when they aresharing their opinions, when
they are having a wholefull-blown mountdown.
But as a society, I I think wereally s need to start observing
our secret desires.
We need to start observing whatis best serving our collective
(43:16):
as a whole.
What are we technicallyself-sabotaging our species
with?
And that's how we can startwith this the physical reality
duality merge is becoming awareof the darkness, becoming aware
(43:38):
of the unhealthy habits, becoming aware of the things
that we are judging as bad ordark, and trying our best to
understand, see, accept, anddetach from those things as much
as we can.
So that was the first card.
(43:59):
So this This month I encourageyou, the best of your ability,
to work through these threethree light code cards and
integrate the lessons from themas best as possible to try and
(44:19):
really connect to the meaning ofwhat to try and connect the
lesson and and what theseparticular cards mean for you.
The second card that I drew wasthe crystalline abundance card.
(44:44):
This is align with knowing allyour needs are met.
I think that card coming up forI think that card coming up for
the physical plane as one ofthe best things that you can
(45:06):
work on while working with thephysical plane for your
abundance.
The crystalline abundance.
I genuinely believe that if youcan align with the things in
your life, all the things youcurrently have, have gratitude
for what you currently have, andknow that no matter what is
(45:28):
going on in the world, no matterwhat is going on at your job,
no matter what is going on withyour partner, that all your
needs are met.
Having trust that the universe, that God, that your angels and
your ancestors, your spirithelpers, that your higher soul,
(45:51):
the beings of your spiritualteam, that they all are standing
beside you, and that when youask for help, they will be
there.
Knowing that all your needs aremet and will always be met.
(46:11):
That will take away so muchfear and so much pressure that
you are putting on yourself toperform in this reality.
A lot of times we are trickedinto this rat race of living
moment to moment, trying tosurvive, trying to make ends
(46:33):
meet, trying to pay themortgage, trying to get the
bills paid, trying to get thekids to their appointments,
trying to make sure that we areaddressing every little problem,
that we have our house vacuumedevery day, and that everything
is nice and neat and tidy.
These are all things that overtime stack up and become this
(47:05):
the chains that bind us to notvery important things.
We already have everything thatwe need.
We have everything that weneed.
We are taken care of.
That doesn't mean get lazy andstop doing the work, you know.
(47:28):
Just means enjoy your reality, have fun.
You deserve to go out and havefun.
Abundance isn't just money,people.
Abundance is having a lot oflife force in you.
Abundance is having a lot ofideas come to you.
(47:49):
Abundance is being able to holdthe hands of a loved one and to
feel deeply how much thatperson truly, truly means to
you.
To the point where you arebrought to tears under the
weight of your unconditionallove for this person.
(48:12):
That's abundance.
Abundance is when you can wakeup, feel like absolute crap,
have every single thing go wrongin your day, and be in absolute
agony, and you know your kidsare fighting you on everything,
(48:36):
and the food tastes bad, and youdon't get anything done, and
everything goes wrong.
Right?
But at the end of the day, youare grateful that you have
children, you are grateful thatyou were able to eat anything at
all.
You are grateful that your bodystill moves you through this
(49:02):
physical world.
You are grateful that you wokeup as a human, that you're alive
now, that you can feel the sunon your skin, that you can
breathe that fresh, clean air.
We hope.
We hope is fresh and clean.
Please stop spraying weirdstuff into our air.
(49:27):
Humans.
Breathe in that fresh air.
Or breathe in the grapheneinfected air.
Whatever.
Bring it, breathe in the secondsecond hand pesticides.
At least you're breathing,right?
(49:48):
You smile, you recognize, man, thank goodness I got these
teeth.
There's people out there withno teeth.
There's people out there don'thave eyes.
There's people out there who Idon't got they don't they have
(50:09):
anything.
I should give them some of mythings.
They they deserve some things, you know.
I mean all of us should besharing our things with people.
That's that's that's what weshould be doing.
The point is connecting tocrystalline, crystalline
(50:30):
abundance.
Crystalline abundance isrecognizing that you already
have all the abundance in theworld, you have all the love to
give, you have all the life tohave, you have all the joy at
(50:53):
your fingertips.
Do you know how to access it?
Do you know how to tap intothat state?
It's there.
It's accessible to you, it'sright there.
Just touch it.
And money is the same.
(51:15):
Money it comes from a sense ofstability.
Financial security comes fromthat state of knowing the
world's got my back.
I've got good friends, I've gota great partner.
(51:37):
I am living the best life Icould ever live.
I am so satisfied in my life.
Abundance is bred from being soover joyfully happy with
yourself and your life that itpours forth over the threshold
of the spiritual plane and intothe physical plane.
(52:00):
That is financial abundance.
So harness, harness yourinheritance.
Harness the physical planeabundance this month by tapping
into the different types ofabundance.
(52:22):
If I missed any, I encourageyou to send me some fan mail and
remind me what types ofabundance you are able to
access.
You can find that link in theshow notes.
But it can be reallychallenging if you're in a
(52:42):
really low place in your lifewhere everything has fallen
apart and you really don't seelike you don't see the end of
you don't see the rainbow afterthe storm.
You're stuck in the storm, andyou're like, hey, the storm has
taken the roof off my barn, andwell, there goes Bessie.
(53:03):
You gotta, you sometimes need alittle help.
You sometimes need someone whocan anchor you, remind you, and
guide you through the steps toget you to that place where you
really start to revolve thosethoughts, those feelings back
(53:27):
into yourself.
You have to set up a habit.
And I would be happy to do thatfor anybody who really maybe
you're just in a really darkplace.
Maybe you've got a lot ofpeople um discouraging you, or
you might even be havingparanormal experiences or
something going on in yourreality that makes it really
(53:50):
hard for you to see that all ofyour needs are met.
Maybe you really feel like yourneeds are not met, and you're
not able to just uh do a do atrustfall with the universe.
I really had to do that.
(54:12):
I uh there was there was apoint in the last few years
where I had so little and myphysical reality was crumbling,
and I had to do a trust fallwith God.
I just had to, I was in prayerone night, and I it was after
(54:35):
being um psychically attacked, which I'll talk a little bit
more about in the month of uhAstral, the Astral Realm.
But I was uh I had just gonethrough a really heavy psychic
attack, and I was praying withGod, and God was reminding me
(54:56):
that no matter how difficultthings truly feel and seem in
this moment, no matter you knowhow much pain I'm in, as I I was
just sobbing and crying on theedge of my bed, praying for
understanding for why thingswere happening the way they
(55:17):
were.
God just told me that there's aplan, that it will all be
revealed in time, and to handhim my fears, to hand him my
worries, to let him handle it.
And within several monthsthings were handled, and life
(55:41):
had really improved for me.
Like, not even I wasn't even inthat house anymore.
The house with no water, thehouse with no electricity, off I
went.
I was in a much nicer house.
This one.
But um, it it got it gotcorrected really quickly when I
(56:06):
trusted that my ancestors, myguides, that the the beings that
I work with, they they werethere supporting me, that they
saw me, but I had to get out ofmy own way.
I couldn't be clinging to whatI thought was going to work for
(56:26):
me.
You can't cling to the thingsyou think are abundance.
Because sometimes, you know, ifyou're if you're sitting there
clinging, clinging to what youthink is gonna be your
abundance.
You're like, oh man, I I'vebeen gardening and I've got
these radish plants, and I knowthese radishes are what's gonna
(56:48):
bring me my ever-foreverfortune.
You keep putting all this timeand energy into these radishes,
but every time you harvest them, they've got worms, they are
moldy, they didn't grow bigenough to sell, and you're like,
you keep holding on to that, and you're not recognizing that
(57:08):
that's not really what's meantfor you.
If you just said, you knowwhat, God, you can keep your
radishes.
I I I don't know what I'msupposed to be doing.
Show me what I'm supposed to bedoing.
Something will come.
And if you don't believe inGod, that's okay too.
You can pray to whatever youwant.
(57:31):
You can connect to whateverwe're all I I believe in my the
heart of my heart, I believethat all belief systems are
pieces of a big puzzle, thatthey all coexist and they all
are supported, the supportive ofthis physical reality that we
(57:52):
live.
And that by playing with thoseelements, you can support your
physical reality throughconnecting with those other
realms (58:03):
the fairy realm, the
Akashic realm, the astral realm.
Those are all realms that wecan interact with that is going
to bring about our abundance, our blessings, our experiences,
and our gifts.
Now there are beings that wecan connect with and we can um
(58:28):
utilize that are not necessarilyin the Akashic fairy realm or
the astral realm.
You can work with the animalkingdom, you can work with
animals.
Having an animal totem or beingable to listen to the animals
(58:52):
that come through your awarenessand being able to discern their
messages and extract theirmedicines and integrate their
wisdom can have profound resultsin your reality.
(59:13):
Well, for me, when when I trulyhave deep appreciation for the
beauty or the differences of ananimal, whether it's being
outside and there's a possumjust walking past me, and I
(59:36):
instead of being freaked out bythe possum or afraid of the
possum, I take curiosity and Isit there and I look at the
possum and I sing the possum asong, and I tell the possum he's
a weird little rat cat, and Ising him a little song.
And usually the possum looks atme and gives me this look.
That's the look of the possum.
(59:57):
And then and and then he likemeanders over to me and I talk
to the possum.
It's very sweet.
But you know, when I communewith the possum, I'm like, hey
little possum, what you doing?
(01:00:18):
You know what?
Medicine possum is brought tome.
How to play dead.
That was a that was a hardmedicine for me to digest
because I am someone I I used tobe very extroverted.
I used to like telling everyonewhat was going on in my life,
and I had to learn.
I had to learn how to playdead.
(01:00:39):
I don't want to do that, but Idid it.
That was what Possum told me todo.
Possum was like, you gotta lookscary and you gotta look ugly
and you gotta you gotta die.
You gotta die.
To be reborn, you must die.
And I was like, okay, possum,bye-bye.
(01:01:00):
But working with the animalkingdom, you you might think,
well, that's a weird thing foryou to do with the animal
kingdom.
Yeah, yeah, working with apossum is very strange.
It's just very strange.
But boy oh boy, did it keep mesafe from people in the astral
(01:01:22):
who wanted to possibly cause meharm.
So there are animals that willbring you messages.
I just communed with Bumblebeelast week.
I had a bumblebee sitting on myhand.
It was thirsty.
I brought it some water and Ibrought it some honey, and I sat
(01:01:43):
and I talked to it and I sangto it.
As you can see, I am amisplaced Disney princess.
Um I just sat out there and Isang to the Bumblebee, and I
said to the Bumblebee, heylittle Bumblebee, what are you
doing?
The Bumblebee was resting, yousee.
I didn't know that at the time.
(01:02:04):
I just thought, oh, what a cutelittle fuzzy bumblebee sitting
on my finger.
It looked dead.
So I have started doing someReiki on it.
I was like, come on, Bumblebee, you got this.
Did some Reiki, sang somesongs, and the Bumblebee like
started vibrating once itrested.
And it cleaned its little wingsand it cleaned its little face
(01:02:26):
and it took its little hands, went like this, and I went, oh
hi, Bumblebee, and then off itflew.
Ten minutes, maybe ten, tenfinish, fifteen minutes that
Bumblebee sat on my finger.
But immediately after that, Iwas shown how important resting
(01:02:52):
is before I go and I launch mypodcast.
So the Bumblebee brought methat message how important it is
to rest and get adequate restbefore I decide to launch my
podcast.
Um, so this month, when workingwith the physical plane, I'd
(01:03:18):
like us to pick an animal or tokeep our eyes open for animals.
And if you guys could journalor draw a picture of your animal
and keep it on your desk or pinit next to your bed, put it on
your bedside table.
(01:03:39):
Um please go through your yourmonth this month, find an animal
that resonates with you, something that comes up.
And when we begin to work withthe conscious universe, that's
kind of the first lessons I'dlike to teach you for this month
(01:04:01):
is learning to work with theconscious universe.
First things first, everythingin our universe has a soul.
Everything.
Birds, the bees, the trees, theplants, the earthworms, the
wall over there, the clock, thiscomputer, this little webcam,
(01:04:25):
high little webcam.
Everything's got a soul.
An energy signature.
If if being able to say, well,it can't move, it doesn't have a
soul, fine.
It has a specific energysignature based on its chemical
makeup and how fast theparticles decide to oscillate in
(01:04:48):
in its whatever form.
It's form of matter, it'soscillating, alright?
Just so you know thoseparticles, they're moving, so it
may not be moving very quickly,it may not be moving noticeably
to you, but just knoweverything in our physical plane
is moving on a molecular level.
(01:05:10):
So uh everything's got a soul.
Everything's got a soul, and sowhen you start to understand
that everything's got a soul,because everything is
technically moving, you canstart to interact with those
things.
Hi, cute little hi, hi cutelittle webcam.
(01:05:33):
You're so cute.
I love I love making videoswith you.
I I hope you enjoy this.
I hope you enjoy this podcast.
And sometimes when you do that, little magical miracle things
will happen when you can uhhonor and respect the soul in
all of things, whether youunderstand it or not.
(01:05:55):
So for this year, this For thismonth, I'd like to encourage
you to take a moment with me.
We're gonna we're gonna rightbefore I go into my light codes
to activate you.
Let's set the intention forthis month.
(01:06:19):
I'm going to uh channel thelight codes for duality merging.
I'm gonna channel the lightcodes for crystalline abundance
and for the animal wisdom.
And I ask that the I ask thatmy guides and the guides of all
(01:06:42):
that are listening in past, present, and future that you
help me provide the sacred spaceand the attunement, the
activations for all that arelistening for their physical
being, anchoring in these codesinto their physical being, that
(01:07:05):
you are helping to align themwith their highest and best
version of their soul, that youare helping to align them more
with uh who they truly desire tobe in this lifetime.
I would love to help makeeverybody's life more malleable
(01:07:36):
so that they can create and playin this physical reality with
ease.
What I encourage you to do isget yourself comfortable if you
(01:08:04):
are driving a vehicle or doingsomething uh where you can't lay
down and get comfortable, that's totally fine.
I encourage you to come backand listen to this right before
you go to bed, and I willprovide a way to hop to just to
this later.
Um so lay down, getcomfortable, feel into your
(01:08:28):
body, allow your body to getvery heavy and relax, and we are
setting the intention to findthe spirit animal that is going
to teach us how to harness ourhighest abundance this month.
(01:08:55):
So, how to get an alignmentwith our abundance, how to how
to help us harness how to eithermerge our duality or harness
(01:09:15):
our abundance or both.
Instead, um going to do ashamanic journey.
So, what I'd like you to do isto get comfortable if you are
(01:09:37):
driving or doing something whereyou can't lay down, you're
still welcome to give it alisten and um just take, you
know, just stay alert and youdon't close your eyes and do all
the practices, but you canstill listen, it's just music.
Um, but I do encourage you tocome back to this recording
later and skip to the chapterwhere it's all about uh, you
(01:10:00):
know, it's gonna be thisjourney.
Um skip to this chapter so thatyou can do the shamanic journey
to retrieve your power animalthat is going to help you learn
how to navigate the physicalplane and cultivate more
abundance and be able tomanipulate the physical plane
(01:10:27):
with more mastery.
How to master the physicalplane.
Speaker 2 (01:15:41):
Yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah.
Yeah, my road and I cheered napoe kuya moya boy.
Na boa boy head machine.
(01:16:05):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, cool kia.
Speaker 1 (01:18:28):
Aqua, my yeti kuwa
Kekia chan ja ja chao to
chychore e chwak waqua itchwachwak waqua echu wa chwak wakwa
echu aqua kua qua.
Take a deep breath in yourbody.
Rainbow Raaja (01:23:32):
Take a nice big
stretch.
Some big energy.
That one's gonna be a littlebit more heavy and dense
compared to the coming months.
We are trying to create theveils are already thinning in
(01:23:58):
these other realms.
They're thinning, people arebecoming more well aware of how
these different realms arecoexisting and interplaying
between our physical world andthese other realms.
But what I'm hoping to do is tocreate a little bit more
(01:24:19):
cohesion with your intentions.
So you create your intentionsin the physical world, you send
them to the astral and theakashic and the fairy realms,
you interplay with those realms, you work with whatever forces
in those realms, and I'm tryingto allow those energies to
(01:24:43):
return quicker because there isalways a delay when working with
the physical world.
Everything has a delay.
There is always going to be adelay in your karma.
There is always going to be adelay in your rewards when
you're putting in good deeds, the pay it forward situation.
(01:25:05):
Um if you invest physicalmoney, it takes time to see the
rewards of your investment.
That's why it's reallyimportant to have patience in
our physical world and to alwayscultivate gratitude because
doubt can't exist wheregratitude exists.
(01:25:28):
Fear can't exist wheregratitude exists.
If you're grateful for theclothes on your back, the smile
on your face, no matter how badthings are beyond that, you
won't notice because you'll betoo busy being grateful for what
you got.
And usually you're rewarded forthat kind of gratitude and for
being able to hold the vibrationof abundance even when you are
(01:25:53):
in lack.
So that is our first episodefor this month.
Um, next week, we're gonna bediving deeper into next week.
I'm going to be talking to youa little bit more about how your
thoughts and your emotions havean impact on reality and how we
(01:26:18):
can start to reprogram maybesome self-limiting beliefs
through different practiceswhere you can rewrite your
script and you can create thehappily ever after you always
wanted.
I hope to see you next time.
And if you enjoyed today'stoday's uh episode, please don't
(01:26:44):
forget to subscribe so that youare notified when the next
podcast episode comes out.
And if you resonated with thecontent, you have some curiosity
of your own about the type ofwork that I do, please check the
my so I also want to close outwith reminding you to be gentle
(01:27:28):
on yourselves that we areentering more advanced spiritual
practices in these comingmonths, and that some of this
work can really be intimidatingto do on your own.
If you need some more support,I'm here for you, and you can
(01:27:50):
contact me through the contactsin my show notes.
But I know when I first startedon my journey over 15.
Almost 20 years ago, I reallyneeded more hands-on teaching
and more support.
I needed someone to interactwith me and to validate whether
(01:28:15):
I was doing the technique right, whether what I was feeling was
correct.
So if you really need thatreassurance, I'm here for it,
I'm here for you.
Okay.
Um if maybe you're a littlebit, I'm so grateful that we all
(01:28:42):
could join in together.
And if you want, it was sogreat having you join me for
today's episode.
I look forward to working withyou for the next four months on
exploring the different realmsof our reality.
And I'll see you guys againnext week.
(01:29:03):
Thank you so much for joiningRainbows Rising, where we ascend
together.
Have a good day, guys.
Bye.
