Reality looks solid until it doesn’t. Today I’m pulling back the curtain on the physical plane and explaining why “what you can touch” might be the smallest slice of what’s actually happening around you. We talk about matter, atoms, and form, but we also make space for the experiences people quietly carry for years: vivid dreams, telepathy with animals, premonitions, ancestral contact, and those moments that make you ask, is reality really what I was taught?

To make it practical, I share two simple maps: the physical world as a dollhouse that holds the game, and the “sheets on a bed” metaphor for how other realms can overlap ours until they brush against us. I also explain a dice-like model of neighboring planes, including plant and animal consciousness, fairy spirits, ghosts, guides, and lower-frequency forces. Whether you see these as literal realms or energetic layers, the point is the same: your perception and your boundaries shape what you experience.

Then we get to the rule that makes everything safer and more empowering: consent. I break down why curiosity is a choice, why boundaries matter, and why starting with plants and animals can be a grounded entry point. We also connect the golden rule to karma and dharma, self-love to real-world boundary setting, and manifestation to clean, heart-led intention instead of ego or escapism. If you’re ready to stretch what you believe is possible and still stay rooted, hit play, subscribe, share this with a friend, and leave a review with the biggest idea you’re taking with you.

SPEAKER_00 (00:20):
Hello, hello, hello, and welcome to Rainbow's Rising,
where we ascend together.
This is the podcast where wealchemize pain into power and
awaken the sovereign within.
I'm Rainbow Raja, shamanichealer, transformational guide,

(00:43):
and your companion on ascension.
Here we don't bypass the darknight of the soul, we move
through it.
We explore energy, consciousness, and the unseen
forces that shape your realityso that you can reclaim your
voice, your truth, your gifts, your power, and your path.

(01:06):
This month, we are going to betalking about, well, one of the
most mundane forces of ourreality, the physical world.
We are pretty well aware of thephysical world since we all
exist here.
But what isn't always exploredabout our physical world is the

(01:30):
different layers that make upour physical world.
Growing up, we were all toldthat the earth is this big round
ball, that we all evolved, andthrough this biological
evolution, that we are all thesemonkey descendants, which may or

(01:50):
may not be true.
I do not claim to know.
But what I do know is that thereare a lot of forces and energies
and things that are happeningbeyond what our eyes can see.
And so in this particular seasonof the show, I am going to be
breaking down the differentlayers of our reality and

(02:13):
explaining to you what is kindof happening on these other
layers.
But here in the physical, wehave objects that are tangible.
We've got tangible things.
We have tables, we have chairs,we have our physical bodies, we
have crystals, we've got trees.
The physical world is where wecan touch matter.

(02:37):
The physical world is wherematter matters.
Um, so here in the physicalplane, anything that we can
touch or see is comprised ofmatter.
And I'm not a scientist and Idon't claim to know what's going
on with science.

(02:58):
All I know is that pretty mucheverything is made of atoms.
And in order for objects to haveform, those atoms have to move
and oscillate and wiggle.
And that is what gives them formin our reality.
Their oscillation of like theirtheir ability to wiggle and

(03:21):
jiggle, and that's what givesthem form in our reality.
In the physical world, we aremore than matter, which is how
we have emotions, we havethoughts, we have connections to
humans, we've got dreams.
If we were only physical matter, dreams would not be possible.

(03:45):
Creation outside of our knownreality would not be possible.
If we're able to createsomething that has not been
experienced, that is proof thatthere is something beyond this
physical experience.
Dreams are somewhat correlatedwith that.

(04:07):
There are many, many people onthis planet that experienced
telepathy with animals.
They've had visions of theirpast loved ones, they've had
premonitions of events that wereto come.
They have played with fairies orwere able to interact with God

(04:29):
and angels.
There have been numerousexperiences.
Most people have at least onemystical magical experience to
tell about where theyquestioned: is reality really
what it seems?
Our physical reality has beenpresented to us.

(04:52):
It was ingrained in us from asearly as our childhood.
We were told what history was byother people who were told what
history was.
And although that is how historyis past, what we believe our
reality is, is how we shape ourinteraction with reality.

(05:18):
So when we are discouraged aschildren to having imaginations,
people with imaginary friends, people who could see the little
people in the grasses.
A lot of children arediscouraged from encouraging
those interactions.
Religious folk whose childrencan see spirits, shame them and

(05:42):
tell them, you cannot talk tospirits because they're fearful
of that.
But that is separating, whichare physical bodies filled with
spiritual material that navigateus through the world by cut by
severing our connection tospirit.

(06:08):
So here on this show, I'm hopingto utilize the information that
is being channeled to me toshare with you about the
physical realm so that you mightbe able to play around with
these ideas, to keep theseconcepts in your mind throughout

(06:29):
this month, and do your best tostretch the realms of your
perception of reality with me.
Please stretch what you believeis possible with me.
So for those who are watchingthis on YouTube, I do have some

(06:51):
visuals to go with what I'mabout to explain.
For those who are not watchingon YouTube and are listening on
one of the podcast apps, don'tworry.
I will do my best to explain.
The best way that I can describeour physical plane separate from
the other layers of reality wewill be covering is on this

(07:11):
physical plane, this is just theit's the structure to house the
energies that will interact.
So the physical plane is likethe dollhouse.
It is just the structure to giveus a playground to play in.

(07:37):
The physical plane is thelocation in which we are
experiencing touch, taste, smell, sight, being able to
communicate, to sense eachother, to whatever.
All of the things that beingphysical allows us to do.
But in this physical plane, there are other realms that

(08:00):
overlap our plane, like sheetson a bed.
And it's I will show a perfectexample next week because I I
was just shown how I can showthis.
So I will show this next weekwhen we start to actually apply
some of these practices to helpyou be able to manipulate your

(08:22):
physical realm and play with theconscious universe a little bit.
But for now, just imagine thoseother realms are sheets on a
bed.
On the bottom, like when you'rebetween the fitted sheet and the
flat sheet, you cannot see theflannel sheet and the comforter

(08:44):
above that fitted sheet.
All you see is the fitted sheetthat you live on.
And if you weren't really awarethat there was a sheet over you,
you would just think, oh yes,I'm walking on this fitted
sheet.
And that is all that exists.
And until that flat sheetactually touches you, that is
when you become aware.
Wait a second, there's there'sthis other thing.

(09:07):
There's this other thingtouching me.
And you can imagine people whohave paranormal experiences,
that's like the flat sheet comesand touches them.
They're like, oh, what was that?
We all are on this fitted sheet, thinking that's all that exists.
The fitted sheet on our bed isEarth.
That's like the physical plane.
The flat sheet is kind of thefairy and kind of the ghost

(09:32):
plane, the ancestral plane.
Um, a little bit.
We'll go into that on the monthof the fairies.
We become aware of these otherrealms when those other sheets
come into contact with us.
And once we are compressed bythese other energies and they

(09:53):
come into our awareness, that'swhen we individually are like,
hey, wait a second, something'sgoing on.
And we become aware.
And so I'm going to show you theillustration I have right here.
So we have the physical plane, the fairy realm, and the plant
realm.
So this is the consciousness ofplants, animals, and fairies.
And above that, we have theastral plane and the akoshic

(10:17):
plane.
And even beyond that one, wehave the quantum field.
But I'm not going to cover thatthis season.
That one's a big one to coverfor this season.
And beyond that, I was shownbefore recording this episode.
We have there are differentgeometric shapes that were given

(10:37):
to us to represent the differentelements.
And the earth element is a cube.
And I was, I was asking myguides and the ones that are
kind of helping me translatesome of these more esoteric
beliefs to demonstrate.

(10:58):
So we have here this cube, andon each face of the cube, you
can imagine it like a like adice, right?
So you can imagine, okay, we'vegot our dice, and on the first
side of the dice, we have a one.
We have a snake's eye, right?
And that's our reality.
On another side of the dice, youhave your plants, animals, and

(11:19):
fairy spirits.
And well, it's more like plantsand animals, and their
consciousness is on one side ofthe dice, and on the other side
of the dice is the fairyspirits.
And then on the top, we've gotthe ghosts, and on the bottom,
you have entities and demons.
And on the back side, we've gotspirit guides and angels and

(11:39):
whatever.
Most of these other beings cancross over, can go around the
edges of the dice and check onus.
They can they can interact withus if they choose to, they can
reach out to us, they can speakto us, they can send us messages
through our dreams, they cansend us telepathy, they can make

(12:02):
themselves known to us if theyare kind of powerful enough if
they want to.
But many times keeping us in thedark is to their advantage.
And so they don't.
Those who are curious aboutthese other realms and these
other consciousness states, wefind ways around the edges of
the dice to interact with theseother spaces.

(12:25):
Now, it's not actually a dice.
That's just to give you adimensional image of how, of how
there's these different planesof our physical realm that are
interacting.
So these are different energyfrequencies, different, I don't
even know if frequencies, theyreally are like other worlds

(12:49):
that exist in this dream-likespace.
Animals, for example, are highlytelepathic.
Many of them can astral travel, they remember their past lives,
they're able to like projectthemselves to their past life
family members, they're able toum like look at history and to

(13:15):
really observe this reality, butthey're mostly here as guardians
to the physical human realm.
A lot of our domesticatedanimals are here as guardians
and protectors.
They're here to make sure thatthe humans go uninterrupted,
that we're not messed with forthe most part.
If you make friends withanimals, they will protect you

(13:38):
from entities and keep youaligned with your highest
calling.
And if you make enemies withanimals, they will possibly call
in some things to mess with you.
So it's important to make sureyou're making friends with the

(13:59):
beings that coexist with us.
So you might be asking, okay, well, there's all these things
walking through our reality.
I've never seen one.
I've never interacted.
Like, why should I stop doing myeveryday life to interact with
these things?
You don't have to if you don'twant to.
However, if you do decide thatyou want to, there are

(14:22):
advantages to allowing theseother inhabitants to enter your
physical reality because it hasto be an invitation.
You are in command of yourreality.
Your physical world will staythe same.

(14:45):
It will stay fixed to yourperspective, to your what you
choose to allow into your world.
Everything is fixed for yourphysical reality until you
decide you want to open yourselfup to these other experiences.

(15:05):
And when you do make thatchoice, you know what?
I'm curious.
I really truly want to trace, chase truth.
I want to know what's real.
That's where I started.
I'm a Sagittarius.
I was like, I want to know thetruth.
I am going to go out.
I'm going to find out.
There is way too much going onwith fairies.
Like, there, there's so muchhistory on fairies.

(15:28):
There is no way that fairiescan't not be real.
And I saw them when I was a kid.
So that was how I opened thedoor to all this.
But I was very genuinelycurious.
I would rather know the truththan stay in the dark.
I was fearful.
I was afraid to interact, butthat did not stop my curiosity

(15:51):
to know the truth.
I am a truth seeker, first andforemost.
I don't judge.
I don't go around being like, ohmy gosh, you know, I'm afraid of
these things because I'm surethey're just as afraid of me.
If they didn't know I existedand suddenly I appeared in their
reality, I'm sure they'd bepretty terrified too.

(16:11):
So for me, it seemed prettylogical.
I put myself in a spirit'sshoes.
I put myself in a fairy's shoes.
I put myself in these otherbeings' shoes.
And I was like, hey, if I wasthis other being, you know,
would I would I want compassionand understanding, or would I
want to be immediately demonizedand misunderstood?

(16:33):
I chose that I didn't.
I live by God's golden rule, andI decide to treat all of the
beings of this planet the way Iwanted to be treated.
And that started with theseother invisible forces that come
into our reality through ourdecision to welcome them in.

(16:56):
Some people get curious through, you know, going, Well, I don't
believe in ghosts.
And then their friends, like, well, my house is haunted.
They're like, Yeah, sure it is.
It's like a skeptic who has atiny bit of doubt somewhere in
their soul.
They're like, I don't know, Idon't really believe in God, but

(17:17):
yet they will go and challengepreachers and ask all these
questions, or um, I don'tbelieve in tarot.
And then they'll go to a tarotreader and challenge the tarot
reader.
It's because there's a piece ofthem that doesn't truly believe
the BS that they're tellingthemselves.
And so they're trying to findexternal validation to this

(17:39):
limiting belief that is allowingthem to exist in this confined
reality.
And when they are actuallypresented with expansion, a lot
of them actually get reallyterrified and will be
threatened.
They're like, you know, you'rethreatening my entire existence.
I'm I'm sorry.

(18:00):
You came to me.
You came to me for a tarotreading, sir.
That is not my fault.
You don't want me to tell youthe truth.
You want me to lie?
No, that's not what you'repaying me for.
So I'm I'm here.
None of you are paying me, but Iam here to remind you if you

(18:20):
choose that you want to havethese experiences with these
other realms, the first thing isa consensual agreement.
You are making a choice.
Your curiosity to explore theseother realms is a choice.
You can watch movies, you canread as many esoteric books as

(18:44):
you want, you can listen to thisentire podcast.
And unless you are choosing, I'mactually curious and I want to
see if this is true.
You won't experience anythingbecause you can either choose,
you know what?
I don't, I'm not really thatcurious.
I'd like to learn how tomeditate, maybe do some Reiki.
Maybe if she gets there, I'dlove to learn how to levitate

(19:06):
objects with my mind or setthings on fire.
That sounds really cool, whichwe will get there someday.
Right now, we are focusing onthe basics.
Gotta start basic.
So yeah, it's it's just reallyimportant that you consent.
You wanna talk to aliens?
Gotta consent.
You wanna talk to entities?

(19:26):
I don't always recommend thatone, but it does take consent.
You hear that?
Takes consent.
First things first, how much ofyour reality do you want to uh
welcome newness in?
I recommend if you are very newto the spiritual world and
you're like, I want to keep somegrasp over my reality, start

(19:52):
with communicating with plants, animals, possibly fairies.
It's very basic.
It's that is pretty much in thephysical world with a slight
extension into a breakingthrough the veil of the fairy
and natural world.
So the elemental world.

(20:14):
That's a good safe zone tostart.
If you've already been able tocommunicate with animals and
plants, and you can downloadinformation and you can have a
tree literally show you all oftime, past, present, future, and
you've had talks with trees andanimals, then you're ready for a

(20:34):
step up from that.
But like I said, it starts withconsent.
And it's also knowing that onceyou open this door to these
other worlds, you're not gonnareally be able to go back to
normal.
I mean, technically you can.
You can shut things down, youcan turn things off, you don't

(20:55):
have to interact with thoseworlds, but it is a lot harder
to close the door on it onceyou've already opened the door
on it.
And if you want me to go intothat, I highly recommend you
guys send me some fan mail andbe like, hey, next week you
should tell us how we can closethe door just in case this

(21:17):
freaks us out.
But I personally, from personalexperience and working with the
hundreds and maybe eventhousands of clients at this
point, I haven't had anybodyreach out and be like, hey, I
want to shut the door on this.
I've had people say, hey, thiscame in really, really fast, and
I need some help putting a capon it or putting some regulators

(21:39):
on it.
And we will be covering that.
So very basic thing everythingis consent.
What you experience isco-created because you are the
master of your reality.
That is what the physical planeis all about.
It is learning just how much ofthe world that you live in is a

(21:59):
reflection.
Of how you think, how you feel, and the actions you take.
So, not to get into scripture orto bring any particular religion
into this, but I believe thisparticular perspective of uh

(22:19):
Christ followers is the best waythat I can kind of represent
things.
The golden rule, the golden rulethat is do onto others as you
would have them do unto you.
This golden rule is in likeevery religion.

(22:39):
Literally, it's it's across all, even in Reiki, do no harm,
right?
Do not worry, do not anger, dono harm.
Like it is fundamental to treatothers the way you want to be
treated, to be treated withrespect.
And I think the reason it's agolden rule is it's not just

(22:59):
showing respect for your fellowman, it's also extending to the
animal kingdom, to the spiritrealm, to show respect for
everything that could possiblyhave consciousness, and to also
demand respect for yourself.

(23:20):
And when we start to apply thegolden rule to our own
existence, do onto ourselves aswe would have others do onto us,
right?
We start to apply that goldenrule, we can we can start to
manipulate the physical plane ina godlike way.

(23:46):
And what I mean by that is oneof the laws of our reality,
based on the golden rule that wejust talked about, is karma.
And karma comes from if youdon't follow the golden rule,
karma comes.
Dharma is part of if you followthe golden rule, you get some
rewards.

(24:06):
So karma is the negativeconsequences that come from not
following the golden rule, anddharma are the positive
advantages of following thegolden rule.
With that, those who have notinhabited that golden rule into
their reality, they haven'tlearned how that just that one

(24:30):
rule is actually the key to howto manifest and how to create
blessings in your life.
The people who haven't learnedthat perpetuate suffering in
their life.
They will create drama throughmisaligned actions, they will

(24:56):
harm other people, which thenwill create this domino effect
where months or years latersomeone will do the exact same
thing to them.
And that saying, hurt people, hurt people, karma created that.
And the people who don't learnforgiveness, the people who
don't learn how to take thatlesson of, hey, I hurt someone,

(25:20):
now someone is hurting me.
Why is that?
If we understand that we are allone consciousness, that the
trees, that the plants, that theanimals that we eat, that you
watching this and me, and thespirit guides that are helping

(25:46):
me articulate all of this toyou.
We are all one.
We are all existing at the sametime through different lenses.
It is kind of like when you aretraining an AI program, you
program the AI for a specifictask with rewards and

(26:10):
consequences, very similar towhat we've got going on here,
huh?
And then that AI has a bunch ofdifferent instances or screens,
and you can have hundreds ofscreens open at once for
different options that thatparticular task can take.

(26:32):
I saw an example of this withthe video game Pokemon, Pokemon
Red to be exact.
Someone had taken an AI and wastraining it to play Pokemon.
And in order for it to learn howto play Pokemon properly, there
had to be advantages anddisadvantages.
It got a plus one, you know, dopamine hit every time it

(26:55):
explored a new area, every timeit caught a new Pokemon, and
every time it leveled thatPokemon up, it got a negative
hit if its Pokemon died, if ithad to start over, if uh if it
stayed in one area too long.
That was pre-programmed, andthen the programmer had a

(27:16):
hundred different instances openfor this one AI existing in that
one minute.
It was playing out the game, andit was doing, it was going
different directions, it wasmaking different choices in each
instance, but it was all thesame, the same like

(27:39):
consciousness.
The consciousness split itselfup into a hundred different
instances.
And that is the best way that Ican describe what our physical
reality is.
Is our physical reality is weare a bunch of fractions of one
universal consciousness.

(28:00):
We are all experiencing thismoment in time at the exact same
time through different lens.
And we are all given differentstats, different interests, a
different backstory, but we allhave the exact same reward
system.
We all get plus one when wetreat others the way we want to

(28:23):
be treated, or plus two if wetreat ourselves the way that we
want others to treat us.
And a negative one if we treatothers the way we don't want to
be treated, or a negative two,if we purposefully hurt people
just because we can't.

(29:07):
You're like, hey, I'm gonna beof service.
I'm gonna be of service, you getplus three.
And you get negative three ifyou're a serial killer.
So if you're a bad person, youget a negative three.
If you're a really not just abad person, if you are like
straight up trying to destroypeople's lives because it makes
you feel better about yours, that's a negative three for

(29:30):
sure.
So that is the rules of ourphysical reality, and you can
optimize your reality when youunderstand the basic rules of
our reality.
So now that you understandthat's the basic rule of our
reality, and you understand thatyou are the ruler of your

(29:53):
reality.
You consent to all experiences, and you might be saying to
yourself, Well, if I consent toall experiences, why did that
really horrible experiencehappen when I was younger?
Why was my dad, you know, why'dmy dad beat me?
Hmm.
I didn't consent to that.
I told him to stop.
Okay, sure.
You told your dad to stop.

(30:15):
And, you know, the I mean, youwere a child, but did you tell
your teacher at school?
Did you tell your preacher atchurch?
Did you report him to an agency?
You know, like there are certainatrocities that are done to us
by the people who want to go andlive out their karma, the

(30:38):
people, the hurt people who liketo hurt people.
But that is a test for us.
That is a test orchestrated bythe system to see: hey, how is
this person going to level uptheir character?
Are they gonna level up?
Are they going to level down?

(30:58):
Are they going to stay the same?
Let's see what they do in thisin this challenge.
You are in a boss battle.
Unfortunately, your dad was theboss in that situation.
What did you do to beat theboss?
Did you play dead and he stoppedearly?

(31:18):
Did you try and man up and lookbig and scary?
Did you just stop giving himreactions and he walked away?
Did you say something that madehim really question what he was
doing and start to have anexistential crisis that maybe
what he was doing was maybe notgood?
Whatever the case may be, atsome point you survived it.

(31:39):
You're here.
That's how we're having thisexchange.
Is that particular situation, you survived it?
What information can you drawfrom that circumstance that will
level up your character rightnow?

(32:02):
So I've had a lot of really badthings happen to me.
And to get to a place where Iwas like, I co-created that,
that was really hard because Iexperienced SA and um
non-consensual adult activitieswhen I was a teenager.

(32:22):
And it took me a really longtime to even accept that those
things that happened to me couldhave been prevented by me.
I forgive myself because I wasyoung and I was uneducated.
I was not informed of that thedarkness in the world and the

(32:45):
types of people in the world andum the intentions of others.
I was very naive and shelteredfrom my upbringing.
But I co-created thosecircumstances because looking
back, I was so protected and sosheltered, and I had this thrill

(33:08):
side.
I loved horror movies.
I would pretend to be abductedwhen I played games with my
friends.
Um, you know, I had the runningaway fantasies.
I'd write these short storiesabout being a young child
running away from home andhaving these really insane

(33:30):
experiences.
And something in my soul wascalling for this experience that
repeated.
And I think that that was me notloving myself when I was young.
I had not fully embodied thegolden rule in treating myself

(33:50):
the way I wanted to be treated.
I had a lot of people in my lifethat found me very different,
and my differences were a threatto them in some way, or scared
them in some way.
And those differences madepeople question me and treat me

(34:12):
different.
And so I perceived myself in avery negative way for a long
time because I had not beenaccepted as I was as a child, I
had been constantly questionedand dismissed and undermined and

(34:34):
put in a room by myself.
So I had a really hard timeloving myself because if my
parents couldn't love me the waythat I thought that they should,
if they couldn't accept me theway that I was, if they didn't
understand me, there must besomething wrong with me.
Maybe if I was abducted andtaken away from here, then maybe

(34:57):
I, you know, I am getting what Ideserve.
And that was that was how Ico-created those traumatic
instances was how people treatedme when I was young taught me
how I should treat myself.
And only and only until Ireally, really came to spirit,

(35:20):
to God, really.
And I was like, please show mewhat I'm missing.
Why do these things keephappening to me?
Only when I prayed forunderstanding was I shown that
that was what happened.
It was I co-created these eventsbecause I did not treat myself

(35:43):
the way I deserve to be treated.
So that is why people co-createcircumstances where other people
will harm them or they arehaving bad situations happen to
them.
It's a lack of love.
And when people say, Oh, yeah, you're not finding your true

(36:05):
love or your divine partnerbecause you don't love yourself,
uh, you just have to loveyourself.
Like just saying just loveyourself, you might think, oh
yeah, well, I really likemyself.
I think I'm really cool.
I'm really talented.
I've got cool crystals and I canplay singing bowls and I make
art and I write poetry and I canrap and I play video games.
And I used to be a, you know, aTwitch streamer and I I made my

(36:27):
own VTuber.
I'm a crazy cool chick.
I think I'm pretty neat, butdespite loving myself, that was
not enough to trigger what trueself-love is, which is demanding
that I be treated the way I wantto be treated.

(36:49):
And only when I set thatboundary and I was like, you
know what?
I'm not letting my friends intomy world unless they're going to
treat me the way I deserve to betreated.
I want mutual exchangefriendships.
I want to have people pour intome as much as I pour into them.
And if I'm not seeing that, notgonna be their friend anymore.

(37:10):
If my partner is not meeting mewhere I need them to, and you
know, we have a discussion aboutit.
I'm like, hey, partner, what'sgoing on?
If that's not being met, clip, gone.
I developed a sense ofself-worth through understanding
that until I treat myself and Iset the boundaries with others

(37:33):
the way that I deserve to betreated, the way God would, you
know, if I really truly had avery strong empowered father
figure who stood up for me theway God kind of does in spirit,
or the way the universe doeswhen we call on the universe for
protection, how would I like afather figure to defend me?

(37:57):
That is what I give myself.
I give myself the pep talk and Istick to it.
And I know this was a longlecture to get to, you know, if
if bad things are happening inyour reality, I highly recommend
that you shadow work really isjust reflection and taking

(38:19):
accountability and looking ateverything from a very neutral
perspective, not judgingyourself, not judging what's
happened, not condemninganything, just looking at the
facts very plain.
These things happened to me.
They caused these problems.

(38:40):
What could have led up to thosethings happening?
You know, I was going out atnight, I was sneaking out, I was
in chat rooms, you know, talkingto strangers.
How did that happen?
My parents weren't reallyinvolved.
My parents uh thought I wasreally weird.
And so they they were just happyI wasn't causing problems or
talking about the fairies in theyard or whatever it was that I

(39:04):
they were trying to avoid withme.
And so they didn't notice that Iwas sneaking out in the middle
of the night and getting myselfinto really bad trouble.
And um that's not necessarily, Imean, it is their fault, but
it's also not their fault.
Like they did the best theycould.
I love you, mom and dad.
But I I just if I had lovedmyself, if I had respected

(39:29):
myself, if I had a trueunderstanding of what that felt
like and looked like, and maybeI didn't have it modeled for me
anywhere besides the television.
And that's still a record,that's still a representation
that I I could have extractedthat wisdom and applied to

(39:49):
myself.
I forgive myself for all thoseyears where I was very clueless
and oblivious to the fact that Itruly was not standing up for
myself the way that I needed to.
But I implore you, if you wantto control your reality and you
want to be able to fully harnessthe blessings that this reality

(40:11):
has to offer, that is the firstthing.
Because when you align withfull, true self-love for
yourself, when you are fullyaligned, blessings roll in.
Because when you know what youdeserve and you're like, you
know what?
I deserve a really nice car.

(40:31):
God, universe, spirit guides, bring me a nice car.
I want a seven-seater, two moonroofs, a bow sound system.
I don't care the color.
I just wanted to be able to tow,tow something, maybe a boat
someday.
I deserve a boat.
I deserve a house on a lake.

(40:52):
When you start to know what youdeserve, and you don't have to
be greedy about it.
It's not about greed, it's aboutwhat would truly make your soul
happy to receive.
And also, what will this whatwill this new thing do for you?

(41:13):
So, like, me being able to havethe car of my dream and to be
able to tow a boat allows meopportunities to share boating
experiences with my children.
So, like, that is what I'm I'mplanting, I'm planting the seed
that in order for me to go outon a lake and be in this boat

(41:37):
that the universe has presentedme with, that how I'm going to
give back that I'm going to beof service is I'm going to share
the experience of boating withmy children.
I'm going to show my childrenthe excitement of going on a
boat, of fishing off a boat, ofbeing able to tread the waves

(41:58):
across the lake surface.
And that's how I'm going toserve this gift.
Um, that nice seven-seater.
I'm going to be able to fit alot, a lot of goodwill items in
that car, and I can donate thoseitems.
Maybe I'll be able to take ourwhole family on trips.

(42:20):
Maybe that's what I want to dowith it.
Like having a nice big car, Icould take my whole family
comfortably, many, many hundredsof miles.
We could go camping, we could goacross state lines, we could go
see some national parks.
It would be lovely.
It would be wonderful.
And it's knowing that I deservethe freedom to go camping with

(42:44):
my family, and knowing that mychildren deserve the abundance,
the experience to be able toexperience the luxuries of this
physical plane, that spiritgoes, This is a noble intention.
That's number two.
So, number one is the goldenrule and embodying that golden

(43:06):
rule.
Once you understand the goldenrule and how the universe works,
how not just the universe, howour physical plane operates.
The second one is making surethat whatever you do, you are
working from an intention fromthe heart, that every intention
you're setting is coming from aplace of love, a place of

(43:29):
expansion, that it is notsomething that is rooted in one
of the sins.
I know that that's reallycliche.
And um, for those out there thatare you know, that are not
really into the ChristianCatholic uh belief system, I
totally understand.

(43:50):
But we all have to kind of lookat the the major sins and
recognize that a lot of times,if you look at the You look at
the sins and the types ofpeople, the quality of their
characters that engage in thosesins regularly, a lot of those

(44:11):
people are not happy.
A lot of them are seeking, seeking, seeking.
They are not content.
They are usually pessimistic.
They usually can't see the lightat the end of the tunnel.
They don't have a lot of lightto share.
If you're out there and you areone of the many sins and you're

(44:33):
like, hey, wait a second, that'snot nice to say.
I am guilty of having sinnedfrom time to time.
Um and I probably still sin fromtime to time.
But it's about not making it ahabit.
And it's also being mindful andgoing, hey, wait a second, my
intentions shouldn't come frompride, from vanity.

(44:58):
My intentions shouldn't be forgreed.
My intentions shouldn't be fromwrath.
I shouldn't be doing things toharm others or to get revenge on
others.
I shouldn't be doing thingsbecause I just want to
accumulate a bunch of uselessjunk in my house and be a

(45:19):
glutton.
I shouldn't be doing thingsbecause you know I shouldn't be
wanting this or doing thatbecause I'm lazy and I don't
want to do the work to getthere.
The sins were set up to deter usfrom being corrupted in how we

(45:40):
manifest.
So if you are living from aplace of slaw and everything you
do is just so that you don'thave to do much.
Like I order everything off ofDoorDash and I have my groceries
delivered to my door because Ireally don't feel like getting
up and getting dressed andgetting in my car and driving

(46:01):
down to the grocery store andthen walking through the grocery
store and interacting withpeople because I really don't
want to deal with those peopleand I really don't want to have
to take everything and put it inmy cart.
I'd rather spend an extra$40 andnot have to do all that.
And so I never go shopping.
I just have everything deliveredby DoorDash.
Do I actually no, no, I go tothe store.

(46:22):
I go to the store quiteregularly.
But I'm just saying, if you'reliving from sloth and your
intention, when you're startingto learn how to utilize our
physical realm, you're like, okay, well, um, I want a big,
nice house so that I never wantto leave it.
That's sloth right there.

(46:43):
That like your intention is Iwant this big, nice house so
that I have everything I'll everneed and never have to leave it
and go anywhere or do anything, and I'm just taken care of.
Like, no, have a nice big houseto share with people.
Have a nice big house so thatyou feel safe and comfortable
and that your life is luxurious, but make sure that you're still

(47:06):
working, that you're going out, that you have passions, that
you're doing things.
You know, you may want to levelup in your career, right?
Like, I want a promotion.
I want to make a million dollarsthis year in my career.
Are you doing it for pride?
Are you doing it for gluttony?
Or are you doing it so that youfeel successful and

(47:30):
accomplished?
So you have this sense of like, look at how much I accomplished
this year.
Look how far I've come.
Look at all the lives I'vetouched with my messages, with
the work that I'm doing.
Gosh, I'm so grateful that forthis affluence that has befallen
me through my hard work.

(47:51):
It's not because I want to be aninfluencer, I don't want to be
popular, I don't want a millionmessages in my inbox that I can
be can't even respond to mycurrent email.
Yeah, it's like, no, I'm here toconnect with you, to share this
information, to share thelessons that I have learned in
my life that have made my lifeeasier, um, that have allowed me

(48:13):
to elevate myself to a place ofI'm content, I'm at peace all
the time.
I can manifest in this reality.
I am able to manipulate theforces around me.
I I help people heal.
I help people activate theirgifts.
These these are these are therules and the structures that I

(48:40):
have lived by that have allowedme to ascend to the level that I
have.
And I share them with you freelybecause going through life, I
never had a mentor that tookparticular interest in me.
I took some classes here andthere that were quite short.

(49:02):
I had a couple of mentors Iworked with very shortly, not
for lack of wanting to ortrying, but usually because I
didn't have the funds or becauseI didn't have the support from
my family, or I didn't have theresources to be able to continue
working with those people.
I was always I was always ondisability.

(49:25):
Um, I was unable to hold down ajob for a lot of my life due to
my disability.
And it was really challenging toto grow past that and to be able
to become independent and to beable to become empowered in my
own life.
And I know that if I was giftedthose moments of mentorship,

(49:51):
which I was, those little tinymoments filled in such huge gaps
in my understanding of reality.
And I was able to fill in therest.
So those they gave me littletiny, little tips that filled in
the rest of, you know, that Iwas able to fill in the rest of
the information.
And I want to accelerate yourguys' understanding of reality

(50:14):
so that maybe you can far exceedme.
I'm hoping you guys are capableof levitating objects way before
I am.
But my goal here is if I cangive you tools to navigate this
reality and make your lifeeasier and happier and help you
make your dreams come true andto actually start to enjoy your

(50:36):
life and not be miserable andnot be in a state of suffering
all the time, that's all I want, you know?
And having a little bit of magicin your reality won't hurt
either.
So next week we are going to,now that you understand the
rules of reality, you kind ofunderstand that these other

(50:57):
realms are layered over us insheets.
They're different perspectivesof these different um different
sides sides of our dimension, and that everything is
consensual.
So in order to interact with thefairy realm or to interact with

(51:21):
the plants and animal kingdom, you have to have a level of
curiosity, openness, anddedication to seeing a result.
You can't just try it once, sitthere for less than five minutes
and get discouraged and nevertry again.
If you want to speak to ananimal, you must invest your

(51:45):
time connecting.
You have to build rapport withthe animal.
Why should the animal trust youwith its limitless knowledge of
the universe?
Why should that animal befriends with you?
Why should it open up to you?
You weren't talking to it lastweek.

(52:06):
You're a stranger.
Stranger danger is real in theanimal kingdom too.
So just be aware that it doestake involvement and devotion
and dedication to opening upthese other realms and being
curious.
And after this season, where wecover these different realms and

(52:30):
I go over different safeguardsand different protections in
order to keep you the safest andthe easiest way for you to move
through these realms andinteract with these beings in
the most effective, respectful, and protective manner so that
you are having the best, mostpositive experiences possible, I

(52:52):
encourage you to follow alongthrough the rest of the season
and enjoy.
And if you want more one-on-onetime with me, if you're curious
more about more advancedpractices, or you are looking
for a community where you canconnect with other
spiritual-minded individuals whoare all looking to ascend and

(53:14):
you want to make some friends, you want to be able to practice
with someone and get thatexternal validation that, hey,
this is working, that you know,I had this experience.
You know, I want to be able totalk to somebody about it.
I can't talk to my coworkers, Ican't talk to my family, I'm all
alone.
If you want somewhere safe totalk about your experiences, I
invite you to check out myPatreon where I am opening up

(53:39):
this platform to build acommunity, which I'm I'm really
hoping will grow into just avery welcoming space where we
can all practice and ascendtogether.
Uh, I'm going to have livehealing events, one-on-ones,
questions and answers, as wellas weekly live ceremonial

(54:05):
events.
So I encourage you to check itout, see if it's something
you're interested in.
And if so, please feel free tojoin us.
I would be so honored to haveyou join our Rainbow Warriors.
So that's it for this week.

(54:26):
Next week, we are actually goingto be talking about interacting
with the conscious universe andimplementing some different
practices that are going tosupport you in the physical
realm and how you can start tomanifest your dreams, how you
can shift your reality, how youcan break patterns in your mind,

(54:48):
your body, um, and some healingpractices because our physical
body is a mirror of these otherrealms.
And it's kind of a reverse, areverse effect.
And I want you guys to be ableto start to heal yourselves
through these other realms, andwe're going to give you some
practices for that.

(55:09):
So I hope you have a wonderfulrest of your week.
Thank you so much for tuning in.
And if you haven't already, please subscribe and share the
episode if you know anybody whowould enjoy it.
I hope you have a good day, andlet's keep ascending together.
Bye.
