K and Carmen has been ninety five. Second date update,
Time you went on a date? Guy ghosted on Let's
see if we can help you reunite with Krista. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:28):
I went on a date with Christa. Oh my god,
Krista is amazing. I'm so into her. Okay, so here's
what happened. We went out to Chili's just for a
quick first date, kind of like me hang out and
get to know each other a bit. And we had
such a good time, like the whole time was just
laughter and smiles, and that there was one point where

(01:52):
I went a little over the edge. She got up
to go to the bathroom, and then when I saw
her coming back from the bathroom, I got up from
the table and gable like a couple of little kids.
We we left the restaurant. We did our first ever
dining dash Wait.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
Wait wait did she know that you were going to
dine and dash crazy?

Speaker 5 (02:10):
Oh? Yeah, yeah, yeah, she knew. She was in on it.
We talked about it before we even decided to go out.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
I just told us where you went. They're gonna be like, oh,
we found him, We found them.

Speaker 4 (02:20):
I need the number of those folks that just called
Ink and Carmen.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
I was listening this morning, and the next thing, you know,
they admitted to the dining and dashing at our location.
Yeah wow, for that, that's what Star six seven is.
Four damn okay? All right, so you both were in
on the whole dining dash thing. What happened next?

Speaker 5 (02:36):
We we bonded over it. It felt like we laughed
so much, we like giggled and ran out to the car,
and it was just a really good time. I ended
up going back.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (02:48):
Yeah, we ended up going back to her place and
got a little old nasty, you know, really good night.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
That's how you want to describe it.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
A little Yeah, I was on that demon time from
the get.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
We really were okay, all right, So then here's the thing.
Y'all did the whole diamond dash thing, and I can imagine,
you know, a little adrenaline rush. That was probably fun.
You went back to her place. It seems like everything
was going good.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
Right.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
Why do you think she's not hitting you back or
what's the communication been?

Speaker 5 (03:24):
Like, Well, I kind of I'm real into her. I
feel like I want to take this to the next level.
Maybe whatever that next level is. I want to take
it there, and uh, the vibe I'm getting from her
is maybe she's not on the same page. She seems
maybe a little stand offish about that, and I just
kind of want to understand where she's coming from. So
I thought i'd give you guys a call.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
Now, did you put it down down?

Speaker 2 (03:47):
You know what I'm saying? Oh yeah, yeah I did.
Yeah twice. Okay, yeah, not.

Speaker 4 (03:52):
Once, but twice around.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
All right. So here's the thing, Clyde by you ready
to go y'all out there dining and dashing, getting excited
about it, going back to her place, getting busy. You're
ready to take this relationship to the next level. I'm
scared to see what that looks like. Is that robbing
a bank? No? For real?

Speaker 5 (04:13):
Well no, but if it's an adventure, I'm in.

Speaker 2 (04:15):
Yeah. Well, here's the thing. We're gonna go ahead and
get Christa on the phone right now. We're gonna see
if we can make a second date happen. Also, we're
gonna see why she's kind of being stand office.

Speaker 5 (04:26):
Okay, okay, appreciate the help.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
Second date update is going down right now. See King
and Carmen be ninety five. Let's go ahead and get
Christa on the phone. See what's going down inside this
second date update? See Kane Carmen BE ninety five. Yeah,
is this Christa's Hey, christ how you doing is? See
King Carmen from BE ninety five. Good morning the radio station.

(04:52):
How you doing?

Speaker 6 (04:52):
God?

Speaker 2 (04:53):
Hi, Hi, all right, we were calling because well, if
you listen to us, you know we do this thing
called a second date.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
Oh god?

Speaker 5 (05:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
Okay, Well then do you know who we might be
calling about right now?

Speaker 6 (05:09):
Not really?

Speaker 2 (05:10):
No, okay, so let me okay, someone that recently went
on a date with you, had a good time, went
back to your place. A couple things happened there. But
before that, y'all, you know, was on the run. I
guess it's the best way of putting it. Y'all left
the restaurant.

Speaker 4 (05:29):
Yep, Dan and Dash.

Speaker 6 (05:33):
Oh yeah, okay, James, Yes, yes, all right, okay, is
that one?

Speaker 2 (05:39):
Tell us about James and that date.

Speaker 6 (05:42):
I mean I had a great time with James. It
was fun, it was exciting, and I mean we were
being stupid and yeah, we went back to my place.
We had a good time. I don't know, I just
I don't want to be serious with him though. I

(06:03):
just I don't want to settle right now.

Speaker 2 (06:05):
Okay, So y'all went back to your place. Y'all had
a good time. I was there. He also said, the
dinond Dash thing, it worked for you. How was that
getting it in?

Speaker 6 (06:15):
It's good, I mean it's fine. Good.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
Yeah, I mean way.

Speaker 4 (06:21):
Down like you were. You enjoyed the ride. No, it
was good.

Speaker 6 (06:27):
It's just I think he wants to be like a
little bit more serious than like I do right now.
I just I just got out of a six year relationship,
and I'm just I'm not trying to be like boyfriend girlfriend,
like meeting each other's parents. Like, I'm not trying to
do that right now.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
So basically, you did have fun. It's nothing wrong with him.
You just don't want to be committed right now.

Speaker 6 (06:51):
Yeah, And like he kind of like brought it up
that that's what he's looking for, and so like I
just don't, you know, I'm not going down that path
right now. So like, I just I just want to
be clear about that.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
Okay, So let me ask you this. And by the way,
James has been sitting back and he's been listening, So
we're going to get in the chime in here. In
a minute. Is it fair to say that because you
just got on this six year relationship that you're just
kind of dating. Are you seeing like a couple of
different guys.

Speaker 6 (07:23):
Well, yeah, yeah, definitely. I mean yeah, I'm like going
on dates. I'm active on like the apps and just
like having fun. Like I said, i just got out
of a six year relationship, Like I'm just trying of fun,
like right, you trying.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
To get your groove back, right that don't blame you, No,
nothing wrong with that.

Speaker 6 (07:41):
I'm just tossing the waters. And like, I don't know,
I was in this relationship for a long time. I
have no idea what like dating life is like. So
I'm sure like I'm not missing out on things.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
Right, It's like a charcooterie board. You're like, I'm gonna
take a little bit of this, a little bit of that.

Speaker 1 (07:56):
You want to come out of relationship that you've been
in for so long, the last you want is to
like settle back down.

Speaker 4 (08:01):
You're just trying to see what's up.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
So James is on the phone right now, James, as
you sit back, Hey Chris and you listen, what are
your thoughts? Man?

Speaker 5 (08:10):
Uh, I'd like to keep stay you. I mean, I
guess if you're dating other guys, I'd rather be in
the rotation than count it out, you know.

Speaker 4 (08:19):
Uh okay, so does that work for you?

Speaker 6 (08:22):
Yeah, I mean I'm fine with that. It's like I
said from the jump, like I just can't be like
boyfriend girlfriend, Like don't you know have their expectation that,
like you know, I'm your girl and I'm like the one,
like if it's just not where I'm at?

Speaker 2 (08:36):
So can we pencil him in for Tuesday night? Thank you?

Speaker 6 (08:40):
Right, pencilman? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (08:44):
All right, Well, I mean he's cool with being in
the rotation. You're cool with him, you know, being in
the rotation. I guess we kind of made.

Speaker 4 (08:52):
A little yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
Yeah, I mean it's gonna be a second date hopefully
a lot more yes, and we'll see where it goes.
Well okay, well, thank you oh so much for coming
on today.

Speaker 6 (09:03):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
Look at James definitely happy and I'm mad at that.
So there you go this morning. Second date updates K
and Carmon be ninety five. So let's go ahead and
talk about it everyone going back to school. What is
your favorite cafeteria food growing up?

Speaker 1 (09:19):
I would have to say I think I had two
different ones, okay, go ahead.

Speaker 4 (09:23):
One was the pizza boats okay we had back.

Speaker 1 (09:26):
Then, and then the other one was the chicken patty, which,
now that I think about it didn't really look like chicken,
but it was like a chicken.

Speaker 4 (09:32):
Patty, I know what you're talking about. Yeah, and they
were Yeah, those were different.

Speaker 6 (09:37):
You know.

Speaker 2 (09:37):
For me, it was the tater tots. Like we would
get hamburgers or cheeseburgers with tater tots. I wouldn't eat
the cheeseburger or the hamburger because I was like, I
don't know what kind of meat this is. I would
even go to the point where I'd be like, hey, man,
if anybody doesn't want their tater tots, throw you boy the.

Speaker 4 (09:51):
Tail toes that like one meshy type of right.

Speaker 2 (09:55):
Yes, give me the tater tots. I'm down for the
tater tots. Ashley, what was your favorite ca afeteria food
growing up?

Speaker 5 (10:01):
Go ahead, Oh, you're gonna get that square pizza.

Speaker 6 (10:04):
The square pizza.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
I don't know what made it that much more delicious,
but it was.

Speaker 6 (10:09):
Maybe it was just that we had it on Fridays,
so you had to wait all week. And then there
was the ranch that you dipped it in.

Speaker 4 (10:16):
That's so funny, That's what I was talking about.

Speaker 2 (10:19):
Yeah, a square pizza. I like the square pizza Pizza Friday.

Speaker 4 (10:21):
Here's the thing.

Speaker 1 (10:22):
I've had it now, I've tried the ones they have day.

Speaker 4 (10:25):
It don't taste the same.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
You're one hundred percent right about that, But I mean
it's kind of the same way like as you grow up,
your palette starts to change a little bit. All right,
let's go ahead and get Anthony and Sangeron Anthony and Singer,
you're up.

Speaker 5 (10:37):
My square back in the day had a Mexican pizza
every once in a while, and.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
You know, you know, I've been missing it ever since. Okay,
that's fancy right there.

Speaker 4 (10:44):
Mexican pizza. It must have been a nice school man.

Speaker 1 (10:47):
Wouldn't have tacobout a little bit more real because I
had never heard no one ouseie of talk about making
a Mexican pizza.

Speaker 2 (10:52):
Hey, let's get Becky, Becky and Selma. What's up. What
was your favorite cafeteria food growing up?

Speaker 6 (10:58):
Oh? Absolutely, one percent off the board, grilled cheese, maade
of soup with a chocolate milk.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
Of course, got to get the chocolate milk. Now I
did like the chocolate milk in school, Oh.

Speaker 4 (11:07):
Yeah, for sure, But I did not know people had
a souper.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
I was about to say the same thing, like we
got grilled cheese, had the soup to go with it.

Speaker 4 (11:14):
Not that that's fancy.

Speaker 2 (11:15):
Right, you must have went to the Catholic school or she's.

Speaker 4 (11:17):
Younger, she's younger something, because yeah, that'd be nice if
we could have both. But it was always beat if
you think about it.

Speaker 1 (11:24):
Now that I think about it, I'm like, man, we
had lunch with chocolate milk. Yes, like just any lunch
with chocolate milk. It doesn't make sense.

Speaker 2 (11:31):
And here's the thing. So our school, like there was
a limited amount of chocolate milk. You had to be
one of the first in line to get the chocolate milk,
so it was first come, first serve. And so you're like, man,
you'd be dreading it if you were in line and
you know there was a limited amount of chocolate milk left.
You're like, please say that you want the regular milk,
not mine.

Speaker 1 (11:50):
But I was fat because I used to literally have
my cereal sometimes with chocolate milk.

Speaker 2 (11:54):
Hey, that's good. That actually tastes real good. So there
you go man, we're just talking having a good time.
Sekne car mean, thank you so much for your phone
call today. We're gonna come right back. We're gonna spread
positivity inside. What's Good, King Carmen has been ninety five
and right about now we go around the room. We
spread a little positivity, a little thing that we likes
to do called What's Good spawt to you by your friends,

(12:15):
no area of workforce connection, Carmen will start with you.
Today was good.

Speaker 1 (12:19):
So I saw this video ring camera footage of these
it looks like maybe three teens eighteen seventeen around there, okay,
and they were trying to knock down this door. At
first it was posted with audio and it went viral
and people are like trying to figure out what it is.
Then I heard it with without like the music sound
in the back, and it turns out this house was

(12:39):
actually on fire. It was in flames, and they were
obviously worried that there was somebody in there because there
was a car parked right in front. Right, So they're
like trying to knock out the door, knocked out the door,
the flames are just getting bigger. Turns out they're thankfully
no one was home. The furry friends were.

Speaker 4 (12:54):
In there though.

Speaker 1 (12:55):
Oh okay, so they were able to actually save these
two puppies, and the owner of the house eventually went on.

Speaker 4 (13:01):
To tell the story that the house did pretty.

Speaker 1 (13:04):
Much burn down, a lot of it, but thanks to
these young boys who saw the flames and ran into action,
were able to save her free friends.

Speaker 4 (13:12):
So like to them, I love that.

Speaker 2 (13:14):
Also inside was good. A Texas man was rescued two
days after going missing in Big Ben Ranch State Park.
So his jeep broke down and he's like, you know what,
I'm just gonna hike myself out of this twelve mile
hike through rugged terrain. Jeez, surge cruise. Everybody looking for him.
I mean, this is twelve miles of non stop ruggedness.

Speaker 4 (13:37):
Oh my god.

Speaker 2 (13:37):
Finally they were able to find him. He was dehydrated,
he was sunburned. Now imagine going through this for one day,
sun goes up, goes down. Two days of that. I'm like,
I don't think I'm ever making out of the ear.

Speaker 4 (13:51):
And can you imagine all the crimes he must have
gotten me.

Speaker 2 (13:55):
So they found him. He was sunburned, like I said,
but he was in good spirits after the check. He
was reunited with his family. The community celebrated the positive outcome.
But that's a crazy story.

Speaker 4 (14:06):
To mention the weather changes that happened.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
So there you go a little positivity inside.

Speaker 4 (14:12):
What's good.
