Alanea nominated her friend and neighbor, Cara and her family for Make Happiness Happen! At the start of the pandemic Cara lost her job due to massive layoffs and has been struggling to pay bills, purchase food, and now is possibly facing eviction. Cara's family relying on her husband's income to pay the bills until Cara can find employment. She has been seeking work but can not find any employment that will be accommodating to her needs to take care of her son and help him with his virtual schooling. Thanks to our friends at Batta Fulkerson and the San Diego Food Bank were able to provide Cara and her family with groceries!
