Yeah, I have a note here that you had called
and we're expecting a call from us. So my name
is Trevor calling from insurance, and I was looking for
our customer Diane.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Yes, this is she.

Speaker 1 (00:31):
Yeah, I yes, I'm calling in regards to a note
that you had called and we're expecting a call back
from us, So I'm calling back. My name is Trevor,
and is this Diane?

Speaker 3 (00:43):
And I called like two weeks ago and you guys
said you were going to call me back with different
great quotes, and I haven't heard from you, so I'm
pretty upset.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
Okay, all right, Well if you could just I'm going
to put you on a brief hold and check something
for you real quick. If you don't mind.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
You're already putting me on hold.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
It'll just be a second because like I'll just pull
up your account and then i'll see if there's this
race should be there, So one second, please, I don't know,
I don't know how to Oh, I guess I'll.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
Just I'm sorry. Are you hold?

Speaker 1 (01:20):
I want you? I need you? Oh God, take these
beautiful things I've got. Hello, Yes, Hello, Diane. I'm sorry.
I'm not done with you on hold yet that one second?

Speaker 2 (01:32):

Speaker 1 (01:35):

What you're not even putting me on hold? You're just singing?
What could you possibly be doing in the meantime? So
full discuss Colby and you're already putting me on hold?
But you're not.

Full disclosure. I'm new here, so I don't know how
to use the phone system to put you actually on hold?

Speaker 2 (01:57):
Do you know what hold is? Do you know how
to press a button? Because I'm sorry, but this is
fishing me off. I was trying to dealt with but
inmpetence for me.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
Well, please hold. It sounds like you might need a manager.

Seriously, what are you doing? What are you doing?

I'm trying to give you a pleasurable experience while you're
on hold, because we have hold music that plays when
we have put people on hold, and I'm trying to
figure out how to do it. But like you should
already be on hold, So I figured I would just
provide the music a good customer service experience.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
This is absolutely atrocious.

Speaker 4 (02:35):
I need to speak to somebody else who actually knows
what they're doing.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
Please hold, I'll make that hop in for you.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
