Speaker 1 (00:06):
You're listening to the All Sport Breakfast podcast with Darcy
Waldgrave from Youth Talks'd be dear.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Mister Dolan, step on after the plate, give us your
best swings, Sun.

Speaker 3 (00:17):
Now, are all right? You're still wearing his suit?

Speaker 2 (00:20):
No, no, no, I have wore half a suit on
Thursday night for the Radio Awards, or a complete suit
yesterday for formal Friday, and this evening I'm going to
a fiftieth where I must wear a suit yet again.
I think it's the most consecutive suit wearing days I've
had since I sold real estate.

Speaker 3 (00:38):
Are you wearing shoes or just thongs?

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Well, I'll try and wear trousers. How about that? We'll
just go that far. Who cares about what I'm wearing?
What about the origin? To tell us about that? What
are the answers? What are the questions for origin?

Speaker 3 (00:50):
Too?

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Well?

Speaker 3 (00:53):
The Blue fans, their question is where did it all
go wrong? And obviously that I'm up with the answer.
They only won about eight changes to the team for
Game two. Yeah, the contests pretty much over with Joseph
Swaley he was sent from the But I thought most
of the new South Walest boys played pretty well. But
as usual Blues fans and the media buying for blood

(01:15):
and they just want changes, So it could be good
news for a guy from your side of the ditch.
Mitch Barnett's being spoken about of coming straight into the
seventeen for Origin two. With Liam Martin's foot injury, he's
not playing this weekend, but they don't know how serious
it is. He obviously put his body on the line
a few times in the game and made some big tackles.
He missed some other key tackles, but that seems to

(01:37):
be swept over in just showing the highlights of his
big hits. South This is where it starts to get scary.
Cam Murray. They're saying that he might return from a
hip injury next week, so there's plenty of people suggesting
he could be the man to come in and spark
the side. Bradman Best might come back from a hamstring injury,
something you don't want to rush. They're also saying he

(01:59):
could replace Swali in the center. This is a speculation
that's all of the media, but everyone wants to see Monday,
when we've got Mitchell Moses playing for the Elsie second
game back from broken foot against the Bulldogs and he
has certainly sent as the man who can spark the
Blues attack from halfback. So yes, the dull. I'll be

(02:20):
fingers crossed that Mitch can get through injury free and
be ready to step up in game two.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
That's insane. So Joe decides to try and to capitate
somebody in the whole team Taylor Price. In terms of
Rugby League twelve one thirty Jim the thought around a
twenty minute red card and then you can replace the
player so it doesn't wreck the contest. Something that's super
rugby has done. I believe that's the way to go,
and they've almost stolen the march on rugby league, which

(02:48):
you'd never hear about. Or is the lack of frequency
of sendings off mean you don't have to have her
all like that in place?

Speaker 3 (02:56):
Well, I think if we probably won't see another incident
like that in the series. But I did notice that
that people were all ready on social media saying, oh, well,
if you don't have to sendoff, what's to stop you
from sending someone like me out in the centers to
start with? And you go there and decapitate someone, you
get set off and then you're allowed to activate the
eighteenth Man.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
So minutes twenty minutes twelve on thirteen, that's enough, surely.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
All right, I'll bring it up with then our el
headquarters and see what happens.

Speaker 2 (03:25):
Just yes, that's from Darcy Walter Graven. Could they answer
my calls. I'd love to speak to them at some stage.
Thank you anyway, and you wear it too. On the
Australian rugby side of things, who can save them now?

Speaker 3 (03:40):
Yes? Well, the Brumbies and the rebels flying the flag
now the Queenslanders are gone and it's not just the
war cars. Looking forward to a bigger and better next year,
Rugby Australia puffing up the chest, believing that all the
financial problems can be solved next year with the gold
mine that is the British and Irish Lions to They

(04:02):
believe that it is Rugby Australia and the economy will
be fit by over three hundred million dollars injected by
the tour. The Lion's boss has also made a bold
statement that he's not concerned by potential thrashings due to
the state of rugby in Australia and the Rugby Australia
also confident well, he's confident the Wallabies will fire up

(04:24):
in the three test matches that are scheduled. And I'm
pretty sure you need to watch your words with fire
up because dress Swali he will be a rugby player
by then and he will certainly fire things up and
have them ducking.

Speaker 2 (04:36):
A Are you remind me of the ins r he
give them all the money you want. I guarantee you
within a month won't be there anymore. Don't three hundred million?
What can we do with That's?

Speaker 3 (04:46):
Where did that go?

Speaker 2 (04:47):
Here we go again? I shouldn't make so miserable around that.
I should lift my chin. What about Australia's favorite team?
More's the point. What is Australia's favorite team? Are they?

Speaker 3 (05:01):
Well, it's been a big week with more than two
million people watching Women's Origin on Thursday night, that wet
spectacle in the rain. But of course we had the
Matilda's play earlier in the week and they had more
people for their game than the men's that of Origin
had at the Australian Olympics. So they're the darlings of
Australian sport and they're starting to make dividends too. On

(05:26):
an office field. Vetro Michelle Hayman says that when she'll
make more money this year playing for just the Matilda's,
not just cod football too, but more playing for the
Matilda's than her first decade wearing the national jersey. They
said it's so good now because in the early years
we were just a piece of meat that was moved
around and treated poorly. Now where pieces of gold. So yes,

(05:50):
the Matilda's, the sky's the limit. Certainly would like to
see them go well in Paris and they can come
home to a ticket tape parade.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
Can you say up the wars for me?

Speaker 1 (06:04):
