Speaker 1 (00:00):
Key one hundred with Dave and Jin.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Hey do you remember our back deck?

Speaker 1 (00:07):
I remember that you're building one.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
Okay, we have a back deck that you know has
been opened for years. I don't remember if you ever
went out on it when you've come over.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
I don't think I've ever been out okay, okay.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
So you know we've got our garage behind our house,
and we have to walk from the garage, you know,
up our little sidewalk in the backyard and onto the
deck and into the house. Well, and we use our
back deck quite a bit, especially during the summer, the fall,
the winter or the springtime. You know, it's just so
nice to sit out there.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
Oh I love it. Does it overlook the police station? Yeah,
so it's.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
Kind of higher up, which is funny because one of
our neighbors wanted to build a privacy fence because they
didn't want to seeing in their backyard. Oh well, when
you sit on our back deck, we see absolutely everything
in that backyard.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
Had to build it, like, I don't not tell you
about I can see everything stop in the backyard anyway,
So so yes.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
We can see. You know, are both of our neighbors
directly beside us, their backyards and we can see the
police station's backyard. We can see actually kind of up
in town two from our back deck.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
It's really nice.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
But so we have been working on making it a
screened in port. Yes, so we have talked about this
for years. Heath has always wanted this. He even said
when he was a little kid, you know, he would
absolutely love a screened imports just to sit outside when
it's like raining or storming. And I love that too.
And so we had General Building Supply come and work
on it and Dave they have been kicking their butts

(01:37):
and getting it done nice. So right now we are
at this stage we have it's yes, we have an
entire brand new back deck. So so because our boards
and stuff, they were getting pretty pretty rady. They our
deck needed to be replaced anyway, So that's why we
were like, no, let's just go ahead and do what
we want to do. Let's get screened in. So they've
got at least the roof part of it now and

(01:58):
it's already up. And then so today, I don't know,
I would assume because today's not a bad weather day.
By the way, they were there yesterday, they were there
the day after the snowpocalypse on Monday, like they were.
Really they've been kicking their booties and getting it done,
and so I'm so excited to see what they do today.
And I was telling my father in law John, I
was like, you know, I want to put a couple

(02:19):
outlets on the outside of this house so that in
case we want like a little space heater or even
a little fan during the summer.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
You know, especially in that area. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
Yeah, And so he was like, yeah, absolutely, I'll get
that done. So we're going to get some outlets put
out there.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
That's excited.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
And I am so excited to go shop for some
like comfany furniture that's outdoor furniture by so comfy and
we can oh my gosh. I don't know yet.

Speaker 3 (02:41):
I don't know yet.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
I don't know why why you always have to go wicker.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
Well, I don't think you have to, but I do
think it's probably pretty easy being outdoors. It's like an
indoor outdoor thing, you know. But I tell you what,
I am so excited. And I told Heath, I was like,
I didn't think it would even be done before Christmas,
and now it looks like it will. So when we
have a big snow again, which always happens in January,
February or March.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
Then we can sit outside how much as snow. Oh yeah,
that's pretty
