Speaker 1 (00:00):
Golden That is Hunt tricks Key one hundred with Dave
and Gin Dude.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
Yeah, so you know that we've been having general building
supply work on our back deck. Yes, basically, yeah, make
a screened in porch for it, right, and our back
deck needed replace it. It hadn't been touched in a minute,
so it needed work. But so that's why we thought,
you know what, let's just do it all at one
fail swoop right. And so since they've been working on it,

(00:26):
obviously the weather has held them up a little bit.
So there have been points that the screen were not in.
The screens were not in, okay, so it was just
open kind of windows, but you know the frame was there.

Speaker 1 (00:38):
Yeah, it was like it was built, yes, but didn't
have the screen.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Didn't have the screen. So of course the dogs are
so special and they would literally or at least Callie
would jump through one of the windows to jump onto
the steps to get down and go peepy right okay,
and I'm like, no, there's a door, I can open
the door, guys, and so I would open the door
and Oscar used it right. Well, it's like they just

(01:01):
can't understand what's happening on.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Yeah, I mean, if it's open, take advantage of it.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
Well, and I'm like, what are you doing? But we're
gonna break your net And then Oscar's gonna follow her,
and he's our clumsy dog. He's me as a dog.
He's gonna break something. So here's the cool thing is
that the when they put in the door, they swung
it towards the house. And you don't know that that's
not gonna work until you start using it every day.

(01:26):
And I was like, oh, this isn't the best I
wish it would swing the other way direct. So I
did ask, you know, David Jones was like, hey, do
you mind if they do that. He's like, well, if
they've already carved it out, they may not be able to.
I was like, okay, that's not a problem. I thought
to myself, you know what, they've already done it. I'm
not gonna make him redo that work. Well, the guys
totally redid the work and then flipped it to the
other side. I fixed it, and I was like, guys,

(01:47):
that was awesome, Thank you so much. You I didn't
expect that. Thank you, thank you. So that was awesome.
So then I'm trying to I'm like okay, even easier.
Set up. Guys, I'm letting him outside again. Yesterday, swing
the door. I opened the door and Oscar goes right out,
and Callie doesn't understand that the door swing in a
different way now, so she's freaking out. So she tries
to jump through the window that's been open to get

(02:09):
on the stairs. Well now it's got a screen, and
she goes boom. I was like, I'm on cally.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
She kind of looks at me.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
I was like, girl, listen, what are you doing.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
Open your eyeballs. Honey, it's not a possibility any longer.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
Heyes, walk down the stairs like a normal dog would. Oh,
they're special, They're super special. And I was so glad
that she didn't break that screen. And by the way,
it's a strong screen. That's cool.
