Yesterday I went to see Lisa Klein Virtual Vitality in Milton,
just to kind of catch up and go over some things. Okay,
first of all, they have a new employee, Morgan is
there now, along with Greta and Jordan and.

Just they're all super sweet, great people. Okay, And we
were talking.
Speaker 2 (00:22):
Lisa and I were talking a little bit about exercising
and all that, and I told her, how, you know, just.

Thinking about a workout routine stretches out. I'm not a
fan and all that.
Speaker 2 (00:33):
I said, Tracy and I have been getting our walks
in pretty much every single day.
Speaker 1 (00:37):
That's great. She did, She said, that is so great.
Speaker 3 (00:39):
Yea.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
She said, how about you know ordering a vest a
weighted vest, like a twenty pound weighted vest. She said,
I promise you that would get your heart racing. Yeah,
and you know, help make.

It more of a workout.

Right.
Speaker 2 (00:54):
So I told Tracy about it last night. She was
all on board into that.

So super excited about that.

Here's the thing, and I know I've mentioned this before,
I am a much bigger fan of walking at night
than I am the day. Usually during the day, you
get the sunshine, and.
Speaker 1 (01:15):
It's usually more hot. Oh yeah, hotter. I will hate
walking in the heat.
Speaker 2 (01:20):
Okay, yeah, well, and thankfully now it's becoming full time.

Should be nicer where.

You know you can walk in the sun and no problem.
Here's the thing again, I just like walking at night.
I like it when it's dark. I like it when
it's cooler. I'm with you, just to breeze, and it's
and there's nobody else, right, you don't have to worry
about exactly. But the problem with that is is what
I don't know, people with their lights on in their
houses and their blinds wide open.

Right, you're a peeping tom. So I forgot about Now listen,
we're not beeping tom's. But Tracy does like to look
inside people's houses. Gotta gotta got Yeah. I could not
care less.

See, But I love so mom, and I love going
to estate sales just to go through with people, just
to see people's stop, not to see their stuff.

I don't care what they have.

I love the house.

It's like, oh my gosh, look at how this staircases.

whities and that's all.

And I was like, oh, well, when didn't you look
at that?

Tracy said, well, didn't need to see that tonight, and
I said, neither did I.

Yeah, that should teach you to stop looking in people's houses.

What I do in my home is that to make
sure if you want to look but you don't see
