Things are going well today, I believe is the beginning

of week number four. Okay, thirteen pounds, nice, good job,
feeling good. Things are going great. The hunger is like

that good, right, Okay, So I'm wondering what my stats
are gonna be, what everything's going to be. So I'm

And everything is at normal levels everything blood sugar, blood pressure,
my pulse, my cholesterol, blood oxygen. In fact, my blood
pressure levels are the best they've ever been in my
entire life. I don't think they were this good when
I was a kid. Stop at one twelve over sixty six. Nice.

I've never had that good of blood pressure. And so
you know, and one of the goals, one of my
goals that I was talking to Lisa about, is to
get off my blood pressure METAe. Yes, that's what I'm
working towards. It's one thing I want to do, absolutely
getting healthier. And things are just going fantastic. I couldn't

be more excited. Tracy was so punped for me. Too good,
And her cholesterol had been elevated for a minute and
hers is back down to normal. She was talked about that,
too good. She's killing it as well. Just a healthier lifestyle,
you know what I mean. And here's the thing. You
don't have to make all the major changes at once, right,

She's like small changes start working. I saw something the
other day. It may have been something that Lisa posted that.
You know, sometimes you're going to have things in life
where you don't eat great for a day or whatever,
but eighty to ninety percent of the time you need
to be eating better, yes, eating healthier, yes, absolutely, And

then that small percentage. You know, sometimes you have birthdays
and like Jackson had a birthday over the weekend exactly,
and yeah, I wasn't great, but I'm still down thirteen pounds. Nice,
