Fallsburg Fearplex Trip 09/29/25

Jenn tells about her annual trip to the Fallsburg Fearplex with friends.

Key one hundred with Dave and Gin. Well, we had
our annual Fallsburg trip over the Weekendsburg. That's all right,
Anna and Greg, Kelly and Creepy Me and Heathco. We've
gone the last three years and this year Tim and
Jess were in from Oregon, so they got to join us. Fantastic,

(00:24):
Oh my gosh, we had so much fun. First of all,
when we got there, do you remember when we used
to take the bus, the party bus out to Fallsburg
and we would typically stop at that little gas station
or maybe we did nothing speak it yeah, for snacksthroom. Well,
so funny enough, we did stop there to use the
bathroom before going into Fallsburg, and I met Matt who

was sitting there having dinner at the Country Store gas station.
He actually, I guess, while we were waiting in line
for the bathroom, he was like, are you Gin? I
was like I am. He was like, are you like
on the radio? Gin? And I was like yeah. He
was like right, that's just my name. No. He was

(01:08):
so sweet. He was like, I listened to you all
the time. I was like, oh, well, thank you so
much for listening. So cool. I shook his hands and
nice to meet just so that was cool. But I
got to tell you what Fallsburg this year. MG, we
were not expecting the things we expected or we got. Okay,
really a lot different than what it has been, especially
last year. I don't remember half of this happening last year,

(01:31):
but a lot of jump scares, a lot of screaming,
a lot of reaching out to touch you. Okay. I
do feel like they work on it every year and
make changes. Oh, they do a great job. Yeah, it's
never the same, so that's why you can continue to
go out there right like it always changes. But of
course as soon as we step in line, Creepy had

to say something about like, oh yeah, this guy really
loves these things and pointed to Heath, and of course
the guy on the walkie talk he was like, what's
your name? Oh Heath? All right, hey, guys, listen, I
got Heath coming through, and like, they did that to
Kelly one year and she was like, I hated that.
That was the worst ever. And then of course they
did it to heat this year. But yeah, so they
made him walk through first, and Heath is like, great,

(02:15):
I hate this duff, but dude, it was definitely and
there were parts to it too that I was like,
are we in the right area? Did we go down
the wrong hall? Are we supposed to be in this part?
But apparently it was part of it because they were
still jumping out and scaring us, so they knew. And
we always end our nights of course at Applebee's, fantastic

eating good in the neighborhood. Okay, it was delightful.
