Fun Fall Shirts 09/09/25

Dave comments on Jenn's fun new Fall shirt... and shares an idea for another fun Fall shirt.

talk about your shirt for a second.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Says Man. I love fall. Yeah, has a fun little
acronym on it, and.

Speaker 3 (00:12):
It's also got a pumpkin and a football and a
pumpkin spice lattet.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Does a little leaf for little fair leaf as it's turning.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
And it feels very folly, doesn't it.

Speaker 1 (00:22):
Yeah, Absolutely it works.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
I like it. I dig it. Okay, Okay, here's the thing.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
Years ago, my dad was walking to get the mail, okay,
and we lived way up on top of the hill
and it's all the way to the bottom of the driveway,
and as he's getting mail out of the mailbox, he
sees our neighbor and he waves and it's the fall time,

(00:48):
and out comes the phrase, I like the fall best
of all, don't you all? And then he comes back
and tells us that he feels a little embarrassed that
he said it because it just came out. Oh get that,
just like that? Okay, fun little phrase, I like to
fall best of all, don't you all?

Speaker 3 (01:06):
And the neighbors just walked away.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
I don't know. Oh he's a weirdo.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
Don't talk to him.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
I'm not sure we ever got the end of the story,
like how they responded or if they enjoyed that saying
or not.

Speaker 3 (01:18):
I bet they say it now.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
But well I sure do.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
Okay. In fact, I told Tracy the other day, we
need to buy my dad a shirt.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
That says that.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
She said, your dad will never wear that.

Speaker 2 (01:30):
I said, okay, well, let's buy me one and I'll
wear Okay.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
Yeah, she says, oh no, we won't because I wouldn't
go out with you wearing that shirt.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
I said, oh, yes, you will.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
You're gonna get me one and I'm gonna wear it,
and you're gonna be proud and you're gonna walk alongside
your husband.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
Yeah, in the back of it's gonna say I'm was
stupid just because you made that comment.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
Actually, I was thinking of having like a little arrow,
and this beautiful lady loves me.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Right underneath. There you go, even though I wear corny
T shirts.

Speaker 3 (02:05):
Yes, and people will be like, well, good for you. You
got someone for a good deal.
