And we watched it again last night. I had forgotten
so much about the movie. It's absolutely nuts, insane. So
Jamie Foxx stars in it as well. They Yeah, Gerard
Butler and Jamie are like the two main stars. Viola
Davis is in it, Regina Hall is in it. Several
people that you would recognize too that you wouldn't recognize
their names, but you would totally recognize them in the show.

Okay, Oh my goodness.

It's so it's kind of hard you do root for
Gerard Butler, even though at some.

Point he turns into not such a great guy.

absolutely horrendous happens to him, and so when the justice
system fails him, yeah, he takes it into his own hands, okay.
And he even tells the court. He was like, Judge,
I'm a law abiding citizen, which is the name of

the movie. He's like, listen, I this is my very
first offense that you all are even.

Accusing me of.

I didn't do it, and you've got me in here
for no real reason, so I think I should get
off and I and he even quoted like an old
like law case that you know, proves why he should
not be in jail right now and not be held whatsoever.

And the judge was like, well, you know what, I'm
inclined to agree with you, okay.
Speaker 1 (02:10):
Well, and then he goes off on her and he's like, yep,
I remember you from ten years ago, and you let
those killers out of jail just that easy too, and
now you're about to let me out of jail.
Speaker 2 (02:21):
You don't know that I'm a killer or not, but
here you are gonna let me out, it's not so of.
Speaker 1 (02:27):
Course, they take him to jail because obviously he's in
contempt of court right after he freaks out on the judge.
But that doesn't matter to him because that's where he
wanted to go the whole time.

Oh listen, this man, so Gerard Butler.

Is an extremely smart man in this movie, very manipulative,
very maniacal to be quite on at and this movie
way more than I remember so much. Just into it
right and and basically it's like he's an engineer and
he's a really smart guy in real life, and when
something bad happened to him, he decided to prove that

our justice system isn't the greatest and he did that
very very very publicly.
