Leo Playing Doctor 10/17/25

Jenn talks about Leo playing doctor, and she's the patient.

Dave and Gin. So last night we went to Mimi
and Pops for dinner. Had Fuji Express which is in Huntingdon,
absolutely delicious, had me some steak or hibachi steak.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
It was fantastic. Sounds great, it really was.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
But so, you know, Leo's over there and he has
so much to play with. Mimi has never gotten rid
of Presley's toys when she was a kid, right, So
Leo plays with all of this stuff. And so Mimi
actually has this doctor's coat that she bought I believe. Yeah,
it was Cavil Huntington Hospital's gift shop at the time,
but she bought it when Presley was like a toddler, okay,

and that was years ago. And so it says Hoop's
Family Children's Hospital on it.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
And it's a cute little doctor's.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Jacket, scot the little stethoscope, has a little thermometer, has
a little clipboard to write stuff on.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
You know, it's so cute.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
So Leo wears that and he plays doctor and Mimi
is his nurse.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
And so last night I was the patient.

Speaker 2 (01:05):
Now when Pops was the patient the last time they
were playing and Pops just walked out of the room
randomly to go to back downstairs. Leo went where Pops
go and Mimi said, oh, I think he left, and
he goes, wow, he's gonna die because he's the doctor.

Speaker 1 (01:19):
And he told him.

Speaker 2 (01:20):
They're saying here, Buddyd quicklyescalated quickly.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
Well he going die as he walked on out of
here back in exactly. Well.

Speaker 2 (01:28):
So last night Leo was taking my temperature and by
the way, he took it on my chest, I've never.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
Had that happen before. And he said, oh, your bones
are broken. I said, what I thought you were taking
my temperature?

Speaker 2 (01:42):
Like, hold on here he goes, your bones are broken, Mommy,
I said, my bones are broken.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
Did you take me for an X ray this sit? No,
he did not.

Speaker 2 (01:49):
He just checked it with the temperature, and uh, I said, buddy,
that's not good.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
What do I do? He goes, nothing, Come on, Mimi,
let's go to the no of the room. And I'm like,
to another room.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
You're just gonna leave me here to die broken bones
and what's happening? Oh my gosh. He's so flip and cute.
I love his imagination. He finds things all over their
house to play with. You don't even need toys anymore
for toddlers. Okay, Literally, he found like this little figurine
that's a mama Kowala with her baby Koala, and he's
been playing with that like crazy.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
And then the.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
Trophies that he used to have for like baseball and
basketball and football and all these things from a kid
Leo's playing with those and like talking to each other
like they're little people now.

Speaker 1 (02:32):
And they also bring them home. So we have a
couple of those home. Fantastic. I tell you you can
get those on display. Oh do you know what I
did with my trophies from Little League and all that?
I threw? What I'm done with them? Like, what do
you need him for? Exactly? They took up space, they collected.
Does straighten the garbage? Againe Man.

Speaker 2 (02:57):

chant Mike McCoy looking for winniber three today. That's right,
So we need a female challenger to take him on
in the battle.
