So this is not a new scary movie that we watch, okay,
but this scary movie is on Netflix right now and
it does leave this Saturday and watch it right So
that's why I was like, oh, well, let's watch them.
Because Heath even said to me the other night, he
was like, well, we can watch whatever you want because
I'll have basketball on the you know, projector screen on
the wall. Boy's never gonna learn We'll tell you that.

(00:20):
Oh yeah, Oh no. He's so dumb when he says
that you hate scary movies. Do you know she loves
scary movies? Don't say that? And I did say anything,
and he goes, well, I mean yeah, and then he goes,
I mean honestly, I'd probably be cool with a thriller.
And so when I typed in thriller, well, this is

the one that comes up, and then he even tried
to get me. He was like, click on it and
see if it says horror. I bet it says horror,
not thriller, and it's it does say horror mystery, but
it is also under the thriller genre.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
It's Ma, ma, Ma, ma, huh okay, starring Octavia Spencer,
and I know you will recognize this when I showed you.

Speaker 1 (01:02):
So this came out in twenty nineteen.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
Okay, yes that, I mean obviously I knew who Octavia is,
but yes, that they'll look at it. Lee rings a bell.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
Okay, so the trailer. I believe we watched the trailer
a couple of years ago, but when it did come out.
But basically it is a lonely middle aged woman who
befriends some teenagers who ask her to buy them beer.
So she does, and then she says, well, why don't
y'all just party in my basement. I'd rather you all
do that than to be drinking and driving, right, to
be out right. Yeah, So that's what they do. And

then it seems like she turns this this basement club
of these kids into a basement club of several other kids.
And there's tons of kids now that are showing up
to her house for like parties every weekend. Then she
starts blowing up their phones during the weeks and like, hey,
where are you I'm ready to party? What are you doing?
And they're like, you know, we're high school kids. Oh
my I got school.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
And she's like a forty year old woman, like what
are you doing? So then of course it turns really
creepy really quick.

Speaker 1 (02:00):
And I mean, she is just a creep show. And
that's what makes this even creepier is that it seems
real like a don't go to stranger's house a b
IF an older person whether it be a female or male,
is saying, hey, I've got a basement you can party,
and just say no, no,
