Dave talks about fish being trained for food... and tv watching.

Key one hundred with Dave and Jin while Tracy and
I were on our little anniversary getaway. We had a
pond right outside our cabin. Yeah, and we would walk
out on the deck area there and as soon as
our feet would hit the deck, fish would come over
in the pond immediately they.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Knew, they knew. They're like all people feed us all
the time.

Speaker 1 (00:24):
Eating town. Yeah, okay, so Tracy and I found some
We had some pretzel snacks and we would you know,
crush them up real good and sprinkle it in the water.
Man they would just go to town. It was awesome.
Fed the fish every day while we were there. That's hilarious.
It was so funny that as soon as our first

foot hit the wood, oh yeah, boom, here they come
and you can't see them.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
Absolutely so cool. That's why they tell you not to
feed animals in the wild, just because they're all gonna
come to you when when a human comes around. So
that's more like you know, feeding deer and raccoons and raccoons.
I can't say it differently now. I have said it
so ironically just to make fun of it for so
long like that that I cannot say raccoon it sounds

weird to me now, so I have to say raccoon AnyWho.
But yeah, so it's like, you know, they tell you
not to do that so they don't come to you know, humans.
But I say that you're not the first, exactly, you
won't be the last.

That's true.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
And now these fish, as soon as you left, they're like,
oh no, you have to wait till the next weekend.
Somebody else will come here and teat us.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
Wi wild this was happening. Tracy said, oh my goodness,
this reminds me of our little fish we have in
the office, or that her friend and coworker Amy has
an office and a little fish bowl. And she says,
funny thing is she gives her fish TV time every day,
so she pulls up some little scene or you know,

(01:54):
something like an ocean or something like that. Not kidding,
not kidding, okay, And she says, it doesn't matter whatever
the goldfish is doing. When this happens, when she puts
that little phone screen in front of the fish bowl, boom,
it makes a dart over to right in front of
the phone and it sits and just wiggles its body

backtle fins. She said, it's the most mind blowing thing
ever that's hilarious, loves TV time, And I was like,
I really so. I was in the office the other
day and they totally showed me. Amy's like, can we
watch this? Yeah? Yes, she sets the phone up and
sure it up. Here comes a little fish right in

(02:37):
front of the screen that's hilarious and wiggling his little body.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Listen. I totally believe it. I believe that the fish
would love TV time. But I feel a little sad
for it because it's like, oh, I show him, you know,
a video of the ocean my.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
Desk. I was thinking, like, man, that's kind of a
cruel joke. How great it looks out there. You can't
go there. That's why he's so excited.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
He's like, God, maybe one day, maybe I'll get flushed
down a toilet and go
