Speaker 1 (00:00):
Key one hundred with Dave and Jin. Tyler and Cassie
were at the house last night and they were telling
us about wanting to play the game Impostor Christmas. So
we're going to have Tracy's family over for Christmas early
next week, and they said we should play this game.

(00:21):
They said, it's all over TikTok. They played it with
their friends called Impostor. Heard of it? No, okay. So
basically everyone puts their name into this app and you
choose a topic. Okay. So there's a subject or a topic,
and then basically each person takes the phone and clicks

(00:43):
on their name and it gives them a word. Okay.
Now everybody gets that same word except the impostor. The
impostor is told that they are the impostor.

Speaker 2 (00:56):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
Now their mission is to not let anyone else know
that they are the impostor. Sure, okay, And they've got
to kind of figure out from the other clues, the
other people's clues, what the word is.

Speaker 2 (01:11):
Okay. So they can't say the word.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
They can't say the word, okay. They are to describe it,
and you want to kind of be broad enough that
you don't give it away. Sure to the impostor. Yeah, okay,
But at the same time, you don't want to be
too broad because then you look like the impostor. And
then after you do a few rounds of that, you
go around multiple times. Everybody gives their clue word and

(01:35):
then you have a vote, and everybody votes or points
to who they think the impostor is, oh my, and
if the majority thinks the impostor thinks one person is
the impostor, then they win, or if they think it's
someone else, then the impostor wins. So we gave this
a little try last night, Cassie, Tyler, Jackson, Tracy, and myself,

(01:57):
and the word was flashlight. And Tyler started and he
said woods, okay, and then Cassie said dark, there you go, okay, okay,
and then it went to Tracy. Tracy said sticks.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
We all started laughing, I mean rolling, We're like, what
all she was picking up was what the two of
them had said, right, and what he said, What I
gotta tell y'all, it's okay, Yeah, if you're the impostor,
you went where it's flashlight and so you're like, okay.

(02:37):
So Tracy goes sticks and we all started jespot it
got it. Okay, Yeah, I see how this works. Oh
my god.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
We were rolling. Tracy had tears in her.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
She was like, I didn't know why, I.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
Just too little.

Speaker 2 (02:56):
Oh my, here's the thing.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
Sometimes the impostor has to go first. Right now, you
do have a subject, like the subject our that particular
one was just object. You can do animals, you can
do movies, you can do food. So you have kind
of a general idea object of what the thing is,

(03:17):
what the word is.

Speaker 2 (03:19):
But you don't know.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
So if you're the impostor and you got to go first,
oh god, so you say woods and then you say
dark dark, and then seriously I would have said, I would.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Have said, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
I know, like camping is what I was like, Oh
my gosh, that's hilarious.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
I'm going to try it.

Speaker 1 (03:37):
Camping would have been fantastic, you know what I mean? Yeah,
that would have been great. She just said sticks
