Jenn talks about a celebrity having a prediction come true, and shares her own personal story.

Fantasy Mariah Carey nineties at nine key one hundred with
Dave van Jin. This is interesting. Okay. So you remember
Mariska Hargita. No you don't, okay, hold on, let me pull.
I saw her face, I would recognize her. She is
on oh, what's it called? American? No? Hold on Law

and Order SVU. Okay, Mariska Hargita, Yes, okay, I do
definitely recognize her face. Okay. So she is with you know,
she starts opposite Chris Maloney on SBU. She has been
on that iconic roll for years, and she recently was
on Amy Poehler's Good Hang podcast where she told Amy
Poehler that early in her career she focused on comedy

and was trying to get wrong like sitcom rolls. Okay,
but she went to a psychic that told her that
she would be going in a completely different direction, and
the psychic insisted that she would move to New York
City and become famous for that face. And not long after,
she landed the role on SBU as Olivia Benson. Now

do you remember when I had just started dating Heath
I we were doing a oh gosh, it was what
did we do? Party on the patio on Friday night
at Heritage Station. Judy Eaton and I were working together
that night and there was a psychic that showed up
and she read she was doing palm readings, so she
read Judy Eaton's palm and told her that the job

that she was in was not going to be the
job for the rest of her life. Oh and she
also said that she would not have to worry about
money because of another job that she would take on.
And that has become the situation. I sat down and
she read my palm and she said, you have just
started seeing a man and I said yes, And this

was Heath and I were together maybe a solid month
at that point. And she was like, this man wants
to give you everything. I said, really she got And
she didn't say something like, you know, oh, you're gonna
marry this man, You're gonna have a bunch of babies,
nothing like that. She just said, this man wants to
give you everything. This man wants to be with you
for life. I said, oh, okay, got it, thank you.

And I thought, you know, a yeah, right, okay, yeah,
let's let's find out. And then oh my goodness, boom bamboom,
look at that how many years later, eight years later,
seven years married, eight years married, seven years married. I
can't remember when we get married. You got married in
twenty twenty. Oh, right, then five years married, eight years together.
That's what it is. And look at that. A kid later,

(02:37):
a couple of kids later, look at that. Okay, I'm
just saying, how nifty. Like I said, it's not like
I even believed it at the time, But I'm just
saying eight years later, you're looking back and you're like,
oh hey, uh I forget about look at that? All right?
