Presley's Meet the Teacher 08/19/25

Jenn talks about going to Meet the Teacher for their daughter Presley.

So we had to meet the teacher last night. I
met the teacher don't well, and this one was for Presley.
Leo's is tomorrow night. That's crazy. That is having a
meet the teacher. I know, and we already know her.
I mean, we've met her, she's been there. It's just

one teacher. I'd be like, you know what, get back
on it. Well, this is his first meet the teacher.
And then this was Presley's fifth grade meet the teacher.
So I was like, oh, my goodness, she's in a
completely different area of the school. Now, she's got her
own locker. Now I would assume top dog in her school.
Top dog because she's in fifth grade, right, yes, and

the middle school is in a different building, so she
is like the run of that school, right. And so
we met her last night and she actually just got
her hair cut beautiful. And we took Leo with us,
which was interesting and he did really good actually, but
we were sitting in like the they call it the rim,

but it's really the cafeteria, and they were kind of
telling us all about what was to expect for the
school year, and all that fun stuff, and Leo did
really good. We just had his little stuffies with him
because we brought his iPad, but we didn't want to
turn it on, you know what I mean, like a
last resort situation, right exactly. So I thought to myself, no,
we'll just use his little stuffie. So he played around
for a little bit. And then when Presley got there,

(01:27):
we were like, okay, let's go see your classroom. So
we got to meet her. New teacher is Britain, and
we got to see where she's gonna set and we
got her art box ready to go to. She have
like a little cubby or locker. She's a locker. She
totally has a locker and it's a high which is
good because you know there's the bottom lockers and the
top lockers, and I used to have I had multiple.

(01:48):
I mean I had the bottom locker a couple of years,
in those top locker a couple of years. But because
I'm so tall, think good as I got that top locker.
She's fifth grader, so she gets top. I know. Yeah,
I'm so excited. This is gonna be so much fun.
I think she is going to have the best school
year yet. I
