Pumpkin Carving at Dave's House - Brain Malfunction Moment 10/20/25

Dave talks about the kids carving pumpkins and how Sarah blurted out something that she knew better.

with Dave and Jin. Over the weekend, Tracy and Sarah
went to a pumpkin festival nice down in Sciota County somewhere.
I'm not really sure, Okay, Tracy said they were going
to do that. I said, you guys have fun, I'm

gonna hang out and watch some football parfect who They
go and they bring home a bunch of pumpkins, several
of which they were going to carve. That was the
plan for Sarah and her boyfriend Tristan and then Tyler
and Cassie to all carve pumpkins together. Okay, and I
know you do it every year. We do it every
single year. I am terrible at carving pumpkins. Oh. He

hates carving, okay because it's not I mean, it's not easy.
Well it's not easy. It's gross. It's mean, it's kind
of smell. They have a smell they do. But it's
just a fun thing to do with family. But yeah,
he this is his least favorite activity that we do.
Him standing any time with you. Yeah, here's the thing,
you know, yesterday it was pretty rainy. Well, Sarah had

left the pumpkins outside, and she said, oh goodness, should
I should I have brought the pumpkins in because they're
gonna get rained on and get soggy? Right, No, pumpkin
don't get soggy. I mean, think about it. They grow
in a pumpkin patch. They live outside, Yeah, which is
outside in the rain. She says, you know what, I

don't know why I said that. I knew pumpkins don't
get soggy. She said, I don't know what just happened
in my brain? Okay, And Tracy said, yeah, kind of
like when we were at the Ironton football game and
I was singing Justin Bieber's Baby and I blurreted it out.
Is that Taylor Swift? It was like at a brain mouthfund.
Should I knew that was not the case, but for
some reason, that just came out of my mouth. My

little brain malfunctions, brain part. That's what they do exactly.
Maybe we should stop and think before we speak, though,
I think it's much more fun to not think where
