Surprise Ruined... Kinda 10/10/25

Dave talks about how he tried to surprise Tracy with a sweet treat but found out...

Key one hundred with Dave and Jen. I haven't had
the chance to tell you about this yet, but earlier
this week I stopped by Great Pies in South Point.
Oh yeah, and our friend Aaron Tucker has just become
the new owner. So I wanted to stop in see her,
say hello, give her a big congratulation yes, and also

wanted to surprise Tracy with a sweet treat. Heck, yeah, okay,
that'll make you nice and happy. It don't give old
Dave here so much needed brownie point there. And so
I'm looking at everything. I know, everything she makes is
just delicious. Yeah. Thing from Great Pies just amazing. We've

had birthday Aaron make birthday cakes for us and everything.
So I see in the glass container there there is
a banana put it what looks like it's a banana pudding,
but it's actually a pie. So it's like a banana
cream pie. It's got the little wafer on top st
whipped cream or whatever, and then the crust, the graham

cracker ish crust and all. It just looks so good.
And that's right up Tracy's alley. She loves that. That's it.
That's the one. That's what I'm taking home. Tracy also
got one of the brownies, because their brownies are just
mind blowing delicious. Took one of those home as well.
So I get to the house and I'm in the

bedroom when Tracy walks through the door and she starts talking,
and I'm afraid she's going to see what I've bought
before I get to show her, okay, because it's just
sitting there on the counter, and I said, hang on,
what are you doing? And she says, I don't know

(01:46):
what is this? And I said, I'll be right there.
So I come in and I go to open the
box and I look over and I see a bowl
of banana pudding sitting there. Her work had some kind
of a fish fry or whatever, and somebody rot banana
puddings of all days, all days for you to bring

home banana pudding. I'm bringing you home a banana cream pie, right,
which is you know, right there along the same lines.
It just totally that just defeated jest it did, you know,
Let the wind right out of your face. They were
both delicious, yeah, and you could always use more, and
you can always use more, you know. It was just
the fact that, like I was surprising her with this right,

(02:29):
but suddenly, why does that always happen to me? This
is not the first time. Listen, well, listen, I still
think you got the brownie point. Okay for bringing it home. Okay,
that's good. Not as many as you would have good jobs.

Hers was free. I actually paid right out. Yeah,
