Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good rint In's Time of Your Live Green Day on
the nineties and nine It is Key one hundred with
Dave and Jin.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
So I haven't delved into this to see what it's
really about. But I think I told you that I'm
making Heath watch a really scary movie right now. Okay, Yes,
it is called Weapons, Ah, yes, okay, you told me
about it, right yeah, with my brother in law Eric, right,
and so my brother Charlie and sister in law Angie,
and my niece Barrett all went to see it together,
(00:30):
which I cannot imagine Barrett watching this. I'm sorry, I
can't barely watch this. Okay. We've literally it's been this
week that we started it, and we've only watched it
twice in this week and we've only gotten thirty minutes
in both times. Okay. And by the way, it is
a two hour movie. Yeah, so we're only literally halfway
through at this point, okay. And Heath is like, gosh
when this wind with a stupid movie and I hate this.
(00:51):
He does not care for this, and honestly getting real
flipp and creepy at this.
Speaker 1 (00:56):
It's pretty creepy, Okay, I would not call it like
a horror movie. You don't think so, No, No, I
would think it's I mean, it's kind of a thriller,
like a psychological psychological thriller, is what I'm thinking. A
lot of mysolved what's going on.
Speaker 2 (01:12):
And so there's a lot of imagery that I'm seeing
and it's very and now I have not, like I said,
I haven't googled this movie to see if I'm correct
in saying this, but it almost seems like these issues
that are happening seem like, oh gosh, this is some
type of random spiritual thing or like a you know,
a creepy, you know, horror thing. Sure, when really it's
(01:32):
almost like, well, we're doing this to ourselves. This is
like a metaphor for how we're addicted to technology, addicted
to you know, addicted to our phones, okay, addicted to
you know, just all the bad things in life, and
you know, protecting guns over people, that kind of thing. Right,
That's what I'm seeing, if you ask me. That's just
my opinion of this movie because of the imagery that
(01:55):
I'm seeing, and because of the the circumstances that people
are in. What happens and can't what's happening with the kids,
and but also like, are we too addicted to certain
other things like alcohol and and cell phone usage and
all this stuff, and we're not paying enough attention to
our kids. But like I said, I'm only a halfway
through this movie. Have not finished it.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
Yeah, the whole town's turning against the teacher.
Speaker 2 (02:16):
Oh right, exactly. But there's no reason to turn against
her if you ask me.
Speaker 1 (02:21):
She doesn't know what's going on.
Speaker 2 (02:23):
She's just as in the dark as what I'm thinking.
I don't know. I'm telling you right now. It is
a very interesting movie. I am very intrigued by it.
He absolutely hates it, would love to stop watching it
right now. Yeah, he hates movies like that.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
Oh it's good.
Speaker 2 (02:35):
He's like, no, I'm so stressed. I cannot take this.
And by the way, maybe this is why I have
such anxiety, because I watch stupid stuff like that.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
I don't know. But man, that's an interesting movie. Man weapons,
Oh it's so creepy. All right. That is it for
a Thursday today, by the way.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
I know. And it's going to continue to get a
little warmer.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
The fall fest is gonna be pretty warm, Yes it is.
Speaker 2 (03:03):

but the evening should be nice. I bet there you go,
hopefully AnyWho, all right, have a great day you tomorrow
